Description

一种分集水器 技术领域
本实用新型属于暖通设备技术领域,涉及一种分集水器。
背景技术
分、集水器是水系统中用于连接各路加热管供、回水的配、集水装置。按进回水分为分水器、集水器,所以称为分集水器或集分水器。
例如中国专利文献资料公开了一种分水器[申请号:201620879952.X;授权公告号:CN206093324U],其包括分水管和集水管,分水管上安装有若干个流量计,分水管还螺纹连接有与流量计一一对应的流量计接头,流量计接头具有的螺纹段延伸至分水管内,流量计包括与分水管螺纹连接的安装座和与安装座螺纹连接的调节座,安装座的内端固连有压紧于螺纹段端部的密封垫,安装座周向开设有进水孔且进水孔到分水管内壁的距离等于1/3至1/4分水管直径的长度,调节座周向开设有过水孔且调节座嵌设有靠近过水孔上方的密封圈。
上述的分水器通过将螺纹段延伸至分水管内,起到阻挡泥沙、杂质的作用,但是螺纹段与分水管螺纹连接,增加了漏点,缩短了使用寿命,而且集水管上的螺旋阀芯通过内六角扳手调节开度,无法适配于手轮或电动执行器,适配性不好,另外集水管和分水管均为整体式结构,不能进行拼装,使用不够方便。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是针对现有技术中存在的上述问题,提供了一种结构设计合理、适配性好且装配方便的分集水器。
本实用新型的目的可通过下列技术方案来实现:一种分集水器,包括分水管、集水管和支架,支架将分水管和集水管连接在一起,其特征在于,所述的分水管包括分水管头部、分水管尾部和若干个分水管管身,分水管头部包括均呈直管状的主管体一和副管体一,所述的副管体一垂直于主管体一中部并与主管体一相连通,所述的分水管管身包括均呈直管状的主管体二和副管体二,所述的副管体二垂直于主管体二中部并与主管体二相连通,所述的分水管尾部为三通管,所述的主管体一、主管体二和分水管尾部通过卡接机构一依次连接,所述的集水管包括集水管头部、集水管尾部和若干个集水管管身,集水管头部包括均呈直管状的主管体三和副管体三,所述的副管体三垂直于主管体三中部并与主管体三相连通,所述的集水管管身包括均呈直管状的主管体四和副管体四,所述的副管体四垂直于主管体四中部并与主管体四相连通,所述的集水管尾部为三通管,所述的主管体三、主管体四和集水管尾部通过卡接机构二依次连接,所述的主管体一、主管体二上均连接有流量计,所述的主管体三、主管体四上均连接有固定座,各个固定座顶部均螺纹连接有阀盖,各个固定座均轴向穿设有阀杆,所述的阀杆内端伸出固定座且阀杆内端嵌设有密封垫,阀杆外端伸出阀盖设置,各个固定座内均设有套于阀杆上且提供弹力使得阀杆始终具有向阀盖侧移动趋势的弹簧,所述的副管体一、副管体二、副管体三和副管体四中均螺纹连接有阀座且各 阀座的顶端延展至对应的主管体一、主管体二、主管体三和主管体四的中心处。
在上述的一种分集水器中,所述的主管体一的一端为内螺纹的连接端,主管体一的另一端为卡接部一,所述的主管体二的一端为卡接部二,主管体的另一端为卡接部一,分水管尾部具有卡接部二,所述的卡接机构一包括位于卡接部一外壁上均布且凸出的弧形段一,卡接部二上具有与弧形段一数量相一致的凸耳一且凸耳一的宽度小于相邻弧形段一之间的间距,所述的凸耳一的内壁具有供对应弧形段一卡入的凹槽一,所述的主管体三的一端为内螺纹的连接端,主管体三的另一端为卡接部三,所述的主管体四的一端为卡接部四,主管体的另一端为卡接部三,集水管尾部具有卡接部四,所述的卡接机构二包括位于卡接部三外壁上均布且凸出的弧形段二,卡接部四上具有与弧形段二数量相一致的凸耳二且凸耳二的宽度小于相邻弧形段二之间的间距,所述的凸耳二的内壁具有供对应弧形段二卡入的凹槽二。

在上述的一种分集水器中,所述的流量计包括连接座、壳体、流量杆和压紧套,连接座与对应的主管体一或主管体二螺纹连接,壳体穿过连接座并与连接座螺纹连接,壳体的内端固连有压紧套且压紧套嵌设有用于密封阀座的密封垫圈,所述的流量杆位于壳体内且流量杆外套有提供弹力使得流量杆始终具有向壳体顶端位移趋势的压簧,流量杆的底端伸出压紧套且固连有径向外展的流量盘,流量杆的顶端具有径向凸出的指示块,所述的壳体外端伸出连接座且上面设有流量刻度,所述的壳体外端套设有与壳体周向定位的扳动件,所述的壳体顶端具有定位方块,所述的扳动件包括均呈圈状的顶圈和底圈,所述的顶圈和底圈通过两片对称设置的连接板连成一起,所述的顶圈具有配合定位方块的定位孔。
在上述的一种分集水器中,所述的集水管尾部连接有自动排气阀和排污阀,所述的分水管尾部连接有手动排气阀和堵头。
在上述的一种分集水器中,所述的支架的数量为两根,支架包括架体和通过螺钉固连在架体上的两个卡箍,所述的卡箍内设有具有缺口的锁紧套。锁紧套供集水管、分水管穿过,将螺钉拧紧使得卡箍将锁紧套压紧,从而实现对集水管、分水管的连接,操作方便,连接牢固。
与现有技术相比,本分集水器的结构设计合理,漏点少,且具备防泥沙、杂质作用,使得出水干净,而且能够拼接,装配便捷,各处密封性好,使用寿命长,阀杆为下压式使 得固定座可供手轮或电动执行器连接,本分集水器适配性好。

如图1、图2、图3和图4所示,本分集水器包括分水管1、集水管2和支架3,支架3将分水管1和集水管2连接在一起,本实施例中支架3的数量为两根,支架3包括架体301和通过螺钉固连在架体301上的两个卡箍302,卡箍302内设有具有缺口的锁紧套303。分水管1包括分水管头部、分水管尾部8和若干个分水管管身,分水管头部包括均呈直管状的主管体一4和副管体一5,副管体一5垂直于主管体一4中部并与主管体一4相连通,分水管管身包括均呈直管状的主管体二6和副管体二7,副管体二7垂直于主管体二6中部并与主管体二6相连通,分水管尾部8为三通管,主管体一4、主管体二6和分水管尾部8通过卡接机构一依次连接,集水管2包括集水管头部、集水管尾部13和若干个集水管管身,集水管头部包括均呈直管状的主管体三9和副管体三10,副管体三10垂直于主管体三9中部并与主管体三9相连通,集水管管身包括均呈直管状的主管体四11和副管体四12,副管体四12垂直于主管体四11中部并与主管体四11相连通,集水管尾部13为三通管,主管体三9、主管体四11和集水管尾部13通过卡接机构二依次连接,主管体一4、主管体二6上均连接有流量计14,主管体三9、主管体四11上均连接有固定座15,各个固定座15顶部均螺纹连接有阀盖16,各个固定座15均轴向穿设有阀杆17,阀杆17内端伸出固定座15且阀杆17内端嵌设有密封垫18,阀杆17外端伸出阀盖16设置,各个固定座15内均设有套于阀杆17上且提供弹力使得阀杆17始终具有向阀盖16侧移动趋势的弹簧19,副管体一5、副管体二7、副管体三10和副管体四12中均螺纹连接有阀座20且各阀座20的顶端延展至对应的主管体一4、主管体二6、主管体三9和主管体四11的中心处。
本分集水器中副管体一5与主管体一4、副管体二7和主管体二6、副管体三10和主 管体三9、副管体四12和主管体四11均为一体式结构,避免以往螺纹连接存在的漏点问题,而且各个阀座20能起到阻挡泥沙、杂质作用,结构设计合理;分水管1和集水管2能根据实际需求进行快速拼接,减少库存备货和卖家备货,装配方便快捷;固定座15、阀盖16、阀杆17和弹簧19的设置,使得阀杆17为下压式的轴向位移,即将阀杆17外端下压以克服弹簧19的弹力,阀杆17轴向向下位移以减小密封垫18和对应阀座20之间的开口程度,直至关闭,阀杆17外端不受力时,弹簧19的弹力使得阀杆17复位,这样固定座15可供手轮或电动执行器连接,转动手轮能改变手轮压紧阀杆17外端的位置以进行流量调节,电动执行器的连接杆轴向伸缩能改变压紧阀杆17外端的位置以进行流量调节,客户可根据需求选择手轮或电动执行器进行适配,如图1和图2所示,固定座15上连接有电动执行器,本分集水器适配性好。
进一步细说,主管体一4的一端为内螺纹的连接端41,主管体一4的另一端为卡接部一42,主管体二6的一端为卡接部二61,主管体的另一端为卡接部一42,分水管尾部8具有卡接部二61,卡接机构一包括位于卡接部一42外壁上均布且凸出的弧形段一21,卡接部二61上具有与弧形段一21数量相一致的凸耳一22且凸耳一22的宽度小于相邻弧形段一21之间的间距,凸耳一22的内壁具有供对应弧形段一21卡入的凹槽一,主管体三9的一端为内螺纹的连接端41,主管体三9的另一端为卡接部三91,主管体四11的一端为卡接部四111,主管体的另一端为卡接部三91,集水管尾部13具有卡接部四111,卡接机构二包括位于卡接部三91外壁上均布且凸出的弧形段二23,卡接部四111上具有与弧形段二23数量相一致的凸耳二24且凸耳二24的宽度小于相邻弧形段二23之间的间距,凸耳二24的内壁具有供对应弧形段二23卡入的凹槽二。
装配时,主管体一4的卡接部一42与主管体二6的卡接部二61卡接,即将主管体二6的卡接部二61上的凸耳一22卡入主管体一4的卡接部一42的相邻弧形段一21之间,之后转动主管体一4或主管体二6,使得弧形段一21卡入凸耳内壁的凹槽一中以完成卡接,然后同理将其它主管体二6和分水管尾部8进行卡接,形成卡接后的分水管1,组装便捷;集水管2的卡接和分水管1的卡接原理一致,在此不做赘述。弧形段一21和弧形段二23均具有倾斜的导向部25,这样导向部25先卡入凹槽一或凹槽二中,起到引导作用,便于弧形段一21卡入凸耳一22的凹槽一中,便于弧形段二23卡入凸耳二24的凹槽二中。
卡接部一42具有插入卡接部二61的插入部一且插入部一外壁嵌设有密封于卡接部二61内壁的密封圈一26,卡接部二61内壁具有挡肩一,插入部一的端部和挡肩一之间设有密封环一27,卡接部三91具有插入卡接部四111的插入部二且插入部二外壁嵌设有密封于卡接部四111内壁的密封圈二28,卡接部四111内壁具有挡肩二,的插入部二的端部和挡肩二之间设有密封环二29。密封圈一26和密封环一27起到双重密封作用,使得卡接部一42和卡接部二61卡接后的密封性好,杜绝泄漏,密封圈二28和密封环二29也起到双重密封作用,使得卡接部三91和卡接部四111卡接后的密封性好,杜绝泄漏。
固定座15中设有呈筒状的支撑套30,支撑套30的顶端伸入阀盖16中且支撑套30的顶端和阀盖16之间设有O型圈一31,支撑套30中部具有径向外凸以供阀盖16底端抵触的凸台,支撑套30的底端和固定座15之间设有压板32,阀杆17轴向穿过支撑套30且阀杆17具有径向外凸的凸肩,弹簧19位于支撑套30中,弹簧19的顶端顶触于凸肩,弹簧19的底端抵触于压板32,固定座15嵌设有密封于压板32底部的O型圈二33,阀盖16和固定座15之间设有O型圈三34,固定座15和对应的主管体三9或主管体四11之间设有O型圈四35。支撑套30、压板32 的设置,使得O型圈一31和O型圈二33定位稳固,保证了阀杆17和阀盖16、固定座15之间的密封性,O型圈三34保证了阀盖16和固定座15之间的密封性,O型圈四35保证了固定座15和对应的主管体三9或主管体四11之间的密封性,因此固定座15、阀杆17处密封理想,抗压密封可以达到2.4MPa气密封测试无泄漏,后期无维护。
流量计14包括连接座141、壳体142、流量杆143和压紧套144,壳体142为透明塑料管或玻璃管,连接座141与对应的主管体一4或主管体二6螺纹连接,壳体142穿过连接座141并与连接座141螺纹连接,壳体142的内端固连有压紧套144且压紧套144嵌设有用于密封阀座20的密封垫18圈145,流量杆143位于壳体142内且流量杆143外套有提供弹力使得流量杆143始终具有向壳体142顶端位移趋势的压簧146,流量杆143的底端伸出压紧套144且固连有径向外展的流量盘147,流量杆143的顶端具有径向凸出的指示块,壳体142外端伸出连接座141且上面设有流量刻度,壳体142外端套设有与壳体142周向定位的扳动件,壳体142顶端具有定位方块148,扳动件包括均呈圈状的顶圈149和底圈150,顶圈149和底圈150通过两片对称设置的连接板151连成一起,顶圈149具有配合定位方块148的定位孔。这样流量计14结构紧凑,流量杆143中部具有挡块,压簧146顶端顶触于挡块,压簧146底端抵触于压紧套144,通过扳动件带动壳体142转动,壳体142带动压紧套144轴向位移以改变密封垫18圈145和阀座20顶端之间的开口程度,即调节了进入阀座20的流量,水流冲击流量盘147以克服压簧146的弹力,流量杆143向下位移,指示块水平指向的流量刻度上的数值为实测流量值。
集水管尾部13连接有自动排气阀36和排污阀37,分水管尾部8连接有手动排气阀38和堵头39。自动排气阀36、排污阀37、手动排气阀38均为现有阀门结构,具体结构不做赘述,自动排气阀36起到自动排气作用,排污阀37起到排污作用,分水管尾部8需要排气时,通过手动排气阀38进行排气,分水管尾部8需要排污时,将堵头39打开进行排污。

  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种分集水器,其特征在于,所述的固定座(15)中设有呈筒状的支撑套(30),所述的支撑套(30)的顶端伸入阀盖(16)中且支撑套(30)的顶端和阀盖(16)之间设有O型圈一(31),所述的支撑套(30)中部具有径向外凸以供阀盖(16)底端抵触的凸台,所述的支撑套(30)的底端和固定座(15)之间设有压板(32),所述的阀杆(17)轴向穿过支撑套(30)且阀杆(17)具有径向外凸的凸肩,所述的弹簧(19)位于支撑套(30)中,弹簧(19)的顶端顶触于凸肩,弹簧(19)的底端抵触于压板(32),固定座(15)嵌设有密封于压板(32)底部的O型圈二(33),所述的阀盖(16)和固定座(15)之间设有O型圈三(34),所述的固定座(15)和对应的主管体三(9)或主管体四(11)之间设有O型圈四(35)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种分集水器,其特征在于,所述的流量计(14)包括连接座(141)、壳体(142)、流量杆(143)和压紧套(144),连接座(141)与对应的主管体一(4)或主管体二(6)螺纹连接,壳体(142)穿过连接座(141)并与连接座(141)螺纹连接,壳体(142)的内端固连有压紧套(144)且压紧套(144)嵌设有用于密封阀座(20)的密封垫(18)圈(145),所述的流量杆(143)位于壳体(142)内且流量杆(143)外套有提供弹力使得流量杆(143)始终具有向壳体(142)顶端位移趋势的压簧(146),流量杆(143)的底端伸出压紧套(144)且固连有径向外展的流量盘(147),流量杆(143)的顶端具有径向凸出的指示块,所述的壳体(142)外端伸出连接座(141)且上面设有流量刻度,所述的壳体(142)外端套设有与壳体(142)周向定位的扳动件,所述的壳体(142)顶端具有定位方块(148),所述的扳动件包括均呈圈状的顶圈(149)和底圈(150),所述的顶圈(149)和底圈(150)通过两片对称设置的连接板(151)连成一起,所述的顶圈(149)具有配合定位方块(148)的定位孔。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种分集水器,其特征在于,所述的集水管尾部(13)连接有自动排气阀(36)和排污阀(37),所述的分水管尾部(8)连接有手动排气阀(38)和堵头(39)。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种分集水器,其特征在于,所述的支架(3)的数量为两根,支架(3)包括架体(301)和通过螺钉固连在架体(301)上的两个卡箍(302),所述的卡箍(302)内设有具有缺口的锁紧套(303)。
