烟气高温过滤消烟杀菌焚烧炉 技术领域
本发明涉及垃圾焚烧技术领域,尤其是涉及烟气高温过滤消烟杀菌焚烧炉。
背景技术
随着我国改革开放的快速发展,人们的生活水平不断提高,整个社会空间和环境空气的污染日益严重,无处不在的生活垃圾,随着天气和温度的变化会发出恶臭味,随风扩散严重影响人们的生活和城市环境。目前,部分地区对垃圾实行掩埋处理,也有的通过焚烧炉进行焚烧处理,但是都会对环境造成危害;掩埋的方式对地下水污染严重,焚烧的方式当温度达不到800℃时,会产生二恶英等有害物质,对环境污染十分严重;焚烧炉产生的有害物质含量超标,难以进行彻底净化。

本发明的目的在于提供烟气高温过滤消烟杀菌焚烧炉。

为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下内容:
烟气高温过滤消烟杀菌焚烧炉,包括:槽钢、炉体、进料机、燃烧室、上烟道、下烟道、高温硅碳管、炉膛、温度传感器、烟道出口和冷却装置;在所述炉体的底端设置槽钢;在所述炉体的上端左侧设置进料机;在所述炉体的内部上端右侧设置燃烧室;在所述炉体的右侧上端设置燃烧机,且燃烧机与燃烧室相配合使用;在所述燃烧室底端的炉体内开设上烟道;在所述上烟道右侧的炉体上设置有烟道开口;在所述上烟道的底端开设下烟道;所述燃烧室与下烟道之间通过高温硅碳管贯通;在所述高温硅碳管与烟道的侧墙内设置温度传感器;在所述进料机底端的炉体内开设炉膛,且炉膛与上烟道之间贯通;在所述炉膛的底端开设炉灰室;在所述炉膛和炉灰室之间设置冷却装置;所述炉灰室与下烟道之间贯通;在所述炉灰室的侧面设置清灰门。

本装置结构简单,设计合理,使用便利,通过设置进料机,便于更好的把燃烧物推进炉体内;通过设置燃烧机,便于把燃烧室内的高温通过高温硅碳管传递到下烟道内,然后通过冷却装置传递到炉膛内,对垃圾进行焚烧,此时焚烧产生的灰掉落到炉灰室内,并且通过清灰门进行清理,方便快捷;燃烧产生的烟气通过上烟道后端的烟道出口即可排出;通过设置冷却装置,防止干烧烧坏。

本发明的实施方式
为了更清楚地说明本发明,下面结合优选实施例对本发明做进一步的说明。本领域技术人员应当理解,下面所具体描述的内容是说明性的而非限制性的,不应以此限制本发明的保护范围。
如图1和6所示,烟气高温过滤消烟杀菌焚烧炉包括:槽钢2、炉体1、进料机3、燃烧室4、上烟道5、下烟道51、高温硅碳管6、炉膛7、温度传感器8、烟道出口9和冷却装置;在炉体1的底端设置槽钢2,通过设置槽钢2便于稳固炉体1,同时可防止炉体1内的高温损坏地面;在炉体1的上端左侧设置进料机3,便于往炉体1内投放燃烧物体,同时还可以控制投放速度;在炉体1的内部上端右侧设置燃烧室4,在炉体1的右侧上端设置燃烧机3,且燃烧机3与燃烧室4相配合使用,便于把燃烧室4内的高温吹到炉膛7内用于焚烧垃圾;在燃烧室4底端的炉体1内开设上烟道5,在上烟道5的右侧的炉体上开设烟道开口9,便于把燃烧产生的烟排出;在上烟道5的底端开设下烟道51,燃烧室4与下烟道51之间通过高温硅碳管6贯通,便于把燃烧室4内的高温直接传输到下烟道51内,然后再传输到炉膛7内;在高温硅碳管6与上烟道5的侧墙内设置温度传感器8,便于检测炉体1内的温度,并向燃烧机41传递信息控制;在进料机3底端的炉体1内开设炉膛7,且炉膛7与上烟道5之间贯通,便于燃烧焚烧体积较大的垃圾;在炉膛7的底端开设炉灰室17,便于燃烧的物体变成灰后直接落到炉灰室17内,便于清理;在炉膛7和炉灰室17之间设置冷却装置,便于调节炉体1内温度;炉灰室17与下烟道51之间贯通,在炉灰室17的侧面设置清灰门15,便于清理炉灰。
进料机3与炉体1之间设置检查盖16,便于把进料机3拆卸下来检查炉体1内的情况;进料机3包括料斗31、进料电机32、转轴33和螺旋板34;料斗31设置在炉体1的上端左侧,且料斗31的底端贯穿炉体1;在料斗1的上端中心设置进料电机32;在进料电机32的底端设置转轴33,且转轴33穿过炉体31的上端一直延伸至炉体1内;在转轴33上设置螺旋板34,便于推动燃烧物料进入炉膛7内。
冷却装置包括集箱11、炉排水冷管12、进水口13和出水口14;所述集箱11有两个,且分别设置在炉膛7和炉灰室17交界处的位置;在两集箱11之间设置有炉排水冷管12,且炉排水冷管12与集箱11之间贯通;在两个集箱11的末端分别设置一个进水口13和一个出水口14;进水口13和出水口14的方向相反,且进水口13与进水泵相连接,便于抽水进入集箱11,出水口14与余热锅炉的进水口相连接。
炉排水冷管12有若干个,且均匀的设置在集箱上,通过设置多个炉排水冷管12便于更好的把燃烧物拖住。
炉体1由珍珠岩、耐火混凝土、耐火砖、和硅酸铝制成,防止炉体1长时间在高温的环境下烧坏。
所述集箱11由无缝钢管制成,且内部中空,便于水的循环。
高温硅碳管6有若干根,且均匀的设置在燃烧室4和下烟道51之间,通过设置多个高温硅碳管6,便于更好的把燃烧室4内的高温传递到下烟道51内。
本装置的在使用时:
1 .启动前先开启引风机、启动燃烧机41,燃烧室4内火焰从高温硅碳管6上口进入,接着从高温硅碳管6下口进入下烟室51,经过火道从炉排水冷管12下部向上,进入炉膛7再经过高温硅碳管6外壁的高温烟道,烟气从上烟道出口处进入余热锅炉;
2 .再经除尘器、引风机、烟囱抽出排出大气,焚烧炉内始终保持负压燃烧;
3 .当高温硅碳管6温度达到1100℃时进料机开始进料,高温硅碳管6温度达到1200℃时燃烧器根据温度自动转换至小火状态恒温,如燃烧器转至小火温度继续上升,此时燃烧机41自动关闭,当温度低于1100℃时燃烧器自动开启;
4 .高温烟道始终把温度控制在1100~1200℃之间,进料机3根据炉膛燃烧情况,可调节进料量,以达到垃圾充分燃烧。

  1. 烟气高温过滤消烟杀菌焚烧炉,其特征在于,包括:槽钢、炉体、进料机、燃烧室、上烟道、下烟道、高温硅碳管、炉膛、温度传感器、烟道出口和冷却装置;在所述炉体的底端设置槽钢;在所述炉体的上端左侧设置进料机;在所述炉体的内部上端右侧设置燃烧室;在所述炉体的右侧上端设置燃烧机,且燃烧机与燃烧室相配合使用;在所述燃烧室底端的炉体内开设上烟道;在所述上烟道右侧的炉体上设置有烟道开口;在所述上烟道的底端开设下烟道;所述燃烧室与下烟道之间通过高温硅碳管贯通;在所述高温硅碳管与烟道的侧墙内设置有温度传感器;在所述进料机底端的炉体内开设炉膛,且炉膛与上烟道之间贯通;在所述炉膛的底端开设炉灰室;在所述炉膛和炉灰室之间设置冷却装置;所述炉灰室与下烟道之间贯通;在所述炉灰室的侧面设置清灰门。
