如图1-4所示,本实用新型提出的一种工艺品摆件的喷漆装置,包括外壳1、安装杆2、输漆管3、两个第一滑动件4、多个喷头5、连接杆8、摆动杆9、第二滑动件10、伸缩杆11、底座12、驱动装置13、泵体14、储漆箱15和热空气输送组件;
外壳1上设有进热气孔,外壳1上设有密封门17,外壳1与设有密封门17相邻的两个端面上分别设有两个滑槽18,外壳1内部底面上设有用于放置待喷漆工艺品摆件且能高度调整的放置台7;其中,两个滑槽18均为圆弧形;
热空气输送组件的出热气端连接进热气孔,通过设有的热空气输送组件在工艺品喷漆结束后向外壳1内输送热空气,以使得工艺品表面的液体漆快速烘干;
两个第一滑动件4分别滑动连接两个滑槽18,且两个第一滑动件4分别设 置在安装杆2的两端;安装杆2的投影为弧形;输漆管3沿着安装杆2的长度方向设置在安装杆2上,输漆管3的进料管口连接泵体14的出料端;泵体14的进料端连接储漆箱15的出料口;通过设置的储漆箱15方便使用者进行油漆的配置和对油漆的混合;
多个喷头5均匀设置在输漆管3上,多个喷头5的喷漆端均朝向安装杆2的圆心;
连接杆8的一端穿过任一滑槽18并连接上述滑槽18内的第一滑动件4,连接杆8的另一端转动连接摆动杆9的上端;摆动杆9的下端转动连接底座12;第二滑动件10滑动连接摆动杆9;伸缩杆11的一端转动连接第二滑动件10,伸缩杆11的另一端转动连接驱动装置13的输出轴;
驱动装置13选用变频电机,驱动装置13驱动伸缩杆11旋转;第二滑动件10沿着摆动杆9的长度方向上下循环往复移动;与摆动杆9通过连接杆8连接的第一滑动件4在滑槽18内往复移动。
本实用新型中,根据待喷漆工艺品的大小高度调整放置台7的高度;使用时,将待喷漆的工艺品摆放在放置台7上;泵体14和驱动装置13通电运行,泵体14将储漆箱15内的液体漆输送到输漆管3内并从多个喷头5均匀喷涂在工艺品的表面,同时驱动装置13运行带动伸缩杆11旋转;伸缩杆11带动第二滑动件10在摆动杆9的长度方向上来回的移动带动摆动杆9摆动,与摆动杆9连接的第一滑动件4在滑槽18内来回移动;从而安装杆2和输漆管3在工艺品的外侧循环往复的摆动,从而对工艺品的顶部向下部延伸的外周面进行喷漆,操作减少使用方便;另外通过调整伸缩杆的长度,以调整摆动杆9摆动角度从而调整安装杆2在滑槽18内移动范围,进而调整对工艺品的喷漆面积;喷漆结束后通过设有的热空气输送组件在工艺品喷漆结束后向外壳1内输送热空气, 以使得工艺品表面的液体漆快速烘干。
在一个可选的实施例中,密封门17上设有透明观察窗;设有的透明观察窗方便观察外壳1内工艺品喷漆情况。
在一个可选的实施例中,第二滑动件10选用滑套;滑套套接在摆动杆9的外侧。
在一个可选的实施例中,包括喷气管和多个喷气头;
喷气管水平设置在外壳1内壁上;多个喷气头分别均匀设置在喷气管上,多个喷气头的喷气端均朝放置台7的中心处;设有的多个喷气头使得热气均匀喷向喷漆后工艺品的表面,使得工艺品受热均匀。
在一个可选的实施例中,喷气管位于与除去设有密封门17的外壳1的其他三个侧端面上,喷气管距离外壳1底面的距离大于放置台7上端面距离外壳1底面的距离。
在一个可选的实施例中,热空气输送组件输送出的气体温度为50℃~75℃。
在一个可选的实施例中,热空气输送组件包括加热箱16、送风机19和加热装置21;
加热箱16内设有活性炭过滤网20以将加热箱16内部分为进气仓和出气仓;
加热装置21设置在进气仓内;送风机19的进气端与出气仓连通,送风机19的出气端连接进热气孔;外界空气进入进气仓内被加热装置21加热,送风机19通电运行,此时进气仓内的热空气穿过活性炭过滤网20,热空气内携带的粉尘等杂志被过滤后,热空气最终吹向喷漆后工艺品表面,通过活性炭过滤网20将粉尘杂质过滤在加快工艺品表面油漆烘干的前提下保证工艺品的喷漆质量。
在一个可选的实施例中,包括净化箱,输气管和抽风机;外壳1上设有排气孔6;
净化箱内存有净化液,净化箱内设有活性炭过滤板;输气管的一端管口连接净化箱上的进气口,输气管的另一端管口伸入净化液内;抽风机的进气端连接排气孔6,抽风机的出气端连接进气口;外壳1内的空气依次由进气口和输入管导入净化液内,气体经过活性炭吸附板的吸附,气体由净化箱上的出气口排出;通过净化液和活性炭吸附板对外壳1内气体中油漆散发的气味以及油漆小颗粒进行处理,避免操作人员吸入油漆小颗粒对其健康造成影响。
在一个可选的实施例中,伸缩杆11包括螺纹杆和螺纹筒;螺纹杆螺纹旋入螺纹筒内。
在一个可选的实施例中,安装杆2的投影为U形。
该文中出现的电器元件均与外界的主控器及220V市电电连接,并且主控器可为计算机等起到控制的常规已知设备。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种工艺品摆件的喷漆装置,其特征在于,包括外壳(1)、安装杆(2)、输漆管(3)、两个第一滑动件(4)、多个喷头(5)、连接杆(8)、摆动杆(9)、第二滑动件(10)、伸缩杆(11)、底座(12)、驱动装置(13)、泵体(14)、储漆箱(15)和热空气输送组件;
    外壳(1)上设有进热气孔,外壳(1)上设有密封门(17),外壳(1)与设有密封门(17)相邻的两个端面上分别设有两个滑槽(18),外壳(1)内部底面上设有用于放置待喷漆工艺品摆件且能高度调整的放置台(7);其中,两个滑槽(18)均为圆弧形;热空气输送组件的出热气端连接进热气孔;
    两个第一滑动件(4)分别滑动连接两个滑槽(18),且两个第一滑动件(4)分别设置在安装杆(2)的两端;安装杆(2)的投影为弧形;输漆管(3)沿着安装杆(2)的长度方向设置在安装杆(2)上,输漆管(3)的进料管口连接泵体(14)的出料端;泵体(14)的进料端连接储漆箱(15)的出料口;多个喷头(5)均匀设置在输漆管(3)上,多个喷头(5)的喷漆端均朝向安装杆(2)的圆心;
    连接杆(8)的一端穿过任一滑槽(18)并连接上述滑槽(18)内的第一滑动件(4),连接杆(8)的另一端转动连接摆动杆(9)的上端;摆动杆(9)的下端转动连接底座(12);第二滑动件(10)滑动连接摆动杆(9);伸缩杆(11)的一端转动连接第二滑动件(10),伸缩杆(11)的另一端转动连接驱动装置(13)的输出轴;其中,驱动装置(13)驱动伸缩杆(11)旋转;第二滑动件(10)沿着摆动杆(9)的长度方向上下循环往复移动;与摆动杆(9)通过连接杆(8)连接的第一滑动件(4)在滑槽(18)内往复移动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种工艺品摆件的喷漆装置,其特征在于,密封 门(17)上设有透明观察窗。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种工艺品摆件的喷漆装置,其特征在于,第二滑动件(10)选用滑套;滑套套接在摆动杆(9)的外侧。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种工艺品摆件的喷漆装置,其特征在于,包括喷气管和多个喷气头;喷气管水平设置在外壳(1)内壁上;
    多个喷气头分别均匀设置在喷气管上,多个喷气头的喷气端均朝放置台(7)的中心处。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种工艺品摆件的喷漆装置,其特征在于,喷气管位于与除去设有密封门(17)的外壳(1)的其他三个侧端面上,喷气管距离外壳(1)底面的距离大于放置台(7)上端面距离外壳(1)底面的距离。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种工艺品摆件的喷漆装置,其特征在于,热空气输送组件输送出的气体温度为50℃~75℃。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种工艺品摆件的喷漆装置,其特征在于,热空气输送组件包括加热箱(16)、送风机(19)和加热装置(21);
    加热箱(16)内设有活性炭过滤网(20)以将加热箱(16)内部分为进气仓和出气仓;加热装置(21)设置在进气仓内;送风机(19)的进气端与出气仓连通,送风机(19)的出气端连接进热气孔。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种工艺品摆件的喷漆装置,其特征在于,包括净化箱,输气管和抽风机;外壳(1)上设有排气孔(6);净化箱内存有净化液,净化箱内设有活性炭过滤板;
    输气管的一端管口连接净化箱上的进气口,输气管的另一端管口伸入净化液内;抽风机的进气端连接排气孔(6),抽风机的出气端连接进气口;外壳(1)内的空气依次由进气口和输入管导入净化液内,气体经过活性炭吸附板的吸附, 气体由净化箱上的出气口排出。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种工艺品摆件的喷漆装置,其特征在于,伸缩杆(11)包括螺纹杆和螺纹筒;螺纹杆螺纹旋入螺纹筒内。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种工艺品摆件的喷漆装置,其特征在于,安装杆(2)的投影为U形。
