Definitions

  • the invention relates to the field of radiographic medical imaging equipment, and relates to a whole body PET-CT combined device.
  • PET is the most typical medical imaging method that collects relatively reflected photoelectrons (generally referred to as true coincidence event LOR) and correspondingly analyzes the image formation. Its influencing ability is significantly stronger than CT, and it can perform function, metabolism and receptor imaging.
  • the current mainstream PET detection devices are similar to popular CTs. They are both cylindrical and not too long. For example, a cylindrical shape with two open ends that is 1/4 to 1/5 of the human body length at most. Because the detection unit is expensive, and there are too many coincidence counting circuits, the device is too complicated. On the one hand, it is also to make the human body easy to pass and move.
  • the PET machine and the CT machine are placed approximately coaxially back and forth. After the test object has completed one test, it can be moved to another device immediately. On the test bed, another test is performed immediately. This combination is actually a continuous use. It does not really have the effect of simultaneous PET-CT measurement and joint effective analysis of the test object. It is not a true combination. use.
  • PET-CT namely the circular detection part
  • the human body or phantom as the detection object is generally long
  • testing together can only be performed separately, and the time consumed is the sum of the two times.
  • the prior art has such shortcomings.
  • Another problem is that for the whole body detection of the human body, it is in consideration of the passability, and it is set in a barrel shape according to the habitual thinking. Under the premise that the axial length does not increase, the enclosed three-dimensional The spatial angle is small, the sensitivity is insufficient, and the short barrel-shaped detector design causes its sensitivity to fail to meet the ever-increasing demand for medical testing.
  • the present invention provides a targeted solution, that is, a whole-body PET-CT combined device and method.
  • the method of the present application has two significant advantages. One is that PET and CT whole-body detection can be effectively performed at the same time. It only takes one whole body examination time to obtain the data of two kinds of whole body detection of PET and CT, and the efficiency has been effectively improved.
  • the second is that under the premise of satisfying the passability, due to the adoption of learning similar to brain PET or similar
  • the applicant applied for CN109846505A earlier but adopted a different specific method to expand the solid space angle enclosed by the short-drum PET detector. Similar to this application, it is very different from the existing technology. It is more difficult to set up.
  • the main part of the traditional barrel PET detector is used in this application, and the sensitivity is effectively improved with little change in structure and little increase in cost. .
  • the neck detector and the top detector can be raised and lowered, which can ensure the detection of the object. Under the premise of passing, by adjusting the height of the detector, the sensitivity is improved as much as possible according to the situation of the detected object.
