一种纸浆模塑杯盖板和掀盖的连接结构,包括杯盖板(10),在杯盖板(10)上设有与杯盖板一体成型的可撕开翻转掀盖(20),且当可撕开翻转掀盖(20)相对杯盖板(10)翻转后在杯盖板(10)上形成一个饮孔(30),可撕开翻转掀盖(20)后侧通过至少一个翻转受力连接点(40)与饮孔(30)孔壁连接,可撕开翻转掀盖(20)的周向侧边和饮孔(30)通过撕裂线连接,饮孔(30)为内径从上往下逐渐缩小的锥形饮孔,所述的撕裂线包括远离翻转受力连接点(40)侧的U形段(10a),以及位于U形段(10a)两端的弧形段(10b),U形段(10a)和弧形段(10b)之间形成可撕断连接点(50)且两个可撕断连接点以饮孔的轴心线对称分布,可撕断连接点(50)至U形段(10a)底部的垂直距离一(L1)大于可撕断连接点(50)至翻转受力连接点(40)的垂直距离二(L2)。

Description

纸浆模塑杯盖及杯盖板和掀盖的连接结构 技术领域
本实用新型属于纸浆模塑杯盖技术领域,尤其涉及一种纸浆模塑杯盖及杯盖板和掀盖的连接结构。
背景技术
纸浆模塑杯盖,其非常环保且符合当前社会技术的发展趋势。
纸浆模塑杯盖其盖在纸浆杯上后,为了便于将纸浆杯内部的液态物吸出,现有的方式一般是在纸浆模塑杯盖上设计一个饮口,而通过一个可撕断的掀盖将饮口封闭,其可以提高卫生性,以及安全性。
虽然现有的上述纸浆模塑杯盖具有如上的诸多优点,但是,这种纸浆模塑杯盖还存下如下一些不足之处:
第一、可撕断的掀盖通过圆周均匀分布的可撕断连接点与饮口连接,在撕断可撕断连接点时,比较费力,还有可能由于用力过大导致内部液体的摇晃泄漏。
第二、可撕断的裂缝侧壁为竖直面,而需要将掀盖撕开并翻转时,此时就需要有足够宽的裂缝供掀盖向上翻起,裂缝宽度较宽,导致保温性能下降。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是针对上述问题,提供一种撕开省力且能够提升保温性能的纸浆模塑杯盖及其杯盖板和掀盖的连接结构。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型采用了下列技术方案:本纸浆模塑杯盖板和掀盖的连接结构包括杯盖板,在杯盖板上设有与杯盖板一体成型的可撕开翻转掀盖且当可撕开翻转掀盖相对杯盖板翻转后在杯盖板上形成一个饮孔,可撕开翻转掀盖后侧通过至少一个翻转受力连接点与饮孔孔壁连接,可撕开翻转掀盖的周向侧边和饮孔通过撕裂线连接,饮孔为内径从上往下逐渐缩小的锥形饮孔,所述的撕裂线包括远离翻转受力连接点侧的U形段,以及位于U形段两端的弧形段,U形段和弧形段之间形成可撕断连接点且两个可撕断连接点以饮孔的轴心 线对称分布,可撕断连接点至U形段底部的垂直距离一大于可撕断连接点至翻转受力连接点的垂直距离二。
优选方案,所述可撕开翻转掀盖的周向侧边为从上往下朝外设置的倾斜侧边。
优选另外一种方案,所述的周向侧边和饮孔的孔壁形成锐角。
优选方案,所述的周向侧边和饮孔的孔壁形成直角或者钝角。
优选方案,所述的饮孔为圆形、椭圆形和方形中的任意一种。
优选方案,所述的可撕开翻转掀盖后侧通过两个间隔设置的翻转受力连接点连接在所述饮孔的孔壁上。
本纸浆模塑杯盖包括杯盖板,以及连接在杯盖板外缘且与杯盖板一体成型的环形部,在杯盖板上设有与杯盖板一体成型的可撕开翻转掀盖且当可撕开翻转掀盖相对杯盖板翻转后在杯盖板上形成一个饮孔,可撕开翻转掀盖后侧通过两个间隔设置的翻转受力连接点与饮孔孔壁连接,可撕开翻转掀盖的周向侧边和饮孔通过撕裂线连接,饮孔为内径从上往下逐渐缩小的锥形饮孔,可撕开翻转掀盖的周向侧边为从上往下朝外设置的倾斜侧边,在杯盖板的上设有向下凹陷成型的掀盖卡槽且可撕开翻转掀盖相对杯盖板翻转后卡于掀盖卡槽内。
优选方案,所述的可撕开翻转掀盖包括封闭板体,在封闭板体上表面设有向上凸起的接触凸起,在封闭板体的下表面设有与所述的接触凸起相对应的成型凹槽。
优选方案,所述的接触凸起上设有从上往下朝前倾斜的接触面,以及连接在接触面顶侧和封闭板体上表面之间的坡面。
优选方案,所述的撕裂线包括远离翻转受力连接点侧的U形段,以及位于U形段两端的弧形段,U形段和弧形段之间形成可撕断连接点且两个可撕断连接点以饮孔的轴心线对称分布,可撕断连接点至U形段底部的垂直距离一大于可撕断连接点至翻转受力连接点的垂直距离二。
与现有的技术相比,本纸浆模塑杯盖板和掀盖的连接结构的优点在于:提高了保温性能,同时,还提高了掀盖翻转的平顺性;其次,还进一步提高了撕开效率,大幅节省了撕断所需要的力气,设计更加合理且更加人性化。

图中,杯盖板10、U形段10a、弧形段10b、环形部100、内凸锁止部100a、掀盖卡槽101、出气小孔102、可撕开翻转掀盖20、周向侧边200、接触凸起2011、接触面201a、坡面201b、封闭板体2001、接触凸起2011、成型凹槽2021、饮孔30、翻转受力连接点40、可撕断连接点50、垂直距离一L1、垂直距离二L2。
具体实施方式
以下是实用新型的具体实施例并结合附图,对本实用新型的技术方案作进一步的描述,但本实用新型并不限于这些实施例。
如图1和图2所示,本纸浆模塑杯盖板和掀盖的连接结构包括杯盖板10,杯盖板10的上表面外缘形成有上凸的环形凸起部,在环形凸起部和杯盖板10的上表面之间形成凹陷区,在杯盖板10上设有与杯盖板10一体成型的可撕开翻转掀盖20且当可撕开翻转掀盖20相对杯盖板10翻转后在杯盖板10上形成一个饮孔30,优化方案,该饮孔30为圆形、椭圆形和方形中的任意一种。
当然,也可以是各种不规则的饮孔,只要能够满足使用要求即可。
如图5和图6所示,
可撕开翻转掀盖20后侧通过至少一个翻转受力连接点40与饮孔30孔壁连接,优化方案,本实施例的可撕开翻转掀盖20后侧通过两个间隔设置的翻转受力连接点40连接在所述饮孔30的孔壁上。
可撕开翻转掀盖20的周向侧边和饮孔30通过撕裂线连接,饮孔30为内径从上往下逐渐缩小的锥形饮孔,可撕开翻转掀盖20的周向侧边200为从上往下朝外设置的倾斜侧边。在撕开并翻转可撕开翻转掀盖20时,由于是锥形饮孔, 可撕开翻转掀盖20的周向侧边难以与锥形饮孔的孔壁接触,这样也就可以提高撕开和翻转的平顺性,避免了相互接触导致的停滞,甚至卡死。
同时,锥形饮孔的设计,可以缩小撕裂线的裂缝宽度,也就可以进一步提高保温性能。
而周向侧边200和饮孔30的孔壁形成锐角。
如图2和图6所示,
为了便于撕开,本实施例的撕裂线包括远离翻转受力连接点40侧的U形段10a,以及位于U形段10a两端的弧形段10b,U形段10a和弧形段10b之间形成可撕断连接点50且两个可撕断连接点50以饮孔30的轴心线对称分布,可撕断连接点50至U形段10a底部的垂直距离一L1大于可撕断连接点50至翻转受力连接点40的垂直距离二L2。这种设计,在撕开时,触发力的受力点位于可撕断连接点50的前方,而由于触发力的受力点和可撕断连接点50存在一定的前后距离,这种距离也就可以提高撕断效率,以及节省撕断所需要是力气,还可以避免撕断力较大而导致内部液体的晃动泄漏。
翻转受力连接点40的宽度大于可撕断连接点50的宽度,这种设计其主要是为了确保撕开时的一个支撑强度,以及便于撕开。
如图1、图2、图4和图5所示,
纸浆模塑杯盖包括杯盖板10,以及连接在杯盖板10外缘且与杯盖板10一体成型的环形部100,在杯盖板10上设有与杯盖板10一体成型的可撕开翻转掀盖20且当可撕开翻转掀盖20相对杯盖板10翻转后在杯盖板10上形成一个饮孔30,可撕开翻转掀盖20后侧通过两个间隔设置的翻转受力连接点40与饮孔30孔壁连接,可撕开翻转掀盖20的周向侧边和饮孔30通过撕裂线连接,所述的饮孔30为内径从上往下逐渐缩小的锥形饮孔,可撕开翻转掀盖20的周向侧边为从上往下朝外设置的倾斜侧边。
同理,这种设计同样是为了能够提高保温性能和便于撕断后的翻转,起到很好的避让。
如图1-2所示,
在杯盖板10的上设有向下凹陷成型的掀盖卡槽101且可撕开翻转掀盖20相对杯盖板10翻转后卡于掀盖卡槽101内。直接在杯盖板10上向下成型一个 掀盖卡槽101,其简化了整体结构,同时,设计的掀盖卡槽101其可以用于可撕开翻转掀盖20翻转后的固定,以避免可撕开翻转掀盖20的干扰
进一步地,如图2所示,本实施例的可撕开翻转掀盖20包括封闭板体2001,在封闭板体2001上表面设有向上凸起的接触凸起2011,在封闭板体2001的下表面设有与所述的接触凸起2011相对应的成型凹槽2021。
如图1、图2和图4所示,掀盖卡槽101具有与所述的接触面201a相吻合的吻合面一,以及与所述的坡面201b吻合的吻合面二,这种设计,其可以便于将可撕开翻转掀盖20从掀盖卡槽101拉出,避免了可撕开翻转掀盖20与掀盖卡槽101的槽底之间形成真空而导致难以拉出可撕开翻转掀盖20。
采用上凸,以及与上凸相对应的成型凹槽2021,其可以节省材料,以及可以减轻杯盖的重量。
其次,如图2所示,在接触凸起2011上设有从上往下朝前倾斜的接触面201a,以及连接在接触面201a顶侧和封闭板体200上表面之间的坡面201b。
接触面201a与杯盖板的上表面形成91-100°的角度,这种设计也是为了能够便于脱模。
具体地,如图2和图6所示,撕裂线包括远离翻转受力连接点40侧的U形段10a,以及位于U形段10a两端的弧形段10b,U形段10a和弧形段10b之间形成可撕断连接点50且两个可撕断连接点50以饮孔30的轴心线对称分布,可撕断连接点50至U形段10a底部的垂直距离一L1大于可撕断连接点50至翻转受力连接点40的垂直距离二L2。
还有,如图3-4所示,在环形部100的内壁下侧设有内凸锁止部100a,当杯盖盖在纸浆杯的杯口时,此时的内凸锁止部100a位于纸浆杯的杯口外壁的外凸部下侧,即,内凸锁止部100a和外凸部形成密封锁住,避免了液体的泄漏。
在杯盖板上还设有远离可撕开翻转掀盖20的出气小孔102。
图7为当可撕开翻转掀盖20沿着撕裂线撕开并翻转的状态。
实施例二
周向侧边200和饮孔30的孔壁形成直角或者钝角。

  1. 纸浆模塑杯盖板和掀盖的连接结构,包括杯盖板,在杯盖板上设有与杯盖板一体成型的可撕开翻转掀盖且当可撕开翻转掀盖相对杯盖板翻转后在杯盖板上形成一个饮孔,可撕开翻转掀盖后侧通过至少一个翻转受力连接点与饮孔孔壁连接,可撕开翻转掀盖的周向侧边和饮孔通过撕裂线连接,其特征在于,所述的饮孔为内径从上往下逐渐缩小的锥形饮孔,所述的撕裂线包括远离翻转受力连接点侧的U形段,以及位于U形段两端的弧形段,U形段和弧形段之间形成可撕断连接点且两个可撕断连接点以饮孔的轴心线对称分布,可撕断连接点至U形段底部的垂直距离一大于可撕断连接点至翻转受力连接点的垂直距离二。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的纸浆模塑杯盖板和掀盖的连接结构,其特征在于,所述可撕开翻转掀盖的周向侧边为从上往下朝外设置的倾斜侧边。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的纸浆模塑杯盖板和掀盖的连接结构,其特征在于,所述的周向侧边和饮孔的孔壁形成锐角。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的纸浆模塑杯盖板和掀盖的连接结构,其特征在于,所述的周向侧边和饮孔的孔壁形成直角或者钝角。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的纸浆模塑杯盖板和掀盖的连接结构,其特征在于,所述的饮孔为圆形、椭圆形和方形中的任意一种。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的纸浆模塑杯盖板和掀盖的连接结构,其特征在于,所述的可撕开翻转掀盖后侧通过两个间隔设置的翻转受力连接点连接在所述饮孔的孔壁上。
  7. 纸浆模塑杯盖,包括杯盖板,以及连接在杯盖板外缘且与杯盖板一体成型的环形部,在杯盖板上设有与杯盖板一体成型的可撕开翻转掀盖且当可撕开翻转掀盖相对杯盖板翻转后在杯盖板上形成一个饮孔,可撕开翻转掀盖后侧通过两个间隔设置的翻转受力连接点与饮孔孔壁连接,可撕开翻转掀盖的周向侧边和饮孔通过撕裂线连接,其特征在于,所述的饮孔为内径从上往下逐渐缩小的锥形饮孔,可撕开翻转掀盖的周向侧边为从上往下朝外设置的倾斜侧边,在杯盖板的上设有向下凹陷成型的掀盖卡槽且可撕开翻转掀盖相对杯盖板翻转后卡于掀盖卡槽内。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的纸浆模塑杯盖,其特征在于,所述的可撕开翻转掀盖包括封闭板体,在封闭板体上表面设有向上凸起的接触凸起,在封闭板体的下表面设有与所述的接触凸起相对应的成型凹槽。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的纸浆模塑杯盖,其特征在于,所述的接触凸起上设有从上往下朝前倾斜的接触面,以及连接在接触面顶侧和封闭板体上表面之间的坡面,掀盖卡槽具有与所述的接触面相吻合的吻合面一,以及与所述的坡面吻合的吻合面二。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的纸浆模塑杯盖,其特征在于,所述的撕裂线包括远离翻转受力连接点侧的U形段,以及位于U形段两端的弧形段,U形段和弧形段之间形成可撕断连接点且两个可撕断连接点以饮孔的轴心线对称分布,可撕断连接点至U形段底部的垂直距离一大于可撕断连接点至翻转受力连接点的垂直距离二。
