本实用新型涉及机械加工技术领域,具体为一种带有吸尘机构的限位转头装置。
背景技术
机械冲切加工过程中,会产生大量的灰尘,这些灰尘不仅影响工作环境,还会影响机械限位转头的正常运行,从而导致冲切加工无法正常运行,企业无法正常生产。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种带有吸尘机构的限位转头装置,通过刀模与中介板上开设的吸尘小孔将废料吸入,而后经底板与定位盘开设的吸出圆孔被吸走,从而避免冲切中产生的灰尘影响工作环境,以及机械限位转头的正常运行,可以解决现有技术中的问题。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供如下技术方案:一种带有吸尘机构的限位转头装置,包括刀模、中介板、底板、定位盘和移动头,所述刀模通过L型固定件安装于中介板的底部,底板通过螺丝固定于中介板上,底板的上板面还通过螺丝安装有定位盘,移动头设于定位盘的正上方,移动头包括Y轴移动架、电机安装板座和转头安装架;所述Y轴移动架由活动板、气缸和L型连接板组成,其中,活动板设于中介板的侧板正上方,气缸通过螺丝固定于活动板的底部两端,气缸的气杆延伸至中介板的侧板上,并插装于设有杆孔内,L型连接板通过螺丝固定于活动板的中部,L型连接板的一端通过螺丝与转头安装架连接固定;所述电机安装板座由固定柱、机座和电机组成,其中,固定柱立于底板一端,机座通过螺丝安装于固定柱上,电机通过螺丝安装于机座上;所述转头安装架由板架、中轴、齿头和轴杆组成,其中,中轴插装于板架中部设有的轴孔内,齿头设于板架的底部,轴杆通过杆座活动安 装于板架内,轴杆一端延伸至板架的底部,并与齿头连接固定。
优选的,所述电机的输出轴上还安装主动轮,主动轮通过传动皮带与中轴上安装的传动轮连接。
优选的,所述刀模与中介板还设有相对应了吸尘小孔。
优选的,所述底板与定位盘还设有相对应的吸尘圆孔。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果如下:
本带有吸尘机构的限位转头装置,冲切时,通过刀模与中介板上开设的吸尘小孔将废料吸入,而后经底板与定位盘开设的吸出圆孔被吸走,从而避免冲切中产生的灰尘影响工作环境,以及机械限位转头的正常运行,因而有效解决了机械限位转头不容易吸尘的问题。

请参阅图1-3,一种带有吸尘机构的限位转头装置,包括刀模1、中介板2、底板3、定位盘6和移动头7,刀模1通过L型固定件11安装于中介板2的底部,底板3通过螺丝固定于中介板2上,底板3的上板面还通过螺丝安装有定位盘6,移动头7设于定位盘6的正上方;由于刀模1与中介板2还设有相对应了吸尘小孔4,底板3与定位盘6还设有相对应的吸尘圆孔5,因此通过刀模1与中介板2上开设的吸尘小孔4将废料吸入,而后经底板3与定位盘6开设的吸尘圆孔5被吸走,从而避免冲切中产生的灰尘影响工作环境,以及机械限位转头的正常运行;移动头7包括Y轴移动架71、电机安装板座72和转头安装架73;Y轴移动架71由活动板711、气缸712和L型连接板713组成,其中,活动板711设于中介板2的侧板正上方,气缸712通过螺丝固定于活动板711的底部两端,气缸712的气杆延伸至中介板2的侧板上,并插装于设有杆孔21内,L型连接板713通过螺丝固定于活动板711的中部,L型连接板713的一端通过螺丝与转头安装架73连接固定;通过气缸712带动活动板711的上升或下降,从而带动转头安装架73整体的上/下移动;电机安装板座72由固定柱721、机座722和电机723组成,其中,固定柱721立于底板3一端,机座722通过螺丝安装于固定柱721上,电机723通过螺丝安装于机座722上;转头安装架73由板架731、中轴732、齿头733和轴杆734组成,其中,中轴732插装于板架731中部的孔内,齿头733设于板架731的底部,轴杆734通过杆座活动安装于板架731内,轴杆734一端延伸至板架731的底部,并与齿头733连接固定;由于电机723的输出轴上还安装主动轮8,主动轮8通过传动皮带9与中轴732上安装的传动轮10连接;通过电机723带动主动轮8传动,从而带动传动轮10转动,经由传动轮10转动带动转头安装架73整体转动。
吸尘原理:冲切时,灰尘经刀模1与中介板2上开设的吸尘小孔4被吸入,而后经底板3与定位盘6上的吸尘圆孔5被吸走。
综上所述:本带有吸尘机构的限位转头装置,冲切时,通过刀模1与中介板2上开设的吸尘小孔4将废料吸入,而后经底板3与定位盘6上开设的吸尘圆孔5被吸走,从而避免冲切中产生的灰尘影响工作环境,以及机械限位转头的正常运行,因而有效解决了机械限位转头不容易吸尘的问题。
