Description
一方、FMトランスミッタを用いる場合、FMトランスミッタを準備し、テレビを視聴するたびにFMトランスミッタを設置しなければならないといった煩わしさがある。また、FMトランスミッタをイヤホンジャックに接続することで音声の出力先が切り替り、難聴者と健聴者とが共に不自由なくテレビを視聴することができないという問題がある。
しかも、特許文献1,2に記載された発明に係る湾曲振動板スピーカは、その後の実証実験において、近くは勿論のこと、遠くでも明瞭に聞き取れることが確認できている。すなわち、音量を上げ過ぎたときのような音割れがなく、かつ、近くでもうるさ過ぎることなく聞き取ることがきるものとなっている。
ところが、従来のスピーカユニットでは、第二の振動板(湾曲振動板)の一端側をドライバユニットへ接続する際、ボイスコイルの先端やセンターキャップ(ダストキャップ)の中央に切込みを設け、この切り込み内に第二の振動板(湾曲振動板)の一端側を挿入するものとしている。ゆえに、接続作業が些か煩わしく複雑であり、量産化するには効率の良くないものであることから、もっと効率良く簡易にドライバユニットと第二の振動板とを接続するための改良が求められていた。
なお、以下に述べる実施の形態は、本発明の好適な具体例であるため技術的に種々の限定が付されているが、本発明の範囲は、以下の説明において特に限定する旨の記載がない限り、これらの形態に限られるものではない。
このコーン状振動板1は、コーン支持枠9が後述する支持部材6に取り付けられ、さらに支持部材6が筐体50に装着されることで、もしくはコーン支持枠9が直接筐体50に装着されることで、スピーカを構成するものとなる。
センターキャップ(ダストキャップ)4は、ボイスコイル31内に埃が入らないように取り付けられる部材であって、コーン紙と同じ材料を用いて音色の統一感を高めたり、金属系の材料を用いてドーム型ツイータの役割を持たせたりすることができる。
ドライバユニット3としては、たとえば、ムービングコイル方式もしくはムービングマグネット方式の電磁式アクチュエータを挙げることができる。これらのドライバユニット3は、コイルの占積率が高いゆえ、磁気効率が高いものとなっている。ゆえに、音量が高く鮮明な放音が期待できる。
ボイスコイル31は、図3に示すように、円筒状をしたコイルボビン311の外周端部に、所望径のコイル線材312を所望のターン数にて巻き付けることにより構成される。
図6において、ブレード片5は、先端側へ行くに従って第二の振動板の曲率に合わせて湾曲しているものとして示されている。
なお、以下に述べる実施の形態では、上述した第一のスピーカユニット10とは異なる部分を中心に説明する。したがって、第一のスピーカユニット10と同様の構成部分は同じ符号を付してその説明は省略し、特に説明しない限り同じであるものとする。
くびれ部は、湾曲振動板2の側縁部が曲線的になだらかに切欠されて幅狭となる領域を部分的に有するものであって、たとえば、湾曲振動板2を正面視して、ギター形もしくは雪だるま形とすることができる。
また、切欠部は、湾曲振動板2の中央付近に単数もしくは複数の穴が形成されるように表面が切欠された開口領域を部分的に有するものであって、たとえば、大きな丸形の穴を一つ形成したものや、小さな穴で模様を形成したものとすることができる。
図11において、弾性支持部材64は、湾曲振動板2における曲面部の凹面側と支持部材6の支持面62との間に全面的に介在するものとして示されている。
