如图3所示,在本实施例中,锁定件(件203)包括螺塞(件301)、锁壳(件302)、 锁定销(件303)、弹簧(件304)和连接块(件305),锁壳(件302)与竖梁(件204)之间固联,无法发生相对运动;锁定销(件303)与锁壳(件302)之间采用间隙配合,锁定销(件303)可上下运动,锁定销(件303)上端设置有斜切面,可使上连接环(图4件401)便捷地与锁定件(件203)锁定。将锁定销(件303)及弹簧(件304)从锁壳(件302)上部装入后,用螺塞(件301)旋入锁壳(件302)上部螺纹孔内进行封闭,连接块(件305)内装入拉绳球头后与锁定销(件303)固联。拉动拉绳后,连接块(件305)与锁定销(件303)向下运动,实现上连接环(图5件401)从锁定销(件303)中脱出。
如图4所示,背板组件(件103)包括上连接环(件401)、背板(件402)、下连接环(件403)、支架(件404)、卡箍(件405)和背垫(件406),其中上连接环(件401)、下连接环(件403)、支架(件404)固定在背板(件402)上。背板(件402)上具有固定救生伞包的接口(背带穿孔),背板(件402)后方的方形框具有对救生伞包的四向约束作用,背板(件402)下方具有供开伞绳、跳伞供氧器管路、跳伞供氧器管路通断器通过及跳伞供氧器压力显示观察的孔,飞机地勤人员可通过该孔进行跳伞供氧器压力值确认。上连接环(件401)上的孔可与锁定件(图2件203)进行锁定,下连接环(件403)上的孔可与定位件(图2件207)中的定位销(图2件210)配合锁定。
如图5所示,救生伞包(件408)四个角上伸出的带子通过背带穿孔后打结,可实现救生伞包(件408)与背板(件402)的连接;卡箍(件405)与支架(件404)连接后可将跳伞供氧器(件407)固定在背板(件402)上。
如图6所示,头靠卡座(图2件201)可实现与主骨架(件101)与座椅头靠(503)的连接,扶手支撑件(图2件206)可实现主骨架(件101)与座椅扶手(件502)的连接,并形成完整座椅靠背。
救生伞包(件408)与跳伞供氧器(图5件407)固定在背板组件(件103)后,可快速的固定在座椅靠背的容腔内,具体操作为:将定位件(件207)的角度调整至与竖直平面成30°~60°范围内,将背板组件(件103)角度调整至与定位件(件207)大致相同,将背板组件(件103)上下连接环(件403)的腰部锁定孔卡入定位件(件207)上,对背板组件(件103)上部施加一定的推压力,上连接环(图4件401)的肩部锁定孔卡入锁定件(件203)内,此时救生伞包(件408)与跳伞供氧器(图5件407)通过锁定件 (件203)与定位件(件207)的共同作用被背板组件(件103)固定在座椅靠背的容腔内。
飞行员在空中应急离机时,拉动拉绳(图2件205)之后,带动锁定件(图2件203)中的锁定销(图3件303)向下运动,从上连接环(件401)的背板肩部锁定孔中脱出,此时背板组件(件103)可以进行以定位件(件207)上的横向转轴(图2件209)为轴的旋转运动,飞行员穿着背带(该背带与救生伞包连接)的同时,凭借从座椅起身离开时身体前倾并斜向上的下意识动作,将下连接环(件403)的背板腰部锁定孔从定位件(件207)上的定位销(图2件210)中脱出,实现背板组件(件103)与座椅靠背的快速完全分离,使飞行员能够带着救生伞包(件408)与跳伞供氧器(件407)快速地脱离座椅的约束(救生伞包及跳伞供氧器全程可靠地固定在背板组件上),移动到登机口跳伞离机。
本发明将坐式救生伞改为背式救生伞,空中应急时乘客能在机舱内快速移动,能够进行快速跳伞离机,而且不会压迫乘客的肩部,不会与其它设备的钩挂;本座椅靠背可以与座椅底座连接,可普遍应用于运输机驾驶员、操作员、领航员等需要配备救生伞包及跳伞供氧器的座椅上,易于推广应用,前景广阔。
应当理解的是,对本领域普通技术人员来说,可以根据上述说明加以改进或变换,而所有这些改进和变换都应属于本发明所附权利要求的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种具有救生功能的飞机座椅靠背,其特征在于:包括靠背主体和背板组件,靠背主体正面设有容腔,背板组件包括盖在容腔上的背板和设在背板反面上的且容纳在容腔内的救生伞包,背板通过快拆机构与靠背主体可快速分离的固定连接,救生伞包的救生背带通过背板上的背带穿孔穿出,乘坐时乘员背靠在背板上且通过救生背带与背板及救生伞连接。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的具有救生功能的飞机座椅靠背,其特征在于:快拆机构包括设在背板上部两侧的上连接环、设在背板下部两侧的下连接环、设在靠背主体上部两侧的锁定件、设在靠背主体下部两侧的定位件,锁定件包括固定在靠背主体上的锁壳、能在锁壳内上下滑动的锁定销、使锁定销压住锁壳端部的弹簧和与锁定销连接的拉绳,定位件包括设在靠背主体上的横向转轴和垂直固定在横向转轴上的定位销,乘坐时,定位销插放在下连接环上、连接环伸入锁壳且锁定销插放在上连接环上,背板与靠背主体固定,下拉拉绳时,锁定销退出上连接环,乘员前倾起身后下连接环自然从定位销脱出,背板与靠背主体分离。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的具有救生功能的飞机座椅靠背,其特征在于:锁定销顶部一侧为斜面,上连接环通过斜面推动锁定销下移到底后,锁定销上弹套在插放在上连接环上。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的具有救生功能的飞机座椅靠背,其特征在于:横向转轴上设有一对耳型凸台,耳型凸台能对横向转轴的旋转角度进行限位。
  5. 如权利要求2所述的具有救生功能的飞机座椅靠背,其特征在于:锁壳端部通过螺塞封闭。
  6. 如权利要求2所述的具有救生功能的飞机座椅靠背,其特征在于:锁定销下端通过销钉与连接块连接,连接块上设有空槽,拉绳端部设有球头,球头位于空槽内且被锁定销挡住,拉绳从空槽穿出。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的具有救生功能的飞机座椅靠背,其特征在于:背板组件还包括跳伞供氧器,跳伞供氧器通过支架和卡箍安装在背板反面救生伞包下方,乘坐时跳伞供氧器容纳在容腔内。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的具有救生功能的飞机座椅靠背,其特征在于:背板上开设有供跳 伞供氧器管路和跳伞供氧器管路通断器通过以及跳伞供氧器压力显示观察的孔。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的具有救生功能的飞机座椅靠背,其特征在于:靠背主体背面下部设有存放槽,存放槽内容纳有防烟护目镜,存放槽通过存放槽外套和尼龙搭扣带封闭。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的具有救生功能的飞机座椅靠背,其特征在于:背板背面设有方框,救生伞包配合在方框内。
