Abstract
본 발명의 하나의 실시예에 관한 고순도 가교 히알루론산 제조 장치는 용기, 분산 부재, 가압 부재 및 분리 부재를 구비한다. 용기는 히알루론산, 가교제 및 물을 포함하는 혼합물이 수용되는 부재이다. 분산 부재는, 용기 내에 배열되어 용기 내부를 제1 공간과 제2 공간으로 구획하며 혼합물이 제1 공간에서 제2 공간으로 또는 제2 공간에서 제1 공간으로 이동할 때에 통과함으로써 혼합물에 포함된 히알루론산이 집적된 물질을 분산시켜 가교제와 혼합되도록 하는 부재이다. 가압 부재는 용기 내에 이동가능하게 배열되어 혼합물이 제1 공간에서 제2 공간으로 또는 제2 공간에서 제1 공간으로 이동하도록 혼합물을 가압하는 가압 부재이다. 분리 부재는 가압 부재가 이동할 때에 용기 내벽과 접촉함으로써 용기 내벽에 잔류하는 물질을 용기 내벽으로부터 분리시키는 부재이다.
