虚拟资产转移方法及其系统 技术领域

一般来说,使用者可以具有多个账号,以进行多个游戏。使用者可以依据自己的喜好与时间来选择特定的游戏来进行。由于每个游戏成果,如游戏中的对象等都需要用户的投资或经营。一段时间下来,使用者通常会拥有过度分散且资产不一的游戏账号。目前来说,使用者可以将自己的游戏账号卖给其他使用者。

本发明实施例之虚拟资产转移方法,系应用至一网络系统,该网络系统包含一通讯服务器、至少一虚拟资产库服务器以及至少二个终端通讯装置,各该终端通讯装置内安装有一实时通讯软件,当各该终端通讯装置启动该实时通讯软件后,其能通过该实时通讯软件与该通讯服务器建立联机,该通讯服务器包含一通讯软件用户数据库,用以储存复数个通讯软件用户账号,该虚拟资产库服务器包含一虚拟资产用户数据库,用以储存复数个虚拟资产用户数据表,各该虚拟资产用户 数据表包含一个虚拟资产用户账号以及一虚拟资产仓库,该虚拟资产仓库储存至少一虚拟资产编码。首先,发送客户端之该实时通讯软件,编辑一要求讯息编码,该要求讯息编码包括该发送客户端之通讯软件用户账号、一接收客户端之通讯软件用户账号、任一该虚拟资产编码以及一显示讯息,该实时通讯软件之该发送客户端将该要求讯息编码传送至该通讯服务器。接着,该通讯服务器接收到该要求讯息编码,该通讯服务器传送该要求讯息编码至予一接收客户端之通讯软件并显示该显示讯息。若该接收客户端之该实时通讯软件欲取得该虚拟资产编码对应之一虚拟资产,则解封该显示讯息并通过该通讯服务器传送一确认指令予该虚拟资产库服务器,该虚拟资产库服务器依据该确认指令,将该虚拟资产编码由该发送客户端之该虚拟资产仓库转移至该接收客户端之该虚拟资产仓库,并由该虚拟资产库服务器储存一转移纪录。
本发明进一步包含一种虚拟资产转移系统,系应用至一网络系统,包含一通讯服务器、至少一虚拟资产库服务器及至少二个终端通讯装置。通讯服务器包括一通讯软件用户数据库,用以储存复数个通讯软件用户账号。虚拟资产库服务器包括一虚拟资产用户数据库,用以储存复数个虚拟资产用户数据表,各该虚拟资产用户数据表包含一个虚拟资产用户账号以及一虚拟资产仓库,该虚拟资产仓库储存至少一虚拟资产编码。各该终端通讯装置内安装有一实时通讯软件,当各该终端通讯装置启动该实时通讯软件后,其能通过该实时通讯软件与该通讯服务器建立联机。其中,该等终端通讯装置中之一发送客户端之该实时通讯软件,编辑一要求讯息编码,该要求讯息编码包括该发送客户端的通讯软件用户账号、一接收客户端的通讯软件用户账号、任一该虚拟资产编码以及一显示讯息,该实时通讯软件的该发送客户端将该要求讯息编码传送至该通讯服务器,该通讯服务器传送该要求讯息编码至予一接收客户端的通讯软件并显示该显示讯息,且若该接收客户端的该实时通讯软件欲取得该虚拟资产编码对应的一虚拟资产,则解封该显示讯息并通过该通讯服务器传送一确认指令予该虚拟资产库服务器,该虚拟资产库服务器依据该确认指令,将该虚拟资产编码由该发送客户端的该虚拟资产仓库转移至该接收客户端的该虚拟资产仓库,并由该虚拟资产库服务器储存一转移纪录。

图2显示了依据本发明实施例的虚拟资产转移方法。如图所示,首先,如步骤1,终端通讯装置中的发送客户端进入(执行)实时通讯软件,接着如步骤2,于 实时通讯软件中安装用以链接至虚拟资产库服务器的虚拟资产交易所的服务(APP,即应用程序),并如步骤3所示,通过虚拟资产交易所的服务(APP)申请相应的虚拟资产仓库。虚拟资产仓库申请之后,如步骤4,将相应发送客户端的虚拟资产存入个人之虚拟资产仓库中。提醒的是,若发送客户端已经具有个人的虚拟资产仓库时,则步骤2、3将会省略。
接着,如步骤5、6与7,发送客户端点选欲移转的虚拟资产、选择欲转移的对象(接收客户端)、并加注显示讯息,如相关留言。注意的是,一要求讯息编码将会依据欲移转的虚拟资产、欲转移的对象(接收客户端)、显示讯息产生。其中,要求讯息编码可以包括发送客户端之通讯软件用户账号、接收客户端的通讯软件用户账号、任一该虚拟资产编码以及一显示讯息。如步骤8,发送客户端点选转移选项来完成虚拟资产的转移申请。
之后,如步骤9,终端通讯装置中的一接收客户端进入(执行)实时通讯软件,接着如步骤10,收到相应虚拟资产转移的通知。此时,如步骤11,接收客户端于实时通讯软件中安装用以链接至虚拟资产库服务器的一虚拟资产交易所的服务(APP),并如步骤12所示,通过虚拟资产交易所的服务(APP)申请相应的虚拟资产仓库。虚拟资产仓库申请之后,如步骤13,点选查看转移相关内容。提醒的是,若接收客户端已经具有个人的虚拟资产仓库时,则步骤11、12将会省略。如步骤14,接收客户端点选领取完成转移要求(确认指令)。相应于接收客户端的选定,如步骤15,虚拟资产库服务器将相应虚拟资产编码的虚拟资产由发送客户端的虚拟资产仓库移出,并如步骤16,将虚拟资产存入接收客户端的虚拟资产仓库。接着,如步骤17,由虚拟资产库服务器储存一转移纪录,并增加显示于异动通知中。值得注意的是,在一些实施例中,该转移纪录以一区块链形式进行储存。接着,如步骤18,当虚拟资产编码由发送客户端的虚拟资产仓库转移至接收客户端之虚拟资产仓库后,发送一异动通知给发送客户端及接收客户端。
图3显示依据本发明实施例的虚拟资产交易所平台与终端实时通讯软件的账号绑定方法。需要提醒的是,在此实施例中,以实时通讯软件以bf!APP为例,虚拟资产交易所平台以IIO为例。首先,如步骤302,在终端通讯装置中执行实时通讯软件,并如步骤304,登入bf!APP,并在实时通讯软件中点选IIO服务,以进入IIO账号验证与绑定页面。点选IIO服务之后,如步骤306,于终端通讯装置中加载IIO服务,并如步骤308,IIO服务使用bf!之软件开发工具包(SDK) 由该通讯软件的该发送客户端取得一认证令牌(access_token),并与该加密服务器建立联机,使用该认证令牌经由bf!的一应用编程界面(API)取得该发送客户端的一数字身份代表码(OpenID)。注意的是,数字身份代表码包含通讯软件账号与虚拟资产账号。如步骤310,依据此数字身份代表码检查IIO的数据库(Database),判断此数字身份代表码是否曾为IIO的用户,换言之,判断此数字身份代表码是否已具有IIO账号。当数字身份代表码曾为IIO的使用者(步骤310的Y),如步骤312,取出相应此数字身份代表码的IIO账号。当数字身份代表码并非IIO的使用者(步骤310的N),如步骤314,为此数字身份代表码创建一个IIO唯一身分辨识码(uuid),并于一区块链,如一私有炼上创建相应之区块链账号。提醒的是,如前所述,本案相关数据或记录系于区块链上进行实作。接着,如步骤316,在数据库中建立此数字身份代表码与IIO账号的对应关系。当对应关系建立完成,便可开始使用IIO虚拟资产转移的服务。
图4显示依据本发明实施例的通过实时通讯软件进行虚拟资产转移的程序。需要提醒的是,在此实施例中,以实时通讯软件以bf!APP为例,虚拟资产交易所平台以IIO为例。如步骤402,执行实时通讯软件,并如步骤404,于bf!实时通讯聊天室内打开扩充讯息以进行各种数字资产的转移,如点数、游戏道具、游戏账号、虚拟货币等。如步骤406,选择欲转移的虚拟资产。接着,如步骤408,转移数据将会记录于数据库中,同时,如步骤410,聊天室显示讯息将会进行封装,并通过bf!软件开发工具包(SDK)发送讯息给选定的接收者。如步骤412,接收者将会收到发送端所传送的讯息。当点取讯息时,如步骤414,将讯息解封(unwrap),并验证数据库内的数据。之后,如步骤416,完成虚拟(数字)资产的转移作业。
图5显示依据本发明实施例的道具转移至游戏之程序。在此实施例中,以实时通讯软件以bf!APP为例,虚拟资产交易所平台以IIO为例。如步骤502,在IIO中选择”我的资产”卷标,以显示相应之虚拟资产列表,如步骤504所示。接着,如步骤506,选择欲转移至游戏使用的道具。当选定之后,呼叫游戏CP(控制点)所提供的应用编程界面,来通知道具转移。接着,如步骤510,游戏CP会回复道具转移成功,如步骤512,IIO于私有区块链中进行资产转移,并如步骤514,游戏CP将道具提供至相应使用者的游戏账户中。
图6A与图6B显示依据本发明实施例的虚拟资产转移方法执行的一例子。 在此例子中,当首次进行道具领取时,可以选择游戏小帮手讯息(602)。点取讯息之后,可以选择领取道具的选项(604)。当使用者尚未开通IIO服务时,则必须先选取IIO开始使用选项(606),以进行IIO之账号创建与bf!之绑定。IIO的账号创建之后,使用者可以开启IIO以获得道具,并存入使用者的”我的资产”中(608)。同时,转移纪录也会增加显示于异动通知中(610),游戏小帮手亦会推播通知领取道具成功给使用者(612)。
值得注意的是,本发明所述的虚拟资产编码并不限定于对应游戏道具、游戏点数等虚拟物,亦可相应至少一非虚拟的商品或服务,此时上述道具转移对应真实世界中,非虚拟的商品或服务供货商,将所述商品或服务提供或转移至相应使用者。
尽管上文对本发明进行了详细说明,但是本发明不限于此,本技术领域技术人员可以根据本发明的原理进行各种修改。因此,凡按照本发明原理所作的修改,都应当理解为落入本发明的保护范围。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种虚拟资产转移方法,应用至一网络系统,该网络系统包含一通讯服务器、至少一虚拟资产库服务器、至少二个终端通讯装置,各终端通讯装置内安装有一实时通讯软件,当各该终端通讯装置启动该实时通讯软件后,其能通过该实时通讯软件与该通讯服务器建立联机,该通讯服务器包含一通讯软件用户数据库,用以储存数个通讯软件用户账号,该虚拟资产库服务器包含一虚拟资产用户数据库,用以储存数个虚拟资产用户数据表,各虚拟资产用户数据表包含一个虚拟资产用户账号以及一虚拟资产仓库,虚拟资产仓库储存至少一虚拟资产编码,所述方法包括以下步骤:
    一发送客户端的实时通讯软件,编辑一要求讯息编码,所述要求讯息编码包括发送客户端的通讯软件用户账号、一接收客户端的通讯软件用户账号、任一该虚拟资产编码以及一显示讯息,所述实时通讯软件的发送客户端将所述要求讯息编码传送至通讯服务器,通讯服务器传送所述要求讯息编码至一接收客户端的通讯软件并显示该显示讯息;
    若接收客户端的实时通讯软件欲取得虚拟资产编码对应的一虚拟资产,则解封显示讯息并通过该通讯服务器传送一确认指令予所述虚拟资产库服务器,所述虚拟资产库服务器依据确认指令,将虚拟资产编码由发送客户端的该虚拟资产仓库转移至所述接收客户端的虚拟资产仓库,并由虚拟资产库服务器储存一转移纪录。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的虚拟资产转移方法,其中,网络系统包含一加密服务器,其中通讯服务器接收到所述要求讯息编码,由通讯软件的发送客户端取得一认证令牌,并与加密服务器建立联机,使用认证令牌经由一应用编程界面取得发送客户端的一数字身份代表码,发送客户端的数字身份代表码包含发送客户端的通讯软件账号与发送客户端的虚拟资产账号,加密服务器根据虚拟资产编码及该发送客户端的虚拟资产账号,连接对应的虚拟资产库服务器。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的虚拟资产转移方法,其中,终端通讯装置内安装用以链接至虚拟资产库服务器的一虚拟资产交易所的服务,且发送客户端或接收客户端还通过服务申请相应的虚拟资产仓库。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的虚拟资产转移方法,其中,所述服务安装在各终端通讯装置中的实时通讯软件内,且该发送客户端可以在实时通讯软件的执行中选 取该服务。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的虚拟资产转移方法,还包括下列步骤:
    虚拟资产交易所判断数字身份代表码是否已经是一会员身分;以及
    若数字身份代表码并非一会员身分,则显示信息以通知该发送客户端在虚拟资产交易所进行会员注册。
  6. 如权利要求2所述的虚拟资产转移方法,还包括当虚拟资产编码由该发送客户端的虚拟资产仓库转移至该接收客户端的虚拟资产仓库后,发送一异动通知给该发送客户端及该接收客户端。
  7. 如权利要求2所述的虚拟资产转移方法,还包括以一区块链形式储存该转移纪录。
  8. 一种虚拟资产转移系统,应用于一网络系统,包含:
    一通讯服务器,包括一通讯软件用户数据库,用以储存数个通讯软件用户账号,
    至少一虚拟资产库服务器,包括一虚拟资产用户数据库,用以储存数个虚拟资产用户数据表,各虚拟资产用户数据表包含一个虚拟资产用户账号以及一虚拟资产仓库,所述虚拟资产仓库储存至少一虚拟资产编码;
    至少二个终端通讯装置,其中各终端通讯装置内安装有一实时通讯软件,当各该终端通讯装置启动该实时通讯软件后,其能通过该实时通讯软件与该通讯服务器建立联机,
    其中,各终端通讯装置中的一发送客户端的实时通讯软件,编辑一要求讯息编码,该要求讯息编码包括该发送客户端的通讯软件用户账号、一接收客户端的通讯软件用户账号、任一该虚拟资产编码以及一显示讯息,所述实时通讯软件的发送客户端将所述要求讯息编码传送至通讯服务器,通讯服务器传送所述要求讯息编码至予一接收客户端的通讯软件并显示所述显示讯息,且若接收客户端的实时通讯软件欲取得虚拟资产编码对应的一虚拟资产,则解封显示讯息并通过通讯服务器传送一确认指令予虚拟资产库服务器,所述虚拟资产库服务器依据确认指令,将虚拟资产编码由发送客户端的虚拟资产仓库转移至接收客户端的虚拟资产仓库,并由虚拟资产库服务器储存一转移纪录。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的虚拟资产转移系统,其中,网络系统包含一加密服务器,其中通讯服务器接收到该要求讯息编码,由通讯软件的发送客户端取得一 认证令牌,并与加密服务器建立联机,使用认证令牌经由一应用编程界面取得该发送客户端的一数字身份代表码,该发送客户端的数字身份代表码包含发送客户端的通讯软件账号与发送客户端的虚拟资产账号,加密服务器根据虚拟资产编码及发送客户端的虚拟资产账号连接对应的虚拟资产库服务器。
