在一个实施例中,所述设备出声孔211设置在所述屏幕20顶部边缘的中间。电子设备的使用者按预设方式使用电子设备时,与设置在所述屏幕20其他位置相比,把设备出声孔211设置在所述屏幕20顶部边缘的中间距离电子设备的使用者耳朵更近,通过缩短声音传播的距离减少声音的损失,进一步提升了电子设备使用者的用户体验。可以理解的是,所述设备出声孔211还可以设置在所述屏幕20其他位置,在此举例不作具体限定。
所述扬声器出声孔111的数量可以是一个、两个、三个、四个,在此举例不作具体限定。
所述扬声器单体13用于把电信号转变为声信号,本领域的技术人员可以根据需要设置,在此不作具体限定。
如图3所示,在一个实施例中,所述壳体30包括导声件32;所述导声通道311位于所述导声件32中,且导声通道311只有一个声音入口和一个声音出口。通过导声通道311只设置一个声音入口和一个声音出口可以避免声音从导声通道311的声音出口以外的缝隙向导声通道311外部传播,避免声音传播的损失,进一步提升了电子设备使用者的用户体验。
所述导声件32的形状可以由本领域的技术人员可以根据需要设置,在此不作具体限定。
可以理解的是,在未设置导声件32时,所述导声通道311可以由所述壳体30的多个部件围合而成,本领域的技术人员可以根据需要设置,在此不作具体限定。
在一个实施例中,所述导声通道311包括依次相连的第一段、第二段;所述第一段的延伸方向与所述第二段的延伸方向垂直设置。扬声器装置10的扬声器出声孔111与导声通道311的第一段连通,因所述导声通道311的第一段与所述导声通道311的第二段垂直设置,在把扬声器出声孔111与所述导声通道311的第一段连通时,可以使所述导声通道311的第一段与扬声器装置10的上盖11平行设置,从而进一步有利于与壳体30之间的装配;在设备出声孔211位于屏幕20边缘且电子设备的屏幕20采用全面屏设计时,导声通道311的第一段的延伸方向与第二段的延伸方向垂直设置可以使扬声器装置10的扬声器出声孔111不需安装在设备出声孔211的正下方,从而避免将扬声器出声孔111设置在扬声器装置10的上盖11边缘位置。
可以理解的是,所述导声通道311的形状还可以设置成其他形状,在此举例不作具体限定。
如图3所示,在一个实施例中,所述壳体30设有与所述扬声器装置10的形状相适配的扬声器安装槽312;所述扬声器安装槽312与所述导声通道311连通。通过扬声器安装槽312进一步降低了扬声器装置10与所述壳体30之间的装配难度,从而确保了扬声器装置10与所述壳体30之间的装配质量。
在一个实施例中,所述扬声器安装槽312与所述导声通道311的声音入口的连通,所述扬声器出声孔111的声音出口的尺寸小于或等于所述导声通道311的声音入口的尺寸。从而使扬声器出声孔111传播出的声音全部进入导声通道311,进一步减少了声音传播的损失,提升了电子设备使用者的用户体验。
在一个实施例中,所述扬声器出声孔111的出口的形状为长条形窄缝。从而只需要把所述扬声器出声孔111的长条形窄缝与导声通道311对接好即可实现良好装配,进一步降低了扬声器装置10与所述壳体30之间的装配难度。
在一个实施例中,所述扬声器出声孔111的数量包括至少两个;
所述扬声器出声孔111呈线性排列。有利于与导声通道311对接,进一步降低了扬声器装置10与所述壳体30之间的装配难度。
可以理解的是,多个所述扬声器出声孔111还可以设置成多排,在此举例不作具体限定。
在一个实施例中,所述振膜131包括折环132、安装在所述折环132中部的球顶,所述折环132的中部设有安装所述球顶的安装孔;
所述折环132、所述上盖11、所述下盖12围合形成连通所述前声腔与所述扬声器出声孔111的出声通道,所述扬声器出声孔111连通所述前声腔、所述出声通道以共同构成所述扬声器装置10的前腔。
如图7所示,在一个实施例中,所述折环132包括安装在所述下盖12上的外环平面133、位于所述外环平面133内侧的凸环面134;
所述凸环面134的凸面朝向所述上盖11;
所述扬声器出声孔111设置在所述外环平面133的正上方。
在一个实施例中,所述扬声器装置10的上盖11包括上盖盖体116、用于安装所述上盖盖体116的上盖边框117;
所述上盖边框117的中部设有与所述上盖盖体116相适配的盖体槽;
所述上盖边框117的内侧设有至少一个出声凹槽,所述出声凹槽与所述盖体槽连通,所述上盖边框117与所述上盖盖体116围合使所述出声凹槽成为所述扬声器出声孔111。通过所述上盖边框117设置出声凹槽,只需把所述上盖边框117与上盖盖体116装配在一起即形成设有扬声器出声孔111的上盖11,简化了上盖11的制造,简化了上盖边框117与上盖盖体116之间的装配。
可以理解的是,上盖边框117与上盖盖体116装配时,上盖边框117与上盖盖体116之间过盈配合,避免了声音从上盖边框117与上盖盖体116之间出声凹槽以外的缝隙向扬声器装置10外部传播,从而确保扬声器单体13发出的声音从扬声器出声孔111向导声通道311传播,进一步提升了电子设备使用者的用户体验。
在一个实施例中,所述上盖盖体116与所述上盖边框117采用卡接的方式进行装配。采用卡接的方式相对热熔等工艺降低了装配的难度。
在一个实施例中,所述上盖边框117的其中一侧边设有至少一个第一卡接槽,所述上盖盖体116向外凸起形成与所述第一卡接槽相适配的第一卡柱112;
所述上盖边框117的另一侧边设有多个第二卡接槽,所述上盖盖体116向外凸起形成与所述第二卡接槽相适配的第二卡柱113。
可以理解的是,上盖边框117与上盖盖体116装配时,第一卡柱112与第一卡接槽过盈配合,第二卡柱113与第二卡接槽过盈配合,从而避免电子设备受外力被晃动时,上盖边框117与上盖盖体116之间脱离,提高了电子设备工作的稳定性。
在一个实施例中,第一卡柱112与第一卡接槽一一对应配合。可以理解的是,在另一个实施例中,还可以采用多个第一卡柱112卡接在一个第一卡接槽中,在此举例不作具体限定。
在一个实施例中,第二卡柱113与第二卡接槽一一对应配合。可以理解的是,在另一个实施例中,还可以采用多个第二卡柱113卡接在一个第二卡接槽中,在此举例不作具体限定。
可以理解的是,所述扬声器装置10的上盖11还可以一体成型,在此举例不作具体限定。
以上所述的仅是本申请的实施方式,在此应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本申请创造构思的前提下,还可以做出改进,但这些均属于本申请的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,包括:壳体、与所述壳体围设成容纳腔的屏幕、收容于所述容纳腔内的扬声器装置;
    所述屏幕上设有至少一个设备出声孔;
    所述扬声器装置包括上盖、与所述上盖配合形成收容空间的下盖、收容于所述收容空间内的扬声器单体;
    所述扬声器单体包括用于震动发声的振膜;
    所述振膜与所述上盖相对间隔设置形成前声腔;
    所述上盖设有至少一个扬声器出声孔,所述扬声器出声孔连通所述前声腔以共同构成所述扬声器装置的前腔;
    所述壳体设有导声通道,所述导声通道的一端与所述前腔连通、另一端与所述设备出声孔连通。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述导声通道包括依次相连的第一段、第二段;
    所述第一段的延伸方向与所述第二段的延伸方向垂直设置。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述壳体设有与所述扬声器装置的形状相适配的扬声器安装槽;
    所述扬声器安装槽与所述导声通道连通。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述扬声器安装槽与所述导声通道的声音入口的连通,所述扬声器出声孔的声音出口的尺寸小于或等于所述导声通道的声音入口的尺寸。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述扬声器出声孔的出口的形状为长条形窄缝。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述扬声器出声孔的数量包括至少两个;
    所述扬声器出声孔呈线性排列。
  7. 根据权利要求1至6任一项所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述振膜包括折环、安装在所述折环中部的球顶,所述折环的中部设有安装所述球顶的安装孔;
    所述折环、所述上盖、所述下盖围合形成连通所述前声腔与所述扬声器出声孔的出声通道,所述扬声器出声孔连通所述前声腔、所述出声通道以共同构成所述扬声器装置的前腔。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述折环包括安装在所述下盖上的外环平面、位于所述外环平面内侧的凸环面;
    所述凸环面的凸面朝向所述上盖;
    所述扬声器出声孔设置在所述外环平面的正上方。
  9. 根据权利要求1至6任一项所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述扬声器装置的上盖包括上盖盖体、用于安装所述上盖盖体的上盖边框;
    所述上盖边框的中部设有与所述上盖盖体相适配的盖体槽;
    所述上盖边框的内侧设有至少一个出声凹槽,所述出声凹槽与所述盖体槽连通,所述上盖边框与所述上盖盖体围合使所述出声凹槽成为所述扬声器出声孔。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述上盖盖体与所述上盖边框采用卡接的方式进行装配。
