所述调节机构采用手动调节轮。

由于采用本发明的技术方案,本发明调节快速、准确、方便,且能够实现夹袋距离的精准重复,不同批次的同一种袋子可以实现完全相同的夹带距离。

具体实施方式
实施例1,参照图1、2、5。
本发明提供的送袋调节机构,包括排成直线的若干对夹袋机构101、102,所述若干对夹袋机构101、102被分成若干组,按组依次用于每两个相邻工位之间的夹袋输送。每两个相邻工位被配置至少一对夹袋机构101、102,大多数情况下,每两个相邻工位之间的夹袋机构对的数量应该相等,每两个相邻工位可以只配置一对夹袋机构101、102。这些工位可以是打开袋口、灌装、封口等工位。
所述夹袋机构安装在可来回运动的螺纹调节机构上,螺纹调节机构包括可来回运动的丝杆1,丝杆1与运动机构连接以能沿轴向来回运动,这些多个工位就沿平行于该丝杆的轴向布置,运动机构可采用本实施例的摆杆机构4,作为步进循环往复运动机构。
丝杆1上设置多对具有正螺纹段11和反螺纹段12,每对的正螺纹段和反螺纹段分别与一对正螺纹部件和反螺纹部件螺纹连接,一对正螺纹部件和反螺纹部件分别与一对夹袋机构中的左夹袋机构101和右夹袋机构102连接,这样,对所述排成直线的若干对夹袋机构,能一次性调节各夹袋机构对内的左夹袋机构101和右夹袋机构102之间的间距,所述丝杆1为可转动丝杆,所述丝杆1连接调节机构以转动丝杆1并设置有显示装置,所述显示装置用于显示与左夹袋机构101和右夹袋机构102之间的间距相关的信息。
所述显示装置可以是位置显示器3。所述位置显示器3套在丝杆1的端部。,通过感应丝杆1旋转的圈数和不足一圈时的旋转角度,再结合螺距,可以获得正螺纹部件和反螺纹部件的位移距离,从而获得调节后的左夹袋机构101和右夹袋机构102之间间距。与该间距相关的信息可以是明喻的信息(比如直接显示间距信息)或隐喻的信息(比如不同包装袋的代号、旋转的圈数及角度、坐标值等)。这样,每次调节后,显示装置都会存下一种袋子的与所述间距相关的信息,显示装置也显示该信息所对应的读数;或者,由操作人员直接记录读数。下一次再进行对这种袋子的灌装时,直接旋转丝杆,一次性将所有的左夹袋机构101和右夹袋机构102之间的间距调到该读数即可,非常方便和准确。
所述调节机构可以是手动的,比如丝杆1所连接的调节轮30,或者,该调节机构也可以是由电机等驱动机构驱动的。
对于一种实施情况,如图所示,螺纹调节机构可平行设置两根丝杆(标号为1a和1b),两根丝杆在螺纹连接方面一般是相同的,分别设置上述多对正螺纹段、反螺纹段,两根丝杆上的正螺纹段、反螺纹段分别各自螺纹连接其正螺纹部件或 反螺纹部件,左夹袋机构101和右夹袋机构102均包括一侧的夹袋工作组件103和另一侧的夹袋工作组件104,夹袋工作组件103与一根丝杆上的正螺纹部件或反螺纹部件连接,夹袋工作组件104与另一根丝杆上的正螺纹部件或反螺纹部件连接。当夹袋工作组件103连接正螺纹部件,与其配合的夹袋工作组件104也连接正螺纹部件,当夹袋工作组件103连接反螺纹部件,与其配合的夹袋工作组件104也连接反螺纹部件。
这样,夹袋机构一侧的夹袋工作组件103和另一侧的夹袋工作组件104分别连接到不同的丝杆上,两根丝杆分别连接各自的调节机构。此时,两根丝杆可以分别配置位置显示器3,也可以只有最外侧的丝杆设置位置显示器3,另一根丝杆则不设置位置显示器,另一根丝杆的调节通过夹袋工作组件103和夹袋工作组件104是否对准来确定是否调节到位。
所述螺杆或丝杆可以是整根的,而在不同部位被加工出不同方向的螺纹,所述螺杆或丝杆可以是分段的。在不设置螺纹的部位通过联轴器将若干段连接在一起,形成整根螺杆或丝杆。
作为替换,也可以是只设置一根螺杆或丝杆,夹袋机构一侧的夹袋工作组件103和另一侧的夹袋工作组件104连接到同一根丝杆上。
在机构的安装架200上,可以设置轴向来回运动的滑轨41,丝杆上的部件或与丝杆连接的部件可以设置与滑轨41配合的滑块42,丝杆在在运动机构(摆杆机构4)的驱动下,沿滑轨41来回运动。
所述夹袋工作组件103和夹袋工作组件104可结构相同,均采用夹袋块及头部的夹袋头。可以把安装架200设置为在垂直于滑轨41的方向可以滑动,附图标号43为该方向的导向杆,附图标号44、45分别为一侧的安装架200和另一侧的安装架200的导向块,导向块44、45与导向杆43滑动连接,并且与一套驱动连杆46连接,而驱动导向块44、45沿导向杆43来回滑动,以使夹袋工作组件103和夹袋工作组件104夹紧和松开袋子。作为替代的方案,夹袋工作组件103 和夹袋工作组件104也可采用气缸及其工作头。另外,在滑块42的连接架47上,也即与丝杆连接的部件上,也可设置导轨,夹袋工作组件103和夹袋工作组件104设置相配合的滑动件,而在夹袋机构调节间距时起到导向作用。
附图标号300为被夹的对象(袋)。
实施例2,参照图3、4、5。
本发明提供的工位夹袋调节机构,包括排成直线的若干对夹袋机构501、502,所述若干对夹袋机构501、502被分配给不同的工位。每个工位被配置至少一对夹袋机构501、502,大多数情况下,在各工位的夹袋机构对的数量应该相等,每个工位可以只配置一对夹袋机构501、502。这些工位可以是打开袋口、灌装、封口等工位。
所述夹袋机构安装在螺纹调节机构上,螺纹调节机构包括丝杆5,这些多个工位就沿平行于该丝杆的轴向布置。
丝杆5上设置多对具有正螺纹段51和反螺纹段52,每对的正螺纹段和反螺纹段分别与一对正螺纹部件和反螺纹部件螺纹连接,一对正螺纹部件和反螺纹部件分别与一对夹袋机构中的左夹袋机构501和右夹袋机构502连接,这样,对所述排成直线的若干对夹袋机构,能一次性调节各夹袋机构对内的左夹袋机构501和右夹袋机构502之间的间距,所述丝杆5为可转动丝杆,所述丝杆5连接调节机构以转动丝杆5并设置有显示装置,所述显示装置用于显示与左夹袋机构501和右夹袋机构502之间的间距相关的信息。
所述显示装置可以是位置显示器6。所述位置显示器6套在丝杆5的端部,通过感应丝杆5旋转的圈数和不足一圈时的旋转角度,再结合螺距,可以获得正螺纹部件和反螺纹部件的位移距离,从而获得调节后的左夹袋机构501和右夹袋机构502之间间距。与该间距相关的信息可以是明喻的信息(比如直接显示间距信息)或隐喻的信息(比如不同包装袋的代号、旋转的圈数及角度、坐标值等)。这样,每次调节后,显示装置都会存下一种袋子的与所述间距相关的信息,显示 装置也显示该信息所对应的读数;或者,由操作人员直接记录读数。下一次再进行对这种袋子的灌装时,直接旋转丝杆5,一次性将所有的左夹袋机构501和右夹袋机构502之间的间距调到该读数即可,非常方便和准确。
所述调节机构可以是手动的,比如丝杆5所连接的调节轮60,或者,该调节机构也可以是由电机等驱动机构驱动的。
对于一种实施情况,螺纹调节机构可平行设置两根丝杆(标号为5a和5b),两根丝杆在螺纹连接方面一般是相同的,分别设置上述多对正螺纹段、反螺纹段,两根丝杆上的正螺纹段、反螺纹段分别各自螺纹连接其正螺纹部件或反螺纹部件,左夹袋机构501和右夹袋机构502均包括一侧的夹袋工作组件503和另一侧的夹袋工作组件504,夹袋工作组件503与一根丝杆上的正螺纹部件或反螺纹部件连接,夹袋工作组件504与另一根根丝杆上的正螺纹部件或反螺纹部件连接。当夹袋工作组件503连接正螺纹部件,与其配合的夹袋工作组件504也连接正螺纹部件,当夹袋工作组件503连接反螺纹部件,与其配合的夹袋工作组件504也连接反螺纹部件。
这样,夹袋机构一侧的夹袋工作组件503和另一侧的夹袋工作组件504分别连接到不同的丝杆上,两根丝杆分别连接各自的调节机构,所述夹袋工作组件503和夹袋工作组件504可均采用可转动的钳臂,并与驱动其开合的连杆传动机构505连接。此时,两根丝杆可以分别配置位置显示器3,也可以只有最外侧的丝杆设置位置显示器3,另一根丝杆则不设置位置显示器,另一根丝杆的调节通过夹袋工作组件503和夹袋工作组件504是否对准来确定是否调节到位。所述丝杆及所连接的正螺纹部件和反螺纹件可以组合为钳臂的转动轴,钳臂和所述正螺纹部件或反螺纹部件之间可采用轴向限位的转动连接配合。所述两根丝杆5a、5b也可同时是可摆动的部件,所述两侧夹袋工作组件均采用可转动的钳臂,两根丝杆分别随所述钳臂摆动,附图标号506为钳臂的转动轴。
所述螺杆或丝杆可以是整根的,而在不同部位被加工出不同方向的螺纹,所 述螺杆或丝杆可以是分段的。在不设置螺纹的部位通过联轴器将若干段连接在一起,形成整根螺杆或丝杆。
作为替换,也可以是只设置一根螺杆或丝杆,夹袋机构一侧的夹袋工作组件503和另一侧的夹袋工作组件504连接到同一根丝杆上。
附图标号600为机构的安装架600。附图标号300为被夹的对象(袋)。附图标号301为袋子被夹袋机构501、502所夹的部位。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种送袋调节机构,其特征在于包括排成直线的若干对夹袋机构,所述夹袋机构安装在可来回运动的螺纹调节机构上,螺纹调节机构包括可来回运动的螺杆或丝杆,螺杆或丝杆与运动机构连接以能沿轴向来回运动,螺杆或丝杆上设置多对正反螺纹段,并分别螺纹连接多对正螺纹部件和反螺纹部件,一对正螺纹部件和反螺纹部件分别与一对夹袋机构中的左夹袋机构和右夹袋机构连接,对所述排成直线的若干对夹袋机构,能一次性调节各夹袋机构对内的左夹袋机构和右夹袋机构之间的间距,所述螺杆或丝杆为可转动螺杆或丝杆,所述螺杆或丝杆连接调节机构并设置有显示装置,所述显示装置用于显示与左夹袋机构和右夹袋机构之间的间距相关的信息。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种送袋调节机构,其特征在于所述显示装置是位置显示器。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的一种送袋调节机构,其特征在于所述位置显示器套在螺杆或丝杆的端部。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的一种送袋调节机构,其特征在于螺纹调节机构平行设置两根螺杆或丝杆,两根螺杆或丝杆上分别设置多对正反螺纹段,分别各自螺纹连接其正螺纹部件或反螺纹部件,夹袋机构的两侧夹袋工作组件分别与两根螺杆或丝杆上的正螺纹部件或反螺纹部件连接。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的一种送袋调节机构,其特征在于两根螺杆或丝杆分别连接各自的调节机构。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的一种送袋调节机构,其特征在于所述调节机构采用手动调节轮。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的一种送袋调节机构,其特征在于所述若干对夹袋机构被分成若干组,按组依次用于每两个相邻工位之间的夹袋输送。
  8. 一种工位夹袋调节机构,其特征在于包括排成直线的若干对夹袋机构, 所述夹袋机构安装在螺纹调节机构上,螺纹调节机构包括螺杆或丝杆,螺杆或丝杆上设置多对正反螺纹段,并分别螺纹连接多对正螺纹部件和反螺纹部件,一对正螺纹部件和反螺纹部件分别与一对夹袋机构中的左夹袋机构和右夹袋机构连接,对所述排成直线的若干对夹袋机构,能一次性调节各夹袋机构对内的左夹袋机构和右夹袋机构之间的间距,所述螺杆或丝杆为可转动螺杆或丝杆,所述螺杆或丝杆连接调节机构并设置有显示装置,所述显示装置用于显示与左夹袋机构和右夹袋机构之间的间距相关的信息。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的一种工位夹袋调节机构,其特征在于所述显示装置是位置显示器。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的一种工位夹袋调节机构,其特征在于所述位置显示器套在螺杆或丝杆的端部。
  11. 如权利要求8所述的一种工位夹袋调节机构,其特征在于螺纹调节机构平行设置两根螺杆或丝杆,两根螺杆或丝杆上分别设置多对正反螺纹段,分别各自螺纹连接其正螺纹部件或反螺纹部件,夹袋机构的两侧夹袋工作组件分别与两根螺杆或丝杆上的正螺纹部件或反螺纹部件连接。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的一种工位夹袋调节机构,其特征在于所述两根螺杆或丝杆同时是可摆动的部件,所述两侧夹袋工作组件均采用可转动的钳臂,两根螺杆或丝杆分别随所述钳臂摆动。
  13. 如权利要求11所述的一种工位夹袋调节机构,其特征在于两根螺杆或丝杆分别连接各自的调节机构。
  14. 如权利要求8所述的一种工位夹袋调节机构,其特征在于所述调节机构采用手动调节轮。
  15. 如权利要求8所述的一种工位夹袋调节机构,其特征在于所述若干对夹袋机构被配置给不同的工位。
