Abstract
一种多层隔热高耐蚀PVDF覆膜板,包括基板(7),所述基板(7)从上到下依次设有防腐层(1)、粘合层(2)、缓冲层(3)、隔热层(4)、保护层(5)、阻氧层(6)。该PVDF覆膜板具有优异的隔热性、耐酸碱性,采用温和的处理方式一方面提高防腐层表面粗糙度,从而使得薄膜具有更好的附着力,避免薄膜脱落、分层的问题,另一方面改善其耐酸碱性,减少化学腐蚀、大气腐蚀,提高覆膜板的耐腐蚀性能,减少资源浪费。
Description
本发明涉及一种覆膜板。更具体地说,本发明涉及一种多层隔热高耐蚀PVDF覆膜板。
PVDF,中文名聚偏二氟乙烯,是一种高强度、高耐蚀的材料。PVDF的膜材料可用于多种层次的建筑材料、厂房材料。覆膜板是在基材上面覆了一层膜,用高光膜或幻彩膜,板面涂覆专业粘合剂后复合而成。覆膜板光泽鲜艳,可挑选的花色品种多,防水、耐磨、具有良久的耐候性和抗污能力,防紫外线性能优越。不同品牌的覆膜板,其基材材质和厚度不同,覆膜的材质和厚度也不同。现有的覆膜板普遍存在强度低、韧性差、防火性能欠佳、易腐蚀分层、开裂、起泡,影响美观,为此,我们提供了隔热高耐蚀PVDF的覆膜板。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是解决上述覆膜板的问题,并提供一种多层隔热高耐蚀PVDF覆膜板,包括基板,基板从上到下依次设有防腐层、粘合层、缓冲层、隔热层、保护层、阻氧层。
优选的是,其中,防腐层以重量计份包括如下成分:
复合纳米粉末中片状石墨烯与球状金属纳米粉末之间实现面与点的结合,球状金属纳米粉末填补层状石墨烯之间的孔隙,减小防腐膜层的膨胀系数,从而增大防腐膜层的抗酸碱渗透性,提高覆膜板的耐酸碱性。

优选的是,其中,所述主改性填料包括碳化硼、氮化硼、磷酸硼中的一 种或多种的组合,所述辅改性填料包括碳纤维、苯乙炔、硅藻土中的一种或多种的组合。
优选的是,其中,所述阻氧层为聚乳酸-改性淀粉复合膜。
本发明至少包括以下有益效果:(1)保护层材料为致密的吸氧树脂,阻氧层材料为聚乳酸/改性淀粉复合膜,既能够防止外部环境中的水分子进入,又能吸收覆膜板内部产生的水分子,从而使得覆膜板具有优异的防腐性能;(2)防腐层中复合纳米粉末的添加在防腐膜层表面形成均匀排列的微小凸起,微小凸起增大防腐层的表面积,使得防腐膜层与粘合层之间的粘合强度更高,不易分层,另外微小凸起增大防腐层的粗糙度,提高覆膜板的耐磨性,保证覆膜板的表观质量、延长覆膜板的使用寿命。

实施例1
一种多层隔热高耐蚀PVDF覆膜板,包括基板,基板从上到下依次设有防腐层、粘合层、缓冲层、隔热层、保护层、阻氧层。
其中,防腐层以重量计份包括如下成分:
其中,复合纳米粉末为片状石墨纳米粉末与银纳米粉末,缓冲层为聚氨酯泡沫层,保护层为致密的吸氧树脂薄膜,阻氧层为聚乳酸-改性淀粉复合膜。
其中,隔热层以重量计份包括如下成分:
其中,改性填料为组合改性填料,组合改性填料包括主改性填料和辅改性填料,主改性填料为碳化硼,辅改性填料为碳纤维。
实施例2
一种多层隔热高耐蚀PVDF覆膜板,包括基板,基板从上到下依次设有防腐层、粘合层、缓冲层、隔热层、保护层、阻氧层。
其中,防腐层以重量计份包括如下成分:
其中,复合纳米粉末为片状石墨纳米粉末与银纳米粉末,缓冲层为聚氨酯泡沫层,保护层为致密的吸氧树脂薄膜,阻氧层为聚乳酸-改性淀粉复合膜。
其中,隔热层以重量计份包括如下成分:
其中,改性填料为组合改性填料,组合改性填料包括主改性填料和辅改性填料,主改性填料为碳化硼,辅改性填料为碳纤维。
实施例3
一种多层隔热高耐蚀PVDF覆膜板,包括基板,基板从上到下依次设有防腐层、粘合层、缓冲层、隔热层、保护层、阻氧层。
其中,防腐层以重量计份包括如下成分:
其中,复合纳米粉末为片状石墨纳米粉末与金纳米粉末,缓冲层为聚氨酯泡沫层,保护层为致密的吸氧树脂薄膜,阻氧层为聚乳酸-改性淀粉复合膜。
其中,隔热层以重量计份包括如下成分:
其中,改性填料为组合改性填料,组合改性填料包括主改性填料和辅改性填料,主改性填料为碳化硼,辅改性填料为碳纤维。
对比例1
本对比例与实施例1的原料和工艺基本相同,唯一不同之处在于,将等 离子体处理的聚偏二氟乙烯改为聚偏二氟乙烯。
对比例2
本对比例与实施例1的原料和工艺基本相同,唯一不同之处在于,不添加复合纳米粉末。
对比例3
本对比例与实施例1的原料和工艺基本相同,唯一不同之处在于,不添加改性填料。
以上实施例1-3以及对比例1-3的产品性能如下表所示,以下为性能测试结果:
接触角测试:采用KJ-625接触角测试仪进行测试。
耐酸碱性测试:按照GB/T2680方法,分别浸泡在1mol/L HCl和1mol/L NaOH溶液中24h。
可见光透过率、红外透过率、紫外透过率测试:采用NS13A光学透过率测量仪进行测试。
实施例1与对比例1相比,实施例1的接触角为152°,而对比例1的接触角为113°,说明实施例1疏水性能优于对比例1,这是由于等离子体处理的聚偏二氟乙烯表面粗糙度增加,表面能降低,增大防腐层与粘合层的接触面积,从而增大接触角,显著改善覆膜板的疏水性。
实施例1与对比例2相比,添加复合纳米粉末制备的覆膜板没有出现起泡、开裂等变化,其耐酸碱性优于对比例2中不添加复合纳米粉末制备的防腐层的耐酸碱性,这说明复合纳米粉末中片状石墨烯与球状金属纳米粉末之间实现面与点的结合,球状金属纳米粉末填补层状石墨烯之间的孔隙,减小防腐膜层的膨胀系数,从而增大防腐膜层的抗酸碱渗透性,提高覆膜板的耐酸碱性。
实施例1与对比例3相比,覆膜板的可见光阻隔率、红外阻隔率、紫外阻隔率从65%、58%、54%减小至43%、31%、32%,这表明改性填料中主改性填料与辅改性填料之间产生协同增强作用,与有机高分子链极性节点周围形成作用力界面,键能增强,提高酚醛树脂的对热稳定性,从而改善隔热层的隔热性能。
应当理解,本文所使用的诸如“具有”、“包含”以及“包括”术语并不配出一个或多个其它元件或其组合的存在或添加。
尽管本发明的实施方案已公开如上,但其并不仅仅限于说明书和实施方式中所列运用。它完全可以被适用于各种适合本发明的领域。对于熟悉本领域的人员而言,可容易地实现另外的修改。因此在不背离权利要求及等同范围所限定的一般概念下,本发明并不限于特定的细节和这里示出与描述的图例。
Claims (10)
- 一种多层隔热高耐蚀PVDF覆膜板,包括基板,其特征在于,所述基板从上到下依次设有防腐层、粘合层、缓冲层、隔热层、保护层、阻氧层。
- 根据权利要求2所述的多层隔热高耐蚀PVDF覆膜板,其特征在于,所述等离子体为疏水性等离子体,所述疏水性等离子体为CF 4、CF 4/C 2H 2、CF 4/H 2中的一种。
- 根据权利要求2所述的多层隔热高耐蚀PVDF覆膜板,其特征在于,所述复合纳米粉末为片状石墨纳米粉末与球状金属纳米粉末,其中,所述球状金属纳米粉末包括金纳米粉末、银纳米粉末、锌纳米粉末中的至少一种。
- 根据权利要求1所述的多层隔热高耐蚀PVDF覆膜板,其特征在于,所述缓冲层为聚氨酯泡沫层。
- 根据权利要求1所述的多层隔热高耐蚀PVDF覆膜板,其特征在于,所述保护层为致密的吸氧树脂薄膜。
- 根据权利要求7所述的多层隔热高耐蚀PVDF覆膜板,其特征在于,所述改性填料为组合改性填料,所述组合改性填料包括主改性填料和辅改性填料。
- 根据权利要求8所述的多层隔热高耐蚀PVDF覆膜板,其特征在于,所述主改性填料包括碳化硼、氮化硼、磷酸硼中的一种或多种的组合,所述辅改性填料包括碳纤维、苯乙炔、硅藻土中的一种或多种的组合。
- 根据权利要求1所述的多层隔热高耐蚀PVDF覆膜板,其特征在于,所述阻氧层为聚乳酸-改性淀粉复合膜。
