Definitions
- the present invention relates to an emulsified composition, a cosmetic composition, and a method for producing an emulsified composition.
- Patent Document 1 exists as a proposal for an emulsification solution or an emulsification method using cellulose nanofibers (dispersion solution).
- the proposal is to add cellulose nanofibers (dispersion liquid) as an emulsifier and apply mechanical shearing force to emulsify.
- the oily components that can be used in this proposal are limited to natural vegetable oils such as rapeseed oil and olive oil. Since vegetable oil has a carboxylic acid and has an affinity for cellulose, it is considered that cellulose nanofibers act as an emulsifier. However, the use of oily components that do not have hydrophilic groups is also desired.
- Patent Document 2 proposes an oil-in-water emulsified external preparation composition.
- the proposal is to use a specific amount of xanthan gum and / or welan gum in combination with fermented cellulose and / or cellulose nanofibers.
- the combined use of a specific amount of xanthan gum and / or welan gum has extremely limited uses, and proposals for other solutions are desired.
- the main problem to be solved by the present invention is that the oily component is not limited to vegetable oil, and the emulsified composition and cosmetics which do not need to contain a thickener of a polysaccharide such as xanthan gum or welan gum as an essential component.
- An object of the present invention is to provide a material composition and a method for producing an emulsified composition.
- the above-mentioned problems include an oil component, an aqueous dispersion medium, an emulsifier, and cellulose nanofibers.
- the cellulose nanofibers are emulsion stabilizers, which are obtained by defibrating unmodified cellulose, and the amount of the emulsifier blended is large. , Any emulsified composition characterized by less than 20% by mass of the total amount of the emulsified composition will be solved.
- cellulose nanofibers are "modified with cellulose (modified) obtained by chemically treating a cellulose raw material with chemical modification (carboxymethylation, carboxylation, phosphate esterification, cationization, etc.).
- chemical modification carboxymethylation, carboxylation, phosphate esterification, cationization, etc.
- Patent Document 3 Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2019-156824
- the oily component is not limited to vegetable oil, and an emulsified composition, a cosmetic composition, and an emulsified composition which do not require a thickener of a polysaccharide such as xanthan gum or welan gum as an essential component. It becomes a method for producing a composition.
- the embodiment of the present invention is an example of the present invention.
- the scope of the present invention is not limited to the scope of the present embodiment.
- the emulsified composition of this embodiment contains an oily component, an aqueous dispersion medium, an emulsifier, and unmodified cellulose nanofibers.
- the emulsifier has a role of improving compatibility in order to emulsify the oily component and the aqueous medium.
- the unmodified cellulose nanofibers have a role as a stabilizer after emulsification (emulsification stabilizer).
- the emulsified composition of this embodiment can be used as a component of, for example, a cosmetic composition, a pharmaceutical intermediate raw material, a food raw material, a paint, a resin, etc., and is particularly suitable for use as a component of a cosmetic composition.
- the cosmetic composition is used as, for example, a skin cosmetic, a hair cosmetic, or the like.
- skin cosmetics include lotions, milky lotions, cold creams, vanishing creams, massage creams, emollient creams, cleansing creams, beauty essences, facial masks, foundations, sunscreen cosmetics, suntan cosmetics, moisture creams, and hand creams.
- Whitening emulsion, various lotions and the like can be exemplified.
- hair cosmetics include shampoo, conditioner, hair conditioner, rinse-in shampoo, hair styling agent (hair foam, gel hair styling product, etc.), hair treatment agent (hair cream, treatment lotion, etc.), and hair dye.
- hair styling agent hair foam, gel hair styling product, etc.
- hair treatment agent hair cream, treatment lotion, etc.
- hair dye hair dye
- Lotion type hair restorer, hair restorer and the like can be exemplified.
- examples of the cosmetic composition include pre-shave lotion, aftershave lotion, dentifrice, ointment, patch, cleaning agent such as hand cleaner, and fragrance.
- the emulsified composition of this embodiment has excellent emulsification stability, and its use is not limited to cosmetic compositions.
- oily component that can be used in the emulsified composition of this embodiment is not limited to vegetable oil.
- oily component for example, fats and oils, higher alcohols, higher fatty acids, esters, hydrocarbons and the like can be used. In the examples described later, examples using castor oil, dimethyl silicone oil, ethylhexyl palmitate, and heptane are shown.
- the emulsified composition of this embodiment is used as a component of a cosmetic composition
- one or more hydrocarbons selected from squalane, paraffin, polyethylene wax, microcrystalline wax, liquid paraffin, and mineral oil as an oily component are used. It is preferable to use one containing hydrogen.
- oily components examples include jojoba oil, macadamia nut oil, avocado oil, evening primrose oil, mink oil, rapeseed oil, sunflower oil, sunflower oil, tomorrow koshi oil, cacao oil, palm oil, rice bran oil, olive oil, almond oil, and the like.
- Natural animal and vegetable fats and oils such as sesame oil, saflower oil, soybean oil, camellia oil, persic oil, castor oil, mink oil, cottonseed oil, mokuro, palm oil, palm kernel oil, egg yolk oil, lanolin, squalane; synthetic triglyceride, squalane, fluid Fatty acids such as paraffin, vaseline, selecin, microcrystallin wax, isoparaffin; waxes such as carnauba wax, paraffin wax, whale wax, beeswax, candelilla wax, lanolin; cetanol, stearyl alcohol, lauryl alcohol, cetostearyl alcohol, oleyl Higher alcohols such as alcohol, behenyl alcohol, lanolin alcohol, hydrogenated lanolin alcohol, hexyldecanol, octyldodecanol, lauric acid, myristic acid, palmitic acid, stearic acid, behenic acid, isostea
- cosmetic liquids emulsified liquids containing a high amount of water (aqueous phase), which are said to be water-rich formulations, have been developed.
- the blending ratio of the oily component is as low as about 10 to 20% by mass. Since the cosmetic liquid having such a low proportion of the oily component is easily emulsified, the problem of emulsification may not become apparent. Therefore, it can be said that the effect of the emulsified composition of the present embodiment becomes more remarkable when the blending ratio of the oily component is large, for example, when it is 20% by mass or more, particularly 30% by mass or more.
- aqueous medium As the aqueous medium of the emulsified composition in the present embodiment, water may be used alone, or a mixed solution in which a predetermined component is mixed with water may be used.

It is considered that this is because when an excessive emulsifier is added, the fluidity of the aqueous phase portion containing the cellulose nanofibers tends to decrease or gelation tends to occur, and as a result, the uniform dispersibility of the aqueous phase and the oil phase decreases. Be done.
- the blending amount of the cellulose nanofibers (in terms of absolute dry solid content) is preferably adjusted so that the blending amount of the emulsifier and / or the cellulose nanofibers exceeds 2.0% by mass of the blending amount of the emulsifier, and 2.1 mass. Further, the blending amount of the cellulose nanofibers (dispersion liquid having a concentration of 2.0% by mass) should be adjusted so as to exceed the blending amount of the emulsifier (more than 100% by mass) and / or the blending amount of the cellulose nanofibers.
- the content it is preferable to adjust the content to 105% by mass or more, and it is particularly preferable to adjust the content to 110% by mass or more. If the blending amount of the cellulose nanofibers is too small with respect to the blending amount of the emulsifier, the dispersibility of the aqueous phase containing the cellulose nanofibers deteriorates, and in particular, the aggregation and gelation of cellulose tend to occur easily.
- glycerin, propylene glycol, bevenyl alcohol and the like may be used as auxiliary agents such as moisturizers and viscosity modifiers, but these auxiliary agents also function as emulsifiers. Therefore, in the present embodiment, it is assumed that the above auxiliary materials are included in the emulsifier in calculating the blending amount of the emulsifier.

Description

また、セルラーゼ系酵素としては、EG(エンドグルカナーゼ)及びCBH(セロビオハイドロラーゼ)のいずれかもを使用することもできる。
