请参阅图1-2,本实用新型提供以下技术方案:一种园林垃圾用环保处理装置,还包括设于所述搅拌筒8内部的搅拌杆14,所述搅拌杆14与所述搅拌筒8转动连接,所述回收箱1内部设有伺服电机15,所述伺服电机15输出轴与所述搅拌杆14固定连接,所述搅拌杆14外壁设有若干个搅拌支杆16,所述搅拌支杆16外壁设有若干个刀片17。
所述伺服电机15通过固定杆23与所述回收箱1固定连接,确保伺服电机15可以正常工作。
具体实施方式:使用时,当粉碎完成的园林垃圾和辅料机4中的肥料转化辅料排入到搅拌筒8中之后,启动伺服电机15,伺服电机15带动搅拌杆14转动,搅拌杆14带动搅拌支杆16转动,搅拌支杆16带动刀片17转动,对园林垃圾和肥料转化辅料进行充分混合搅拌,且在搅拌过程中对园林垃圾进行再一 次的粉碎,确保园林垃圾被彻底粉碎,提高园林垃圾转化成肥料的转化率。
本实用新型的工作原理:
参照说明书附图1-4,本实用新型通过设置第一粉碎机2、第二粉碎机3、辅料机4、搅拌筒8、出料斗9、吸尘斗10和气缸12,对园林垃圾进行自动粉碎混合,使园林垃圾可以快速高效的进行肥料转化处理,减少人力浪费,提高生态资源利用率。
进一步的,参照说明书附图1-2,本实用新型通过设置搅拌杆14、伺服电机15、搅拌支杆16和刀片17,对粉碎之后的园林垃圾和肥料转化辅料进行充分混合,通过刀片17,可以在混合物料的过程中对物料进行再一次粉碎,使物料粉碎的更彻底,提高物料转化率。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种园林垃圾用环保处理装置,包括回收箱(1)、第一粉碎机(2)、第二粉碎机(3)和辅料机(4),其特征在于:所述第一粉碎机(2)、所述第二粉碎机(3)和所述辅料机(4)均设于所述回收箱(1)内部,所述回收箱(1)外壁一侧设有吸尘泵(5),所述回收箱(1)外壁另一侧设有加料口(6),所述吸尘泵(5)与所述第一粉碎机(2)贯通,所述加料口(6)与所述辅料机(4)贯通,所述回收箱(1)顶部设有投放斗(7),所述投放斗(7)与所述第二粉碎机(3)贯通,所述回收箱(1)内部于所述第二粉碎机(3)下方设有活动连接的搅拌筒(8)和出料斗(9),所述出料斗(9)、所述第一粉碎机(2)、所述第二粉碎机(3)和所述辅料机(4)均分别于所述搅拌筒(8)贯通,所述回收箱(1)外侧设有活动连接的吸尘斗(10),所述吸尘斗(10)通过吸尘管(11)与所述吸尘泵(5)贯通,所述回收箱(1)内部靠近所述吸尘斗(10)一侧设有气缸(12),所述气缸(12)通过连接杆(13)与所述吸尘斗(10)活动连接,所述连接杆(13)与所述回收箱(1)活动连接,所述搅拌筒(8)内部设有转动连接的搅拌杆(14),所述回收箱(1)内部设有伺服电机(15),所述伺服电机(15)输出轴与所述搅拌杆(14)固定连接,所述搅拌杆(14)外壁设有若干个搅拌支杆(16),所述搅拌支杆(16)外壁设有若干个刀片(17)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种园林垃圾用环保处理装置,其特征在于:所述气缸(12)活塞杆一端设有推动杆(18),所述推动杆(18)与所述连接杆(13)一端固定连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种园林垃圾用环保处理装置,其特征在于:所述回收箱(1)外壁设有与所述连接杆(13)相匹配的活动孔(19)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种园林垃圾用环保处理装置,其特征在于:所述回收箱(1)底部设有若干个万向轮(20),所述回收箱(1)外壁远离所述吸尘斗(10)一侧设有第一把手(21)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种园林垃圾用环保处理装置,其特征在于:所述出料斗(9)一端延伸至所述回收箱(1)外侧设有第二把手(22)。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种园林垃圾用环保处理装置,其特征在于:所述吸尘管(11)为可伸缩的软管。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种园林垃圾用环保处理装置,其特征在于:所述伺服电机(15)通过固定杆(23)与所述回收箱(1)固定连接。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种园林垃圾用环保处理装置,其特征在于:所述第一粉碎机(2)与所述第二粉碎机(3)内部均设有粉碎辊。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种园林垃圾用环保处理装置,其特征在于:所述第一粉碎机(2)、所述第二粉碎机(3)和所述辅料机(4)均分别通过进料管与所述搅拌筒(8)贯通。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种园林垃圾用环保处理装置,其特征在于:所述出料斗(9)通过出料管与所述搅拌筒(8)贯通。
