金属线缆在加工的过程中需要使用到切割装置,但是现有的切割装置在对金属线缆进行夹紧过于繁琐,给使用者的使用带来了极大的不便,降低了使用者的工作效率。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种金属线缆加工用切割装置,具备便于夹紧的优点,解决了现有的切割装置在对金属线缆进行夹紧过于繁琐的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种金属线缆加工用切割装置,包括底座,所述底座顶部的后侧固定连接有切割设备,所述底座内壁底部的中轴处固定连接有双转子电机,所述双转子电机的两端分别固定连接有正螺纹螺杆和反螺纹螺杆,所述正螺纹螺杆和反螺纹螺杆远离双转子电机的一端均与底座的内壁活动连接,所述正螺纹螺杆和反螺纹螺杆的表面均螺纹连接有螺块,所述螺块的底部与底座的内壁滑动连接,所述螺块的顶部固定连接有第一固定块,所述第一固定块的顶部活动连接有支杆,所述支杆的顶部活动连接有第二固定块,所述第二固定块的顶部固定连接有活动板,所述活动板的两侧均与底座的内壁滑动连接,所述活动板顶部两侧的前侧和后侧均固定连接有第一连接杆,所述第一连接杆的顶部贯穿至底座的顶部固定连接有上夹板,所述底座顶部的两侧且位于上夹板的底部固定连接有第二连 接杆,所述第二连接杆的顶部固定连接有下夹板,所述上夹板的底部和下夹板的顶部均开设有圆槽。

1、本发明通过设置双转子电机、正螺纹螺杆、反螺纹螺杆、螺块、第一固定块、支杆、第二固定块、活动板、第一连接杆、上夹板、第二连接杆和下夹板的配合使用,解决了现有的切割装置在对金属线缆进行夹紧过于繁琐的问题,该金属线缆加工用切割装置,具备便于夹紧的优点,方便了使用者的使用,提高了使用者的工作效率。
2、本发明通过第一滑块和第一滑槽的设置,使螺块在底座的内部滑动的更加顺畅,减少了螺块与底座之间的摩擦,同时第一滑块和第一滑槽也对螺块起到限位的作用,避免螺块在移动的过程中出现倾斜的现象,通过限位板的设置,对螺块起到限位的作用,避免螺块与双转子电机出现碰撞的现象,通过第二滑块和第二滑槽的设置,使活动板在底座的内部滑动的更加顺畅,减少了活动板与底座之间的摩擦,同时第二滑块和第二滑槽也对活动板起到限位的作用,避免活动板在移动的过程中出现倾斜的现象。
