Description
本体部および本体部に接続されたタブを備える電極アセンブリ;ならびに

絶縁支持板を本体部の一方側に配置するとともに、第2の支持部と本体部との間に第1の間隙を形成するために第1の支持部を第2の支持部よりも本体部の近くに配置すること;および
タブの少なくとも一部が第1の間隙に位置するようにタブを折り畳むこと。
絶縁支持板50を本体部22の一方側に配置するとともに、第2の支持部52と本体部22との間に第1の間隙を形成するために第1の支持部51を第2の支持部52よりも本体部22の近くに配置すること、および
タブ21の少なくとも一部が第1の間隙に位置するようにタブ21を折り畳むこと。
電極アセンブリ20および接続シート40を位置決めし、タブ21の第2のタブ部分212を接続シート40の第1の側に配置し、接続シート40の第1の接続部41と第2のタブ部分212とを接続すること、
カバープレートアセンブリ30および接続シート40を位置決めし、電極端子31を接続シート40の第2の側に配置し、接続シート40の第2の接続部42と電極端子31とを接続すること、
絶縁支持板50上に絶縁部材60を設けること、
接続シート40の第1の側に絶縁支持板50を設けること、
絶縁部材60の位置が固定されるように、絶縁支持板50を絶縁部材60の第1の側に当接させ、接続片40の第2の接続部42を絶縁部材60の第2の側に当接させると同時に、タブ21の第2のタブ部分212、カバープレートアセンブリ30、接続シート40、絶縁部材60、および絶縁支持板50が相対的に固定されるように絶縁支持板50をカバープレートアセンブリ30に接続すること。ここで、接続シート40の第1の側と第2の側は対向する側であり、絶縁部材60の第1の側と第2の側は対向する側である。

Claims (16)
- 電池セルであって、
本体部および前記本体部に接続されたタブを備える電極アセンブリと、
第1の支持部および前記第1の支持部に接続された第2の支持部を備える絶縁支持板と
を備え、前記第1の支持部は、前記第2の支持部と前記本体部との間に第1の間隙が形成されるように、前記第2の支持部に対して前記本体部に近づく方向に突出し、前記タブの少なくとも一部が前記第1の間隙に位置し、
カバープレートアセンブリと、
前記電極アセンブリおよび前記絶縁支持板が配置されるケースと
を備え、前記ケースは開口部を有し、前記カバープレートアセンブリは前記開口部を密閉するように構成され、前記第1の支持部にはフックが設けられ、前記カバープレートアセンブリには第1の溝が設けられ、前記フックは前記絶縁支持板と前記カバープレートアセンブリを接続するために前記第1の溝に挿入される、
電池セル。 - 前記タブは、前記本体部に接続された第1のタブ部分と、前記第1のタブ部分の前記本体部から離れた側に位置する第2のタブ部分とを含み、前記第1のタブ部分は前記第1の間隙に位置する、請求項1に記載の電池セル。
- 前記第2のタブ部分は、前記第2の支持部の前記第1のタブ部分から離れた側に位置する、請求項2に記載の電池セル。
- 前記第1の支持部は前記本体部に当接する、請求項1に記載の電池セル。
- 前記第1の支持部および前記第2の支持部は両方とも平坦であり、前記第1の支持部および前記第2の支持部は互いに平行である、請求項1に記載の電池セル。
- 前記第1の支持部の2つの側部のそれぞれに1つまたは複数の第2の支持部が設けられる、請求項1に記載の電池セル。
- 前記第1の支持部の2つの側部のそれぞれに2つの第2の支持部が設けられ、前記第1の支持部の同じ側部の前記2つの第2の支持部の間に第2の間隙が存在する、請求項6に記載の電池セル。
- 前記第1の支持部には第2の溝が設けられ、前記第2の溝に前記フックが配置される、請求項1に記載の電池セル。
- 電極端子および接続シートをさらに備え、前記接続シートは、前記タブと前記電極端子を電気的に接続するように構成される、請求項1に記載の電池セル。
- 前記絶縁支持板と前記接続シートとの間に配置された絶縁部材をさらに備える、請求項9に記載の電池セル。
- 前記絶縁支持板および前記接続シートの両方が前記絶縁部材に当接する、請求項10に記載の電池セル。
- 前記絶縁支持板は担持部をさらに備え、前記担持部は前記第1の支持部に対して前記接続シートに近づく方向に突出し、前記担持部および前記接続シートは共に前記絶縁部材の位置を制限する、請求項10に記載の電池セル。
- 請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の電池セルを備える電池モジュール。
- 請求項13に記載の電池モジュールを備える電池パック。
- 電池セルを電源として使用するデバイスであって、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の電池セルを備えるデバイス。
- 請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の電池セルの組立て方法であって、
前記絶縁支持板を前記本体部の一方側に配置するとともに、前記第2の支持部と前記本体部との間に第1の間隙を形成するために前記第1の支持部を前記第2の支持部よりも前記本体部の近くに配置することと、
前記タブの少なくとも一部が前記第1の間隙に位置するように前記タブを折り畳むことと
を含む方法。
