根据本发明的一优选实施例,所述的一种用透光防水胶制作的LED防水灯带,其特征在于,所述的防水胶是透光的防水胶。
根据本发明的一优选实施例,所述的一种用透光防水胶制作的 LED防水灯带,其特征在于,可在灯带的长方向的四周再包裹一层防水树脂,制成更高等级的防水灯带。

具体实施方式
下面将以优选实施例为例来对本发明进行详细的描述。
但是本领域技术人员应当理解,以下所述仅仅是举例说明和描述一些优选实施方式,对本发明的权利要求并不具有任何限制。
采用传统的线路板制作工艺,将柔性覆铜板经丝印电路抗蚀油墨、烘烤固化、蚀刻、退膜、丝印正面油墨阻焊,露出元件焊盘1.1和金属连接点1.2,烘烤、印字符,烘烤固化、OSP防氧化表面处理等工艺制作成柔性线路板1(如图1所示),在此步骤中、图1中标识1表示是柔性单面线路板。
或者是将双面柔性覆铜板经钻孔、沉铜、镀铜、贴干膜、曝光显景、蚀刻、退膜、丝印正面油墨阻焊,露出元件焊盘1.1和金属连接点1.2,烘烤、再丝印背面油墨阻焊,烘烤、字符,烘烤、OSP防氧化表面处理等工艺制作成柔性线路板1(如图1所示),在此步骤中、图1中标识1表示是柔性双面线路板。
采用传统的SMT贴片工艺,在锡膏印刷机上,用钢网将锡膏印刷在柔性线路板1的元件焊盘1.1上,再将LED灯珠2.1和电阻2.2对应贴装到印了锡膏的焊盘1.1上,过回流焊焊接,将EED灯珠2.1和电阻2.2焊接到柔性线路板1上,制作成焊有LED灯的多条连体的裸灯带(如图2、图3、图4所示)。
将吸附平台5调好水平(如图5所示),然后将整卷的连体裸灯带展开,置放在调好水平的吸附平台5上,抽真空将连体裸灯带吸附平整而又水平,再在柔性线路板1的4个板边上用双面胶贴上围坝条6,围坝条6的高度高出EED灯珠2.1和电阻2.2的高度,形成高度一致围坝(如图6所示),然后将透光的液体胶置入围坝内,用刮涂板 刮涂胶水3,刮涂板两端刮到围坝条表面由围坝条控制刮胶的厚度,使胶水3的厚度一致,完成刮涂后的围坝内填满了胶水3,并且胶水3的高度和围坝高度一致,胶水3全覆盖住EED灯珠2.1和电阻2.2,然后静止在吸附平台5上使胶水3固化,接下来去除围坝条6,制作成用透光防水胶制作的连体的LED防水灯带(如图7、图8所示),可在LED防水灯带背面贴双面胶4,双面胶4起防水防潮、绝缘以及安装使用时粘贴固定作用(如图9所示)。
用透光防水胶制作的连体的LED防水灯带胶转到分条机上分切成单条,制作成用透光防水胶制作的LED防水灯带(如图10所示),分切成单条的用透光防水胶制作的LED防水灯带,其纵向(即长方向)的两个侧面,,即侧面1.3a和侧面1.3b,每个侧面的柔性线路板1的侧面及固化后的胶水3的侧面都在同一个切刀面上(如图11所示)。
根据需要,将如图10所示的单条的用透光防水胶制作的LED防水灯带,可在长方向的四周再包裹一层防水树脂5,制作成更高等级的LED防水灯带(如图12所示)。
本发明采用SMT焊有元器件的整卷含多条裸灯带的连体灯带、在灯带的线路板四个板边用双面胶贴上高度一致的围坝条,围坝条的高度高于元器件,然后将透光的液体胶置入围坝内,然后用刮涂板刮涂胶水使其流平,胶水固化后,再分切制作成单条的用透光防水胶制作的LED防水灯带,替代现如今行业里的LED灯带滴胶防水,LED灯带包胶防水,和LED灯带包套管防水,材料成本低,并且是多条灯带拼板在一起制作生产,大大提高了生产效率高。
以上结合附图将一种用透光防水胶制作的LED防水灯带的具体实施例对本发明进行了详细的描述。但是,本领域技术人员应当理解,以上所述仅仅是举例说明和描述一些具体实施方式,对本发明的范围,尤其是权利要求的范围,并不具有任何限制。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种用透光防水胶制作的LED防水灯带的制作方法,具体而言,用整卷含多条灯带线路板的连体柔性线路板,SMT贴上元器件成为整卷含多条裸灯带的连体灯带、或者用多个单张含多条灯带线路板的连体柔性线路板,SMT贴上元器件,然后将多个单张首尾焊接连成为整卷含多条裸灯带的连体灯带,整卷多条连体裸灯带的线路板的四边都各有一板边,将整卷展开在一水平的吸附平台上,使灯带线路板吸附平整而又水平,在灯带的线路板四个板边用双面胶贴上围坝条,围坝条的高度高于元器件的高度,而且四周形成的围坝高度一致,然后将透光的液体防水胶置入围坝内,然后用刮涂板刮涂防水胶水,刮涂板两端刮到围坝条表面由围坝条控制刮胶的厚度,使防水胶水厚度一致,完成刮涂后的围坝内填满了防水胶水,并且防水胶水的高度和围坝高度一致,防水胶水已把元器件及线路板表面全覆盖,整卷板吸附在水平平台上静止使胶水固化,然后去除围坝条,再转到分条机上分切成单条灯带,分切成的单条灯带的纵向(长方向)的两个侧面,每个侧面的线路板的侧面及固化后的胶水的侧面都在同一个切刀面上。
  2. 一种用透光防水胶制作的LED防水灯带,包括:
    柔性线路板;
    LED灯珠或者LED灯珠及控制元器件;
    防水胶;
    其特征在于,所述柔性线路板是单层板、或者双层板、或者是三层板,LED灯珠或者LED灯珠及控制元器件焊接在线路板的表面焊盘上,防水胶是透光的防水胶,防水胶形成固化了的软性防水胶,防水胶全覆盖了LED、或者全覆盖了LED及控制元件,防水胶粘在线路板的上表面,防水胶粘在了LED灯珠上或者粘在了LED灯珠及控制元器件上,灯带是由多条连体灯带分切制成的单条灯带,灯带朝纵 向(长方向)的两边侧面,每个侧面的柔性线路板的侧面及防水胶的侧面都在同一个切刀面上,灯带朝横向切断时,切断的横截面是近视正方形或近视长方形的截面,灯带的防水胶的厚度大于或等于0.1mm,小于或等于5mm。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种用透光防水胶制作的LED防水灯带,其特征在于,LED防水灯带的长度大于或等于0.5米。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种用透光防水胶制作的LED防水灯带,其特征在于,LED防水灯带是由多个周期电路组成,每个周期里有相同的电路,每个周期元器件相同,每个周期间设计有剪切位,在剪切位处可剪断使用,剪切位处设计有金属连接点,金属连接点是用于多条灯带之间互连使用的连接点,或/和是用于连接电源的连接点,金属连接点在正面或/和背面,当正面有金属连接点时,金属连接点已被防水胶覆盖,需要使用时须剥开或去掉防水胶才能使用。
  5. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种用透光防水胶制作的LED防水灯带,其特征在于,可在多条连体灯带背面贴双面胶,然后再分切成单条灯带、双面胶起防水防潮、绝缘以及安装使用时粘贴固定作用,在灯带的纵向(长方向)两边侧面,防水胶、线路板、以及双面胶的侧面都在一个切刀面上。
  6. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种用透光防水胶制作的LED防水灯带,其特征在于,所述的防水胶是透光的防水胶。
  7. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种用透光防水胶制作的LED防水灯带,其特征在于,可在灯带的长方向的四周再包裹一层防水树脂,制成更高等级的防水灯带。
