背景技术
塑料编织袋按主要材料构成为聚丙烯袋、聚乙烯袋;按缝制方法分为缝底袋、缝边底袋。目前广泛应用于肥料、化工产品等物品的一种包装材料。其主要生产工艺是利用塑料原料经挤出薄膜、切割、单向拉伸为扁丝,经过经纬编织得到产品,一般称为编织袋。
目前塑料编织袋在生产加工的时候,塑料编织袋需要通过切缝机进行缝制,塑料编织袋在自动切缝机缝制的过程中,塑料编织袋在进行传动的过程中,塑料编织袋容易出现传动不平整的情况,从而会影响到塑料编织袋的缝制效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于塑料编织袋生产的自动切缝机,具备让塑料编织袋在传动时能够保证平整度的优点,解决了塑料编织袋传动时不平整会影响塑料编织袋缝制效果的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种用于塑料编织袋生产的自动切缝机,包括箱体,所述箱体内腔的左侧安装有收卷辊,所述箱体内腔的右侧安装有放料辊,所述箱体内腔的上侧安装有缝纫机头,所述缝纫机头的底部通过支杆连接有缝纫机压脚,所述缝纫机压脚的底部设置有送料牙板,所述送料牙板的右侧设置有送料辊,所述放料辊与送料辊之间设置有活动辊,所述箱体内壁的正面与背面均连接有滑板,所述滑板的表面开设有滑槽,所述活动辊的正面与背面均与滑槽滑动连接,所述活动辊外侧的正面与背面均通过第一轴承连接有支撑杆,所述支撑杆的底部连接有支撑板,所述 支撑板的底部连接有调节板,所述调节板的正面与背面均开设有限位槽,所述限位槽内侧滑动连接有限位块,所述调节板的右侧连接有齿轨,所述齿轨的右侧啮合有齿轮,所述齿轮的正面贯穿连接有转轴,所述转轴的外侧通过传动带连接有电机,所述转轴外侧的正面与背面均套接有第二轴承,所述第二轴承的左侧通过连接板与限位块连接。

2、本发明通过滑板、限位槽和连接板的使用,使得调节板在升降时,限位槽内的限位块能够通过连接板在限位槽内滑动,活动辊在升降时,活动辊的正面与背面能够在滑板的滑槽内滑动,从而保证了活动辊在升降后的稳定性。
