信用关系网:以交互关系为基础,且结合与用户的信用信息和交互信息建立的关 系网。
信用交互关系链:多个信用关系网产生交织时,以单一或多个用户的交互关系和信用信息对应的信用节点串联而成的关系链。
在本说明书中,提供了一种基于信用的交互信用评估方法,本说明书同时涉及一种基于信用的交互信用评估装置,一种计算设备,以及一种计算机可读存储介质,在下面的实施例中逐一进行详细说明。
图1示出了根据本说明书一实施例提供的一种基于信用的交互信用评估方法的流程图,包括步骤102至步骤108。
步骤102:获取多个用户在各个交互维度的历史交互信息。
本说明书一实施例中所述各个交互维度具体是指与用户具有任意交互关系所对应的维度,所述交互维度包括转账维度、借款维度、信用维度等,在转账维度中的历史交互信息具体是指用户与用户之间具有转账记录的交互信息,在借款维度中的历史交互信息具体是指用户与用户之间具有借款记录的交互信息,在信用维度中的历史交互信息具体是指用户与用户之间建立信用合约并完成信用合约的交互信息。
需要说明的是,用户与用户之间具有的交互关系一般指线上交互产生的关系,无论线上交互是何种方式均会存在交互信息,均可以用于在后续为各个用户建立信用关系网。
具体实施时,在交互用户存在发约需求或者邀约需求的情况下,需要邀请其他用户进行发约或者邀约,而此时交互用户需要通过终端设备在信用平台的展示页面中用户展示列表中选择发约用户或邀约用户,而用户展示列表中的全部用户均与交互用户在不同的交互维度具有交互关系,交互用户可以主动选择可信程度高的用户,进而实现发约处理或者应约处理,可见,在交互用户选择其他用户进行发约或者邀约的过程,其他用户相对于交互用户的可信程度决定着能否被发约或邀约的可能。
本说明书提供的基于信用的交互信用评估方法中,为了能够实现用户与用户在交互的过程中,可以向各个用户直接展示其他用户的可信程度,通过各个用户的交互信息和信用信息分别构建用户各自的信用关系网,在通过将具有交互关系的用户的信用关系网进行连接,获得信用交互关系链,基于所述信用交互关系链对各个用户的可信程度进行评估,实现了在用户之间交互的过程中,用户之间可以通过交互信用评估结果确定其他用户的可信程度,从而保证了用户与用户之间建立的社交行为的高效性,并且可以为 用户直观的展示其他用户的可信程度,进一步确保了用户与用户之间建立的社交行为的安全性和真实性。
实际应用中,所述多个用户在各个交互维度的历史交互信息是指用户在信用平台与其他用户产生交互所产生的信息称之为所述历史交互信息,而在信用平台只要存在交互过程就可以确定用户与用户之间具有交互关系。
步骤104:根据所述历史交互信息以及所述多个用户的信用信息分别构建用户各自的信用关系网。
具体的,在获取多个用户各自的历史交互信息的基础上,将根据所述历史交互信息以及所述多个用户的信用信息,分别构建每个用户各自对应的信用关系网,其中,所述信用信息具体是指用户与用户之间具有的信用关系,例如用户A和用户B在信用平台中的信用账户是好友关系,则用户B是用户A的信用账户好友即为用户A的信用信息;基于此,根据各个用户各自对应的历史交互信息和信用信息分别构建起对应的信用关系网,所述信用关系网具体是指以任意一名用户为中轴基于该用户的历史交互信息和信用信息建立的关系网。
进一步的,在构建用户各自对应的信用关系网的过程中,为了能够实现构架的信用关系网足够完善,本实施例的一个或多个实施方式中,将通过用户的信用信息和历史交互信息对应的节点组成所述信用关系网,具体实现方式如下:
基于所述用户的信用信息与所述用户的历史交互信息之间的联通关系,构建由所述用户的信用信息对应的各个信用节点、所述用户的历史交互信息对应的各个信用节点组成的所述用户的信用关系网。
具体的,网是由节点和连接线通过交织的方式组成,本实施例中将以所述用户的信用信息和所述历史交互信息确定所述信用关系网中的信用节点,以所述用户的信用信息和所述用户的历史交互信息之间的联通关系作为所述信用关系网中的连接线,基于所述信用节点与所述连接线即可组成所述用户的信用关系网。
实际应用中,在信用平台中具有信用账户的用户均会按照上述方式建立其对应的信用关系网,不同的用户对应的信用关系网也是不同的。
参见图2所示,存在用户A、用户B和用户C,其中用户A和用户B的历史交互信息是用户A向用户B借了1000元钱,根据用户A的信用信息确定用户C是用户A的好友,根据用户A的信用信息历史交互信息建立用户A的信用关系网如图2所示。
通过在建立用户各自对应的信用关系网的过程中,将以所述用户的信用信息和历史交互信息对应的节点相互连接组成所述信用关系网,实现了针对所述用户建立的信用关系网足够完善,在后续所述用户针对其他用户进行交互的过程中,可选择性更丰富。
步骤106:根据各个用户的历史交互信息以及各个用户的信用信息,将具有交互关系的用户各自的信用关系网进行连接处理,获得信用交互关系链。
具体的,在针对各个用户分别建立各自对应的信用关系网的基础上,进一步的,将基于每个用户的信用关系网建立信用交互关系链;
沿用上例,在确定用户A的信用关系网的情况下,此时用户B和用户C也具有各自对应的信用关系网,用户B和用户C均与用户A具有交互关系,则可以确定用户A的信用关系网、用户B的信用关系网和用户C的信用关系网之间是相关联的,此时,可以将用户A、用户B和用户C各自对应的信用关系网进行连接处理,生成信用交互关系链,如图3所示;在此链中可以直接的确定用户A、用户B和用户C各自对应的交互关系;
基于此,在获得所述信用交互链的过程中,可以基于具有交互关系的用户各自对应的信用关系网按照所述具有交互关系的用户的信用信息和历史交互信息进行连接处理,获得所述信用交互关系链。
进一步的,在获得所述信用交互关系链的过程中,为了能够使得最终获得的所述信用交互关系链足够完整,应用时更加便捷,本实施例的一个或多个实施方式中,将具有交互关系的用户各自的信用关系网中的信用节点进行连接,进而生成所述信用交互关系链,具体实现方式如下:
根据各个用户的历史交互信息以及各个用户的信用信息确定具有交互关系的用户,并获取具有交互关系的用户各自的信用关系网;
将具有交互关系的用户各自的信用关系网中包含的信用节点按照用户各自的历史交互信息进行连接,获得由具有交互关系的用户的信用关系网组成的所述信用交互关系链。
具体的,首先根据各个用户的历史交互信息和各个用户的信用信息确定具有交互关系的用户,所述交互关系可以是用户与用户之间具有好友关系、信用关系和转账关系等,之后确定具有交互关系的用户各自的信用关系网,此时可以确定具有交互关系的用户各自的信用关系网是存在相同信用节点的,最后将具有交互关系的用户各自的信用关 系网中包含的信用节点进行连接,形成各个用户的信用关系网相连接,根据连接结果组成所述信用交互关系链。
实际应用中,由于具有交互关系的用户各自对应的信用关系网足够庞大,在将所述信用关系网进行连接的过程中,可以将全部信用关系网均连接起来组成所述信用交互关系链,最终获得的所述信用交互关系链可以囊括全部用户对应的信用关系网。
通过建立所述信用交互关系链,实现了在后续对每个用户的交互信用进行评估的过程中,实现了用户与用户之间的交互信用评估结果是具有唯一性的,例如用户A相对于用户B的交互信用评估结果是可信度评分1900分,而用户A相对于用户C的交互信用评估结果是可信度评分1800分,即使得用户在建立社交行为的过程中,更加安全可靠。
步骤108:基于所述信用交互关系链中具有交互关系的用户对应的局部信用关系链对用户进行交互信用评估。
具体的,在获取所述信用交互关系链的基础上,进一步的,将根据所述信用交互关系链中具有交互关系的用户对应的局部信用关系链对用户各自的交互信用进行评估,之后获得各个用户的交互信用评估结果,交互信用评估结果可以通过可信度评分进行表示,可信度评分可以直观的表示用户的可信程度,用户的可信度评分越高,表示该用户的可信程度越高,反之,用户的可信度评分越低,表示该用户的可信程度越低;
基于此,所述具有交互关系的用户对应的局部信用关系链是用于在计算可信度评分的过程中,将基于所述局部信用关系链计算其他用户相对于一个用户的可信度评分。
实际应用中,在确定用户的可信度评分的过程中,可以根据用户的具体交互行为确定其他用户相对于该用户的可信度评分,而所述可信度评分还会与其他用户的信用行为和信用积分等相关,实现了确定的可信度评分能够更加准确的体现出其他用户的可信程度。
进一步的,在确定用户各自的交互信用评估结果的过程中,交互信用评估结果是具有相对性的,该相对性可以通过可信度评分进行表示,即其他用户相对一个用户的可信程度的评分结果,本实施例的一个或多个实施方式中,将需要确定与所述第一用户具有交互关系的第二用户组,确定所述第二用户组中的用户相对于所述第一用户的交互信用评估结果,即计算所述第二用户组中的用户相对于所述第一用户的可信度评分,用于体现第二用户组中的用户相对于第一用户的可信程度,具体实现方式如下:
确定所述信用交互关系链中与第一用户具有交互关系的第二用户组;
基于所述第二用户组中的用户的信用关系网以及所述第一用户的信用关系网,在所述信用交互关系链中确定所述第一用户对应的局部信用关系链;
基于所述第一用户对应的局部信用关系链计算所述第二用户组中的用户相对于所述第一用户可信度评分,作为进行所述交互信用评估的交互信用评估交结果。
具体的,所述第二用户组具体是指与所述第一用户具有交互关系的用户组成的集合,所述第一用户是所述多个用户中的任意一个用户,其他用户相对于所述多个用户中的任意一个用户的交互信用评估结果的确定过程均与第二用户组中的用户相对于所述第一用户的交互信用评估结果的确定相同,本说明书在此不做任何限定。
基于此,首先需要确定与所述第一用户具有交互关系的第二用户组,再基于所述第二用户组中的用户的信用关系网以及所述第一用户的信用关系网,在所述信用交互关系链中提取与所述第一用户对应的局部信用关系链,所述局部信用关系链可以理解为是由所述第二用户组中的用户的信用关系网和第一用户的信用关系网组成的一个较小的信用交互关系链,即所述第一用户对应的局部信用关系链是所述信用交互关系链中的一部分;最后根据所述第一用户对应的局部信用关系链确定所述第二用户组中的用户相对于所述第一用户的交互信用评估结果即可,即根据所述第一用户对应的局部信用关系链计算所述第二用户组中的用户相对于所述第一用户的可信度评分。
更进一步的,在通过所述第一用户的局部信用关系链确定所述第二用户组中的用户相对于所述第一用户的交互信用评估结果的过程中,考虑到第二用户组中的用户在各个信用交互维度的交互标可能对所述交互信用评估结果存在影响,本实施例的一个或多个实施方式中,在确定所述第二用户组中的用户相对于所述第一用户的交互信用评估结果的过程中,将结合各个信用交互维度的交互标的以及第二用户组中的用户的信用积分进行确定,具体实现方式如下:
确定所述第一用户与所述第二用户组中的用户在所述第一用户对应的局部信用关系链中具有交互关系的信用交互节点对,以及所述第二用户组中的用户的信用积分对应的信用节点;
根据所述信用节点对应的所述第二用户组中的用户的信用积分与信用节点对应的积分权重,以及各个信用交互节点对在对应的信用交互维度下的交互标的与各个信用交互节点对应的交互权重,计算所述第二用户组中的用户相对于所述第一用户进行交互的 可信度评分,作为进行所述交互信用评估的交互信用评估交结果。
具体的,在根据所述第一用户对应的局部信用关系链确定第二用户组中的用户相对于所述第一用户的交互信用评估结果的过程中,为了使得所述交互信用评估结果能够充分的体现出第二用户组中的用户的可信程度,即使得所述可信度评分能够充分的体现出第二用户组中的用户的可信程度,需要结合信用交互维度下的交互标的以及信用积分进行计算,其中,所述信用交互维度具体是指所述第二用户组中的用户与所述第一用户在交互过程中进行的交互方式,而所述信用交互维度下的交互标的是指在交互方式下涉及到的数值或者额度等;例如,用户D向用户E转账了1000元钱,则表示在信用转账维度下的交互标的是1000;
需要说明的是,所述第二用户组中的用户与所述第一用户在具有交互关系的情况下,说明在所述第一用户对应的局部信用关系链中存在信用交互节点对,所述信用交互节点具体是指第一用户的历史交互信息和信用信息对应的节点,以及所述第二用户组中的用户的历史交互信息和信用信息对应的节点,之后确定第一用户对应的信用交互节点和第二用户对应的交互节点相同的节点组成所述信用交互节点对,例如,在用户D向用户E转账了1000元钱的情况下,则用户D存在转给用户E资金的信用交互节点,而用户E存在接收用户D资金的信用交互节点,用户D的信用交互节点和用户E的信用交互节点即组成信用交互节点对。
基于此,在确定所述信用交互节点对的情况下,还需要结合所述第二用户组中的每个用户的信用积分才能够进行计算最终的可信度评分,通过所述信用积分对应的信用节点确定所述积分权重,再根据各个信用交互节点对在对应的信用交互维度下的交互标的与各个信用交互节点对应的交互权重,计算所述第二用户组中的用户相对于所述第一用户进行交互的可信度评分。
其中,根据积分权重和信用积分,以及交互权重和交互标的进行计算可信度评分时,是通过将信用积分和积分权重进行乘积,以及各个信用交互维度的交互标的与各自对应的交互权重进行乘积,最后将乘积结果进行求和作为所述第二用户组中的用户的可信度评分。
例如,用户F向用户G转账了1000元,用户F和用户H约定完成了跑步60分钟,用户F向用户I借了6本书,在计算用户G、用户H和用户I相对于用户F的可信度评分的过程中,其中用户G的信用积分是600分,用户H的信用积分是500分,用户I的信用积分是700分,通过用户F对应的局部信用关系链中的信用交互节点对确定转账 交互维度的交互标的是1000,转账交互权重是0.5,时间交互维度的交互标的是60,时间交互权重是0.4,租赁交互维度的交互标的是6,租赁交互权重是0.1,积分权重是0.4,根据上述内容计算用户G的可信度评分是600*0.4+1000*0.5=740,用户H的可信度评分是500*0.4+60*0.4=224,用户I的可信度评分是700*0.4+6*0.1=280.6。
通过在所述信用交互关系链中确定所述第一用户的局部信用关系链,在根据所述第一用户的局部信用关系链确定具有交互关系的信用交互节点对,以及第二用户组中的用户的信用积分对应的信用节点,实现了结合第二用户组中的用户的信用积分以及各个信用交互维度下的交互标的确定相对于所述第一用户的交互信用评估结果,考虑到了不同信用交互维度下的交互标的可能对交互信用评估结果的影响,实现了从各个方面综合的对所述第二用户组中的用户进行可信度评估,并通过交互信用评估结果以可信度评分的方式量化可信程度,更进一步的提高了第一用户在社交过程中的安全性和高效性。
具体实施时,在对所述第二用户组中的用户确定相对于所述第一用户的交互信用评估结果的过程中,为了能够考虑到各方面的因素对所述交互信用评估结果的影响,本实施例的一个或多个实施方式中,还考虑到第二用户组中的用户之间出现的交互关系对所述第一用户产生的影响,具体实现方式如下:
在所述信用交互关系链中提取与第一用户对应的局部信用关系链;
检测所述第一用户对应的局部信用关系链中与所述第一用户具有交互关系的第二用户组中的用户是否具有次级交互关系;
若是,确定所述第二用户组中具有次级交互关系的用户的次级历史交互信息;
基于所述第一用户对应的局部信用关系链以及所述次级历史交互信息计算所述第二用户组中的用户相对于所述第一用户进行交互的可信度评分,作为进行所述交互信用评估的交互信用评估交结果。
具体的,所述次级交互关系具体是指所述第二用户组中的用户之间存在的交互关系,基于此,在确定所述第一用户对应的局部信用关系链的情况下,检测所述第二用户组中的用户是否存在所述次级交互关系,若否,说明不存在次级交互关系,则根据所述第一用户对应的局部信用关系链计算第二用户组中的用户相对于所述第一用户的可信度评分即可;若是,则需要结合所述次级交互关系计算所述第二用户组中的用户相对于所述第一用户进行交互的可信度评分。
实际应用中,在第二用户组中的用户存在所述次级交互关系的情况下,无论是该 交互关系是正向的还是负向的,都可能发生在第一用户的交互过程中,考虑到该因素的影响,可以结合第二用户组中的用户存在所述次级交互关系计算所述可信度评分。
沿用上例,用户F和用户G,用户H,用户I具有交互关系,而用户G和用户H存在次级交互关系,此次级交互关系是用户G向用户H借了500元钱,并按时进行了还钱,在计算用户G和用户H相对于用户F的可信度评分的过程中,将结合此次级交互关系在可信度评分中增加一定数值的评分。
在确定所述第二用户组中的用户相对于所述第一用户的交互信用评估结果的过程中,考虑到所述第二用户组中的用户可能存在的次级交互关系,实现了确定交互信用评估结果的准确性,能够从交互信用评估结果充分的体现出第二用户组中的用户的可信程度,更进一步的提高了第一用户在社交过程中的安全性和高效性。
具体实施时,在确定各个用户相对于另一用户的交互信用评估结果的过程中,即在计算各个用户相对于另一用户的可信度评分的过程中,可以是提前在后台计算好的,在接收到所述多个用户中的任意一个交互提交的交互指令的情况下,直接将其他用户相对于该交互用户的可信度评分生成所述用户展示列表,还可以是在所述交互用户提交所述交互指令的时候,进行计算其他用户相对于该交互用户的可信度评分生成所述用户展示列表,实际应用中,此计算过程的是在交互用户的提交交互指令之前预先计算好,还是在提交交互指令之后实时计算,可以结合实际应用场景进行设定,本说明书在此不作任何限定。
本实施例的一个或多个实施方式中,无论是在提交所述交互指令之前还是之后,都需要根据所述交互指令生成相对于所述交互用户的用户展示列表,具体实现方式如下:
在接收到所述多个用户中的任意一个交互用户通过终端设备中的交互页面提交的交互指令的情况下,根据所述交互指令确定与所述交互用户具有交互关系的信用用户组;
根据所述信用用户组中各个信用用户的可信度评分对所述信用用户组中的信用用户进行排序,在展示页面中生成用户展示列表。
具体的,所述终端设备可以是用户持有的手机、平板电脑或者智能穿戴设备,而所述交互页面具体是指用户在有交互需求的情况下,需要在承载交互页面的应用程序上通过交互页面才能够进入选择其他用户进行交互的页面;所述信用用户组具体是指与交互用户具有交互关系的用户组成的集合;所述展示页面具体是指在确定所述交互用户的交互需求的情况下,将会根据所述交互用户的交互指令生成用户展示列表,而所述用户 展示列表的承载页面即所述展示页面;所述用户展示列表具体是指与所述交互用户具有交互关系的用户组成的列表;
基于此,在接收到所述多个用户中的任意一个交互用户通过终端设备中的交互页面提交的交互指令的情况下,说明所述交互用户需要选择至少一名目标用户进行交互,而此时将根据所述交互指令确定与所述交互用户具有交互关系的信用用户组,再通过所述信用用户组中的各个信用用户的可信度评分对所述信用用户进行排序,在所述展示页面中生成所述用户展示列表即可。
实际应用中,在根据信用用户的可信度评分进行排序的过程中,可以基于可信度评分从高到低的顺序进行排序,或者从低到高的顺序进行排序,具体排序方式可以结合实际应用场景进行设定,本说明书在此不作任何限定。
参见图4所示,用户在发约需求的情况下,需要邀请其他用户一起进行跑步3小时的公益活动,此时用户可以在图4所示信用项目的交互页面中的“选择约定对象”控件处进行点击,此时可以确定用户提交了交互指令,需要选择一名用户进行约定跑步3小时,承载交互页面的平台将根据用户的指令生成用户展示列表,供用户进行选择。
进一步的,在根据所述交互用户在交互页面提交的所述交互指令的情况下,在展示页面中生成所述用户展示列表,本实施例的一个或多个实施方式中,在确定所述用户展示列表的情况下,需要将所述用户展示列表向所述用户进行展示,具体实现方式如下:
根据所述交互指令,将所述用户展示列表加载至展示页面;
通过所述终端设备中的所述展示页面向所述交互用户展示所述用户展示列表。
具体的,根据所述交互用户的交互指令,需要将所述用户展示列表加载至所述展示页面,在通过所述终端设备中的所述展示页面向所述交互用户展示所述用户展示列表即可。
具体实施时,在生成所述用户展示列表的同时,为了方便用户对信用用户的选择,可以根据可信度评分生成可信用户列表和不可信用户列表,本实施例的一个或多个实施方式中,在根据可信度评分生成可信用户列表和不可信用户列表的过程中,将需要对信用用户组中的每个信用用户的可信度评分与阈值进行比较,具体实现方式如下:
获取所述信用用户组中各个信用用户的可信度评分,并将各个信用用户的可信度评分与第一评分阈值和第二评分阈值进行比较;
将大于等于所述第一评分阈值的可信度评分对应的信用用户添加至可信用户列表,将小于等于第二评分阈值的可信度评分对应的信用用户添加至不可用户列表;
通过将所述可信用户列表加载至所述展示页面中的可信展示模板,将所述不可信用户列表加载至所述展示页面中的不可信展示模板,生成所述用户展示列表。
具体的,所述第一评分阈值是指对信用用户进行可信度划分的界限,所述第二评分阈值是指对信用用户进行不可信度划分的界限;
基于此,首选获取所述信用用户组中的每个信用用户的可信度评分,再将所述可信度评分与第一评分阈值和第二评分阈值进行比较,在所述信用用户的可信度评分大于等于所述第一评分阈值的情况下,说明所述信用用户是可信的,将该信用用户添加至可信用户列表;在所述信用用户的可信度评分小于等于所述第一评分阈值的情况下,说明所述信用用户是不可信的,将该信用用户添加至不可信用户列表;再通过将将所述可信用户列表加载至所述展示页面中的可信展示模板,将所述不可信用户列表加载至所述展示页面中的不可信展示模板,即可生成所述用户展示列表。
实际应用中,所述第一评分阈值与所述第二评分阈值可以是同一阈值或不同阈值,在第一评分阈值与第二评分阈值是同一阈值的情况下,会将信用用户组中的用户划分两组,大于等于该阈值的可信度评分对应的信用用户确定为可信用户,小于该阈值的可信度评分对应的信用用户确定为不可信用户;
在第一评分阈值与第二评分阈值不是同一阈值的情况下,会将信用用户组中的用户划分三组,大于等于第一评分阈值的可信度评分对应的信用用户确定为可信用户,小于等于第二评分阈值的可信度评分对应的信用用户确定为不可信用户,而小于第一评分阈值且大于第二评分阈值的用户属于可信程度中等,可信程度中等的用户随机性比较到,将不作为所述交互用户可以选择的信用用户即可。
进一步的,在将包含所述可信用户列表和不可信用户列表的用户展示列表向所述交互用户进行展示的情况下,所述交互用户可以在可信用户列表中选择信用用户进行邀约或者发约,而交互用户在与不可信用户列表中的信用用户进行邀约或者发约时,将会被拦截,避免交互用户出现被欺诈的情况;但是为了避免出现交互用户就需要对不可信用户列表中的信用用户进行交互的情况,可以对不可信用户列表中的信用用户手动移至可信用户列表,还可以将可信用户列表中的信用用户移至不可信用户列表,具体实现方式如下:
接收所述交互用户针对所述展示页面中的可信用户列表中的至少一个目标用户提交的变更指令;
根据所述变更指令将所述交互用户选择的所述至少一个目标用户移至所述不可信用户列表,并对所述可信用户列表和所述不可信用户列表进行更新;
或者,
接收所述交互用户针对所述展示页面中的不可信用户列表中的至少一个目标用户提交的变更指令;
根据所述变更指令将所述交互用户选择的所述至少一个目标用户移至所述可信用户列表,并对所述不可信用户列表和所述可信用户列表进行更新。
具体的,在接收到所述交互用户针对所述展示页面中的信用户列表或者不可信用户列表中的至少一个目标用户提交的变更指令的情况下,说明用户需要将所述至少一个目标用户移至信用户列表或者不可信用户列表,此时将根据所述变更指令对所述至少一个目标用户进行移动,并将基于所述变更指令对所述信用户列表和不可信用户列表进行更新。
实际应用中,在所述展示页面的列表项中存在两个控件,分别对应可信用户列表和不可信用户列表,在所述交互用户点击可信用户列表对应的控件的情况下,将在所述展示页面中展示可信用户列表;在所述交互用户点击不可信用户列表对应的控件的情况下,将在所述展示页面中展示不可信用户列表;并且,在提交变更指令时,提交方式可以是在展示页面中针对至少一个目标用户向左或右滑动,滑动结束将出现变更标签,在通过点击变更标签即可对至少一个目标用户移动至可信用户列表或不可信用户列表。
参见图5(a)所示,在用户J需要选择其他用户进行邀约的情况下,将根据用户J的交互信息确定信用用户组,通过将信用用户组中的用户的可信度评分与评分阈值进行比较,将信用用户组中的信用用户划分为可信用户和不可信用户,同时将可信用户添加至可信用户列表,如图5(b)所示,将不可信用户添加至不可信用户列表,如图5(c)所示;
当用户J需要将可信用户列表中的用户K移至不可信用户列表时,将滑动用户K对应的列表项,通过点击“标为不可信”,即可将用户K移动至不可信用户列表。
为了能够为交互用户提供更丰富的体验效果,以及更方便的选择信用用户建立交互关系,在生成所述用户展示列表时,可以针对信用用户的可信度评分生成可信用户列 表和不可信用户列表,并且,在所述交互用户需要针对不可信用户列表中的用户建立交互关系的时,可以主动的将所述不可信用户列表中的信用用户移动至所述可信用户列表,更进一步的丰富的所述交互用户的可操作性。
具体实施时,在交互用户通过所述展示页面选择信用用户进行发约或者邀约时,在向交互用户展示信用用户的可信度评分时,并不会结合信用用户正在进行中的交互状态进行计算可信度评分,而正在进行中的交互状态的信用评分也是无法计算的,考虑到该方面因素的影响,可以针对交互状态处于正在进行中的信用用户添加风险标签,本实施例的一个或多个实施方式中,添加风险标签的过程如下:
通过对所述交互指令进行解析,确定所述交互指令对应的交互项目所属的第一交互类型;
在所述用户展示列表中选择信用用户参与的交互项目所属的第二交互类型与所述第一交互类型相同,且交互状态处于交互进行中的信用用户添加风险标签;
通过在所述终端设备中的所述展示页面向所述交互用户展示携带有所述风险标签的用户展示列表。
具体的,所述交互项目具体是指交互用户邀请信用用户参与的项目,所述交互项目可以是交互公益项目,交互租赁项目等;所述第一交互类型和所述第二交互类型具体是指所述交互用户主动应约信用用户或者主动发约信用用户;其中,主动应约信用用户的交互类型是指主动参与信用用户的交互项目,主动发约信用用户的交互类型是指主动邀请信用用户参与交互项目;
基于此,在接收到所述交互用户提交的交互指令后,通过对所述交互指令进行解析,确定所述交互指令对应的交互项目所属的第一交互类型,此时,将需要在所述展示列表中选择信用用户参与的交互项目所属的第二交互类型与第一交互类型相同,并且交互状态处于交互进行中的信用用户添加风险标签,最后通过在所述终端设备中的所述展示页面向所述交互用户展示携带有所述风险标签的用户展示列表即可。
沿用上例,在用户J提交交互指令的情况下,通过对交互指令进行解析,确定用户J的交互项目所属的交互类型是发约类型,在用户展示列表中选择与发约类型相同且交互状态处于交互进行中的信用用户添加风险标签,确定用户M和用户N参与的交互项目是发约类型,且交互状态是交互进行中,则在展示页面展示用户M和用户N的时候,在对应的列表项中添加风险标签“风险提示”,如图5(a)所示。
通过选择信用用户参与交互项目所属的第二交互类型与所述第一交互类型相同,且交互状态处于交互进行中的信用用户添加风险标签,实现了可以向交互用户展示与其交互类型相同的信用用户可能存在风险,进而对所述交互用户起到了警示的作用,从而保障了后续建立交互合约的安全性和有效性。
具体实施时,在将所述展示页面中的所述用户展示列表向所述交互用户展示之后,所述交互用户可以提交选择指令,选择所述用户展示列表中的至少一个目标用户进行邀约或者发约,本实施例的一个或多个实施方式中,在交互用户提交的点击指令触发相应控件的情况下,才能够进行邀约或者发约,具体实现方式如下:
接收所述交互用户在所述展示页面中提交的点击指令;
在所述点击指令触发所述用户展示列表中的至少一个目标用户的应约控件或者发约控件的情况下,对所述交互用户与所述至少一个目标用户进行发约处理或者应约处理。
具体的,所述发约处理具体是指所述交互用户主动邀请所述至少一个目标用户参与交互用户发起的交互项目,所述应约处理具体是指所述交互用户主动参与所述至少一个目标用户发起的交互项目;
基于此,在接收到所述交互用户在所述展示页面中提交的点击指令的情况下,说明所述交互用户已经确定的目标用户,在所述点击指令触发所述用户展示列表中的至少一个目标用户的应约控件的情况下,则对所述交互用户与所述至少一个目标用户进行应约处理,在所述点击指令触发所述用户展示列表中的至少一个目标用户的发约控件的情况下,则对所述交互用户与所述至少一个目标用户进行发约处理。
进一步的,所述交互用户还可以在所述展示页面中查看至少一个目标用户的个人信息,从而在决定是否向所述至少一个目标用户进行发约或者应约,本实施例的一个或多个实施方式中,在接收所述交互用户提交的点击指令后,确定所述点击指令触发的是所述至少一个目标用户的图像标识的情况下,向所述交互用户展示所述至少一个目标用户的个人信息,具体实现方式如下:
接收所述交互用户在所述展示页面中提交的点击指令;
在所述点击指令触发所述用户展示列表中的至少一个目标用户的图像标识的情况下,将所述至少一个目标用户的个人信息通过所述终端设备向所述交互用户进行展示,在所述至少一个目标用户的个人信息中包含发约控件或应约控件;

通过在所述展示页面中设置与所述至少一个目标用户个人信息对应的可操作区域(即至少一个目标用户的图像标识),实现了交互用户可以通过点击图像标识读取所述至少一个目标用户的个人信息,通过所述至少一个目标用户的个人信息可以清楚的了解至少一个目标用户的信用信息,实现了在交互用户进行发约或者应约的过程中,可以通过查看目标用户的个人信息再决定是否对其进行发约处理或者应约处理,进而更进一步的保障了交互用户的交互行为的安全性和高效性。
沿用上例,参见图5(a)所示,在用户J针对用户X提交点击指令的情况下,确定点击指令点击的是用户X对应的空白区域的情况下,说明是向用户X进行了发约,则将用户X和用户J进行后续的发约处理即可;
在确定点击指令点击的是用户X的图像标识的情况下,说明用户J需要查看用户X的个人信息,则将用户X的个人信息向用户J进行展示,用户X的个人信息如图6所示,并且当用户J需要对用户X进行发约的情况下,可以点击个人信息中的“发起约定”控件,实现向用户X发约。

下述结合附图7,以本说明书提供的基于信用的交互信用评估方法在发约场景中的应用为例,对所述基于信用的交互信用评估方法进行进一步说明。其中,图7示出了本说明书一实施例提供的一种应用于发约场景的基于信用的交互信用评估方法的处理流程图,具体步骤包括步骤702至步骤722。
步骤702:接收用户U提交的交互指令。
具体的,用户U发起了信用跑步3小时项目,此时用户U需要邀请其他人参与到该项目当中,信用跑步3小时项目才能够开始进行,用户U通过点击发起信用跑步3小时项目的交互页面中的发约控件提交了交互指令。
步骤704:根据交互指令获取用户U在各个交互维度的历史交互信息以及信用信息。
具体的,用户U的历史交互信息包括转账交互信息,租车交互信息和借钱交互信息;用户U的信用信息包括好友信息和交互项目履约信息。
步骤706:基于用户U的信用信息和历史交互信息之间的联通关系,构建由信用信息对应的信用节点,历史交互信息对应的信用节点组成的信用关系网。
步骤708:通过将用户U的信用关系网以及与用户U具有交互关系的用户的信用关系网进行连接处理,获得信用交互关系链。
步骤710:确定信用交互关系链中与用户U具有交互关系的用户组。
具体的,在获得信用关系链之后,将基于信用关系链计算与用户U具有交互关系的用户相对于用户U的可信度评分,以方便用户U在选择的过程中可以基于可信度评分确定每个用户的可信程度。

本说明书中提供的基于信用的交互信用评估装置,通过将具有交互关系的用户的信用关系网进行连接,获得信用交互关系链,基于所述信用交互关系链确定各个用户的交互信用评估结果,实现了在用户之间交互的过程中,用户之间可以通过交互信用评估结果确定其他用户的可信程度,从而保证了用户与用户之间建立的社交活动的高效性,并且在确定用户的交互信用评估结果的过程中,为了能够使得交互信用评估结果更真实的体现出用户的可信程度,通过结合用户在各个信用交互维度的交互标的和信用积分进行计算可信度评分作为所述交互信用评估结果,实现了更进一步的保障了用户在发约或者应约过程中的安全性。
上述为本实施例的一种基于信用的交互信用评估装置的示意性方案。需要说明的是,该基于信用的交互信用评估装置的技术方案与上述的基于信用的交互信用评估方法的技术方案属于同一构思,基于信用的交互信用评估装置的技术方案未详细描述的细节内容,均可以参见上述基于信用的交互信用评估方法的技术方案的描述。
图9示出了根据本说明书一实施例提供的一种计算设备900的结构框图。该计算设备900的部件包括但不限于存储器910和处理器920。处理器920与存储器910通过总线930相连接,数据库950用于保存数据。
计算设备900还包括接入设备940,接入设备940使得计算设备900能够经由一个或多个网络960通信。这些网络的示例包括公用交换电话网(PSTN)、局域网(LAN)、广域网(WAN)、个域网(PAN)或诸如因特网的通信网络的组合。接入设备940可以包括有线或无线的任何类型的网络接口(例如,网络接口卡(NIC))中的一个或多个,诸如IEEE802.11无线局域网(WLAN)无线接口、全球微波互联接入(Wi-MAX)接口、以太网接口、通用串行总线(USB)接口、蜂窝网络接口、蓝牙接口、近场通信(NFC)接口,等等。

获取多个用户在各个交互维度的历史交互信息;
根据所述历史交互信息以及所述多个用户的信用信息分别构建用户各自的信用关系网;
根据各个用户的历史交互信息以及各个用户的信用信息,将具有交互关系的用户各自的信用关系网进行连接处理,获得信用交互关系链;
基于所述信用交互关系链中具有交互关系的用户对应的局部信用关系链对用户进行交互信用评估。

获取多个用户在各个交互维度的历史交互信息;
根据所述历史交互信息以及所述多个用户的信用信息分别构建用户各自的信用关系网;
根据各个用户的历史交互信息以及各个用户的信用信息,将具有交互关系的用户各自的信用关系网进行连接处理,获得信用交互关系链;
基于所述信用交互关系链中具有交互关系的用户对应的局部信用关系链对用户进行交互信用评估。

需要说明的是,对于前述的各方法实施例,为了简便描述,故将其都表述为一系列的动作组合,但是本领域技术人员应该知悉,本说明书并不受所描述的动作顺序的限制,因为依据本说明书,某些步骤可以采用其它顺序或者同时进行。其次,本领域技术人员也应该知悉,说明书中所描述的实施例均属于优选实施例,所涉及的动作和模块并不一定都是本说明书所必须的。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种基于信用的交互信用评估方法,包括:
    获取多个用户在各个交互维度的历史交互信息;
    根据所述历史交互信息以及所述多个用户的信用信息分别构建用户各自的信用关系网;
    根据各个用户的历史交互信息以及各个用户的信用信息,将具有交互关系的用户各自的信用关系网进行连接处理,获得信用交互关系链;
    基于所述信用交互关系链中具有交互关系的用户对应的局部信用关系链对用户进行交互信用评估。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的基于信用的交互信用评估方法,针对所述多个用户中任意一个用户的信用关系网,通过如下方式构建:
    基于所述用户的信用信息与所述用户的历史交互信息之间的联通关系,构建由所述用户的信用信息对应的各个信用节点、所述用户的历史交互信息对应的各个信用节点组成的所述用户的信用关系网。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的基于信用的交互信用评估方法,所述根据各个用户的历史交互信息以及各个用户的信用信息,将具有交互关系的用户各自的信用关系网进行连接处理,获得信用交互关系链,包括:
    根据各个用户的历史交互信息以及各个用户的信用信息确定具有交互关系的用户,并获取具有交互关系的用户各自的信用关系网;
    将具有交互关系的用户各自的信用关系网中包含的信用节点按照用户各自的历史交互信息进行连接,获得由具有交互关系的用户的信用关系网组成的所述信用交互关系链。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的基于信用的交互信用评估方法,所述基于所述信用交互关系链中具有交互关系的用户对应的局部信用关系链对用户进行交互信用评估,包括:
    确定所述信用交互关系链中与第一用户具有交互关系的第二用户组;
    基于所述第二用户组中的用户的信用关系网以及所述第一用户的信用关系网,在所述信用交互关系链中确定所述第一用户对应的局部信用关系链;
    基于所述第一用户对应的局部信用关系链计算所述第二用户组中的用户相对于所述第一用户可信度评分,作为进行所述交互信用评估的交互信用评估交结果。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的基于信用的交互信用评估方法,所述基于所述第一用户对应的局部信用关系链计算所述第二用户组中的用户相对于所述第一用户可信度评分, 作为进行所述交互信用评估的交互信用评估交结果,包括:
    确定所述第一用户与所述第二用户组中的用户在所述第一用户对应的局部信用关系链中具有交互关系的信用交互节点对,以及所述第二用户组中的用户的信用积分对应的信用节点;
    根据所述信用节点对应的所述第二用户组中的用户的信用积分与信用节点对应的积分权重,以及各个信用交互节点对在对应的信用交互维度下的交互标的与各个信用交互节点对应的交互权重,计算所述第二用户组中的用户相对于所述第一用户进行交互的可信度评分,作为进行所述交互信用评估的交互信用评估交结果。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的基于信用的交互信用评估方法,所述基于所述第一用户对应的局部信用关系链计算所述第二用户组中的用户相对于所述第一用户可信度评分,作为进行所述交互信用评估的交互信用评估交结果,包括:
    在所述信用交互关系链中提取与第一用户对应的局部信用关系链;
    检测所述第一用户对应的局部信用关系链中与所述第一用户具有交互关系的第二用户组中的用户是否具有次级交互关系;
    若是,确定所述第二用户组中具有次级交互关系的用户的次级历史交互信息;
    基于所述第一用户对应的局部信用关系链以及所述次级历史交互信息计算所述第二用户组中的用户相对于所述第一用户进行交互的可信度评分,作为进行所述交互信用评估的交互信用评估交结果。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的基于信用的交互信用评估方法,还包括:
    在接收到所述多个用户中的任意一个交互用户通过终端设备中的交互页面提交的交互指令的情况下,根据所述交互指令确定与所述交互用户具有交互关系的信用用户组;
    根据所述信用用户组中各个信用用户的可信度评分对所述信用用户组中的信用用户进行排序,在展示页面中生成用户展示列表。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的基于信用的交互信用评估方法,还包括:
    根据所述交互指令,将所述用户展示列表加载至展示页面;
    通过所述终端设备中的所述展示页面向所述交互用户展示所述用户展示列表。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的基于信用的交互信用评估方法,所述通过所述终端设备中的所述展示页面向所述交互用户展示所述用户展示列表,包括:
    通过对所述交互指令进行解析,确定所述交互指令对应的交互项目所属的第一交互类型;
    在所述用户展示列表中选择信用用户参与的交互项目所属的第二交互类型与所述 第一交互类型相同,且交互状态处于交互进行中的信用用户添加风险标签;
    通过在所述终端设备中的所述展示页面向所述交互用户展示携带有所述风险标签的用户展示列表。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的基于信用的交互信用评估方法,所述根据所述信用用户组中各个信用用户的可信度评分对所述信用用户组中的信用用户进行排序,在展示页面中生成用户展示列表步骤执行之后,还包括:
    接收所述交互用户在所述展示页面中提交的点击指令;
    在所述点击指令触发所述用户展示列表中的至少一个目标用户的应约控件或者发约控件的情况下,对所述交互用户与所述至少一个目标用户进行发约处理或者应约处理。
  11. 根据权利要求7所述的基于信用的交互信用评估方法,所述根据所述信用用户组中各个信用用户的可信度评分对所述信用用户组中的信用用户进行排序,在展示页面中生成用户展示列表步骤执行之后,还包括:
    接收所述交互用户在所述展示页面中提交的点击指令;
    在所述点击指令触发所述用户展示列表中的至少一个目标用户的图像标识的情况下,将所述至少一个目标用户的个人信息通过所述终端设备向所述交互用户进行展示,在所述至少一个目标用户的个人信息中包含发约控件或应约控件;
    在接收到所述交互用户针对所述发约控件或应约控件提交的选择指令的情况下,对所述交互用户与所述至少一个目标用户进行发约处理或者应约处理。
  12. 根据权利要求7所述的基于信用的交互信用评估方法,所述在展示页面中生成用户展示列表,包括:
    获取所述信用用户组中各个信用用户的可信度评分,并将各个信用用户的可信度评分与第一评分阈值和第二评分阈值进行比较;
    将大于等于所述第一评分阈值的可信度评分对应的信用用户添加至可信用户列表,将小于等于第二评分阈值的可信度评分对应的信用用户添加至不可用户列表;
    通过将所述可信用户列表加载至所述展示页面中的可信展示模板,将所述不可信用户列表加载至所述展示页面中的不可信展示模板,生成所述用户展示列表。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的基于信用的交互信用评估方法,所述根据所述信用用户组中各个信用用户的可信度评分对所述信用用户组中的信用用户进行排序,在展示页面中生成用户展示列表步骤执行之后,还包括:
    接收所述交互用户针对所述展示页面中的可信用户列表中的至少一个目标用户提交的变更指令;
    根据所述变更指令将所述交互用户选择的所述至少一个目标用户移至所述不可信用户列表,并对所述可信用户列表和所述不可信用户列表进行更新;或者,
    接收所述交互用户针对所述展示页面中的不可信用户列表中的至少一个目标用户提交的变更指令;
    根据所述变更指令将所述交互用户选择的所述至少一个目标用户移至所述可信用户列表,并对所述不可信用户列表和所述可信用户列表进行更新。
  14. 一种基于信用的交互信用评估装置,包括:
    获取模块,被配置为获取多个用户在各个交互维度的历史交互信息;
    构建模块,被配置为根据所述历史交互信息以及所述多个用户的信用信息分别构建用户各自的信用关系网;
    连接模块,被配置为根据各个用户的历史交互信息以及各个用户的信用信息,将具有交互关系的用户各自的信用关系网进行连接处理,获得信用交互关系链;
    评估模块,被配置为基于所述信用交互关系链中具有交互关系的用户对应的局部信用关系链对用户进行交互信用评估。
  15. 一种计算设备,包括:
    存储器和处理器;
    所述存储器用于存储计算机可执行指令,所述处理器用于执行所述计算机可执行指令:
    获取多个用户在各个交互维度的历史交互信息;
    根据所述历史交互信息以及所述多个用户的信用信息分别构建用户各自的信用关系网;
    根据各个用户的历史交互信息以及各个用户的信用信息,将具有交互关系的用户各自的信用关系网进行连接处理,获得信用交互关系链;
    基于所述信用交互关系链中具有交互关系的用户对应的局部信用关系链对用户进行交互信用评估。
  16. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其存储有计算机指令,该指令被处理器执行时实现权利要求1至13中任意一项所述基于信用的交互信用评估方法的步骤。
