参考图1~图3,本实施例提供了一种控制箱100,包括空气供应系统1,空气供应系统1用于向水池体(未示出)供气。控制箱100内设第一腔室2,第一腔室2内容纳有控制元器件(未示出),控制元器件用于控制空气供应系统1和/或其他系统(例如,水循环系统)的运行。
本实施例中,空气供应系统1包括:
抽气部11,其具有壳体111,壳体111上设有空气进口111a和空气出口111b,其中,空气进口111a与第一腔室2连通。抽气部11还包括气泵112,气泵112设于所述壳体111内部。当气泵112启动时,可将第一腔室2内的空气通过空气进口111a抽吸至所述壳体111内。
阀门部12,其具有管道,管道具有进气端口124以及供气端口125,进气端口124与壳体111的空气出口111b连通,供气端口125用于与水池体连通。当阀门部12开启时,被抽吸至壳体111内的空气可沿管道流动至水池体中。
本实施例提供控制箱100,当气泵112启动时,气体的路径如图2的箭头方向所示:a、从第一腔室2被抽吸至壳体111上的空气进口111a处;b、从壳体111的空气进口111a流动至气泵112的抽气端;c、从气泵112的排气端流出后,流向壳体111的空气出口111b;d、从壳体111的空气出口111b流动至阀门部12的管道中,最终实现向水池体供气。
可以看出,本实施例中,当气泵112启动时,气泵112从第一腔室2中抽吸空气,而非像现有技术那样直接从控制箱100外部抽吸空气。因此,当气泵112工作时,第一腔室中的空气可通过空气供应系统1被抽吸至控制箱100的柜体外部,从而可实现第一腔室2中空气的流通与更新,避免潮湿空气的集聚。因此,本实施例提供的控制箱,第一腔室中具有干燥的工作环境,可延长其内容纳的控制元器件的工作寿命。
参考图2,壳体111的空气进口111a处设有空气过滤装置113,本实施例中,空气过滤装置113为海绵。但本发明不限于此,在其他实施例中,供气过滤装置也可以为过滤膜等,只要能起到空气过滤作用即可。
本实施例中,沿水平方向,抽气部11与第一腔室2相邻设置。换言之,本实施例中,第一腔室2环绕抽气部11设置,通过该设置,不仅可以缩短气流路径,提高气泵112从第一腔室2中抽气的效率,还有利于减小控制箱的体积。
气泵112为可以直接采购和/或订制的产品,具体地,气泵112包括马达以及由马达驱动的风扇,风扇的外部设有罩壳。对于气泵112来说,风扇罩壳的一端具有较大的外径,而马达的一端则外径较小。当马达驱动风扇转动时,气泵112可自风扇的一端向马达的一端抽吸空气。在传统的设计经验中,气泵在控制箱中为正置的,即风扇的一端位于下方,马达的一端位于上方。
而本实施例中,申请人突破了常规的设置方式,将气泵112在控制箱100中的安装方式设置为倒置,通过该设置,至少具有以下几方面的技术效果:
(1)可以简化气泵的安装结构,减小控制箱的体积。在惯常的设计中,气泵是正置的,风扇罩壳位于下方,用于承托气泵重量的承托结构安装于风扇罩壳的下方。由于风扇罩壳的外径较大,因此,与其相配合的承托结构的外径也较大;另外,由于气泵的抽气口位于风扇的中心,因此,承托结构的中心需要设计相应的气道,这样,现有技术的气泵安装结构较为复杂,体积也较大。而将气泵倒置后,外径较小的马达位于下方,承托结构仅需与马达的外径相匹配即可,且无需在承托结构中设置气道,从而可简化结构,缩小体积。
具体地,本实施例中,气泵112的安装结构为设置在壳体111内壁上的肩部115和承托部114,其中,承托部114设于气泵112的下方,用于支撑气泵112的重量;肩部115位于承托部114的上方,用于为气泵112提供径向支撑。进一步地,承托部114为设置在壳体111底壁上的托盘,肩部115为设置在壳体111侧壁上的台阶,该设置可最大程度地简化气泵112的安装结构。
(2)优化空气流路。由于气泵112为倒置的,气泵112的抽气口朝上,因此可以方便地将气泵112的抽气口与第一腔室2连通。具体地,本实施例中,通过在壳体111的顶壁上开设有空气进口111a,气泵112的抽气端与空气进口111a相对设置,即可实现气泵112抽气口与第一腔室2的连通。进一步地,第一腔室2的底壁上设有气孔21,控制箱100外的空气通过气孔21流入至第一腔室2中,由此使得第一腔室2气流方向如图2箭头方向所示。通过将控制箱100的气孔21设置在第一腔室2的底壁上,不仅可以避免第一腔室2中出现空气流动死角,还可以保持控制箱100外观的完整。
进一步地,本实施例中,壳体111的空气出口111b位于其底壁上,阀门部12位于壳体111的下方,阀门部12的进气端口124与壳体111的空气出口111b对接。本实施例中,抽气部11和阀门部12沿上下方向排布,阀门部12位于抽气部11的下方,该设置可使得控制箱的结构紧凑。进一步地,壳体111的空气出口111b与控制箱100的一个侧壁相邻设置,可进一步简化控制箱100的结构。
本实施例中,水池为按摩水池,控制箱100的空气供应系统1用于向按摩水池的水池体供气。具体地,空气供应系统1既可以向水池体充气,也可以向水池体中喷射气泡,以提供按摩水。相应的,供气端口125至少包括第一供气端口125a和第二供气端口125b,其中,第一供气端口125a用于向按摩水池的水池体内喷射气泡,第二供气端口125b用于向水池体充气。
具体地,阀门部12包括第一管道121,第二管道122以及第三管道123,其中,进气端口124设于第一管道121上,第一供气端口125a设于第二管道122上,第二供气端口125b设置于第三管道123上。为进一步减小控制箱100的体积,本实施例中,管道的中心线(包括第一管道121的中心线、第二管道122的中心线以及第三管道123的中心线)与气泵112的中心线位于同一竖直平面内。可选地,第一管道121的中心线沿竖直方向延伸,第二管道122的中心线、第三管道123的中心线分别沿水平方向延伸。
本实施例中,阀体部为单向阀,可保证第一管道121、第二管道122以及第三管道123中的空气为单向流动,防止水池体中的水倒流至空气供应系统1中。
进一步地,控制箱100的第一腔室2中还设有水循环管路,水循环管路的路径上设有加热装置,可对水池体中的水进行加热。具体地,水循环管路包括与水池体相连的入口和出口,水池体中的水从入口流动至水循环管路,经加热装置加热后,再从出口流回至水池体中,以使得水池体中的水保持在一个适宜的温度。
本实施例中,由于气泵112可抽吸第一腔室2中的空气,因此,即使第一腔室2中设有水循环管路,也可保持第一腔室2内的空气干燥。
本发明实施例还提供了一种按摩水池,包括水池体;以及上述任一实施例提供的控制箱100。控制箱100的空气供应系统1的供气端口125与水池体相连。当空气供应系统1的气泵112开启时,可向水池体充气和/或向水池体中喷射气泡。
综上所述,本发明提供的上述实施例仅例示性说明本发明的原理及其功效,而非用于限制本发明。任何熟悉此技术的人士皆可在不违背本发明的精神及范畴下,对上述实施例进行修饰或改变。因此,举凡所属技术领域中具有通常知识者在未脱离本发明所揭示的精神与技术思想下所完成的一切等效修饰或改变,仍应由本发明的权利要求所涵盖。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种控制箱,内设第一腔室,所述第一腔室用于容纳控制元器件,其特征在于,所述控制箱内还设有用于向水池体供气的空气供应系统,所述空气供应系统包括:
    抽气部,其具有壳体,所述壳体上设有空气进口和空气出口,所述空气进口与所述第一腔室连通;所述抽气部还包括设于所述壳体内的气泵,当所述气泵启动时,可将所述第一腔室内的空气通过所述空气进口抽吸至所述壳体内;
    阀门部,其具有管道,所述管道具有进气端口以及供气端口,所述进气端口与所述壳体的空气出口连通,所述供气端口用于与所述水池体连通;当所述阀门部开启时,被抽吸至所述壳体内的空气可沿所述管道流动至所述水池体中。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的控制箱,其特征在于,沿水平方向,所述抽气部与所述第一腔室相邻设置。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的控制箱,其特征在于,所述气泵为倒置设置,所述空气进口设于所述壳体的顶壁上,所述气泵的抽气端与所述空气进口相对设置。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的控制箱,其特征在于,所述壳体的内壁上设有承托部以及位于所述承托部上方的肩部,所述气泵通过所述肩部和所述承托部固定在所述壳体内。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的控制箱,其特征在于,所述第一腔室的底壁上设有气孔。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的控制箱,其特征在于,所述壳体的所述空气出口位于其底壁上,所述壳体的空气出口与所述控制箱的一侧壁相邻设置。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的控制箱,其特征在于,所述阀门部位于所述壳体的下方。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的控制箱,其特征在于,所述控制箱为用于按摩水池的控制箱;
    所述供气端口至少包括第一供气端口和第二供气端口,其中,所述第一供气端口用于向所述按摩水池的水池体内喷射气泡,所述第二供气端口用于向所述水池体充气。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的控制箱,其特征在于,所述管道的中心线与所述气泵的中心线位于同一竖直平面内。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的控制箱,其特征在于,所述阀门部为单向阀。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的控制箱,其特征在于,所述空气进口处设有空气过滤装置。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的控制箱,其特征在于,所述控制箱的所述第一腔室中还设有水循环管路。
  13. 一种按摩水池,其特征在于,包括权利要求1~12任一所述的控制箱。
