具体实施方式
为使本发明实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
在本发明的描述中,需要说明的是,术语“中心”、“顶”、“底”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“内”、“外”、“前”、“后”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于说明书附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。另需说明的是,本发明的儿童座椅是0+组的座椅,使用时大人面对小孩推车。
本实施例提供一种儿童安全座椅,如图1-4所示,包括座椅本体1、与座椅本体1铰接的前脚组2、与前脚组2铰接的后脚组3、以及车架前脚组开合机构。其中,所述座椅本体1为现由产品,其结构不做具体限制。
在实施例中,如图1所示,所述车架收合机构包括:收合控制组件和前后脚旋转组件。所述收合控制组件包括:插销件4和收合拉手401。
所述插销件4水平活动设置在座椅本体1上,可以穿过前脚组2、后脚组3形成限位。所述插销件4通过连接钢线402与收合拉手401连接,所述收合拉手401通过穿设有扭簧403的销钉404可转动设置在座椅本体1的表面,所述收合拉手401上还通过销钉404设置有二道锁405,用于防止小孩直接拉收合拉手401导致收车。
在本实施例中,所述前后脚旋转组件包括:转动轴5、后脚组支撑杆501以及后脚组转 动支杆502。
如图1-4所示,所述转动轴5设置在座椅本体1上,用于将前脚组2与座椅本体1铰接,具体的,所述转动轴5延伸出座椅本体1的一端穿设在后述的连接件6上。
所述后脚组支撑杆501的底端转动连接在后脚组3上,顶端转动连接在座椅本体1的后方,以图2和3为例,即后脚组支撑杆501的顶端连接在座椅本体1的右侧,用于将后脚组3与座椅本体1连接。具体的,后脚组支撑杆501的底端与后脚组3通过铆钉转动连接,顶端通过螺杆与座椅本体1转动连接,但是转动连接方式并不局限于此。
所述后脚组转动支杆502的设置在前脚组2上,后脚组转动支杆502的右端与后脚组3转动连接,用于将后脚组3与前脚组2铰接,本实施例的后脚组转动支杆502提供后脚组3转动力,后脚组支撑杆501与后脚组3的连接处为转动支点,以在前脚组2绕转动轴5转动时后脚组3反向转动。
在本实施例中,所述前脚组2顶端设有连接件6,如图1所示,所述连接件6为圆盘结构,且连接件6的圆心处上开设有用于供转动轴5穿过的通孔,连接件6套设在所述转动轴5上,以实现前脚组2与座椅本体1的铰接。
为了实现前脚组2绕转动轴5转动时后脚组3反向转动,如图3所示,所述通孔内向圆心方向延伸有卡位凸起601,所述转动轴5上向轴心方向开设有卡位凹槽5-1,所述卡位凹槽5-1与卡位凸起601匹配,即卡位凸起601插入卡位凹槽5-1内,这样当前脚组2打开/收合时会带动转动轴5同步转动。本实施例中的卡位凸起601和卡位凹槽5-1均设有多个,且卡位凸起601与卡位凹槽5-1一一对应,卡位凸起601和卡位凹槽5-1均匀分布,保证转动的平稳性。
进一步的,所述转动轴5上还开设有限位槽5-2,所述后脚组3的顶端延伸有限位凸起301,当前后脚组处于打开状态时,所述限位凸起301卡于限位槽5-2内,可以对后脚组3形成限位。当转动前脚组2进行收合时,前脚组2转动带动连接件6转动,连接件6通过卡位凸起601与卡位凹槽5-1的配合带动转动轴5同步转动,转动轴5一转动就会推动后脚组3的限位凸起301,使后脚组3逆时针推动,从而启动后脚组3收合;当前脚组2继续转动收合,后脚组转动支杆502继续压动后脚组3的顶部向下,从而绕转动支点处逆时针转动,即实现了前脚组2绕转动轴5转动时后脚组3反向转动。
当车架处于打开状态时,为了将前后脚组限定在打开位置,如图1所示,所述连接件6上开设有第一打开限位孔602,所述后脚组3顶部开设有第二打开限位孔302,如图2-3所示,此时所述插销件4可以穿过第一打开限位孔602、第二打开限位孔302限位。
当车架处于收合状态时,为了将前后脚组限定在收合位置,如图1所示,所述连接件6上还开设有收合限位孔603,如图4所示,此时插销件4穿过收合限位孔603对前脚组2限位。
为了对后脚组3进一步限位,如图1所示,所述连接件6的外周还开设有收合限位槽604,如图5所示,所述收合限位槽604与所述后脚组支撑杆501位于前脚组3上的端部相匹配,即当车架收合时,后脚组支撑杆501的端部卡入收合限位槽604内形成限位。
在本实施例中,为了对前脚组2的转动角度进行限制,如图3所示,所述座椅本体1上还设有限位杆101,所述连接6上开设有弧形槽605,所述限位杆101穿过所述弧形槽605以限制前脚组2的转动角度,第一打开限位孔602和收合限位孔603之间的夹角与所述弧形槽605的弧度相匹配。
在本实施例中,由于后脚组3、前脚组2已经在申请人的在先申请(201921078937.5)中进行详细记载,本实施例将不再赘述。
本发明的工作原理是:如图2和3所示,当车架处于打开状态时,插销件4插入第一打开限位孔602、第二打开限位孔302限位;当需要收合前后脚组时,先拉动收合拉手401,收合拉手401通过收合钢线402拉动插销件4从第二打开限位孔302、第一打开限位孔602退出,此时前脚组2可以自由转动。
当转动前脚组2向上顺时针转动时,连接件6带动转动轴5同步转动,转动轴5一转动则推动后脚组3的顶部向下逆时针转动,继续转动收合前脚组2,后脚组转动支杆502继续压动后脚组3的顶部向下,从而绕转动支点处逆时针转动,实现了前脚组2和后脚组3的同步收合。
当前后脚组收合至图5状态时,后脚组支撑杆501与后脚组3的连接处卡入收合限位槽604内形成限位,然后松开收合拉手401,插销件4在插销弹簧的作用下插入收合限位孔603内,从而将前后脚组限位在收合位置。
当需要将前后脚打开时,再次拉动收合把手401使插销件4从收合限位孔603内推出,此时转动后脚组3即可。
应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种车架前后脚组开合机构,包括:开合控制组件和前后脚旋转组件,其特征在于,所述前后脚旋转组件包括:
    转动轴,设置在座椅本体上,用于将后脚组与座椅本体转动连接;
    后脚组支撑杆,用于将后脚组与座椅本体连接;
    后脚组转动支杆,设置在前脚组上,用于将后脚组与前脚组连接,以在前脚组绕转动轴转动时带动后脚组反向转动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的车架前后脚组开合机构,其特征在于,所述开合控制组件包括:
    插销件,活动设置在座椅本体上,且能够穿过前脚组和后脚组形成限位;
    收合拉手,通过连接钢线与所述插销件连接,以控制插销件移动。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的车架前后脚组开合机构,其特征在于,所述前脚组端部设有套设在所述转动轴上的连接件,所述连接件上开设有第一打开限位孔和收合限位孔;
    所述后脚组上开设有第二打开限位孔,当前后脚组打开时,所述插销件穿过第一打开限位孔、第二打开限位孔限位。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的车架前后脚组开合机构,其特征在于,所述连接件上开设有用于供转动轴穿过的通孔,所述通孔内向圆心方向延伸有卡位凸起;
    所述转动轴上向轴心方向开设有卡位凹槽,所述卡位凹槽与卡位凸起匹配,以在前脚组转动时带动转动轴同步转动。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的车架前后脚组开合机构,其特征在于,所述转动轴上开设有限位槽,所述后脚组端部延伸有限位凸起,所述限位凸起与限位槽匹配,以在后脚组打开时形成限位并在前脚组收合时通过转动轴启动后脚组收合。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的车架前后脚组开合机构,其特征在于,所述连接件的外周还开设有收合限位槽,所述收合限位槽与所述后脚组支撑杆位于后脚组上的端部相匹配,以使后脚组收合时,所述后脚组支撑杆的端部卡入收合限位槽内形成限位。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的车架前后脚组开合机构,其特征在于,所述座椅本体上还设有限位杆,所述连接件上开设有弧形槽,所述限位杆穿过所述弧形槽以限制前脚组的转动角度。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的车架前后脚组开合机构,其特征在于,所述后脚组支撑杆的一端与座椅本体转动连接,另一端与后脚组转动连接;所述后脚组转动支杆的一端与前脚组固 定,另一端与后脚组转动连接。
  9. 一种儿童安全座椅,其特征在于,包括座椅本体、与座椅本体铰接的前脚组、与所述前脚组铰接的后脚组、以及权利要求1-8所述的车架前后脚组开合机构。
