快拆装连接件及拍摄设备 技术领域
本申请涉及拆装连接件技术领域,尤其涉及一种快拆装连接件及拍摄设备。
背景技术
对于摄影机、照相机这一类的拍摄设备,在使用的时候往往需要固定安装到其他的设备上或者配套安装一些相关的配件,为了使拍摄设备可快速地与固定设备拆装,目前较为常用的拆装机构多为螺纹接口,但螺纹接口安装与拆卸相对比较繁琐,无法实现较快速安装和拆卸,而且螺纹接口需要另外设计防止回转的机构以防止螺纹松动,从而增加了快拆底座的复杂性。
综上所述,现有技术中拍摄设备的拆装连接件存在有结构复杂、无法一步快速安装和拆卸的功能。
实用新型内容
有鉴于此,本申请提供了一种快拆装连接件及拍摄设备,用以解决现有技术中拍摄设备的拆装连接件存在的结构复杂、无法一步快速安装和拆卸的问题。
本申请提供的快拆装连接件包括连接盖、安装座和固定机构;
所述连接盖具有插接部;
所述安装座具有用于卡锁所述插接部的装卡机构;
所述固定机构设置于所述连接盖和/或所述安装座,用于将所述快拆装连接件与设备安装固定;
其中,所述装卡机构包括卡锁套和用于调整所述卡锁套锁紧程度的紧锁件;
所述卡锁套围成用于安装所述插接部的安装空间;
所述紧锁件能够在第一位置和第二位置切换,以使所述插接部安装于所述安 装空间时,所述紧锁件能够卡锁或解锁所述插接部。
在一种可能的设计中,所述紧锁件包括拨动扳手;
所述拨动扳手通过转轴安装于所述安装座,且所述拨动扳手包括用于拨动的活动端和用于抵接所述卡锁套的顶压端;
拨动所述活动端时,所述拨动扳手能够绕所述转轴,以使所述拨动扳手在第一位置和第二位置之间切换;
所述拨动扳手处于第一位置时,所述顶压端压紧所述卡锁套;
所述拨动扳手处于第二位置时,所述顶压端不再压紧所述卡锁套。
在一种可能的设计中,所述卡锁套包括C形卡套;
所述C形卡套包括与所述安装座一体连接的固定端和与所述拨动扳手抵接的抵接端;
所述抵接端能够在所述拨动扳手的挤压下朝向所述固定端移动,以使C形卡套收束卡锁所述插接部。
在一种可能的设计中,所述C形卡套为弹性卡套;
所述C形卡套还包括将所述抵接端与所述固定端活动连接的连接螺钉;
所述拨动扳手的不压紧所述抵接端时,所述C形卡套在自身的弹力作用下扩展解锁所述插接部。
在一种可能的设计中,所述抵接端与所述拨动扳手的抵接侧还设置有防磨垫片;
所述顶压端通过所述防磨垫片与所述抵接端间接抵接;
和/或所述拨动扳手设置成圆弧形,所述拨动扳手处于第一位置时,所述拨动扳手抵接于所述C形卡套的外周壁;
和/或在所述C形卡套的外周壁设置有用于抵接所述拨动扳手的抵接部;
所述拨动扳手处于第一位置时,所述拨动扳手抵接所述抵接部。
在一种可能的设计中,在所述插接部的外周壁还设置有防脱锁头;
在所述卡锁套的内周壁还设置有弧形卡槽;
所述插接部插接于所述卡锁套时,所述防脱锁头对应位于所述弧形卡槽,且所述防脱锁头能够随所述插接部的转动并沿所述弧形卡槽移动,以所述插接部与所述卡锁套防脱自锁。
在一种可能的设计中,所述固定机构包括设置于所述连接盖的连接部以及设置于所述安装座的安装部;
其中,所述连接部用于将所述连接盖与待连接设备连接固定;
所述安装部用于将所述安装座与固定设备安装固定。
在一种可能的设计中,所述连接部包括设置于所述连接盖一侧的螺杆,所述连接盖能够通过所述螺杆与待连接设备螺接固定;
所述安装部包括设置于所述安装座一侧的螺纹孔,所述安装座能够通过所述螺纹孔螺接固定于固定设备。
在一种可能的设计中,所述安装座还包括定位台;
所述定位台设置于所述安装空间内,且所述插接部设置有容纳所述定位台的定位孔;
所述插接部插接于所述安装空间时,所述定位台定位插入所述定位孔;
和/或在所述连接盖设置所述连接部的一侧还设置有减震垫片。
另外,本申请还提供了一种拍摄设备,该拍摄设备包括上述的快拆装连接件;
其中,所述拍摄设备分别具有用于与所述连接盖和/或所述安装座装配的配合部。
结合以上技术方案,本申请的有益效果分析如下:
本申请提供的快拆装连接件包括连接盖、安装座和固定机构,连接盖具有插接部,安装座具有用于卡锁插接部的装卡机构,固定机构设置于连接盖和/或安装座,用于将快拆装连接件与设备安装固定;装卡机构包括卡锁套和用于调整卡锁套锁紧程度的紧锁件,卡锁套围成用于安装插接部的安装空间,紧锁件能够在第一位置和第二位置切换,以使插接部安装于安装空间时,紧锁件能够卡锁或解锁插接部。
该快拆装连接件在组装连接时,可优选地,通过固定机构将连接盖和/或安装座与设备安装固定,将连接盖中的插接部插入卡锁套围成的安装空间,紧锁件调整到第一位置,以将插接部卡锁固定,实现连接盖和安装座的组装连接,安装顺序根据使用需要进行操作;该快拆装连接件在分离拆卸时,将紧锁件调整到第二位置,以将插接部解锁释放,即实现了连接盖和安装座的分离拆卸。与现有技术中拍摄设备的拆装连接件采用螺接拆装的方式相比,该拆装连接件具有结构简 单、可以一步快速安装和拆卸的优点。
另外,本申请还提供了一种拍摄设备,该拍摄设备包括上述的快拆装连接件,且拍摄设备分别具有用于与连接部、安装部装配的配合部。
该拍摄设备包括上述的快拆装连接件,能够实现其所有的有益效果,在此不再赘述。

如图1至图5所示,本申请实施例提供了一种快拆装连接件,该快拆装连接件包括连接盖1、安装座2和固定机构,连接盖1具有插接部11,安装座2具有用于卡锁插接部11的装卡机构,固定机构设置于连接盖1和/或安装座2,用于将所述快拆装连接件与设备安装固定;其中装卡机构包括卡锁套21和用于调整卡锁套21锁紧程度的紧锁件22,卡锁套21围成用于安装插接部11的安装空间;紧锁件22能够在第一位置和第二位置切换,以使插接部11安装于安装空间时,紧锁件22能够卡锁或解锁插接部11。
该快拆装连接件在组装连接时,可选地,通过固定机构将连接盖1和/或安装座2与设备安装固定,将连接盖1中的插接部11插入卡锁套21围成的安装空间,紧锁件22调整到第一位置,以将插接部11卡锁固定,实现连接盖1和安装座2的组装连接,安装顺序根据使用需要进行操作;该快拆装连接件在分离拆卸时,将紧锁件22调整到第二位置,以将插接部11解锁释放,即实现了连接盖1和安装座2的分离拆卸。与现有技术中拍摄设备的拆装连接件采用螺接拆装的方式相比,该拆装连接件具有结构简单、可以一步快速安装和拆卸的优点。
本实施例的可选方案中,紧锁件22包括拨动扳手,拨动扳手通过转轴安装于安装座2,且拨动扳手包括用于拨动的活动端221和用于抵接卡锁套21的顶压 端222。拨动活动端221时,拨动扳手能够绕转轴,以使拨动扳手在第一位置和第二位置之间切换。拨动扳手处于第一位置时,顶压端222压紧卡锁套21;拨动扳手处于第二位置时,顶压端222不再压紧卡锁套21。
具体的,如图1和图3所示,图1中该拨动扳手处于第一位置,此时拨动扳手的顶压端222压紧卡锁套21,使卡锁套21能够收束卡锁连接盖1中的插接部11,从而实现连接盖1和安装座2的连接固定;图3中该拨动扳手处于第二位置,此时拨动扳手的顶压端222不再压紧卡锁套21,使卡锁套21能够不再收束卡锁连接盖1中的插接部11,从而实现连接盖1和安装座2的解锁拆卸。
将紧锁件22设置成拨动扳手,通过拨动扳手绕转轴转动即可实现在第一位置和第二位置之间切换,具有对卡锁套21卡锁、解锁操作方便的优点。
本实施例的可选方案中,卡锁套21包括C形卡套,C形卡套包括与安装座2一体连接的固定端211和用于与拨动扳手抵接的抵接端212;抵接端212能够在拨动扳手的挤压下朝向固定端211移动,以使C形卡套收束卡锁插接部11。
具体的,如图1所示,将卡锁套21设置成C形卡套,且C形卡套的一端为与安装座2一体连接的固定端211,C形卡套的另一端形成用于与拨动扳手抵接的抵接端212,这样通过拨动扳手挤压抵接端212朝向固定端211移动的方式即可实现将卡锁套21收束的功能,具有结构简单、卡锁收束方便的优点。
本实施例的可选方案中,C形卡套为弹性卡套,C形卡套还包括将抵接端212与固定端211活动连接的连接螺钉213;拨动扳手的不压紧抵接端212时,C形卡套在自身的弹力作用下扩展解锁插接部11。
具体的,如图3所示,将C形卡套为弹性卡套,这样在拨动扳手的不压紧抵接端212时,C形卡套能够在自身的弹力作用下自动扩展解锁插接部11,便于解锁插接部11;而且将抵接端212与固定端211之间通过连接螺钉213活动连接,能够防止C形卡套在自身的弹力作用下扩展过大,能够对C形卡套起到一定的限位固定作用。
本实施例的可选方案中,抵接端212与拨动扳手的抵接侧还设置有防磨垫片212a;顶压端222通过防磨垫片212a与抵接端212间接抵接;和/或拨动扳手设置成圆弧形,拨动扳手处于第一位置时,拨动扳手抵接于C形卡套的外周壁;或在C形卡套的外周壁设置有用于抵接拨动扳手的抵接部214,拨动扳手处于第一 位置时,拨动扳手抵接抵接部214。
具体的,如图1所示,由于拨动扳手是通过绕转轴转动并通过顶压端222挤压C形卡套的抵接端212的方式将C形卡套收束,该过程中拨动扳手的顶压端222与C形卡套的抵接端212的摩擦力较大,容易造成抵接端212磨损损坏,影响C形卡套的收束效果,故在C形卡套的抵接端212与拨动扳手的抵接侧增设置一个防磨垫片212a,以避免抵接端212磨损损坏。
防磨垫片212a具有可设置但不限于硬质合金垫片,在提高耐磨性能的同时,还能够降低与拨动扳手的顶压端222之间的摩擦力,使拨动扳手绕转轴转动时更省力。
将拨动扳手设置成与C形卡套适配的圆弧形,这样当拨动扳手绕转轴转动由第一位置切换到第二位置时,圆弧形的拨动扳手可以完全贴合收纳于C形卡套的外周部,能够起到节省空间、便于收纳拨动扳手的有益效果。
而且,可以在C形卡套的外周壁设置一个用于抵接拨动扳手的抵接部214,此时,当拨动扳手处于第一位置时,拨动扳手抵接抵接部214,这样C形卡套与拨动扳手之间能够形成间隙,便于使用者操作拨动扳手转动。
本实施例的可选方案中,在插接部11的外周壁还设置有防脱锁头111,在卡锁套21的内周壁还设置有弧形卡槽214,插接部11插接于卡锁套21时,防脱锁头111对应位于弧形卡槽214,且防脱锁头111能够随插接部11的转动并沿弧形卡槽214移动,以插接部11与卡锁套21防脱自锁。
具体的,如图4所示,在连接盖1的插接部11外周壁上设置防脱锁头111,在卡锁套21的内周壁还设置有弧形卡槽214,这样在插接部11插接于卡锁套21围成的安装空间时,可以将通过旋拧插接部11的方式将防脱锁头111卡锁于弧形卡槽214内,从而使插接部11与卡锁套21之间能够自锁防脱的功能,能够进一步提高该快拆装连接件的连接牢固性、安全性。
本实施例的可选方案中,固定机构包括设置于连接盖1的连接部12以及设置于安装座2的安装部23;其中,连接部12用于将连接盖1与待连接设备连接固定;安装部23用于将安装座2与固定设备安装固定。
具体的,如图2和图3所示,此时该快拆装连接件在组装连接时,可通过安装部23将安装座2与固定设备安装固定,可通过接部12将连接盖1与待连接设 备连接固定,当连接盖1于安装座2通过卡锁套21卡锁固定插接部11的方式便实现了待连接设备与固定设备之间的快速安装固定。
值得说明的是,上述的待连接设备与固定设备可以为同一设备上的两个零部件设备,也可以是两个不同的设备。
本实施例的可选方案中,连接部12包括设置于连接盖1一侧的螺杆,连接盖1能够通过螺杆与待连接设备螺接固定;安装部23包括设置于安装座2一侧的螺纹孔,安装座2能够通过螺纹孔螺接固定于固定设备。
具体的,如图2所示,将连接部12设置成位于连接盖1一侧的螺杆,这样在待连接设备上对应加工设置螺孔,通过螺杆螺纹连接于螺孔的方式即可实现连接盖1与待连接设备安装的功能,具有结构简单、安装方便的优点。
当然,上述的连接部12也可以设置成其他的结构,例如,将连接部12设置成插接卡头,在待连接设备上对应设置插接卡槽,通过插接卡头可拆卸插接于插接卡槽的方式也同样能够实现连接盖1与待连接设备安装的功能。
具体的,如图3所示,可选地将安装部23设置成位于安装座2底部的螺纹孔,这样在固定设备上对应设置一个螺杆,通过螺杆与螺纹孔螺接的方式即可实现安装座2与固定设备的可拆卸连接,当然安装部23也可以位于安装座2的其他位置,如侧面。
当然,也可以将安装部23设置成螺杆,在固定设备上对应设置一个螺孔,或者将安装部23设置成上述的插接卡头、在固定设备上对应设置一个插接卡槽,同样实现安装座2与固定设备的可拆卸连接的功能。
本实施例的可选方案中,安装座2还包括定位台24,定位台24设置于安装空间内,且插接部11设置有容纳定位台24的定位孔112,插接部11插接于安装空间时,定位台24定位插入定位孔112;和/或在连接盖1设置连接部12的一侧还设置有减震垫片。
具体的,如图2和图3所示,定位台24可具体设置成图3中的圆柱形,当然也可以设置成锥台形、圆锥形等形状,定位孔112设置成与定位台24适配的形状即可,上述的定位台24和定位孔112能够在插接部11插接于安装空间时将插接部11更快速的安装定位,而且当旋拧插接部11将防脱锁头111卡锁于弧形卡槽214时,定位台232也能对插接部11起到一定的支撑作用。
值得说明的是,为了便于安装座2制作,可以将上述的安装部23与该定位台24一体制作成型,例如将螺纹孔加工设置于在定位台24背离连接盖1的一侧,定位台24可以正常实现上述的定位功能,螺纹孔可以实现上述的安装功能,二者不相互影响。
当然,也可以安装部23、定位台24单独设置,将安装部23灵活的设置于安装座2的其他部位,以适应不同的使用工况。
减震垫片具体可以设置成贴附与连接盖1设置连接部12一侧的橡胶垫片、硅胶垫片等,通过设置减震垫片能够在连接盖1与待连接设备安装时提高二者的安装稳定性、以及防震性能。
另外,本申请实施例还提供了一种拍摄设备,该拍摄设备包括上述的快拆装连接件;其中,拍摄设备分别具有用于与连接盖1和/或安装座2装配的配合部。
该拍摄设备具体可以摄影机、照相机等设备,由于该拍摄设备包括上述的快拆装连接件,能够实现其所有的有益效果,在此不再赘述。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种快拆装连接件,其特征在于,包括:
    连接盖(1),所述连接盖(1)具有插接部(11);
    安装座(2),所述安装座(2)具有用于卡锁所述插接部(11)的装卡机构;
    固定机构,设置于所述连接盖(1)和/或所述安装座(2),用于将所述快拆装连接件与设备安装固定;
    其中,所述装卡机构包括卡锁套(21)和用于调整所述卡锁套(21)锁紧程度的紧锁件(22);
    所述卡锁套(21)围成用于安装所述插接部(11)的安装空间;
    所述紧锁件(22)能够在第一位置和第二位置切换,以使所述插接部(11)安装于所述安装空间时,所述紧锁件(22)能够卡锁或解锁所述插接部(11)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的快拆装连接件,其特征在于,所述紧锁件(22)包括拨动扳手;
    所述拨动扳手通过转轴安装于所述安装座(2),且所述拨动扳手包括用于拨动的活动端(221)和用于抵接所述卡锁套(21)的顶压端(222);
    拨动所述活动端(221)时,所述拨动扳手能够绕所述转轴,以使所述拨动扳手在第一位置和第二位置之间切换;
    所述拨动扳手处于第一位置时,所述顶压端(222)压紧所述卡锁套(21);
    所述拨动扳手处于第二位置时,所述顶压端(222)不再压紧所述卡锁套(21)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的快拆装连接件,其特征在于,所述卡锁套(21)包括C形卡套;
    所述C形卡套包括与所述安装座(2)一体连接的固定端(211)以及述拨动扳手抵接的抵接端(212);
    所述抵接端(212)能够在所述拨动扳手的挤压下朝向所述固定端(211)移动,以使C形卡套收束卡锁所述插接部(11)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的快拆装连接件,其特征在于,所述C形卡套为弹性卡套;
    所述C形卡套还包括将所述抵接端(212)与所述固定端(211)活动连接的 连接螺钉(213);
    所述拨动扳手的不压紧所述抵接端(212)时,所述C形卡套在自身的弹力作用下扩展解锁所述插接部(11)。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的快拆装连接件,其特征在于,所述抵接端(212)与所述拨动扳手的抵接侧还设置有防磨垫片(212a);
    所述顶压端(222)通过所述防磨垫片(212a)与所述抵接端(212)间接抵接;
    和/或所述拨动扳手设置成圆弧形,所述拨动扳手处于第一位置时,所述拨动扳手抵接于所述C形卡套的外周壁;
    和/或在所述C形卡套的外周壁设置有用于抵接所述拨动扳手的抵接部(214);
    所述拨动扳手处于第一位置时,所述拨动扳手抵接所述抵接部(214)。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的快拆装连接件,其特征在于,在所述插接部(11)的外周壁还设置有防脱锁头(111);
    在所述卡锁套(21)的内周壁还设置有弧形卡槽;
    所述插接部(11)插接于所述卡锁套(21)时,所述防脱锁头(111)对应位于所述弧形卡槽,且所述防脱锁头(111)能够随所述插接部(11)的转动并沿所述弧形卡槽移动,以所述插接部(11)与所述卡锁套(21)防脱自锁。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的快拆装连接件,其特征在于,所述固定机构包括设置于所述连接盖(1)的连接部(12)以及设置于所述安装座(2)的安装部(23);
    其中,所述连接部(12)用于将所述连接盖(1)与待连接设备连接固定;
    所述安装部(23)用于将所述安装座(2)与固定设备安装固定。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的快拆装连接件,其特征在于,所述连接部(12)包括设置于所述连接盖(1)一侧的螺杆,所述连接盖(1)能够通过所述螺杆与待连接设备螺接固定;
    所述安装部(23)包括开设于所述安装座(2)一侧的螺纹孔,所述安装座(2)能够通过所述螺纹孔螺接固定于固定设备。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的快拆装连接件,其特征在于,所述安装座(2)还包括定位台(24);
    所述定位台(24)设置于所述安装空间内,且所述插接部(11)设置有容纳所述定位台(24)的定位孔(112);
    所述插接部(11)插接于所述安装空间时,所述定位台(24)定位插入所述定位孔(112);
    和/或在所述连接盖(1)设置所述连接部(12)的一侧还设置有减震垫片(13)。
  10. 一种拍摄设备,其特征在于,包括权利要求1~9任一项所述的快拆装连接件。
