Definitions
- the present invention relates to a tobacco masterbatch for a non-combustible flavor aspirator and a tobacco material containing the same.
- Non-combustible flavor aspirators are on the market (for example, Patent Document 1).
- the non-combustion type flavor aspirator is required to have the same level of flavor as the conventional combustion type flavor aspirator.
- leaf tobacco containing a specific amount of carboxylic acid and nicotine can solve the above problem. That is, the above-mentioned problem is solved by the following invention.
- (1) Based on absolute dry weight 80-130 mg / g carboxylic acid as component (A) and 6.5-10% by weight nicotine as component (B).
- (2) The tobacco masterbatch according to (1), which further contains 20 to 40 mg / g of amino acids as the component (C).
- a tobacco material for a non-combustible flavor aspirator which comprises the tobacco masterbatch and other materials according to (1) to (4) above.

You can also do it. From the viewpoint of workability, the former method is preferable.
- the method can be carried out in one embodiment as follows. 1) The weighed master batch is put into a rotary shelf type dryer (rotary dryer), dried at 80 ° C. ⁇ 1 ° C. for 3 hours, and the water content W (% by weight) is measured from the weight loss.
- the tobacco masterbatch of the present invention can be prepared by preparing and mixing each of the above components.
- a tobacco masterbatch can be prepared by preparing a material having a content lower than that of the tobacco masterbatch (for example, conventional leaf tobacco) and adding a desired amount of each component to the material.
- leaf tobacco containing the above-mentioned component amount can be used as it is as a tobacco masterbatch.
- Such leaf tobacco is cultivated by fertilizing so that the amount of nitrogen becomes a specific amount in a specific period, harvesting and removing unnecessary leaves at an early stage, or making the period from pinching to harvesting longer than usual. it can.
- fertilizer is applied before and after pinching so that the amount of nitrogen becomes a specific amount, pinching one or two leaves deeper than the normal position is performed to harvest and remove unnecessary leaves at an early stage, and from pinching to harvesting.

Bd(重量%)=Bw/(1-W)
