Description

铰链装置及具有其的冰箱 技术领域
本发明涉及制冷设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种铰链装置及具有其的冰箱。
背景技术
冰箱的门体往往通过铰链装置装配于箱体上,门体与铰链装置的铰链轴连接,铰链装置的铰链架固定安装于箱体上,从而可使门体绕铰链轴相对箱体转动,进而实现门体的开闭。冰箱生产过程中需要对箱体进行发泡,发泡料容易对箱体壳体造成挤压,从而导致箱体壳体变形,进而导致铰链架按照预设安装位置装配至箱体的壳体上时,门体与箱体的相对位置与预设位置不同,门体与箱体之间发生错位,门体与箱体不齐,在不更换铰链架的情况下,组装人员很难调整铰链架的位置。另外,冰箱在运输过程中也容易受到挤压而导致门体与箱体错位,使门体闭合时对箱体密封不严,维修人员难以调整铰链架的位置。为了调整门体与箱体的相对位置,甚至需要拆卸更换铰链架,但是由于形变方向与形变量不可控,因此很难找到适配的铰链架来替换,以消除门体与箱体之间的错位,使门体与箱体对齐。
发明内容
为解决门体与箱体之间发生偏移时不易调整的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种铰链装置及具有其的冰箱。
为了实现上述发明目的之一,本发明一实施方式提供了一种铰链装置,包括铰链架、安装座以及紧固件,所述铰链架设有第一安装孔,所述安装座设有第二安装孔,所述紧固件的一端可沿第一方向穿过所述第一安装孔后配接在所述第二安装孔中,以使所述铰链架和所述安装座在所述第一方向上固定配接;所述第一安装孔的孔径大于所述第二安装孔的孔径,所述铰链装置还包括调节件以及与所述调节件相配合的调节机构,所述调节机构包括设于所述铰链架的调节孔以及设于所述安装座的调节槽,所述调节槽的端壁暴露于所述调节孔中,当所述调节件的一端沿所述第一方向穿过所述调节孔向所述调节槽内配接时,在所述调节槽的端壁抵持下,所述调节件带动所述铰链架相对所述安装座垂直于所述第一方向运动。
作为本发明一实施方式的进一步改进,所述调节机构包括至少一对所述调节孔;当所述调节件与每一对中两个所述调节孔分别配合并向所述调节槽内配接时,所述调节件带动所述铰链架相对所述安装座分别沿相反方向运动。
作为本发明一实施方式的进一步改进,所述调节机构设置有至少两组,当所述调节件与两组所述调节机构分别配合时,所述调节件带动所述铰链架相对所述安装座运动的方向互相垂直。
作为本发明一实施方式的进一步改进,每组所述调节机构包括一对所述调节孔及一个所述调节槽,所述调节槽的相对两端壁分别暴露于所述一对调节孔中;
当所述调节件的一端沿所述第一方向穿过所述一对调节孔中的一者,并向所述调节槽内配接时,在所述调节槽的所述相对两端壁中一者的抵持下,所述调节件带动所述铰链架相对所述安装座沿垂直于所述第一方向的第二方向运动;
当所述调节件的一端沿所述第一方向穿过所述一对调节孔中的另一者,并向所述调节槽内配接时,在所述调节槽的所述相对两端壁中另一者的抵持下,所述调节件带动所述铰链架相对所述安装座沿所述第二方向的反方向运动。

作为本发明一实施方式的进一步改进,所述调节槽的端壁具有导向斜面,以及/或者,所述调节件设置为尖端螺钉。
作为本发明一实施方式的进一步改进,所述铰链装置还包括与所述调节件配合的定位机构,所述定位机构包括设于所述铰链架的第一定位孔,以及设于所述安装座的第二定位孔;
当所述调节件配合至所述定位机构时,所述调节件的一端可沿所述第一方向穿过所述第一定位孔并与所述第二定位孔配接,以使所述铰链架在垂直于所述第一方向上相对固定地装配于所述安装座上;
当所述调节件配合至所述调节机构时,所述第一定位孔与所述第二定位孔在所述第一方向上错位。
作为本发明一实施方式的进一步改进,所述调节槽背离所述调节孔的一端具有底板,所述底板与所述调节槽的端壁连接。
为实现上述发明目的之一,本发明一实施方式还提供了一种冰箱,包括箱体和门体,还包括如上所述的铰链装置,所述门体通过所述铰链装置装配于所述箱体上。
作为本发明一实施方式的进一步改进,所述安装座一体成型于所述箱体上;
或者,所述安装座设于所述箱体中,所述箱体的壳体上设置有第三安装孔、限位孔以及第三定位孔,所述限位孔的端壁暴露于所述调节孔中,当所述调节件的一端沿所述第一方向穿过所述调节孔向所述限位孔以及调节槽内配接时,在所述限位孔以及调节槽的端壁抵持下,所述调节件带动所述铰链架相对所述安装座垂直于所述第一方向运动。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明的铰链装置,通过调节件与调节机构的配合,以及铰链架上的第一安装孔的孔径大于安装座上的第二安装孔的孔径,使得调节件可带动 铰链架相对安装座垂直于所述第一方向运动,从而实现对铰链架与箱体的相对位置调整,使门体与箱体对齐。

在本发明的各个图示中,为了便于图示,结构或部分的某些尺寸会相对于其它结构或部分扩大,因此,仅用于图示本发明的主题的基本结构。
应当理解的是尽管术语第一、第二等在本文中可以被用于描述各种元件或结构,但是这些被描述对象不应受到这些术语的限制。这些术语仅用于将这些描述对象彼此区分开。
参看图1,本发明一实施例提供的冰箱,包括箱体100和门体200,门体200通过铰链装置300装配于箱体100上。
参看图2,铰链装置300包括铰链架31以及安装座32,在本实施例中,安装座32设于箱体100的发泡层中,且贴附于箱体100的壳体内表面设置,使铰链装置300可灵活应用于不同的冰箱中,增加了铰链装置300的适用范围;在其它实施例中,安装座32也可一体成型于箱体100的壳体上,便于确定铰链架31的预设安装位置,减少生产工序。
进一步地,铰链架31装配于箱体100壳体的外表面,且与安装座32的位置对应,铰链架31远离箱体100的一端具有铰链轴313,门体200通过铰链轴313装配于箱体100上,门体200可绕铰链轴313转动以打开或者闭合箱体100。
参看图2至图4,为了将铰链架31装配于箱体100上,铰链架31设有第一安装孔311,安装座32设有第二安装孔321,铰链装置300还包括紧固件33,紧固件33的一端可沿第一方向穿过第一安装孔311后配接在第二安装孔321中,以使铰链架31和安装座32在所述第一方向上固 定配接。
参看图7,为了使铰链架31可相对于安装座32垂直于所述第一方向运动,第一安装孔311的孔径大于第二安装孔321的孔径,这样,铰链架31可在第一安装孔311的孔径允许的范围内运动,实现铰链架31与安装座32的相对位置调整,进而调整门体200与箱体100之间的相对位置,使门体200与箱体100对齐。
参看图4,优选地,紧固件33、第一安装孔311与第二安装孔321对应设置有至少两组,以避免铰链架31相对安装座32绕紧固件33转动。
优选地,紧固件33采用具有外螺纹的螺钉,第二安装孔321具有与所述螺钉的外螺纹相匹配的内螺纹,以使紧固件33固定装配于安装座32上,且便于拆装。所述螺钉的螺帽的直径大于第一安装孔311的孔径,以使所述螺帽在所述第一方向上压紧铰链架31和安装座32,避免铰链架31沿所述第一方向的反方向远离安装座32。
为了便于描述,以使用者面对门体200作为参照,在本实施例中,安装座32装配于箱体100上壳体的发泡层中,并贴合上壳体的内表面设置,相应地,铰链架31装配于箱体100上壳体的外表面,也即箱体100的上表面,所述门体200通过铰链轴313与箱体100的右侧连接,门体200设于箱体100的前方,所述第一方向为竖直向下,则垂直于所述第一方向即为水平方向。在其它实施例中,安装座32也可以装配于箱体100下壳体的发泡层中,并贴合下壳体的内表面设置,相应地,铰链架31装配于箱体100下壳体的外表面,也即箱体100的下表面,门体200通过铰链轴313与箱体100的左侧或右侧连接,则所述第一方向为竖直向上。在变化的实施方式中,根据箱体100与门体200的装配位置不同,所述第一方向也可以为水平向左或水平向右等。
结合图5至图6,铰链装置300还包括调节件34以及与调节件34相配合的调节机构35,调节机构35包括设于铰链架31上的调节孔351以及设于安装座32上的调节槽352。调节槽352的端壁3521暴露于调节孔351中,也就是说,在竖直方向上,调节孔351与调节槽352错位设置。当箱体100由于发泡或者运输过程中发生变形,导致安装座32偏离预设安装位置,铰链架31带动门体200运动,导致门体200与箱体100错位时,调节件34的一端可竖直向下穿过调节孔351向调节槽352内配接,由于调节孔351与调节槽352错位设置,调节件34在竖直向下配接入调节槽352时,在调节槽352的端壁3521抵持下,调节件34可带动铰链架31相对安装座32在水平方向上运动,从而带动门体200运动,以调整门体200与箱体100之间的相对位置,使门体200与箱体100对齐。
进一步地,调节机构35包括至少一对调节孔351,当调节件34与每一对调节孔351中的两个调节孔351分别配合并向调节槽352内配接时,调节件34带动铰链架31相对安装座32分别 沿相反方向运动,也就是说,调节件34可带动铰链架31在水平方向上实现两个相反方位的运动,便于根据需要选择调节孔351使铰链架31向需要调整的方向运动,从而使门体200与箱体100对齐。
进一步地,调节机构35设置有至少两组。当调节件34与两组调节机构35分别配合时,调节件34带动铰链架31相对安装座32运动的方向互相垂直,也就是说,调节件34带动铰链架31在水平方向上实现四个方位的运动,且所述四个方位之间两两垂直,当调节机构35设置有多组时,调节件34还可以带动铰链架31相对安装座32在水平方向上实现更多方位的运动,进一步增加了铰链架31可以运动的方向,扩大了可以调节的门体200与箱体100之间方位偏移的范围,便于根据门体200相对箱体100偏移的方向选择调节机构35以及调节孔351,从而针对性地调整门体200与箱体100之间的相对位置。
在本实施例中,调节机构35设置有两组,每组调节机构35包括一对调节孔351及一个调节槽352,调节槽352的相对两端壁3521分别暴露于所述一对调节孔351中;当调节件34的一端沿所述第一方向穿过所述一对调节孔351中的一者,并向调节槽352内配接时,在调节槽352的相对两端壁3521中一者的抵持下,调节件34带动铰链架31相对安装座32沿垂直于所述第一方向的第二方向运动;当调节件34的一端沿所述第一方向穿过所述一对调节孔351中的另一者,并向调节槽352内配接时,在调节槽352的相对两端壁3521中另一者的抵持下,调节件34带动铰链架31相对安装座32沿所述第二方向的反方向运动。
参看图2至图6,为了便于描述,在垂直于所述第一方向,也即水平方向上定义两个互相垂直的方向AB方向与CD方向。具体地,在本实施例中,调节机构35设置有两组,分别为AB向调节机构35a和CD向调节机构35c;当调节件34与AB向调节机构35a配合时,调节件34可带动铰链架31相对安装座32沿A→B方向或者B→A方向运动;当调节件34与CD向调节机构35c配合时,调节件34可带动铰链架31相对安装座32沿C→D方向或者D→C方向运动。
参看图4和图5,其中,AB向调节机构35a包括一对调节孔351以及一个调节槽352,此处的调节槽352为第一调节槽352a,一对调节孔351分别为第一调节孔351a和第二调节孔351b,第一调节槽352a为方形槽,且具有沿A→B方向相对设置的A端壁3521a和B端壁3521b,A端壁3521a暴露于第一调节孔351a中,B端壁3521b暴露于第二调节孔351b中。当门体200相对箱体100发生B→A向偏移时,需调整铰链架31相对安装座32沿A→B方向运动,此时,可将调节件34的下端竖直向下穿过第一调节孔351a并向第一调节槽352a内配接,在第一调节槽352a的A端壁3521a的抵持下,调节件34带动铰链架31相对安装座32沿A→B方向运动,从而带动门体200相对箱体100沿A→B方向运动,使门体200与箱体100对齐,避免漏冷等情况发生。 当门体200相对箱体100发生A→B向偏移时,需调整铰链架31相对安装座32沿B→A方向运动,此时,可将调节件34的下端竖直向下穿过第二调节孔351b并向第一调节槽352a内配接,在第一调节槽352a的B端壁3521b的抵持下,调节件34带动铰链架31相对安装座32沿B→A方向运动,从而带动门体200相对箱体100沿B→A方向运动,使门体200与箱体100对齐,避免漏冷等情况发生。
参看图4和图6,CD向调节机构35c也包括一对调节孔351以及一个调节槽352,此处的调节槽352为第二调节槽352c,一对调节孔351分别为第三调节孔351c和第四调节孔351d,第二调节槽352c为方形槽且具有沿C→D方向相对设置的C端壁3521c和D端壁3521d,C端壁3521c暴露于第三调节孔351c中,D端壁3521d暴露于第四调节孔351d中。当门体200相对箱体100发生D→C向偏移时,需调整铰链架31相对安装座32沿C→D方向运动,此时,可将调节件34的下端竖直向下穿过第三调节孔351c并向第二调节槽352c内配接,在第二调节槽352c的C端壁3521c的抵持下,调节件34带动铰链架31相对安装座32沿C→D方向运动,从而带动门体200相对箱体100沿C→D方向运动,使门体200与箱体100对齐,避免漏冷等情况发生。当门体200相对箱体100发生C→D向偏移时,需调整铰链架31相对安装座32沿D→C方向运动,此时,可将调节件34的下端竖直向下穿过第四调节孔351d并向第二调节槽352c内配接,在第二调节槽352c的D端壁3521d的抵持下,调节件34带动铰链架31相对安装座32沿D→C方向运动,从而带动门体200相对箱体100沿D→C方向运动,使门体200与箱体100对齐,避免漏冷等情况发生。这样,两个调节孔351对应一个调节槽352,不仅可以节约生产工序,而且便于根据铰链架31、安装座32以及箱体100壳体的情况合理排布调节机构35的位置,节省空间。
参看图2,为了方便快速地根据需要选择调节孔351,铰链架31上调节孔351的周围对应标记有指向箭头312,指向箭头312所指向的方向为调节件34穿过对应调节孔351后带动铰链架31运动的方向。例如,当门体200相对箱体100发生B→A向偏移时,需调整铰链架31相对安装座32沿A→B方向运动,此时,选择箭头指向A→B向的指向箭头312所对应的第一调节孔351a,并将调节件34的下端竖直向下穿过第一调节孔351a并配接入第一调节槽352a中,在第一调节槽352a的A端壁3521a的抵持下,调节件34便可带动铰链架31相对安装座32沿A→B方向运动,从而带动门体200相对箱体100沿A→B方向运动,使门体200与箱体100对齐,避免漏冷等情况发生,降低能耗。
在其它实施例中,调节机构35也可以仅设置一组,该组调节机构35包括四个调节孔351以及一个调节槽352,调节槽352为方形槽,调节槽352的四个端壁3521分别暴露于四个调节孔351中,这样通过一个调节槽352就可以实现铰链架31相对安装座32沿四个方向的运动;或 者,该组调节机构35包括八个调节孔351以及一个调节槽352,调节槽352呈正八边形且具有八个端壁3521,所述八个端壁3521分别暴露于八个调节孔351中,这样通过一个调节槽352就可以实现铰链架31相对安装座32沿八个方向的运动,不仅实现了调节件34带动铰链架31相对安装座32沿多个方向的运动,而且减少了生产工序,提高了生产效率。
在变化的实施方式中,调节机构35也可以是一个调节孔351对应一个调节槽352,调节机构35设置多组,调节件34与不同组调节机构35配合时,可以带动铰链架31相对安装座32沿不同的方向运动,便于根据铰链架31、安装座32以及箱体100壳体的情况合理排布调节机构35的位置,节省空间。当然,在变化的实施方式中,调节机构35中调节孔351与调节槽352的对应关系与数量,以及调节机构35的数量都可根据需要进行组合,只要能满足调节件34的一端沿所述第一方向穿过调节孔351向调节槽352内配接时,在调节槽352的端壁3521的抵持下,调节件34可以带动铰链架31相对安装座32垂直于所述第一方向运动即可。
另外,在其它实施例中,调节槽352也可以设置为圆形槽、腰形槽或者异形槽,只需满足调节槽352的端壁3521暴露于调节孔351中,当调节件34的一端沿所述第一方向穿过调节孔351向调节槽352内配接时,在调节槽352的端壁3521抵持下,调节件34可带动铰链架31相对安装座32垂直于所述第一方向运动即可。
优选地,每组调节机构35中的每对调节孔351等径设置,不同组调节机构35中的调节孔351等径设置,一方面简化了加工工序,另一方面便于同一个调节件34适配所有的调节孔351,以减少调节件34的数量,节约成本。
参看图5至图6,进一步地,调节槽352的端壁3521具有导向斜面35211,以引导调节件34向调节槽352内配接,当调节件34的一端竖直向下穿过调节孔351向调节槽352内配接时,在导向斜面35211的抵持下,调节件34带动铰链架31相对安装座32沿水平方向运动,由于导向斜面35211的设置,随着调节件34配接入调节槽352中的深度不同,铰链架31相对安装座32运动的位移也不同,便于根据门体200相对箱体100偏移的程度调整调节件34配接入调节槽352中的深度,从而使门体200与箱体100对齐。
优选地,调节件34设置为尖端螺钉。当所述尖端螺钉的尖端竖直向下穿过调节孔351向调节槽352内配接时,在调节槽352的端壁3521的抵持下,调节件34可带动铰链架31相对安装座32沿水平方向运动,且随着所述尖端螺钉的尖端配接入调节槽352中的深度不同,铰链架31相对安装座32运动的位移也不同,便于根据门体200相对箱体100偏移的程度调整所述尖端螺钉配接入调节槽352中的深度,从而使门体200与箱体100对齐。另外,尖端螺钉的帽端可将铰链架31竖直向下锁紧至安装座32上,以限制铰链架31竖直向上远离安装座32。
参看图2至图4,进一步地,铰链装置300还包括与调节件34配合的定位机构36,定位机构36包括设于铰链架31的第一定位孔361,以及设于安装座32的第二定位孔362。当调节件34配合至定位机构36时,调节件34的一端可竖直向下穿过第一定位孔361并与第二定位孔362配接,以使铰链架31在垂直于竖直方向上相对固定地装配于安装座32上。也就是说,在门体200与箱体100对齐的情况下,不需要调整门体200与箱体100的相对位置,此时,调节件34的一端竖直向下穿过第一定位孔361并与第二定位孔362配接,而调节孔351与调节槽352处于空置状态,即可实现将铰链架31固定装配于安装座32上。若由于发泡或运输等导致门体200与箱体100不齐时,可将调节件34自定位机构36中取出,根据门体200相对箱体100的偏移方位将调节件34配接入相应的调节孔351及调节槽352中,调整铰链架31相对安装座32的位置,从而调整门体200与箱体100的相对位置,使门体200与箱体100对齐。当调节件34配合至调节机构35时,第一定位孔361与第二定位孔362在竖直方向上错位。这样,铰链装置300可通过调节机构35调整门体200与箱体100的相对位置,而不必拆卸更换铰链架31,延长了铰链装置300的使用寿命。
优选地,定位机构36设置有至少两组,以锁紧铰链架31与安装座32,避免铰链架31相对安装座32在垂直于竖直方向上运动,导致门体200与箱体100错位。
参看图5至图6,进一步地,调节槽352背离调节孔351的一端具有底板,所述底板与调节槽352的端壁3521连接,以封闭调节槽352背离调节孔351的一端,避免发泡过程中发泡料自调节槽352中溢出至箱体100外。优选地,安装座32背离铰链架31的一侧为封闭结构,以限制发泡过程中发泡料自安装座32中溢出箱体100外,具体地,在本实施例中,第二安装孔321、第二定位孔362、调节槽352背离铰链架31的一端均为封闭结构。
参看图8至图9,为了将铰链装置300装配至箱体100上,箱体100位于安装座32与铰链架31之间的壳体上设置有第三安装孔11、限位孔12以及第三定位孔13,对铰链装置300的安装起到加固作用,有利于延长铰链装置300及冰箱的使用寿命。
其中,紧固件33可竖直向下穿过第一安装孔311以及第三安装孔11,并配接入第二安装孔321中,以使铰链架31沿竖直方向固定装配于安装座32上,优选地,紧固件33可竖直向下穿过第一安装孔311,并固定装配于第三安装孔11中,进一步使铰链架31沿竖直方向锁紧至安装座32上,以加强对铰链架31的固定。
当调节件34配合至定位机构36时,调节件34的一端可竖直向下穿过第一定位孔361与第三定位孔13,并与第二定位孔362配接,以使铰链架31在垂直于竖直方向上相对固定地装配于安装座32上,此时,限位孔12与调节槽352的端壁3521暴露于调节孔351中。当调节件34 配合至调节机构35时,调节件34的一端竖直向下穿过调节孔351并向限位孔12以及调节槽352内配接,在限位孔12以及调节槽352的端壁3521抵持下,调节件34带动铰链架31相对安装座32在垂直于竖直方向上运动,此时,第一定位孔361与第三定位孔13以及第二定位孔362在竖直方向上错位。
与现有技术相比,本发明提供的铰链装置300及具有其的冰箱,其有益效果在于:本发明的铰链装置300,在门体200与箱体100的相对位置未发生偏移的情况下,调节件34穿过第一定位孔361并插入第二定位孔362中,便可固定铰链架31与安装座32的相对位置,从而对门体200与箱体100的位置进行固定。在门体200与箱体100的相对位置发生偏移导致门体200与箱体100不齐时,通过调节件34与调节机构35的配合,以及铰链架31上的第一安装孔311的孔径大于安装座32上的第二安装孔321的孔径,使得调节件34可带动铰链架31相对安装座32垂直于所述第一方向运动,并可根据调节槽352与调节孔351的错位结构设计,使铰链架31相对安装座32在垂直于所述第一方向上沿不同的方向进行位置调整,便于在使用过程中方便快捷地根据需要选择调节孔351,进而调整门体200与箱体100的相对位置,使门体200与箱体100对齐,避免漏冷及能耗增加等情况发生。此外,通过调节槽352上的导向斜面35211,或者,调节件34设置为尖端螺钉,可根据门体200相对箱体100偏移的距离大小控制调节件34配接入调节槽352的深度,从而控制铰链架31相对安装座32运动的位移。
应当理解,虽然本说明书按照实施方式加以描述,但并非每个实施方式仅包含一个独立的技术方案,说明书的这种叙述方式仅仅是为清楚起见,本领域技术人员应当将说明书作为一个整体,各实施方式中的技术方案也可以经适当组合,形成本领域技术人员可以理解的其他实施方式。
上文所列出的一系列的详细说明仅仅是针对本发明的可行性实施方式的具体说明,它们并非用以限制本发明的保护范围,凡未脱离本发明技艺精神所作的等效实施方式或变更均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种铰链装置,包括铰链架、安装座以及紧固件,所述铰链架设有第一安装孔,所述安装座设有第二安装孔,所述紧固件的一端可沿第一方向穿过所述第一安装孔后配接在所述第二安装孔中,以使所述铰链架和所述安装座在所述第一方向上固定配接;其特征在于,所述第一安装孔的孔径大于所述第二安装孔的孔径,所述铰链装置还包括调节件以及与所述调节件相配合的调节机构,所述调节机构包括设于所述铰链架的调节孔以及设于所述安装座的调节槽,所述调节槽的端壁暴露于所述调节孔中,当所述调节件的一端沿所述第一方向穿过所述调节孔向所述调节槽内配接时,在所述调节槽的端壁抵持下,所述调节件带动所述铰链架相对所述安装座垂直于所述第一方向运动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的铰链装置,其特征在于,所述调节机构包括至少一对所述调节孔;
    当所述调节件与每一对中两个所述调节孔分别配合并向所述调节槽内配接时,所述调节件带动所述铰链架相对所述安装座分别沿相反方向运动。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的铰链装置,其特征在于,所述调节机构设置有至少两组,当所述调节件与两组所述调节机构分别配合时,所述调节件带动所述铰链架相对所述安装座运动的方向互相垂直。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的铰链装置,其特征在于,每组所述调节机构包括一对所述调节孔及一个所述调节槽,所述调节槽的相对两端壁分别暴露于所述一对调节孔中;
    当所述调节件的一端沿所述第一方向穿过所述一对调节孔中的一者,并向所述调节槽内配接时,在所述调节槽的所述相对两端壁中一者的抵持下,所述调节件带动所述铰链架相对所述安装座沿垂直于所述第一方向的第二方向运动;
    当所述调节件的一端沿所述第一方向穿过所述一对调节孔中的另一者,并向所述调节槽内配接时,在所述调节槽的所述相对两端壁中另一者的抵持下,所述调节件带动所述铰链架相对所述安装座沿所述第二方向的反方向运动。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的铰链装置,其特征在于,每组所述调节机构中的一对所述调节孔等径设置,不同组所述调节机构的调节孔等径设置。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的铰链装置,其特征在于,所述调节槽的端壁具有导向斜面,以及/或者,所述调节件设置为尖端螺钉。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的铰链装置,其特征在于,所述铰链装置还包括与所述调节件配合的定位机构,所述定位机构包括设于所述铰链架的第一定位孔,以及设于所述安装座的第二定位孔;
    当所述调节件配合至所述定位机构时,所述调节件的一端可沿所述第一方向穿过所述第一定 位孔并与所述第二定位孔配接,以使所述铰链架在垂直于所述第一方向上相对固定地装配于所述安装座上;
    当所述调节件配合至所述调节机构时,所述第一定位孔与所述第二定位孔在所述第一方向上错位。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的铰链装置,其特征在于,所述调节槽背离所述调节孔的一端具有底板,所述底板与所述调节槽的端壁连接。
  9. 一种冰箱,包括箱体和门体,其特征在于,还包括如权利要求1-8任一项所述的铰链装置,所述门体通过所述铰链装置装配于所述箱体上。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述安装座一体成型于所述箱体上;
    或者,所述安装座设于所述箱体中,所述箱体的壳体上设置有第三安装孔、限位孔以及第三定位孔,所述限位孔的端壁暴露于所述调节孔中,当所述调节件的一端沿所述第一方向穿过所述调节孔向所述限位孔以及调节槽内配接时,在所述限位孔以及调节槽的端壁抵持下,所述调节件带动所述铰链架相对所述安装座垂直于所述第一方向运动。
