Claims (17)
- 一种电池单体,包括:电极组件(20),包括主体部(22)和与所述主体部(22)连接的极耳(21);和绝缘支撑板(50),包括第一支撑部(51)和与所述第一支撑部(51)连接的第二支撑部(52),所述第一支撑部(51)相对于所述第二支撑部(52)向靠近所述主体部(22)的方向凸起以使所述第二支撑部(52)和所述主体部(22)之间形成第一间隙,所述极耳(21)的至少部分位于所述第一间隙内。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电池单体,其中所述极耳(21)包括第一极耳段(211)和第二极耳段(212),所述第一极耳段(211)连接于所述主体部(22),所述第二极耳段(212)位于所述第一极耳段(211)的远离所述主体部(22)的一侧,所述第一极耳段(211)位于所述第一间隙内。
- 根据权利要求2所述的电池单体,其中所述第二极耳段(212)位于所述第二支撑部(52)的远离所述第一极耳段(211)的一侧。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电池单体,其中所述第一支撑部(51)抵接于所述主体部(22)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电池单体,其中所述第一支撑部(51)和所述第二支撑部(52)均为平板状,且所述第一支撑部(51)和所述第二支撑部(52)相互平行。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电池单体,其中所述第一支撑部(51)的两侧分别设有一个或多个所述第二支撑部(52)。
- 根据权利要求6所述的电池单体,其中所述第一支撑部(51)的两侧分别设有两个所述第二支撑部(52),并且位于所述第一支撑部(51)的同一侧的两个所述第二支撑部(52)之间具有第二间隙。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电池单体,还包括盖板组件(30)和壳体(10),所述电极组件(20)和所述绝缘支撑板(50)均设置在所述壳体(10)内,所述壳体(10)具有开口(11),所述盖板组件(30)用于密封所述开口(11),所述第一支撑部(51)设有卡钩(54),所述盖板组件(30)设有第一凹槽(35),所述卡钩(54)插入所述第一凹槽(35)中以连接所述绝缘支撑板(50)和所述盖板组件(30)。
- 根据权利要求8所述的电池单体,其中所述第一支撑部(51)设有第二凹槽(55),所述卡钩(54)设置在所述第二凹槽(55)内。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电池单体,还包括电极端子(31)和连接片(40),所述连接片(40)电连接于所述极耳(21)和所述电极端子(31)之间。
- 根据权利要求10所述的电池单体,还包括绝缘防护件(60),所述绝缘防护件(60)设置在所述绝缘支撑板(50)与所述连接片(40)之间。
- 根据权利要求11所述的电池单体,其中所述绝缘支撑板(50)和所述连接片(40)均与所述绝缘防护件(60)抵接。
- 根据权利要求11所述的电池单体,其中所述绝缘支撑板(50)还包括托载部(53),所述托载部(53)相对于第一支撑部(51)向靠近所述连接片(40)的方向凸起,所述托载部(53)与所述连接片(40)共同限位所述绝缘防护件(60)。
- 一种电池模块,包括如权利要求1~13任一项所述的电池单体。
- 一种电池组,包括如权利要求14所述的电池模块。
- 一种使用电池单体作为电源的装置,包括如权利要求1~13任一项所述的电池单体。
- 一种基于如权利要求1~13任一项所述的电池单体的组装方法,包括:将所述绝缘支撑板(50)置于所述主体部(22)的一侧,并使所述第一支撑部(51)比所述第二支撑部(52)更靠近所述主体部(22),以使所述第二支撑部(52)和所述主体部(22)之间形成第一间隙;折叠所述极耳(21)并使所述极耳(21)的至少部分位于所述第一间隙内。
