- the blocking element may be provided with a locking finger arranged on one side and a compression spring arranged on the other side for power transmission with the fixed bodywork part for the blocking element to engage with or disengage from ⁇ the lid catch or the catch of one of the arms while locking the lid position.

- a slide guiding is formed in the fixed bodywork part, where the blocking element 37 is slidably mounted to move slidably substantially in the direction of a tangent to a circle having its centre in the axis of the transmission gear 33f.
- the blocking element 36 has the shaped recess 38, with which the axial guiding protrusion 37 engages in a part of its circular path. In the open position of the lid 6, the axial guiding protrusion 37 of Fig.
- the axial blocking protrusion 42 in the shape of an arc is formed on the front face of the transmission gear 33f; in the open position of the lid 6, this protrusion engages with the shaped recess 43 of the blocking element 36 in shape transmission, thereby the blocking element 36 is locked in position corresponding to the open position of the lid 6.
- the driven gear 35 further rotates in the opposite direction to the transmission gear 33f, and the arm 10moves the lid 6 to a position closing the opening of the dish-shaped bulge 3 of the charging module 2 as shown in Fig. 2.
- the guiding protrusion 37 moves the blocking element 36 into engagement with the catch 8 formed inside of the lid 6 Iand locks the position of the blocking element 36 in the closed position of the lid 6.
- the axial guiding protrusion 37 may be formed on one of the gears of the transmission 33or on any additional gear connected to one of the gears of the transmission 33.
- the shaped recess 38 is open so that when the transmission gear 33f further rotates, the axial guiding protrusion 37 disengages from the shaped recess 38 of the blocking element 36.
- the blocking element 36 remains in the position inserted into the catch 8 of the lid 6 due to the pressure of the compression spring 41, one end of which is in contact with the fixed part of the bodywork 1 and the opposite end is in contact with the inner bottom of the blocking element 36.
- the blocking element 36 is disengaged from the catch 8 arranged on the lid 6 when the transmission gear 33f is rotated counter-clockwise, i.e. in the opposite direction to the one when the lid is being closed.
- the axial guiding protrusion 37 engages with the recess 38 of the blocking element 36 and moves the blocking element 36 in the direction of release from the catch 8 of the lid 6 against the pressure of the compression spring 41.
- Rotation of the transmission gear 33f counter clockwise causes rotation of the driven gear 35 and the arms 10, 11 of the lid 6 in the clockwise direction, making the lid 6 of the dish-shaped bulge 3 of the charging module 2 open.
- the lid 6 thus returns to its open position shown in Fig.1.
- the catch 8 may be formed either inside the lid 6 or on one of the arms 10, 11.

Abstract
Dans la présente invention, un couvercle (6) de la carrosserie du véhicule (2) est monté dans une partie fixe d'une carrosserie (1) de manière oscillante à l'aide d'au moins un bras (10, 11). L'extrémité porteuse (12, 13) est montée à l'intérieur du couvercle (6) et une extrémité de support (16, 17) est montée pivotante dans la partie fixe de la carrosserie (1) à l'aide d'une broche de support (18, 19). Un moteur électrique (30) est disposé dans la partie fixe de la carrosserie (1), dont l'arbre d'entraînement de sortie (31) est, par l'intermédiaire d'une transmission (33), en prise de transmission avec un engrenage entraîné (35) monté fixe sur la broche de support (18, 19) reliée fermement au bras (10, 11) du couvercle (6), tandis que l'un des engrenages de la transmission (33) ou un engrenage supplémentaire (34) relié à l'un des engrenages de la transmission (33) est en prise avec un élément de blocage (36) monté coulissant dans la partie fixe de la carrosserie (1) pour l'élément de blocage (36) pour venir en prise avec un loquet (8, 9) disposé sur le couvercle (6) ou l'un des bras (10, 11) lors du blocage de la position du couvercle (6).
