Description
本实用新型涉及一种截流芯钻孔装置。
目前,现有的工件在进行开孔时,由于机器设备的开孔精度较低,因此无法对工件进行精确的开孔,往往容易导致工件开孔后不符合要求而造成成品率低下。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种截流芯钻孔装置,提高对工件的开孔精度。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型所提供的一种截流芯钻孔装置,包括底座、与所述底座滑动连接的固定机构以及沿所述固定机构的滑动方向设置于所述底座一侧的钻孔机构;所述钻孔机构包括钻机以及设置于所述钻机一侧的百分表,所述固定机构设置有与所述百分表抵接的可调整的定位块,所述定位块通过调节机构与所述固定机构连接。
上述截流芯钻孔装置中,所述定位块沿所述固定机构的滑动方向设置有滑槽,所述调节机构通过所述滑槽调整固定所述定位块。
上述截流芯钻孔装置中,所述固定机构包括与所述底座滑动连接的固定座以及设置于所述固定座上的固定台,所述固定台设置有供所述钻机的钻头通过的通孔。
上述截流芯钻孔装置中,所述钻孔机构的相对一侧设置有顶出机构,所述顶出机构包括顶杆,所述顶杆的轴线与所述通孔的轴线重合,且所述顶杆的直径小于所述通孔的直径。

其中,1-底座,2-钻机,3-百分表,4-固定机构,5-定位块,51-滑槽,6-固定座,7-固定台,8-通孔,9-顶杆。
下面结合附图和实施例,对本实用新型的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本实用新型,但不用来限制本实用新型的范围。
请参阅附图1,本实用新型所提供的一种截流芯钻孔装置,包括底座1、与底座1滑动连接的固定机构4以及沿固定机构4的滑动方向设置于底座1一侧的钻孔机构;钻孔机构包括钻机2以及设置于钻机2一侧的百分表3,固定机构4设置有与百分表3抵接的可调整的定位块5,定位块5通过调节机构与固定机构4连接。
基于上述技术特征,将待钻孔的工件放置于固定机构4上,通过滑动调整固定机构4使得工件抵接于钻机2上,并通过调整定位块5抵接于百分表3上,使得百分表3的刻度处于初始位置,此时即可进行钻孔操作,通过观察百分表3的刻度可实现对钻孔的精确控制,保证工件的钻孔能够满足要求,提高了对工件的开孔精度。
定位块5沿固定机构4的滑动方向设置有滑槽51,调节机构通 过滑槽51调整固定定位块5,通过调节机构调节定位块5的松紧,并通过滑槽51调整定位块5的位置,使得与抵接的百分表3位于初始值。
固定机构4包括与底座1滑动连接的固定座6以及设置于固定座6上的固定台7,固定台7设置有供钻机2的钻头通过的通孔8,保证钻机2的钻头能够通过工件。
钻孔机构的相对一侧设置有顶出机构,顶出机构包括顶杆9,顶杆9的轴线与通孔8的轴线重合,且顶杆9的直径小于通孔8的直径,可实现顶杆9将工件顶出。
底座1设置有滑轨,固定座6的底部设有与滑轨滑动连接的滑槽51,实现固定座6与底座1之间的滑动连接。
固定机构4为至少两个固定螺栓,通过固定螺栓固定定位块5,通过设置至少两个固定罗双保证定位块5的平稳性,并通过固定罗双实现对定位块5的松紧调节。
