挂墙式便器在安装时需要将水箱和排水管都安置于墙体内部,在墙面处只有一截便器身而没有水箱,使得卫生间的空间利用率更大;而且挂墙式便器是悬挂在墙体表面,与地面有一定的距离,在打扫卫生间的时候就非常省时省力了;最重要的是有墙体的存在可以很好的隔离冲水的噪音,具有很好的减噪效果。由于挂墙式便器外观时尚、节省空间、清洁方便、降低噪音等特点,国内近几年也逐渐流行起来,并广泛应用与高档楼盘。
技术问题
现有的挂墙式便器在安装时,主要是通过锁紧装置实现对便器的紧固作用;但是,锁紧装置在未锁紧前,需要一个人托住便器,另一个人进行紧锁便器,无法单人安装,安装不方便。
技术解决方案
本发明为解决上述问题,提供了一种固定装置及带有该固定装置的卫浴设备,通过预锁机构的限位作用将卫浴设备预先挂住,可实现单人安装,操作简单方便,省时省力。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种固定装置,用于将第一部件(10)和第二部件(20)固定连接,所述固定装置包括与第一部件(10)相连接的连接件(30)、与第二部件(20)相连接的基座(40),所述连接件(30)与所述基座(40)通过锁紧机构(50)进行锁紧连接;还包括具有预锁状态和解锁状态的预锁机构,在所述锁紧机构对所述连接件(30)与所述基座(40)进行锁紧前,所述预锁机构处于所述预锁状态,通过所述预锁机构使得所述连接件(30)和所述基座(40)相限位配合,以阻止所述连接件(30)与所述基座(40)相脱离,当所述预锁机构处于所述解锁状态时,所述连接件(30)能够与所述基座(40)相脱离。
优选的,所述锁紧机构(50)设于所述基座(40)上,所述预锁机构包括设于所述连接件(30)上的预锁配合面(311)和设于所述锁紧机构(50)上的预锁部(54),所述预锁配合面(311)和/或所述预锁部(54)可在解锁位置、预锁位置之间活动;当所述预锁机构处于所述预锁状态时,所述预锁配合面(311)和/或所述预锁部(54)处于所述预锁位置,所述预锁配合面(311)与所述预锁部(54)相限位配合,进而使所述连接件(30)和所述基座(40)相限位配合;当所述预锁机构处于所述解锁状态时,所述预锁配合面(311)和/或所述预锁部(54)处于所述解锁位置,所述预锁配合面(311)与所述预锁部(54)相分离,进而使得所述连接件(30)能够与所述基座(40)相脱离。
所述连接件(30)还设有锁紧配合面(312),所述锁紧机构(50)通过与所述锁紧配合面(312)锁紧配合将所述连接件(30)与所述基座(40)进行锁紧连接;所述连接件(30)为连接杆,所述基座(40)内设供所述连接杆插入的连接通道(41),所述连接通道(41)的侧壁开设有与所述连接通道(41)相连通的径向通孔(42),所述锁紧机构(50)由所述径向通孔(42)插入所述连接通道(41);所述连接件(30)的侧壁上设有下凹部(31),所述下凹部(31)的表面形成所述锁紧配合面(312)。
优选的,所述锁紧机构(50)包括螺接件,所述螺接件与所述径向通孔(42)螺纹连接,转动所述螺接件时,所述螺接件与所述锁紧配合面(312)锁紧配合。
优选的,所述螺接件包括螺接部(56)和活动设置在所述螺接部(56)上的抵接件(51)所述预锁部(54)设于所述抵接件(51)上,在预锁状态下,所述抵接件(51)上的预锁部(54)与所述预锁配合面(311)限位配合,转动所述螺接部(56)时,所述螺接部(56)带动所述抵接件(51)使得所述抵接件(51)与所述锁紧配合面(312)锁紧配合。
进一步的,所述抵接件(51)采用弹销或摆动块,所述螺接部(56)采用螺套或螺钉。
优选的,所述抵接件(51)采用弹销,所述螺接部(56)采用螺套,所述弹销套设在所述螺套内;所述弹销包括插销(511)和弹簧(512),所述插销(511)的一端在所述弹簧(512)的作用下伸出所述螺接部(56)并伸入所述连接通道(41)内与所述预锁配合面(311)限位配合或与所述锁紧配合面(312)锁紧配合,所述插销(511)伸入所述连接通道(41)内的一端的侧壁形成所述预锁部(54)。
优选的,所述连接件(30)上设有活动销和弹性件,所述弹性件设于所述活动销和所述连接件(30)之间,所述预锁配合面(311)形成于所述活动销上,所述螺接件采用螺钉(56’),所述螺钉(56’)伸入所述连接通道(41)内的一端对应设有限位台阶(561),所述限位台阶(561)形成所述预锁部(54),所述活动销能在所述弹性件作用下往复活动以使得所述预锁配合面(311)能在所述解锁位置和所述预锁位置之间往复运动,所述预锁机构处于所述预锁状态时,所述预锁配合面(311)与所述限位台阶(561)相抵接限位,所述预锁机构处于所述解锁状态时,所述预锁配合面(311)与所述限位台阶(561)相分离。
优选的,所述预锁配合面(311)为第一直面,所述预锁部(54)为第二直面,所述锁紧配合面(312)为弧面或直面。
另外,本发明还提供一种卫浴设备,其包括上述任一项所述的固定装置,其中,第一部件(10)为墙体或机架,第二部件(20)为卫浴设备的本体,所述固定装置用于将所述本体固定连接在所述墙体上或所述机架上。
有益效果
(1)、本发明与第一部件(例如墙体或机架)相连接的连接件和与第二部件(例如卫浴设备)相连接的基座通过锁紧机构进行锁紧连接,并且在锁紧机构锁紧前通过预锁机构的限位作用将卫浴设备预先挂住,可实现单人安装,操作简单方便,省时省力;
(2)、本发明通过在连接件的插入方向依次设置预锁配合面和锁紧配合面,使得在锁紧机构锁紧前,预锁机构先处于预锁状态,以对连接件和基座进行限位配合,阻止连接件与基座相脱离,结构简单紧凑,而且使得卫浴设备的安装操作更方便;
(3)、本发明的锁紧机构包括螺接件,通过螺接件进行控制拆装操作,螺接件包括螺接部和活动设置在所述螺接部上的抵接件,预锁部设置在抵接件上,在预锁状态下,抵接件上的预锁部与预锁配合面限位配合,转动螺接部时,螺接部带动抵接件使得抵接件与锁紧配合面锁紧配合,通过抵接件进行控制限位配合或锁紧配合,抵接件既作为锁紧机构的一部分,又作为预锁机构的一部,构思十分巧妙,结构紧凑,功能可靠。
(4)、抵接件采用弹销,螺接部采用螺套,弹销套设在螺套内,弹销包括插销和弹簧,插销伸入连接通道内的一端的侧壁形成预锁部,结构简单、紧凑,功能可靠。

本发明的实施方式
为了使本发明所要解决的技术问题、技术方案及有益效果更加清楚、明白,以下结合附图和实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
本发明的一种固定装置,用于将第一部件10和第二部件20固定连接,所述固定装置包括与第一部件10相连接的连接件30、与第二部件20相连接的基座40,所述连接件30与所述基座40通过锁紧机构50进行锁紧连接;还包括具有预锁状态和解锁状态的预锁机构,在所述锁紧机构对所述连接件30与所述基座40进行锁紧前,所述预锁机构处于所述预锁状态,通过所述预锁机构使得所述连接件30和所述基座40相限位配合,以阻止所述连接件30与所述基座40相脱离,当所述预锁机构处于所述解锁状态时,所述连接件30能够与所述基座40相脱离。
第一实施例(螺接件包括螺接部和抵接件,螺接部采用螺套,抵接件采用弹销,抵接件设置在螺套上)。
如图1至图6所示,本实施例中,所述锁紧机构50包括螺接件,所述螺接件包括螺接部56和抵接件51,螺接部56采用螺套,抵接件51采用弹销,弹销活动设置在螺套上,所述锁紧机构50设于所述基座40上。
所述预锁机构包括设于所述连接件30上的预锁配合面311和设于所述锁紧机构50上的预锁部54,所述预锁配合面311和/或所述预锁部54可在解锁位置、预锁位置之间活动。
当所述预锁机构处于所述预锁状态时,所述预锁配合面311和/或所述预锁部54处于所述预锁位置,所述预锁配合面311与所述预锁部54相限位配合,进而使所述连接件30和所述基座40相限位配合;当所述预锁机构处于所述解锁状态时,所述预锁配合面311和/或所述预锁部54处于所述解锁位置,所述预锁配合面311与所述预锁部54相分离,进而使得所述连接件30能够与所述基座40相脱离。
如图1和图2所示,所述连接件30设有锁紧配合面312,所述锁紧机构50通过与所述锁紧配合面312锁紧配合将所述连接件30与所述基座40进行锁紧连接;本实施例中,所述连接件30为连接杆,所述基座40内设供所述连接杆插入的连接通道41,所述连接通道41的侧壁开设有与所述连接通道41相连通的径向通孔42,所述锁紧机构50由所述径向通孔42插入所述连接通道41;所述连接件30的侧壁上设有下凹部31,所述下凹部31的表面形成所述锁紧配合面312。
如图1所示,本实施例中,所述预锁配合面311设置在所述下凹部31的端部侧壁,所述锁紧配合面312设置在所述下凹部31的中部。优选的,所述预锁配合面311为第一直面,所述预锁部54为第二直面,所述锁紧配合面312为弧形凹面,可选的,锁紧配合面312也可以是直面。
如图2所示,所述螺接件与所述径向通孔42螺纹连接,转动所述螺接件时,所述螺接件与所述锁紧配合面312锁紧配合。本实施例中,所述螺接件包括螺接部56和活动设置在所述螺接部56上的抵接件51,所述预锁部54设于所述抵接件51上,在预锁状态下,所述抵接件51上的预锁部54与所述预锁配合面311限位配合,转动所述螺接部56时,所述螺接部56带动所述抵接件51使得所述抵接件51与所述锁紧配合面312锁紧配合。
其中,所述抵接件51采用弹销或摆动块,所述螺接部56采用螺套或螺钉。本实施例中,所述抵接件51采用弹销,所述螺接部56采用螺套,所述弹销套设在所述螺套内。
具体的,所述弹销包括插销511和弹簧512,插销511的一端在所述弹簧512的作用下伸出所述螺接部56并伸入所述连接通道41内与所述预锁配合面311限位配合或与所述锁紧配合面312锁紧配合,所述插销511伸入所述连接通道41内的一端的侧壁形成所述预锁部54。所述插销511上设有第一限位部52,所述螺接部56上设有对所述第一限位部52进行限位的限位台阶561,通过第一限位部52和限位台阶561的配合阻止所述插销511在弹簧512的作用下脱出所述螺接部56。所述弹销还包括与所述插销511螺纹连接的定位螺钉55,所述定位螺钉55的端面形成所述第一限位部52,所述定位螺钉55的端面与所述螺接部56上的限位台阶561限位配合。所述插销511上还设有第二限位部53,所述螺接部56的内端面与所述第二限位部53抵接配合,所述螺接部56通过与所述第二限位部53的抵接配合带动所述插销511沿所述锁紧配合面312活动以对所述连接件30和所述基座40进行锁紧。
本实施例以第一部件为墙体,第二部件为便器本体为例对固定装置的拆装过程简述如下:
首先,将连接件30与墙体固定连接,基座40固定在便器本体20上;
如图2所示,初始状态下,将弹销(抵接件51)活动装接在螺套(螺接部56)内并部分伸出螺套。将装有弹销的螺套旋入基座40的径向通孔42内,使弹销的一端伸入连接通道41内。将便器本体20沿墙体10的方向移动,使得基座40沿轴向与连接件30插接配合,使得连接件30相对基座40沿轴向插入基座40的连接通道41内,此时,插销511上的预锁部54未与连接件30上的预锁配合面311限位配合。
如图3和图4所示,继续将便器本体20往墙体10的方向移动,使得连接件30继续沿轴向插入基座40的连接通道41内,直至连接件30挤压弹销(抵接件51)使得弹销变形,从而使得预锁部54越过连接件30的预锁配合面311(第一直面)并与预锁配合面311限位配合,从而使得基座40不会与连接件30相分离,也即,连接件30不会反向退出连接通道41,进而实现通过预锁机构将便器本体挂住。
如图5和图6所示,此时,便器本体被连接件30挂住,不用安装工人专门腾出手来扶住便器本体,可对螺套(螺接部56)进行正向转动,螺套内端面带动弹销沿锁紧配合面312(弧形凹面)运动,从而使得基座40往墙体方向运动,进而使得墙体和便器本体相靠近压紧,由此完成对便器本体的锁紧。
拆卸便器本体时,只需反向转动螺套,直至弹销的预锁部54(第二直面)退出基座40的连接通道41,而不会与连接件30的预锁配合面311(第一直面)相限位配合,此时,预锁机构处于解锁状态,从而可将连接件30与基座40相脱离,由此完成对便器的拆卸。
第二实施例(螺接件采用螺钉,预锁部设于螺钉的一端,连接件上设有活动销和弹性件,预锁配合面形成于活动销上)。
    如图7至图12所示,本实施例与第一实施例的主要区别在于:本实施例中,所述连接件30上设有活动销57和弹性件58,所述弹性件58为压簧并设于所述活动销57和所述连接件30之间,所述预锁配合面311形成于所述活动销57上,所述螺接件采用螺钉56’,所述螺钉56’伸入所述连接通道41内的一端对应设有限位台阶561,所述限位台阶561形成所述预锁部54,所述活动销57能在所述弹性件58作用下往复活动以使得所述预锁配合面311能在所述解锁位置和所述预锁位置之间往复运动,所述预锁机构处于所述预锁状态时,所述预锁配合面311与所述限位台阶561相抵接限位,所述预锁机构处于所述解锁状态时,所述预锁配合面311与所述限位台阶561相分离。
本实施例以便器为例(第一部件为墙体,第二部件为便器本体)对固定装置的拆装过程简述如下:
如图7和图8所示,初始状态下,将锁紧机构50的螺钉56’旋入基座40的径向通孔42内,活动销57和弹性件58装接在连接件30内,活动销57在弹性件58的弹顶下部分伸出连接件30;将便器本体20沿墙体10的方向移动,使得基座40沿轴向与连接件30插接配合,使得连接件30相对基座40沿轴向插入基座40的连接通道41内,此时,螺钉56’上的限位台阶561(预锁部54)未与活动销57上的预锁配合面311限位配合。
如图9和图10所示,继续将便器本体20往墙体10的方向移动,使得连接件30继续沿轴向插入基座40的连接通道41内,直至螺钉56’挤压活动销57使得弹性件58变形,螺钉56’上的预锁部54越过活动销57上的预锁配合面311(第一直面)并与预锁配合面311限位配合,从而使得基座40不会与连接件30相分离,也即,连接件30不会反向退出连接通道41,进而实现通过预锁机构将便器本体挂住。
如图11和图12所示,此时,便器本体被连接件30挂住,不用安装工人专门腾出手来扶住便器,可对螺钉56’正向转动,螺钉56’内端面沿锁紧配合面312(弧形凹面)运动,从而使得基座40往墙体方向运动,进而使得墙体和便器本体相靠近压紧,由此完成对便器本体的锁紧。
拆卸便器时,只需反向转动螺钉56’,直至螺钉56’的预锁部54(第二直面)退出基座40的连接通道41,而不会与预锁配合面311(第一直面)相限位配合,此时,预锁机构处于解锁状态,从而可将连接件30与基座40相脱离,由此完成对便器的拆卸。
本实施例的其余结构与第一实施例基本相似,在此不进行赘述。
第三实施例(螺接件采用螺钉,活动销替换为摆动块)。
本实施例与第二实施例的主要区别在于,本实施例中,活动销57替换为摆动块(图未示),预锁配合面311形成于所述摆动块上,摆动块摆动装接在所述连接件30上并在所述连接件30插入所述连接通道41的过程中与所述螺钉56’上的限位台阶561(预锁部54)限位配合。
本实施例的其余结构及拆装过程与第二实施例基本相似,在此不进行赘述。
第四实施例(卫浴设备)。
如图3、5、7、9、11所示,本实施例还提供一种卫浴设备,其包括上述第一、二、三实施例中任一项所述的固定装置,其中,第一部件10为墙体或机架(如图13所示),第二部件20为卫浴设备的本体,所述固定装置用于将所述本体固定连接在所述墙体上或所述机架上。本实施例中,所述本体为便器本体,或者,所述本体还可以是洗漱台或浴室柜或拖把池等等,不以此为限。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种固定装置,用于将第一部件(10)和第二部件(20)固定连接,所述固定装置包括与第一部件(10)相连接的连接件(30)、与第二部件(20)相连接的基座(40),所述连接件(30)与所述基座(40)通过锁紧机构(50)进行锁紧连接;其特征在于:还包括具有预锁状态和解锁状态的预锁机构,在所述锁紧机构对所述连接件(30)与所述基座(40)进行锁紧前,所述预锁机构处于所述预锁状态,通过所述预锁机构使得所述连接件(30)和所述基座(40)相限位配合,以阻止所述连接件(30)与所述基座(40)相脱离,当所述预锁机构处于所述解锁状态时,所述连接件(30)能够与所述基座(40)相脱离。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种固定装置,其特征在于:所述锁紧机构(50)设于所述基座(40)上,所述预锁机构包括设于所述连接件(30)上的预锁配合面(311)和设于所述锁紧机构(50)上的预锁部(54),所述预锁配合面(311)和/或所述预锁部(54)可在解锁位置、预锁位置之间活动;当所述预锁机构处于所述预锁状态时,所述预锁配合面(311)和/或所述预锁部(54)处于所述预锁位置,所述预锁配合面(311)与所述预锁部(54)相限位配合,进而使所述连接件(30)和所述基座(40)相限位配合;当所述预锁机构处于所述解锁状态时,所述预锁配合面(311)和/或所述预锁部(54)处于所述解锁位置,所述预锁配合面(311)与所述预锁部(54)相分离,进而使得所述连接件(30)能够与所述基座(40)相脱离。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种固定装置,其特征在于:所述连接件(30)还设有锁紧配合面(312),所述锁紧机构(50)通过与所述锁紧配合面(312)锁紧配合以将所述连接件(30)与所述基座(40)进行锁紧连接;所述连接件(30)为连接杆,所述基座(40)内设供所述连接杆插入的连接通道(41),所述连接通道(41)的侧壁开设有与所述连接通道(41)相连通的径向通孔(42),所述锁紧机构(50)由所述径向通孔(42)插入所述连接通道(41);所述连接件(30)的侧壁上设有下凹部(31),所述下凹部(31)的表面形成所述锁紧配合面(312)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种固定装置,其特征在于:所述锁紧机构(50)包括螺接件,所述螺接件与所述径向通孔(42)螺纹连接,转动所述螺接件时,所述螺接件与所述锁紧配合面(312)锁紧配合。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种固定装置,其特征在于:所述螺接件包括螺接部(56)和活动设置在所述螺接部(56)上的抵接件(51),所述预锁部(54)设于所述抵接件(51)上,在预锁状态下,所述抵接件(51)上的预锁部(54)与所述预锁配合面(311)限位配合,转动所述螺接部(56)时,所述螺接部(56)带动所述抵接件(51)使得所述抵接件(51)与所述锁紧配合面(312)锁紧配合。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种固定装置,其特征在于:所述抵接件(51)采用弹销或摆动块,所述螺接部(56)采用螺套或螺钉。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种固定装置,其特征在于:所述抵接件(51)采用弹销,所述螺接部(56)采用螺套,所述弹销套设在所述螺套内;所述弹销包括插销(511)和弹簧(512),所述插销(511)的一端在所述弹簧(512)的作用下伸出所述螺接部(56)并伸入所述连接通道(41)内与所述预锁配合面(311)限位配合或与所述锁紧配合面(312)锁紧配合,所述插销(511)伸入所述连接通道(41)内的一端的侧壁形成所述预锁部(54)。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的一种固定装置,其特征在于:所述连接件(30)上设有活动销和弹性件,所述弹性件设于所述活动销和所述连接件(30)之间,所述预锁配合面(311)形成于所述活动销上,所述螺接件采用螺钉(56’),所述螺钉(56’)伸入所述连接通道(41)内的一端对应设有限位台阶,所述限位台阶形成所述预锁部(54),所述活动销能在所述弹性件作用下往复活动以使得所述预锁配合面(311)能在所述解锁位置和所述预锁位置之间往复运动,所述预锁机构处于所述预锁状态时,所述预锁配合面(311)与所述限位台阶相抵接限位,所述预锁机构处于所述解锁状态时,所述预锁配合面(311)与所述限位台阶相分离。
  9. 根据权利要求3至8任一项所述的一种固定装置,其特征在于:所述预锁配合面(311)为第一直面,所述预锁部(54)为第二直面,所述锁紧配合面(312)为弧面或直面。
  10. 一种卫浴设备,其特征在于:包括权利要求1至9任一项所述的固定装置,其中,第一部件(10)为墙体或机架,第二部件(20)为卫浴设备的本体,所述固定装置用于将所述本体固定连接在所述墙体上或所述机架上。
