本发明的上述技术问题是通过以下技术方案得以实施的:一种脚杆折叠机构,包括基座、与基座铰接的旋转座、连接于旋转座的脚杆,所述基座由前基座和后基座对称拼合构成,前基座包括板件和板件周边的折边,后基座包括板件和板件周边的折边,前基座和后基座的板件上均设置有铰接孔或铰接轴套;所述旋转座的上部处于基座内部、位于前基座和后基座之间,旋转座的上端设置有铰接孔,则前基座、后基座、旋转座通过轴旋转铰接,其特征在于,所述前基座的下部、后基座的下部均设置有一道弧形的旋转限位槽,两道旋转限位槽水平对齐,每一旋转限位槽的两个端部均设置有相对倾斜外扩的限位端。
所述旋转座的一侧设置有一段镂空的伸缩滑道,该伸缩滑道从旋转座的铰接 部位倾斜向下延伸至旋转座的中下部,该伸缩滑道的下端具有一安装套,该安装套内设置有轴向贯通的中心孔,该中心孔与伸缩滑道连通,且中心孔的轴向与伸缩滑道的轴向一致。
所述伸缩滑道内设置有T型的锁定件,锁定件包括横向的限位部和竖向的伸缩部,则伸缩部处于伸缩滑道内,而限位部外露于伸缩滑道;所述锁定件的限位部的两端分别对应嵌入所述前基座和后基座上的旋转限位槽内。
所述锁定件的伸缩部的下端延伸至所述的安装套,且伸缩部的下端连接一按钮,按钮的外端外露于安装套,锁定件的伸缩部上还环套一段压簧,压簧处于伸缩滑道的下端和按钮之间。
在压簧的作用下,手动按压按钮,按钮带动锁定件在伸缩滑道内伸缩移动,控制锁定件的头部与旋转限位槽的相对位置,当锁定件的头部处于旋转限位槽的限位端时,脚杆被锁定,不能旋转;当锁定件脱离旋转限位槽的限位端后,脚杆可旋转。
作为优选,所述基座的下部且靠近所述安装套的一侧设置有相对外凸的辅助立脚。辅助立脚相对于脚杆呈横向延伸,辅助立脚与台式工具的台面边缘配合形成一个支撑面,使折叠后的台式工具可以侧向竖直平稳的放置。脚杆折叠后,若台式工具是水平放置,那么基座的下端作为支撑点。
作为优选,所述旋转限位槽位于前基座和后基座的内侧,且旋转限位槽由内表面相对内凹形成,则锁定件的T型头部两端对应嵌入内凹部;或者,所述旋转限位槽设置为镂空,则锁定件的T型头部两端对应嵌入镂空部。
作为优选,所述旋转限位槽设置为开口朝上的弧形,两端的限位端倾斜向下延伸。锁定件位于旋转限位槽的下方,当锁定件的T型头部处于限位端内时,由于受到压簧的作用,锁定件被向下拉;若要使锁定件脱离限位端,必须有相对向上的外力作用来对抗压簧。
作为优选,所述旋转座的下部为中空的联结套,联结套外露于基座,所述脚杆的上端插入联结套;或者,所述旋转座的下部为柱状的联结件,联结件外露于 基座,所述脚杆的上端中空且环套连接于联结件。
一种一体折叠脚架,包括支撑台面的台面支撑座,台面支撑座的底部具有四个折角弯折部,其特征在于,在每一折角弯折部连接上述的脚杆折叠机构。
作为优选,所述台面支撑座包括平行的前支撑座和后支撑座;所述前支撑座设置为三边围绕一边开口的框体且开口朝上,前支撑座包括位于中间的第一横杆、连接于第一横杆的一端且向上延伸的第二杆件、连接于第一横杆的另一端且向上延伸的第三杆件,第一横杆与第二杆件的连接处形成弯曲的折角部,第一横杆与第三杆件的连接处形成弯曲的折角部;所述后支撑座与前支撑座的结构相同。台式工具一般具有四个折角部,折角部的角度通常为直角,或者比直角稍微小一定角度的锐角,或者比直角稍微大一定角度的钝角。
作为优选,所述前基座的上端具有向上延伸的第一固定部和倾斜向上延伸或者倾斜向下延伸的第二固定部,对称的,所述后基座的上端具有向上延伸的第一固定部和倾斜向上延伸或者倾斜向下延伸的第二固定部;第一固定部和第二固定部呈角度叉开;所述第一固定部对应连接于所述前支撑座的第二杆件或第三杆件,第二固定部对应连接于所述前支撑座的第一横杆,而所述前支撑座的弯折部被夹持并包覆在前基座和后基座的上部之间。
作为优选,所述第一固定部包括向上延伸的板件和板件周边的折边,其中,板件上设置固定孔或者水平凸起的固定柱,最上端的折边具有内凹的缺口,前基座和后基座对称拼合后,第二杆件或者第三杆件穿过缺口;所述第二固定部包括倾斜向下延伸的板件和周边的折边,其中,板件上设置固定孔或者水平凸起的固定柱,端部的折边具有内凹的缺口,前基座和后基座对称拼合后,第一横杆穿过缺口;同时,所述第二杆件的下端且靠近弯折部的位置对应设置有固定孔,所述第三杆件的下端且靠近弯折部的位置对应设置有固定孔,所述第一横杆的两端且靠近弯折部的位置对应设置有固定孔。装配时,板件上的固定柱穿过杆件上的固定孔,又连接至与其对应的板件上的固定孔。
作为优选,所述基座上的辅助立脚位于背对第二杆件或背对第三杆件的一侧。 将折叠后的台式工具侧向竖直放置,辅助立脚和台面的边缘共同形成稳定支撑。
综上所述,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下优点:
本发明对脚架的折叠机构进行改进,具体折叠方式是:手动按压锁定件来控制锁定件的头部与旋转限位槽的相对位置,实现对脚杆的旋转和锁定;本发明的脚杆折叠后依然能够稳定放置和支撑:可将折叠后的台式工具整体直接放置在工作桌面上进行作业,以提供适当的作业高度和舒适的作业环境;由于本发明的折叠机构还增设了辅助立脚,辅助立脚能够与台面配合,当作业完毕后,将折叠后的台式工具侧放,此时的台面边缘和辅助立脚形成支撑面,使台式工具整体可侧面着地平稳放置,便于存放。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进一步说明。
实施例1:
如图1-9所示,一体折叠脚架,应用于台式工具以支撑台面,台面由位于其下方的台面支撑座7支撑,台面支撑座7由平行的前支撑座70和后支撑座74构成,前支撑座74由空心圆管件弯折而成,呈开口朝上的U型;前支撑座74的中部是水平的第一横杆71,第一横杆71的一端是相对垂直向上的第二杆件72,第一横杆71的另一端是相对垂直向上的第三杆件73,即第一横杆71与第二杆件72的过渡部位呈直角弯折且倒圆角,第一横杆71与第三杆件73的过渡部位呈直角弯折且倒圆角。
所述第二杆件71的下端且靠近弯折部的位置对应设置一个固定孔17,所述第三杆件73的下端且靠近弯折部的位置对应设置有一个固定孔17,所述第一横杆71的两端且靠近弯折部的位置对应设置一个固定孔17。
所述后支撑座8与前支撑座7的结构相同。台面支撑座7的底部具有四个直角弯折部,在每一个直角弯折部固定一个脚杆折叠机构。
所述脚杆折叠机构,包括基座1、与基座1铰接的旋转座2、连接于旋转座2的脚杆3。所述基座1由前基座11和后基座12对称拼合构成,前基座11和后基座12相对夹持在台面支撑座7的弯折部。
具体的,所述前基座11的上端具有向上延伸的第一固定部13和倾斜向下延伸的第二固定部14,对称的,所述后基座12的上端具有向上延伸的第一固定部13和倾斜向下延伸的第二固定部14;第一固定部13和第二固定部14呈钝角度叉开。
所述前基座11的第一固定部13包括向上延伸的板件和板件周边的折边,其中,板件上具有水平凸起的固定柱15,最上端的折边具有内凹的弧形缺口16;所述前基座11的第二固定部14包括倾斜向下延伸的板件和周边的折边,其中,板件上具有水平凸起的固定柱15,端部的折边具有内凹的弧形缺口16。
所述后基座12的第一固定部13包括向上延伸的板件和板件周边的折边,其中,板件上具有固定孔17,最上端的折边具有内凹的弧形缺口16;所述后基座 12的第二固定部14包括倾斜向下延伸的板件和周边的折边,其中,板件上具有固定孔17,端部的折边具有内凹的弧形缺口16。
装配时,前基座11和后基座12对称拼合将台面支撑座7的弯折部夹持在中间,其中,第一固定部13对应连接于第二杆件72或第三杆件73,第二固定部14对应连接于第一横杆71;而前基座11的第一固定部13的固定柱15、第二固定部14的固定柱15对应穿过第二杆件72、第三杆件73的固定孔17,并且,前基座11的固定柱15连接至后基座12上的对应的固定孔17。
所述前基座11的板件中部具有水平凸起的中空圆柱状的连接柱,同时,在后基座12的板件中部具有圆环套,装配时,连接柱与圆环套插接;在前基座11和后基座12的板件下部具有带孔的铰接轴套,有一轴4连接于铰接轴套,该轴4作为旋转铰接中心。
在前基座11的下部、后基座12的下部均设置有一道开口朝上的圆弧形的旋转限位槽5,两道旋转限位槽5水平对齐,两道旋转限位槽5分别位于前基座11和后基座12的内侧,且旋转限位槽5由内表面相对内凹形成,每一旋转限位槽5的两个端部均设置有相对倾斜外扩的限位端51,两端的限位端51相对倾斜向下延伸。
在前基座11和后基座12的下部之间铰接旋转座2,旋转座2的上部处于基座1内部、位于前基座11和后基座12之间,旋转座2的上端设置有铰接孔并环套连接于所述的轴4,则前基座11、后基座12、旋转座2通过轴4旋转铰接。
所述旋转座2的下部为中空的联结套26,联结套26外露于基座1,脚杆3的上端插入联结套26。
所述旋转座2的上部一侧具有一段镂空的伸缩滑道21,该伸缩滑道21从旋转座2的铰接部位倾斜向下延伸至旋转座2的中下部,该伸缩滑道21的下端具有一圆柱状中空的安装套22,该安装套22内具有轴向贯通的中心孔,该中心孔与伸缩滑道21连通,且中心孔的轴向与伸缩滑道21的轴向一致。
所述伸缩滑道21内设置有T型的锁定件23,锁定件23包括横向的限位部 和竖向的伸缩部,则伸缩部处于伸缩滑道21内,而限位部外露于伸缩滑道21;所述锁定件23的限位部的两端分别对应嵌入所述前基座11和后基座12上的旋转限位槽5内。
所述锁定件23的伸缩部的下端延伸至所述的安装套22,且伸缩部的下端连接一按钮24,按钮24的外端外露于安装套22,锁定件23的伸缩部上还环套一段压簧25,该压簧25处于伸缩滑道21的下端和按钮24之间,按压按钮24则带动锁定件23整体伸缩平移。
所述基座1的下部且背对第二杆件72或背对第三杆件73的一侧固定连接一辅助立脚6,辅助立脚6相对横向外凸,可以与台面边缘配合形成一个支撑面。
所述基座1的下端具有凸起的脚垫。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种脚杆折叠机构,包括基座(1)、与基座铰接的旋转座(2)、连接于旋转座的脚杆(3),所述基座由前基座(11)和后基座(12)对称拼合构成,前基座包括板件和板件周边的折边,后基座包括板件和板件周边的折边,前基座和后基座的板件上均设置有铰接孔或铰接轴套;所述旋转座的上部处于基座内部、位于前基座和后基座之间,旋转座的上端设置有铰接孔,则前基座、后基座、旋转座通过轴(4)旋转铰接,其特征在于,所述前基座的下部、后基座的下部均设置有一道弧形的旋转限位槽(5),两道旋转限位槽水平对齐,每一旋转限位槽的两个端部均设置有相对倾斜外扩的限位端(51);
    所述旋转座的一侧设置有一段镂空的伸缩滑道(21),该伸缩滑道从旋转座的铰接部位倾斜向下延伸至旋转座的中下部,该伸缩滑道的下端具有一安装套(22),该安装套内设置有轴向贯通的中心孔,该中心孔与伸缩滑道连通,且中心孔的轴向与伸缩滑道的轴向一致;所述伸缩滑道内设置有T型的锁定件(23),锁定件包括横向的限位部和竖向的伸缩部,则伸缩部处于伸缩滑道内,而限位部外露于伸缩滑道;所述锁定件的限位部的两端分别对应嵌入所述前基座和后基座上的旋转限位槽内;
    所述锁定件的伸缩部的下端延伸至所述的安装套,且伸缩部的下端连接一按钮(24),按钮的外端外露于安装套,锁定件的伸缩部上还环套一段压簧(25),压簧处于伸缩滑道的下端和按钮之间。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一体折叠脚架,其特征在于,所述基座的下部且靠近所述安装套的一侧设置有相对外凸的辅助立脚(6)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一体折叠脚架,其特征在于,所述旋转限位槽位于前基座和后基座的内侧,且旋转限位槽由内表面相对内凹形成;或者,所述旋转限位槽设置为镂空。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一体折叠脚架,其特征在于,所述旋转限位槽设置为开口朝上的弧形,两端的限位端倾斜向下延伸。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一体折叠脚架,其特征在于,所述旋转座的下部为中 空的联结套(26),联结套外露于基座,所述脚杆的上端插入联结套;或者,所述旋转座的下部为柱状的联结件,联结件外露于基座,所述脚杆的上端中空且环套连接于联结件。
  6. 一种一体折叠脚架,包括支撑台面的台面支撑座(7),台面支撑座的的底部具有四个折角弯折部,其特征在于,在每一折角弯折部连接如权利要求1-5所述的脚杆折叠机构。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一体折叠脚架,其特征在于,所述台面支撑座包括平行的前支撑座(70)和后支撑座(74);所述前支撑座设置为三边围绕一边开口的框体且开口朝上,前支撑座包括位于中间的第一横杆(71)、连接于第一横杆的一端且向上延伸的第二杆件(72)、连接于第一横杆的另一端且向上延伸的第三杆件(73),第一横杆与第二杆件的连接处形成弯曲的折角部,第一横杆与第三杆件的连接处形成弯曲的折角部;所述后支撑座与前支撑座的结构相同。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一体折叠脚架,其特征在于,所述前基座的上端具有向上延伸的第一固定部(13)和倾斜向上延伸或者倾斜向下延伸的第二固定部(14),对称的,所述后基座的上端具有向上延伸的第一固定部和倾斜向上延伸或者倾斜向下延伸的第二固定部;第一固定部和第二固定部呈角度叉开;
    所述第一固定部对应连接于所述前支撑座的第二杆件或第三杆件,第二固定部对应连接于所述前支撑座的第一横杆,而所述前支撑座的弯折部被夹持在前基座和后基座的上部之间。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一体折叠脚架,其特征在于,所述第一固定部包括向上延伸的板件和板件周边的折边,其中,板件上设置固定孔或者水平凸起的固定柱(15),最上端的折边具有内凹的缺口(16);所述第二固定部包括倾斜向下延伸的板件和周边的折边,其中,板件上设置固定孔或者水平凸起的固定柱,端部的折边具有内凹的缺口;同时,所述第二杆件的下端且靠近弯折部的位置对应设置有固定孔(17),所述第三杆件的下端且靠近弯折部的位 置对应设置有固定孔,所述第一横杆的两端且靠近弯折部的位置对应设置有固定孔。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的一体折叠脚架,其特征在于,所述基座上的辅助立脚位于背对第二杆件或背对第三杆件的一侧。
