技术领域
本发明涉及显示技术领域,尤其涉及一种显示模组。
背景技术
目前的电视产品追求极致的超窄边框甚至无边框设计,从而导致显示模组内部的膜片固定空间的可设置宽度减小,常规的膜片固定技术通常采用螺柱或者背板翻边挂耳固定,由于膜片很软很薄,且需要预留足够的间隙,防止高温翘曲。但是常规的膜片固定技术既不利于窄边框的发展,也存在膜片挂耳漏光和膜片脱落的风险。
因此有必要提供一种显示模组,用以解决上述问题。
技术问题
本发明提供一种显示模组,以解决现有的显示模组,由于采用将膜片挂在背板上,占用的固定空间较大,且存在漏光和脱落的风险,进而影响显示的技术问题。
技术解决方案
为解决上述问题,本发明提供的技术方案如下:

本发明提供一种显示模组,以解决现有的显示模组,由于采用将膜片挂在背板上,占用的固定空间较大,且存在漏光和脱落的风险,进而影响显示的技术问题,本实施例能够解决该缺陷。
如图1所示,本发明实施例提供一种显示模组100,包括背板10、固定件20、光学膜片30以及胶框40。所述胶框40用以支撑所述背板10,所述固定件20设置于所述背板10上,所述固定件20用以固定所述光学膜片30。
如图2所示,所述固定件20包括底板21、相对设置的第一侧板22和第二侧板23,所述第一侧板22和所述第二侧板23均与所述底板21的两相对端部连接,所述固定件20具有凹槽201,所述光学膜片30的端部凸出于所述光学膜片30的主体部分,所述光学膜片30的端部插设于所述凹槽201内。所述底板21、所述第一侧板22、以及所述第二侧板23形成所述凹槽201的底壁和两相对侧壁。
所述背板10包括水平臂11和连接所述水平臂11的侧臂12,所述底板21与所述水平臂11固定连接,所述第一侧板22与所述侧臂12固定连接,从而增强所述固定件20的稳定性。所述固定件20可通过胶水或者螺钉等固定在所述背板10上。

现有的膜片固定技术,通常采用将背板翻边形成挂耳,在所膜片的边缘开设通孔或凹槽,将膜片挂在背板上,且此种技术需要预留足够的间隙,防止膜片发生高温翘曲。本发明实施例对膜片的固定方式作出改进,将膜片折弯后插入到固定件中,以防止漏光和膜片脱落现象发生。
由于所述光学膜片30的膜片本体31为整面式结构,无通孔或凹槽,可消除现有技术中膜片的漏光不良,且所述凸耳32与所述膜片本体31呈90度夹角,所需空间较小,适用于窄边框或无边框的显示模组。所述侧臂12可保持平面设计,进而提升所述背板10的强度。
为了使得所述固定件20具有良好的固定效果,可在所述固定件20中加入自锁结构,使得在所述凸耳32在插设于所述凹槽201后,所述自锁结构能够将所述光学膜片30的各个方向固定,防止所述光学膜片30脱落。
具体地,所述固定件20包括弹性片24,所述弹性片24能起到自动锁住所述凸耳32的作用,所述弹性片24设置于所述凹槽201内,且所述弹性片24靠近于所述第二侧板23,所述凸耳插设于所述弹性片24与所述第二侧板23之间。所述弹性片24与所述第二侧板23之间的间隙应小于所述凸耳32的膜厚,在所述凸耳32插入到所述固定件20内时,发生轻微挤压作用,所述弹性片发生形变,从而使得所述凸耳32卡设于所述弹性片24与所述第二侧板23之间。
在本实施例中,如图1所示,所述弹性片24包括钩子件241,所述钩子件241的挂钩朝向所述第一侧板22设置,在安装所述光学膜片30时,所述凸耳32仅与所述钩子件241的外凸点相接触,在起到良好的固定作用的同时,又能便于所述凸耳32插入,在所述凸耳32插入过程受到较小的阻碍,避免对所述凸耳32造成损伤。
所述弹性片24与所述第一侧板22连接,所述固定件20为一体成型结构,所述固定件20可采用不锈钢材质折弯而成,所述弹性片24由所述第一侧板22垂直向内折弯后,再向下折弯而形成所述固定件20,所述固定件20的钩子件241悬空于所述凹槽201内,具有较大的自由度,所述钩子件241在受到挤压后能迅速发生形变,以配合所述凸耳32插入到所述凹槽201内。
在其他实施例中,如图5所示,所述弹性片24的底端与所述底板21固定连接,相对的另一端沿远离所述底板21延伸,在未插入所述凸耳32时,所述弹性片24与所述底板21垂直,所述钩子件241悬浮在所述底板21的上方,从而满足所述钩子件241在受到挤压时,能轻易发生形变。
如图2和图3所示,所述膜片本体31与所述第二侧板23搭接,所述第二侧板23的背离所述底板21的一侧表面为凹面,即所述第二侧板23的中心位置高度较低,两端高度较高,从而形成卡槽202,所述卡槽202的长度与所述凸耳32的长度L2相同,所述卡槽202的长度小于所述膜片本体31的长度L1,所述卡槽202能够进一步起到固定所述光学膜片30的作用,所述光学膜片30在安装时,能够与所述固定件20更好的配合。
如图4所示,所述光学膜片30包括骑缝线301,所述骑缝线301设置于所述凸耳32与所述膜片本体31的连接处,用以方便所述凸耳32折弯呈90度,所述骑缝线301为多段间隔设置的连接线,通过调整所述骑缝线301的连接线的个数以及连接线之间的间距来保证所述凸耳32便于折弯的同时又不会断裂。所述骑缝线301可设置两条,两条骑缝线301平行靠近设置,两条骑缝线301中的连接线可错开设置,不必对齐排列,从而降低所述凸耳32与所述膜片本体31的连接处断裂的风险。
在安装所述光学膜片30时,所述骑缝线301卡接在所述卡槽202处,所述骑缝线301一侧的所述凸耳32插设于所述第二侧板23与所述钩子件241之间,另一侧的所述膜片本体31搭接在所述第二侧板23上。
相比现有技术,常规的膜片挂耳的宽度大于5毫米,本实施例中的凸耳32的挂耳宽度可减小至2毫米,膜片固定所需的空间能够大大减小。
所述凹槽201的深度为5~10毫米,可固定不同尺寸的光学膜片,适用于不同的机型,能够节省成本,且组装方便,无需特殊工艺。
有益效果:通过设置固定件,一方面能够在很大程度上缩小膜片固定所需的空间,且背板侧面可操持平面结构,进而提升背板强度,并消除漏光现象;另一方面固定件可适用于不同尺寸的膜片,从而能够节省成本,且组装方便。

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的显示模组,其中,所述底板与所述水平臂固定连接,所述第一侧板与所述侧臂固定连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的显示模组,其中,所述膜片本体与所述第二侧板搭接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的显示模组,其中,所述第二侧板包括卡槽,所述卡槽的长度与所述凸耳长度相同。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的显示模组,其中,所述弹性片位于所述凹槽内,所述凸耳插设于所述弹性片与所述第二侧板之间。
  6. 一种显示模组,其包括:
    背板,包括水平臂和连接所述水平臂的侧臂;
    固定件,与所述背板固定连接;以及
    光学膜片,包括膜片本体和连接所述膜片本体的凸耳;其中,
    所述固定件包括凹槽,所述凸耳插设于所述凹槽内。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的显示模组,其中,所述固定件包括底板、弹性片、以及连接所述底板且相对设置的第一侧板和第二侧板。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的显示模组,其中,所述固定件为一体成型结构。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的显示模组,其中,所述底板与所述水平臂固定连接,所述第一侧板与所述侧臂固定连接。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的显示模组,其中,所述膜片本体与所述第二侧板搭接。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的显示模组,其中,所述第二侧板包括卡槽,所述卡槽的长度与所述凸耳长度相同。
  12. 根据权利要求7所述的显示模组,其中,所述弹性片位于所述凹槽内,所述凸耳插设于所述弹性片与所述第二侧板之间。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的显示模组,其中,所述弹性片与所述第二侧板之间的间隙小于所述凸耳的膜厚。
  14. 根据权利要求12所述的显示模组,其中,所述弹性片包括钩子件,所述钩子件的外凸点与所述凸耳接触。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的显示模组,其中,所述弹性片与所述第一侧板连接。
  16. 根据权利要求14所述的显示模组,其中,所述弹性片与所述底板连接。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的显示模组,其中,所述弹性片的底端与所述底板固定连接,相对的另一端沿远离所述底板延伸。
  18. 根据权利要求6所述的显示模组,其中,所述光学膜片包括骑缝线,所述光学膜片沿所述骑缝线折弯形成所述凸耳。
  19. 根据权利要求6所述的显示模组,其中,所述显示模组还包括支撑所述背板的胶框。
  20. 根据权利要求6所述的显示模组,其中,所述固定件通过胶水或者螺钉固定于所述背板上。
