根据本公开的一些具体实施例,如图2所示,凸台110的长度方向的两端与主机体100之间倒圆角。这样不仅可以提高凸台110与主机体100之间的稳定性,而且由于凸台110与主机体100之间是一个顺滑的曲面,凸台110在成型过程中,使胶体能够顺利的流动,方便成型。
根据本公开的一些具体实施例,如图1-图2所示,凸台110凸出主机体100的朝向人体颈部的一面2mm-15mm。进一步地,凸台110凸出主机体100的朝向人体颈部的 一面5mm-10mm。
举例而言,凸台110凸出主机体100的朝向人体颈部的一面小于2mm时,颈部宽度较小的人群佩戴时,导电带200不能很好地与颈部皮肤接触,容易产生刺痛感,凸台110凸出主机体100的朝向人体颈部的一面大于15mm时,用户佩戴时,导电带200与人体颈部接触时会有明显的压迫感,在主机体100与颈部接触较紧时,凸台110的凸出距离太大就会更有压迫感,降低了使用舒适性,且避免了主机体100后移而压迫颈部动脉,威胁人体健康。其中,凸台110凸出主机体100的朝向人体颈部的一面在5mm-10mm之间,可以保证导电带200与人体皮肤接触的紧密度高,并且不会对用户造成压迫。
根据本公开的一些具体实施例,如图4所示,凸台110的长度方向的两端构造成凸出的圆弧形。这样凸台110的长度方向的边缘与人体颈部皮肤接触时具有一个缓冲区域,避免存在棱角等尖锐刺痛颈部皮肤,并且由于凸台110的长度方向的两端是一个顺滑的曲面,凸台110在成型时使胶体能够顺利的流动,胶体与模具的冲击较小,方便成型,并提高模具的使用寿命。
根据本公开的一些具体实施例,如图2所示,主机体100包括弹性支架120、中间支架130、左夹臂140和右夹臂150。
中间支架130安装于弹性支架120的朝向人体颈部的一侧,凸台110形成于中间支架130。左夹臂140安装于弹性支架120的左端且与中间支架130的左端相连,右夹臂150安装于弹性支架120的右端且与中间支架130的右端相连。其中,中间支架130为柔性件。中间支架130可为不导电硅胶制成。
如此,通过设置弹性支架120,主机体100具有良好的恢复能力。左夹臂140和右夹臂150的设置,保证了颈椎按摩仪1在人体颈部的稳定,避免了颈椎按摩仪1从人体颈部脱落,造成损坏。中间支架130的设置,进一步地提高了颈椎按摩仪1随人体颈部形变的能力,增加了按摩的舒适性。
根据本公开的一些具体实施例,如图2所示,凸台110与中间支架130一体成型。这样不仅提高了凸台110与中间支架130之间的连接强度,而且减少了生产工艺,简化了生产流程,提高了生产效率。
根据本公开的一些具体实施例,如图1和图5所示,导电带200凸出凸台110的朝向人体颈部的一面。
这样导电带200可以更好地与人体颈部处的皮肤接触,贴合更好,进而提供更好地亲肤效果,且避免接触不良造成的刺痛等负面效果,保证了按摩舒适性。
根据本公开的一些具体实施例,如图1、图2和图4所示,导电带200沿凸台110 的长度方向延伸且沿凸台110长度方向间隔布置的多个。
举例而言,导电带200可以为沿凸台110的长度方向间隔设置的多个条状导电带,多个条状导电带包括至少一个正极的条状导电带和至少一个负极的条状导电带,采用条状导电带代替相关技术中按摩头电极,条状导电带无需像按摩头电极一般凸出,从而减小了颈椎按摩仪1的体积。并且,通过多个条状导电带的设置,在颈椎按摩仪1工作时,多个条状导电带可以与人体形成回路,达到按摩的效果,并且由于导电带200设置为条状,且每个导电带200沿凸台110的长度方向延伸,多个导电带200与人体接触的总面积大,相比相关技术中的局部按摩,实现了大面积连续区域的按摩,不仅增大了按摩区域,扫清了按摩盲点,提高了用户舒适性,并且有效避免了刺痛的产生,保证的按摩的舒适性。
根据本公开的一些具体实施例,如图1-图5所示,导电带200可为导电硅胶或者金属制成。导电带200为金属制成,金属导电带成型简单,能够提高颈椎按摩仪1的生产效率高。导电带200为导电硅胶制成,由于导电硅胶柔性高,可形变程度大,导电带200与人体颈部的贴合程度更高,按摩的舒适性高。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种颈椎按摩仪,其特征在于,包括:
    主机体,所述主机体为弧形,所述主机体朝向人体颈部的一面设有朝向人体颈部凸起的凸台;
    导电带,所述导电带安装于所述凸台的朝向人体颈部的一面,所述导电带包括至少一个正极导电带和至少一个负极导电带,所述正极导电带和所述负极导电带在所述凸台上间隔设置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的颈椎按摩仪,其特征在于,所述凸台沿所述主机体的长度方向延伸,所述凸台的朝向人体颈部一端的横截面积小于背离人体颈部一端的横截面积。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的颈椎按摩仪,其特征在于,所述凸台沿所述颈椎按摩仪的周向的环绕区域所对应的圆心角为30°-160°。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的颈椎按摩仪,其特征在于,所述凸台的长度方向的两端与所述主机体之间倒圆角。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的颈椎按摩仪,其特征在于,所述凸台凸出所述主机体的朝向人体颈部的一面2mm-15mm。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的颈椎按摩仪,其特征在于,所述凸台凸出所述主机体的朝向人体颈部的一面5mm-10mm。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的颈椎按摩仪,其特征在于,所述凸台的长度方向的两端构造成凸出的圆弧形。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的颈椎按摩仪,其特征在于,所述主机体包括:
    弹性支架;
    中间支架,所述中间支架安装于所述弹性支架的朝向人体颈部的一侧,所述凸台形成于所述中间支架;
    左夹臂和右夹臂,所述左夹臂安装于所述弹性支架的左端且与所述中间支架的左端相连,所述右夹臂安装于所述弹性支架的右端且与所述中间支架的右端相连。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的颈椎按摩仪,其特征在于,所述中间支架为柔性件。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的颈椎按摩仪,其特征在于,所述凸台与所述中间支架一体成型。
  11. 根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的颈椎按摩仪,其特征在于,所述导电带凸出所述凸台的朝向人体颈部的一面。
  12. 根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的颈椎按摩仪,其特征在于,所述导电带沿所述凸 台的长度方向延伸且沿所述凸台长度方向间隔布置。
  13. 根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的颈椎按摩仪,其特征在于,所述导电带可为导电硅胶或者金属制成。
