如图4至图6所示,一种多圆管夹持装置,包括用于安装管状器材的夹持座1,及至少一个用于锁紧管状器材的锁紧组件2,所述夹持座1内设有至少一个安装凹槽11,每一所述安装凹槽11中设置一个锁紧组件2,所述安装凹槽11的底部设有至少两个管孔12,各所述管孔12设有开口13,所述开口13与安装凹槽11连通;所述锁紧组件2包括压紧板21、锁紧旋钮22及复位弹簧23,所述压紧板21设于安装凹槽11中,所述压紧板21上设有至少两个抵块211,所述抵块211位于开口13内,所述锁紧旋钮22穿过压紧板21与安装凹槽11连接。
如图6所示,作为优选的,夹持座1为Z字形夹持座,Z字形夹持座两侧分别设有一个安装凹槽11,各安装凹槽11的底部设有两个管孔12。需要说明的是,各压紧板21上设置抵块211的数量与各安装凹槽11底部设置的管孔12数量相互对应的,本实施例中,每一压紧板21上设有两个抵块211,两抵块211分别位于压紧板21的两侧。安装凹槽11用于安装锁紧组件2,各安装凹槽11两侧设有两管孔12,各管孔12内可套设延长管,通过锁紧组件2对管孔12内的延长管进行锁紧固定。
如图5所示,进一步的,锁紧组件2还包括有至少一个连接螺杆24,各连接螺杆24上分别套设有一个复位弹簧23,连接螺杆24穿过压紧板21与安装凹槽11连接。当需要锁紧时,只需顺时针旋转锁紧旋钮22,从而带动压紧板21往下挤压,使压紧板21上的抵块211与延长管相互抵接,延长管被牢靠固定;当需要拆卸延长管时,只需逆时针旋转锁紧旋钮22,在复位弹簧23的弹力作用下,压紧块21向上移动,抵块211不再与延长管抵接,此时,可顺利拔出延长管完成拆卸,整个锁紧拆卸过程简单方便。需要说明的是,为增大延长管与抵块211之间的锁紧力,抵块211上设有与延长管弧度相互适配的凹弧。另外,需要说明的是,复位弹簧23还可套设于锁紧旋钮22,当逆时针旋转锁 紧旋钮22时,也能使压紧板21实现复位的效果,本实施例仅为较佳实施例而已。
实施例3
如图7及图8所示,一种多圆管夹持装置,包括用于安装管状器材的夹持座1,及至少一个用于锁紧管状器材的锁紧组件2,所述夹持座1内设有至少一个安装凹槽11,每一所述安装凹槽11中设置一个锁紧组件2,所述安装凹槽11的底部设有至少两个管孔12,各所述管孔12设有开口13,所述开口13与安装凹槽11连通;所述锁紧组件2包括压紧板21、锁紧旋钮22及复位弹簧23,所述压紧板21设于安装凹槽11中,所述压紧板21上设有至少两个抵块211,所述抵块211位于开口13内,所述锁紧旋钮22穿过压紧板21与安装凹槽11连接。
如图8所示,作为优选的,夹持座1为板状夹持座,板状夹持座相对的两端面分别设有一个安装凹槽11,各安装凹槽11的底部设有两个管孔12。需要说明的是,各压紧板21上设置抵块211的数量与各安装凹槽11底部设置的管孔12数量相互对应的,本实施例中,每一压紧板21上设有两个抵块211,两抵块211分别位于压紧板21的两侧。安装凹槽11用于安装锁紧组件2,各安装凹槽11两侧设有两管孔12,各管孔12内可套设延长管,通过锁紧组件2对管孔12内的延长管进行锁紧固定。
如图7及图8所示,本实施例中,复位弹簧23套设于锁紧旋钮22,当需要锁紧时,只需顺时针旋转锁紧旋钮22,从而带动压紧板21往下挤压,使压紧板21上的抵块211与延长管相互抵接,延长管被牢靠固定;当需要拆卸延长管时,只需逆时针旋转锁紧旋钮22,在复位弹簧23的弹力作用下,压紧块21向上移动,抵块211不再与延长管抵接,此时,可顺利拔出延长管完成拆卸,整个锁紧拆卸过程简单方便。需要说明的是,为增大延长管与抵块211之间的锁紧力,抵块211上设有与延长管弧度相互适配的凹弧。另外,需要说明的是,复位弹簧23还可设于加装的固定螺杆上,当逆时针旋转锁紧旋钮22时,也能 使压紧板21实现复位的效果,本实施例仅为较佳实施例而已。
如图1所示,更进一步的,Z字型夹持座中部设有至少一个镂空的通槽17。镂空的通槽17设计,可大大减少板状夹持座的体积,使得整体重量更加轻盈,方便携带。
采用上述各个技术方案,本实用新型在夹持座上设有安装凹槽,与安装凹槽连通的管孔,延长管可分别套设于管孔,安装凹槽上设置的锁紧组件,可通过调节锁紧旋钮促使压紧板上的抵块与延长管相抵接,从而同时锁紧固定两根延长管,松脱时,只需反向调节锁紧旋钮,操作简单,锁紧牢靠;整体结构简单、体积小巧,使用方便。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种多圆管夹持装置,其特征在于:包括用于安装管状器材的夹持座,及至少一个用于锁紧管状器材的锁紧组件,所述夹持座内设有至少一个安装凹槽和至少两个管孔,各所述管孔设有开口,所述开口与安装凹槽连通;每一所述安装凹槽中安装至少一个所述锁紧组件,所述锁紧组件包括压紧板、锁紧旋钮及复位弹簧,所述压紧板和复位弹簧安设于安装凹槽中,所述复位弹簧位于所述压紧板下面,所述压紧板上设有至少两个抵块,各所述抵块位于开口内,所述锁紧旋钮穿过压紧板与所述安装凹槽的槽壁连接,正反旋转所述锁紧旋钮,使得所述抵块进入或远离所述管孔。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的多圆管夹持装置,其特征在于:所述夹持座的底部设有至少一个夹孔,所述夹孔开设有开槽,所述开槽与所述夹孔相通,所述开槽上设有用于锁紧夹孔的调节旋钮。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的多圆管夹持装置,其特征在于:所述夹持座为倒U形夹持座,所述倒U形夹持座的顶部开设有所述安装凹槽,所述倒U形夹持座的底部设有所述夹孔。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的多圆管夹持装置,其特征在于:所述管孔的延伸方向与所述夹孔的延伸方向相同或者相反。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的多圆管夹持装置,其特征在于:所述夹持座为Z字形夹持座,所述Z字形夹持座两侧分别设有一个所述安装凹槽,每一所述安装凹槽与至少两个管孔的开口相通。
  6. 根据权利要求2~5任一所述的多圆管夹持装置,其特征在于:所述锁紧组件还包括有至少一个连接螺杆,各所述连接螺杆上分别套设有所述复位弹簧,所述连接螺杆穿过压紧板与安装凹槽的槽壁连接。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的多圆管夹持装置,其特征在于:所述夹持座为板状夹持座,所述板状夹持座相对的两端面分别设有一个安装凹槽,每一所述安装凹槽与至少两个管孔的开口相通。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的多圆管夹持装置,其特征在于:所述复位弹簧套摄于所述锁紧旋钮。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的多圆管夹持装置,其特征在于:所述板状夹持座中部设有若干镂空的通槽。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的多圆管夹持装置,其特征在于:所述锁紧旋钮一端包括手紧部;
    且/或,所述锁紧组件还包括垫片,所述垫片位于所述压紧板与锁紧旋钮之间。
