工作原理:该便于双面涂层自润滑密封垫片在使用时,通过圆形本体一1和圆形本体二2上的插柱3与承接口4对应卡合,实现圆形本体一1与圆形本体二2的完整组装;在组装过程中,环形气囊6会受到来自对应的圆形本体一1和圆形本体二2的挤压,环形气囊6内压 强增加会使其内的粘结剂被挤压至柱形气囊9中,柱形气囊9的体积随即膨胀,会使柱形气囊9上远离环形气囊6的一端膨胀移动至与插针10的针尖接触并产生挤压,随即柱形气囊9被刺破,柱形气囊9中的粘结剂喷射出来,喷射出的粘结剂会快速将凹槽二8填充满后再溢出至圆形本体一1和圆形本体二2的对应的相对面上,伴随着圆形本体一1和圆形本体二2的完整卡合,实现了粘结剂在圆形本体一1和圆形本体二2相对面上完成自动的挤压式涂抹,最终实现圆形本体一1和圆形本体二2的粘合固定;通过上述结构之间的配合使用,解决了在实际使用过程中,由于传统的圆形本体组合时粘结剂的添加不够方便,操作起来费时费力,降低了工作效率的问题。
尽管已经示出和描述了本实用新型的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本实用新型的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本实用新型的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种便于双面涂层自润滑密封垫片,包括对称设置的圆形本体一(1)和圆形本体二(2),所述圆形本体一(1)和圆形本体二(2)相对面上的对应位置均固定连接有插柱(3),所述圆形本体一(1)和圆形本体二(2)的相对面上均开设有与插柱(3)配合的承接口(4),其特征在于:所述插柱(3)的表面固定连接有自覆盖装置(5);所述自覆盖装置(5)包括环形气囊(6),所述环形气囊(6)的内缘与插柱(3)的表面活动连接,所述圆形本体一(1)和圆形本体二(2)上靠近插柱(3)的表面均开设有凹槽一(7),所述凹槽一(7)的内壁与环形气囊(6)的表面固定连接,所述环形气囊(6)内填充有粘结剂,所述圆形本体一(1)和圆形本体二(2)上靠近凹槽一(7)的表面均开设有凹槽二(8),所述凹槽二(8)延伸至凹槽一(7)内并与凹槽一(7)连通,所述凹槽二(8)内设有柱形气囊(9),所述柱形气囊(9)上靠近环形气囊(6)的一端贯穿环形气囊(6)并延伸至环形气囊(6)内,所述凹槽二(8)内远离柱形气囊(9)一端的内壁固定连接有插针(10)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种便于双面涂层自润滑密封垫片,其特征在于:所述凹槽二(8)的数量为两个,且两个凹槽二(8)以插柱(3)的竖直中心对称设置。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种便于双面涂层自润滑密封垫片,其特征在于:所述凹槽二(8)上远离插柱(3)一端的内壁上开设有凹槽三(11),且凹槽二(8)上凹槽三(11)的数量不少于四个。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种便于双面涂层自润滑密封垫片,其特征在于:所述圆形本体一(1)和圆形本体二(2)上靠近插柱(3)的表面上均开设有回字形槽(12),所述回字形槽(12)延伸至凹槽二(8)内与凹槽二(8)连通。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种便于双面涂层自润滑密封垫片,其特征在于:所述柱形气囊(9)上延伸至环形气囊(6)内的一端固定连接有单向阀(13),所述单向阀(13)的导液口朝向插针(10)。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种便于双面涂层自润滑密封垫片,其特征在于:所述插针(10)为锥形插针,且其表面上开设有凸起。
