履经历数据建立时,民众需要针对教育程度、科系、累计工作经验、曾任工作行业别、期望行业别、曾任职务类别、期望职务类别、个人专长、专业证照、语言能力等数据进行填写,以供人力中介系统进行数据重整与串联,因而串联至各公司职缺数据,通过人力中介系统依照企业所设定的条件,对大量的履历进行筛选,仅留下符合所有条件的求职者并通知企业,倘若在符合条件的名单内人才数不多,或是面试后未能挑选出合格者时,皆仅能改变求才条件,例如减少限制条件以寻找出更多的人才。
例如:针对教育程度在符合时,分数设定为14分、不符合时为0分,针对科系在符合时为10分、不符合时为0分,针对累计工作经验在符合时为6分、不符合时为0分,针对曾任工作行业别符合时为28分、不符合时为-5分,针对曾任职务类别符合时为22分、不符合为-5分,针对个人专长符合时为6分、不符合为0分,针对专业证照符合时为3分、不符合为0分,针对语言能力符合时为6分、不符合为-5分。将所撷取出的数据在比对后取得其对应的成绩,并供后续步骤进行。藉由上述评分进行筛选,以将所需人才筛选出来,并将评分过关的人才数据传送至对应之企业。
然而,此上述筛选方式并非综合考虑,而仅是配合人力中介数据而填入曾任工作类别、职衔、学历等履经历数据,并非各求职者实际上因应工作的整体能力,也就是,上述履经历数据并非完全记录求职者的学习状况或工作情况,如此,企业中负责面试的承办人员,为了获得合适条件的人才,则需要依据企业需求而提供面试方式,在选择面试期间仍会花费许多时间,在逐一阅读履经历,并花费较多时间在寻找具有合适条件的人才,仍然耗时费力

针对上述之问题,本发明提供一种提供携带型履经历之方法及其系统,提供用户经操作用户端在服务器设立履经历数据,并上传至服务器,并由针对履经历数据具有主管权限之另一用户端在服务器登入并签核与评价,以提供使用者具有携带型履经历数据,而不再是人工记录。
本发明之一目的在于提供一种提供携带型履经历之方法及其系统,其藉由服务器记录用户之履经历数据,以进行服务器之管理,并交由具履经历数据对应主管权限之用户端签核并评价,以让服务器提供携带型履经历数据。
为了达到上述之目的,本发明的一实施例揭示一种提供携带型履经历的方法,其先由一第一用户端记录一履经历项目数据至一云端服务器,一第二用户端与一第三用户端具有该履经历项目数据的签核权限;之后该第一用户端在完成该履经历项目数据对应的一第一履经历项目后发送一第一完成请求至该云端服务器;该云端服务器依据该完成请求通知该第二用户端,该云端服务器依据该履经历项目数据提供一第一签核字段;该第二用户端在该云端服务器使用一第一数字签名对该第一签核字段签核该第一履经历项目;该第一用户端在完成该履经历项目数据对应的一第二履经历项目后发送一第二完成请求至该云端服务器;该云端服务器依据该完成请求通知该第二用户端,该云端服务器依据该履经历项目数据提供一第二签核字段;以及,该第三用户端在该云端服务器使用一第二数字签名对该第二签核字段签核该第二履经历项目。如此使用者可通过该云端服务器在不同履历项目中,可获得经签核认证的该履经历项目数据,并可作为携带型履经历数据,而不再是通过重复输入字段数据至人力中介系统,且企业面试更可较为全面了解使用者的能力与专长。
在本发明提供的一实施例中,云端服务器依据一公司组织对照数据或一项目企画书认证该第二用户端与该第三用户端属于一部门主管或一项目主管。
在本发明提供的一实施例中,第一用户端进一步同步记录所有工作项目记录之一时间长度、一工作进度、一结案状态或其组合至该服务器。
在本发明提供的一实施例中,该数字签名采用一公钥密码架构(PKI,Public Key Infrastructure)。
在本发明提供的一实施例中,该履经历数据包含至少一工作项目记录、至少一学历记录、一教育程度、一科系信息、一曾任工作行业别、一曾任职务类别、一专长信息、一专业证照信息、一语言能力信息或是任二条件以上之组合。
在本发明提供的一实施例中,第一用户端与该云端服务器依据一区块链技术传输与存取该履经历项目数据,该第二用户端与该第三用户端依据该区块链技术签核该第一履经历项目与该第二履经历项目。
本发明另一实施例揭示一种提供携带型履经历系统,其包括:一云端服务器,其设有一账号处理单元与一数据储存单元;一第一服务器,其连接该云端服务器并链接该数据储存单元;一第一用户端,其连接该第一服务器,该第一用户端记录一履经历项目数据在该数据储存单元,该履经历项目数据包含一第一履经历项目与一第二履经历项目,该服务器依据该第一履经历项目与该第二履经历项目提供一第一签核字段与一第二签核字段;一第二用户端,其连接该第一服务器,该第一用户端之权限从属于该第二用户端之权限,该第二用户端依据该第一用户端完成该第一履经历项目使用一第一数字签名在该第一签核字段签核该第一履经历项目;一第二服务器,其连接该云端服务器并链接该数据储存单元;以及一第三用户端,其连接该第二服务器,该第三用户端之权限与该第二用户端之权限属于相同层级,该第三用户端依据该第一用户端完成该第二履经历项目使用一第二数字签名在该第二签核字段签核该第二履经历项目。
在本发明提供的另一实施例中,服务器依据一公司组织对照数据或一项目企画书认证该第二用户端与该第三用户端属于一部门主管或一项目主管。
在本发明提供的另一实施例中,第一用户端进一步同步记录所有工作项目记录之一时间长度、一工作进度、一结案状态或其组合至该服务器。
在本发明提供的另一实施例中,数字签名采用一公钥密码架构(PKI,Public Key Infrastructure)。
在本发明提供的另一实施例中,其中该履经历数据包含至少一工作项目记录、至少一学历记录、一教育程度、一科系信息、一曾任工作行业别、一曾任职务类别、一专长信息、一专业证照信息、一语言能力信息或是任二条件以上之组合。
在本发明提供的另一实施例中,其中该第一用户端与该云端服务器依据一区块链技术传输与存取该履经历项目数据,该第二用户端与该第三用户端依据该区块链技术签核该第一履经历项目与该第二履经历项目,该第一服务器与该第二服务器为依据该区块链技术转送该履经历项目数据、该第一数字签名与该第二数字签名。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图以具体实施例对本发明进行详细描述,以便本领域技术人员更好地理解本发明的特征及所达成之功效。
在下文中,将藉由图式来说明本发明的各种实施例来详细描述本发明。然而本发明之概念可能以许多不同型式来体现,且不应解释为限于本文中所阐述的实施例。
本发明为一种提供携带型履经历的方法,其提供使用者在不同的履经历项目归属在同一份资料上,并由对应之签核,以认证使用者的履经历并储存于云端,而让使用者的履经历不再是人工记录而疏漏,并具有整体性的记录。
图1显示了本发明的一实施例的流程,如图所示,本发明之提供携带型履经历的方法包含:
步骤S1:第一用户端记录履经历项目数据至服务器;
步骤S3:第一用户端在完成履经历项目数据对应的第一履经历项目后,发送第一完成请求至服务器;
步骤S5:服器依据第一完成请求通知第二用户端;以及
步骤S7:第二用户端在服务器使用第一数字签名对第一签核字段签核第一履经历项目;
步骤S9:第一用户端完成履经历项目数据对应之第二履经历项目后,发送第二完成请求至服务器;
步骤S11:服务器依据第二完成请求通知第三用户端;以及
步骤S13:第三用户端在服务器使用第二数字签名对第二签核字段签核第一履经历项目。
本发明提供携带型履经历的方法所需的如图2所示,本发明之提供携带型履经历系统10包含:一第一用户端100、一第二用户端102、一第三用户端104、一网络NET与一云端服务器300,其中云端服务器300包含一账号处理单元302与一数据储存单元304,账号处理单元302设有一第一账号310、一第二账号312与一第三账号314,账号处理单元302依据数据储存单元304所储存的一权限数据322提供第一用户端100与第二用户端102对应的权限,第一用户端100的权限从属于第二用户端102,第三用户端104的权限与该第二用户端102的权限属于相同层级。第一用户端100与第二用户端102为同属于一法人团体,例如:公司行号、财团法人或社会法人,因此第一用户端100与第二用户端102为连接至一第一服务器S1,并由第一服务器S1与云端服务器300连接。第三用户端104为不同于第一用户端100与第二用户端102所在的法人团体,因此第三用户端104连接至一第二服务器S2,并由第二服务器S2与该云端服务器300连接。
如图3所示,第一用户端100、第二用户端102与第三用户端104通过网络NET链接至云端服务器300的一登入页面P1并在第一字段C1与第二字段C2输入账号密码,以分别藉由第一账号310、第二账号312与第三账号314登入该云端服务器300,云端服务器300已设有第一账号310、第二账号312与第三账号314在账号处理单元302中,第一账号310的权限与履经历界面对应于数据储存单元304中的权限数据322与页面数据324,第一用户端100经网络NET传输其履经历项目数据Data至该云端服务器300。
以下将说明本发明的实施例提供携带型履经历的方法的流程,请一并参阅图1及图2。
在步骤S1中,如图4所示,第一用户端100接续显示进入到一操作页面P2,由云端服务器300依据该第一账号310提供一履经历界面IF1至该第一用户端100,履经历界面IF1具有一表格页面T1,供该第一用户端100记录其用户的履经历项目数据Data,本实施例中,表格页面T1具有一第一记录R1、一第二记录R2与一第三记录R3,也就是履经历项目数据Data包含该第一记录R1、该第二记录R2、该第三记录R3,如图4所示,云端服务器300分别针对每一个记录以日期Date、项目名称Title、参与内容Content与进度Proceeding作成每一笔履经历资料R1-R3,特别是第一记录R1、第二记录R2、第三记录R3皆为完成的履经历,因此进度Proceeding为完成并结案。第一用户端100于履经历界面IF1上设定一第四记录R4与一第五记录R5并由履经历界面IF1表示对应的界面内容。而第四记录R4与第五记录R5为正在执行中,因此进度Proceeding为未完成并执行中。其中表格页面T1中除了记录上述日期Date、项目名称Title、参与内容Content与进度Proceeding,更可进一步记录工作项目所耗费的时间长度。
参见图4和图5,在步骤3中,第一用户端100在履经历界面IF1依据第一账号310针对履经历界面IF1的第四记录R4发出一第一完成请求RQ1至该云端服务器300。接续于步骤S5中,如图 5所示,云端服务器300依据第一完成请求RQ1发出第一通知NO1至该第二用户端102,即第二用户端102在云端服务器300接收到第一完成请求RQ1后,会收到该第一用户端100已完成工作的第一通知NO1,第二用户端102为针对第四记录R4上的数据库开发项目P12的各工作项目具有签核权限,因此第二用户端102对于工作项目P1至P4可进行签核,也就是针对该第四记录R4可进行签核,如图6所示,云端服务器300依据该履经历项目数据Data针对该第一用户端100所属的履经历项目提供一第一签核字段CS1。
参见图2、图6和图7,在步骤S7中,第二用户端102在检核页面P3依据第四记录R4上读取一第一检核表T2,且第二用户端102在确认后,第一用户端100所负责的平台规划与串联数据库的项目P1已完成并签核,如此第二用户端102于该云端服务器300上在第四记录R4签核第四记录R4,例如:针对第四记录的工作评语并签上数字签名,工作评语为公正标示第一用户端100所属的用户在履经历项目中的表现;如图7所示,第四记录R4切换进度为工作完成,然而,数据库开发项目P12仍在进行中,因此结案状况为执行中,并未显示结案。
参见图4和图5,在步骤9中,第一用户端100在履经历界面IF1依据该第一账号310针对履经历界面IF1的第五记录R5发出一第二完成请求RQ2至该云端服务器300。接续于步骤S11中,如图5所示,云端服务器300依据该第二完成请求RQ2发出一第二通知NO2至该第三用户端104。
在步骤S13,第三用户端104在检核页面P3依据第五记录R5读取一第二检核表T3,其为第一用户端100所属的使用者于外部训练的签核记录,由于教育训练需要全部签核完成方才算完成教育训练,因此在第三用户端104将所有项目于第二签核字段CS2做签核,方才表示第一用户端100所属的使用者完成外部教育训练。如图9所示,由于该第五记录R5所表示的外部教育训练已经完成全部项目,因此该第五记录R5于进度Proceeding为完成并结案。
其中,上述该云端服务器300为依据一公司组织表(图中未显示)或一项目企划书(图中未显示)认证第一用户端100与第二用户端102的权限,特别是认证该第二用户端102的主管权限,即是评价该第二用户端102属于部门主管或项目主管,例如:部门经理或项目经理,以让该第二用户端102可在云端服务器300中签核并评价第一用户端100的工作项目的第一签核字段元元CS1,或者,倘若第三用户端104为评价讲师,即可签核并评价该第一用户端100的学习状况。该数字签名采用一公钥密码架构(PKI,Public Key Infrastructure)。
此外,以上所述的本发明实施例还可进一步采用区块链技术进行数据存取,也就是说该第一用户端100与该云端服务器300依据一区块链技术传输与存取该履经历项目数据,第二用户端102与该第三用户端104依据该区块链技术签核第一履经历项目与第二履经历项目,第一服务器S1与第二服务器S2为依据区块链技术转送履经历项目数据、第一数字签名与第二数字签名。
综上所述,本发明为一种提供携带型履经历的方法,其提供使用者可于服务器上建立履经历数据,以在服务器上进行签核与评价。此外,本发明更可让使用者可于服务器于登入,以获得不同主管权限之用户端进行签核与评价。如此本发明可提供使用者一种携带型履经历,而不再是为了求职时,花费时间去填写履经历,且求职者或在职者可让企业更完善了解其履经历。
以上所述内容仅为本发明的较佳实施例,并非用来限定本发明实施范围,因此凡依本发明权利要求所述形状、构造、特征及精神所为的均等变化与修饰,均应包括于本发明的保护范围内。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种提供携带型履经历之方法,其步骤包含:
    一第一用户端记录一履经历项目数据至一云端服务器,第一用户端的权限从属于一第二用户端的权限,一第三用户端的权限与第二用户端的权限属于相同层级或以上,第二用户端与第三用户端具有该履经历项目数据的签核权限;
    第一用户端在完成该履经历项目数据对应的一第一履经历项目后发送一第一完成请求至该云端服务器;
    云端服务器依据该完成请求通知该第二用户端,该云端服务器依据该履经历项目数据提供一第一签核字段;
    该第二用户端在该云端服务器使用一第一数字签名对该第一签核字段签核该第一履经历项目;
    第一用户端于完成该履经历项目数据对应的一第二履经历项目后,发送一第二完成请求至该云端服务器;
    云端服务器依据该完成请求通知该第三用户端,服务器依据该履经历项目数据提供一第二签核字段;以及
    第三用户端在云端服务器使用一第二数字签名对第二签核字段签核该第二履经历项目。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的提供携带型履经历的方法,其中,该云端服务器依据一公司组织对照数据或一项目企画书,认证该第二用户端与该第三用户端属于一部门主管或一项目主管。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的提供携带型履经历之方法,其中,第一用户端进一步同步记录所有工作项目记录之一时间长度、一工作进度、一结案状态或其组合至该服务器。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的提供携带型履经历的方法,其中,数字签名采用一公钥密码架构(PKI,Public Key Infrastructure)。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的提供携带型履经历的方法,其中,履经历数据包含至少一工作项目记录、至少一学历记录、一教育程度、一科系信息、一曾任工作行业别、一曾任职务类别、一专长信息、一专业证照信息、一语言能力信息或是任二条件以上之组合。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的提供携带型履经历的方法,其中,第一用户端与该云端服务器依据一区块链技术传输与存取该履经历项目数据,该第二用户端与该第三用户端依据该区块链技术签核该第一履经历项目与该第二履经历项目。
  7. 一种提供携带型履经历系统,其包含:
    一云端服务器,其设有一数据储存单元;
    一第一服务器,其连接该云端服务器并链接该数据储存单元;
    一第一用户端,其连接该第一服务器,该第一用户端通过第一服务器记录一履经历项目数据于该数据储存单元,该履经历项目数据包含一第一履经历项目与一第二履经历项目,该云端服务器依据该第一履经历项目与该第二履经历项目提供一第一签核字段与一第二签核字段;
    一第二用户端,其连接该第一服务器,该第一用户端的权限从属于该第二用户端的权限,该第二用户端依据该第一用户端完成该第一履经历项目使用一第一数字签名在该第一签核字段签核该第一履经历项目;
    一第二服务器,其连接该云端服务器并链接该数据储存单元;以及
    一第三用户端,其连接该第二服务器,第三用户端的权限与第二用户端的权限属于相同层级,第三用户端依据第一用户端完成第二履经历项目使用一第二数字签名,在该第二签核字段签核第二履经历项目。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的提供携带型履经历系统,其中,服务器依据一公司组织对照数据或一项目企画书,认证该第二用户端与该第三用户端属于一部门主管或一项目主管。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的提供携带型履经历系统,其中,第一用户端进一步同步记录所有工作项目记录之一时间长度、一工作进度、一结案状态或其组合至该服务器。
  10. 如权利要求7所述的提供携带型履经历系统,其中,数字签名采用一公钥密码架构(PKI,Public Key Infrastructure)。
  11. 如权利要求7所述的提供携带型履经历系统,其中,履经历数据包含至少一工作项目记录、至少一学历记录、一教育程度、一科系信息、一曾任工作行业别、一曾任职务类别、一专长信息、一专业证照信息、一语言能力信息或是任二条件以上的组合。
  12. 如权利要求7所述的提供携带型履经历系统,其中,第一用户端与该云端服务器依据一区块链技术传输与存取该履经历项目数据,第二用户端与第三用户端依据该区块链技术签核该第一履经历项目与该第二履经历项目,第一服务器与第二服务器为依据该区块链技术转送履经历项目数据、第一数字签名与第二数字签名。
