Claims (10)
- 纸浆模塑杯盖板和掀盖的连接结构,包括杯盖板,在杯盖板上设有与杯盖板一体成型的可撕开翻转掀盖且当可撕开翻转掀盖相对杯盖板翻转后在杯盖板上形成一个饮孔,可撕开翻转掀盖后侧通过至少一个翻转受力连接点与饮孔孔壁连接,可撕开翻转掀盖的周向侧边和饮孔通过撕裂线连接,其特征在于,所述的饮孔为内径从上往下逐渐缩小的锥形饮孔,所述的撕裂线包括远离翻转受力连接点侧的U形段,以及位于U形段两端的弧形段,U形段和弧形段之间形成可撕断连接点且两个可撕断连接点以饮孔的轴心线对称分布,可撕断连接点至U形段底部的垂直距离一大于可撕断连接点至翻转受力连接点的垂直距离二。
- 根据权利要求1所述的纸浆模塑杯盖板和掀盖的连接结构,其特征在于,所述可撕开翻转掀盖的周向侧边为从上往下朝外设置的倾斜侧边。
- 根据权利要求2所述的纸浆模塑杯盖板和掀盖的连接结构,其特征在于,所述的周向侧边和饮孔的孔壁形成锐角。
- 根据权利要求2所述的纸浆模塑杯盖板和掀盖的连接结构,其特征在于,所述的周向侧边和饮孔的孔壁形成直角或者钝角。
- 根据权利要求1所述的纸浆模塑杯盖板和掀盖的连接结构,其特征在于,所述的饮孔为圆形、椭圆形和方形中的任意一种。
- 根据权利要求1所述的纸浆模塑杯盖板和掀盖的连接结构,其特征在于,所述的可撕开翻转掀盖后侧通过两个间隔设置的翻转受力连接点连接在所述饮孔的孔壁上。
- 纸浆模塑杯盖,包括杯盖板,以及连接在杯盖板外缘且与杯盖板一体成型的环形部,在杯盖板上设有与杯盖板一体成型的可撕开翻转掀盖且当可撕开翻转掀盖相对杯盖板翻转后在杯盖板上形成一个饮孔,可撕开翻转掀盖后侧通过两个间隔设置的翻转受力连接点与饮孔孔壁连接,可撕开翻转掀盖的周向侧边和饮孔通过撕裂线连接,其特征在于,所述的饮孔为内径从上往下逐渐缩小的锥形饮孔,可撕开翻转掀盖的周向侧边为从上往下朝外设置的倾斜侧边,在杯盖板的上设有向下凹陷成型的掀盖卡槽且可撕开翻转掀盖相对杯盖板翻转后卡于掀盖卡槽内。
- 根据权利要求7所述的纸浆模塑杯盖,其特征在于,所述的可撕开翻转掀盖包括封闭板体,在封闭板体上表面设有向上凸起的接触凸起,在封闭板体的下表面设有与所述的接触凸起相对应的成型凹槽。
- 根据权利要求8所述的纸浆模塑杯盖,其特征在于,所述的接触凸起上设有从上往下朝前倾斜的接触面,以及连接在接触面顶侧和封闭板体上表面之间的坡面,掀盖卡槽具有与所述的接触面相吻合的吻合面一,以及与所述的坡面吻合的吻合面二。
- 根据权利要求7所述的纸浆模塑杯盖,其特征在于,所述的撕裂线包括远离翻转受力连接点侧的U形段,以及位于U形段两端的弧形段,U形段和弧形段之间形成可撕断连接点且两个可撕断连接点以饮孔的轴心线对称分布,可撕断连接点至U形段底部的垂直距离一大于可撕断连接点至翻转受力连接点的垂直距离二。
