Abstract
本公开涉及一种电池单体、电池模块、电池组、使用电池单体作为电源的装置及电池单体的组装方法,其中电池单体包括电极组件(20)和绝缘支撑板(50),电极组件(20)包括主体部(22)和与主体部(22)连接的极耳(21),绝缘支撑板(50)包括第一支撑部(51)和与第一支撑部(51)连接的第二支撑部(52),第一支撑部(51)相对于第二支撑部(52)向靠近主体部(22)的方向凸起以使第二支撑部(52)和主体部(22)之间形成第一间隙,极耳(21)的至少部分位于第一间隙内。通过在第二支撑部和主体部之间形成第一间隙,可以容纳极耳的至少部分,有效保护极耳,防止极耳被挤压,减少极耳的损坏,提高电池的使用寿命。
