背景技术
现有技术制作LED灯带有以下方案:
1、现有的方案将多条0.5米或者1.0米的短灯带贴灯带首尾对接或搭接后,人工加锡加热把多条短灯带正负极主线分别焊连在一起,制作成长灯带,此方法是将主线以焊接连接,导致灯带抗拉强度很差,主线焊接点在外力作用下很易断裂或脱离开。
2、现有的另一方案将多条0.5米或者1.0米的短灯带,在短灯带线路板的正负极焊点上人工焊接小导线,然后多条短灯带依次首尾排列,把正负极上焊接的小导线一个一个缠绕在排线的主导线上,此方法制作的人工成本高,效率低。
为了克服以上的缺陷和不足,先把做好的连体线路板短灯带与连体长排线,通过胶粘剂预先贴装在一起,然后将短灯带和长排线焊连导通,再用分条机把组装在一起的连体长灯带分切成单条长灯带,此方法效率高,自动化程度高,成本低。
发明内容

多条短灯带制作:
通过传统短灯带的生产工艺制作成250mm宽,预留边缘导通点1.1和孔导通点1.2的连体多条短灯带(图1所示)备用。
说明:图1中只画了4条连体线路板短灯带,是为了图看得更清楚,实际生产是24条连体线路板短灯带。
长排线的制作:
用250mm宽的一面带胶2.1的PET膜2.2,粘贴多条长导线3.1制作成长排线(图2所示)备用。
或者,用250mm宽的一面带胶2.1的PET膜2.2,粘贴多条长导线3.1,然后在长导线铜线露在外面的一侧印油墨3.2,油墨3.2一面露出导线的导通点4.1制成长排线(图3、图6所示)备用。

粘接胶层的制作:
在制作好的长排线,露出导通点4.1的一面,根据粘接胶层工程资料的设计,均匀的印刷粘接胶5.1制成导通点4.1一面带胶5.1的长排线(图7所示)。
短灯带组装成长灯带的制作:

以上结合附图将一种组装式的LED长灯带及制作方法的具体实施例对本发明进行了详细的描述。但是,本领域技术人员应当理解,以上所述仅仅是举例说明和描述一些具体实施方式,对本发明的范围,尤其是权利要求的范围,并不具有任何限制。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种短灯带组装成长灯带的制作方法,具体而言,先制作长排线,长排线是用一层膜粘贴多条并行的导线制成的长排线,或者是用两层膜把多条并行的导线夹粘在中间制成的长排线,并且两层膜至少有一层膜是带胶的膜,两层膜至少有一层膜上制作出有露出排线金属的导通点,所述长排线是含多条灯带排线的长排线,印胶或者贴双面胶在连体长排线上,或者印胶或者贴双面胶在连体短灯带的背面上,将多张连体短灯带首尾排列贴到长排线上,再将线路板和长排线焊连导通,制成组装式的LED连体长裸灯带,用分条机分切成单条的长裸灯带,单条长裸灯带的特征是,短灯带和长排线之间的导通,是将短灯带的线路板边和长排线焊接连接导通,或者在短灯带线路板的孔位处将线路板和长排线焊接连接导通,另一个特征是,在长排线和短灯带的导通位置,粘接排线与短灯带的胶层的边缘与短灯带线路板的板边或孔边平齐,或者超出板边或孔边,或者隐藏在板边或孔边的线路板下面,并且在长灯带的长方向(纵向)上的两边侧面,短灯带的线路板的侧面和长排线的侧面以及粘接胶层的侧面都在同一个切刀面上,或者短灯带的线路板的侧面和长排线的侧面和部分粘接胶层的侧面在同一个切刀面上,或者只是短灯带线路板的侧面和长排线的侧面在同一个切刀面上,粘接胶层隐藏在短灯带的线路板及排线中,未从长灯带侧面露出。
  2. 一种短灯带组装成长灯带,包括:
    长排线;
    粘接胶层;
    多条短灯带;
    其特征是;
    多条短灯带首尾排列由粘接胶层粘接在长排线上,短灯带和长排线之间已焊接连接导通,焊接位置在短灯带线路板的板边或在短灯带线路板的孔位置,粘接胶层在焊接位置处和线路板边缘相齐,或者超出线路板的边缘,或者内缩隐藏在线路板及排线之间,在长灯带的纵向(长方向)上的两个侧面上,线路板和长排线分别在一个切刀面上,在长灯带的纵向(长方向)上的两个侧面上,粘接胶层和长排线都分别在一个切刀面上,或者粘接胶层和长排线只有部分位置分别在 一个切刀面上,或者粘接胶层全隐藏内缩夹在长排线和线路板里,都未和长排线在一个切刀面上,所述粘接胶层是已固化的胶或者是未固化的胶,所述线路板是软性线路板,所述的长排线是一层带胶的膜粘接导线形成的长排线,或者是两层膜其中至少有一层膜带胶包夹导线形成的长排线,长排线上有导线金属露出。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种短灯带组装成长灯带,所述的排线是由一层带胶的膜粘贴导线制成时,可在未粘膜的导线的那一面印刷一层油墨,起绝缘阻焊作用。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种短灯带组装成长灯带,所述的短灯带和长排线的焊接连接导通,是直接焊锡导通或者是外加导体并焊锡导通。
  5. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种短灯带组装成长灯带,所述的灯带是低压灯带时,短灯带包含有多个相同的周期性线路,当线路板上设置有从头至尾的主线时,短灯带线路板和长排线的正负极连接焊点,只焊一组就可实现排线和短灯带的全导通,当线路板上未设从头至尾的主线时,短灯带线路板必须每个周期的正负极焊点都已和排线焊连实现全导通。
  6. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种短灯带组装成长灯带,所述的灯带是高压灯带时,短灯带最多有2个相同的周期性线路,短灯带有一组或两组正负极焊点和排线焊接连接实现全导通。
