作为优选,限位凸条与滑套的滑动方向一致,当第二导向坡抵靠在导向坡上时,滑动杆抵靠在限位凸条的底端,当第二导向坡抵靠在滑槽的槽底时,滑动杆抵靠抵靠在限位凸条侧面。结构简单。
作为优选,手持杆底端转动连接有同轴的转轴,所述底板上侧边缘固接在转轴上。固定好避雷器之后,转动手持杆,然后想上拉动手持杆即可。
作为优选,滑动杆靠近第二滑动杆的一端插入插槽内并与插槽滑动连接。滑动杆插入插槽起到导向作用,增加稳定性。
一种空气间隙避雷器的安装方法,其步骤如下:步骤a,在地面上,滑动调节套调节调节套到手持杆底端的距离,拧紧调节螺栓,将避雷器底端放置在托盘上,固定绳穿过限位环然后将避雷器系住;步骤b,地面人员通过滑轮组将避雷器和空气间隙避雷器的安装装置提升到横担上,由横担上的电工接收并预备安装的位置;步骤c,在横担上,确认调节套到手持杆底端的距离无误,由一名电工拉住手持杆,另一名电工拉住绝缘绳,还有一名电工扶住避雷器,慢慢下放避雷器,手持杆底端的夹线机构夹住分裂导线;步骤d,电工通过螺栓将避雷器低压端安装在横担上,确认无误后,解开固定绳,回收空气间隙避雷器的安装装置。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明提供一种空气间隙避雷器的安装装置及安装方法,安装效率高。稳定性好,夹线效果好。

下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明进一步详细阐述:
实施例1:
如图1所示,一种空气间隙避雷器的安装装置,包括手持杆1、设置在手持杆1底端用于夹持分裂导线2的夹线机构、设置在手持杆1上的用于托举避雷器3的托盘4、设置在托盘4上的绝缘绳30、设置在手持杆1上的用于临时固定避雷器3的固定绳5、设置在手持杆1上的用于测量避雷器3底端到手持杆1底端的距离的刻度线;手持杆1上套设有调节套33,所述调节套33上螺纹连接有调节螺栓,所述调节螺栓的端部抵靠在手持杆1上,所述托盘4固接在调节套33上。
夹线机构采用市面上的用于电缆的线夹。
本实施例中,利用上述空气间隙避雷器的安装装置进行避雷器安装方法如下:
一种空气间隙避雷器的安装方法,其步骤如下:步骤a,在地面上,根据刻度线滑动调节套33调节调节套33到手持杆1底端的距离,拧紧调节螺栓,将避雷器3底端放置在托盘4上,固定绳5将避雷器3系住;步骤b,地面人员通过滑轮组将避雷器3和空气间隙避雷器的安装装置提升到横担29上, 由横担29上的电工接收并预备安装的位置;步骤c,在横担29上,确认调节套33到手持杆1底端的距离无误,由一名电工拉住手持杆1,另一名电工拉住绝缘绳30,还有一名电工扶住避雷器3,慢慢下放避雷器3,手持杆1底端的夹线机构夹住分裂导线2;步骤d,电工通过螺栓将避雷器3低压端安装在横担29上,确认无误后,解开固定绳5,回收空气间隙避雷器的安装装置。
实施例2:
如图2至图15所示,本实施例在实施例1的基础上,作出优化:手持杆1上固接有限位环,所述固定绳5穿过限位环;手持杆1顶端设有把手27,所述把手27靠近手持杆1的一端设有第二限位凸起28;夹线机构包括底板6,手持杆1底端转动连接有同轴的转轴31,所述底板6上侧边缘固接在转轴31上,所述底板6下侧边缘设有线槽7,所述底板6上在线槽7两侧滑动连接有滑套8,所述滑套8内侧壁为圆柱形,所述滑套8内侧壁上设有与滑套8内侧壁同轴的环形的锯齿9,所述锯齿9包括紧密排布的牙齿,所述牙齿包括齿边11与导向坡12,一部分导向坡12为奇导向坡,另一部分锯齿9为偶导向坡,所述奇导向坡、偶导向坡间隔布置,所述偶导向坡靠近线槽7的一端设有朝向线槽7方向延伸的滑槽13,所述滑套8远离线槽7一侧插设有滑动杆14,所述滑动杆14为圆柱形,所述滑动杆14外缘面绕着滑动杆14的轴环形阵列排布有与滑槽13适配的凸起15,所述凸起15的数量与偶导向坡的数量一致,所述凸起15靠近线槽7的一端设有与导向坡12适配的第二导向坡16,所述第二导向坡16抵靠在导向坡12或滑槽13的槽底,所述滑套8靠近线槽7的一端插设有呈圆柱形的第二滑动杆17,所述第二滑动杆17与滑套8滑动连接,所述第二滑动杆17外缘面设有导向凸块18,所述滑套8内侧壁设有与滑套8内侧壁的轴平行的第二滑槽19,所述导向凸块18位于第二滑槽19内并与第二滑槽19滑动连接,所述第二滑动杆17远离滑动杆14的一端转动连接有滚轮32,所述第二滑动杆17靠近滑动杆14的一端设有插槽20,所述插槽20内设有弹簧,所述弹簧一端连接在滑动杆14上,所述弹簧另一端连接在插槽20的槽底,滑动杆14靠近第二滑动杆17的一端插入插槽20内并与插槽20滑动连接;所述第二滑动杆17靠近滑动杆14的一端设有呈环形的第三锯齿21,所述第三锯齿21包括第二牙齿,所述第二牙齿包括第二齿边22与用于将第二导向坡16从其所在的导向坡12导向相邻导向坡12的第三导向坡23,所述滑槽13内侧壁远离线槽7的一端设有环形凸起24,所述滑套8内设有第二弹簧,所述第二弹簧一端抵靠在环形凸起24上,所述第二弹簧另一端抵靠在凸起15上,当第二导向坡16位于滑槽13的槽底时,第二导向坡16抵靠在第三导向坡23上,所述底板6上设有用于防止滑套8沿着底板6滑动及防止第二滑动杆17沿着滑套8滑动的限位凸条25,限位凸条25与滑套8的滑动方向一致,当第二导向坡16抵靠在导向坡12上时,滑动杆14抵靠在限位凸条25的底端,当第二导向坡16抵靠在滑槽13的槽底时,滑动杆14抵靠抵靠在限位凸条25侧面。所述底板6上设有用于驱使滑套8朝向手持杆1方向滑动的第三弹簧;底板6上固接有固定块26,所述固定块26位于滑套8靠近手持杆1一侧,所述第三弹簧位于固定块26与滑套8之间,所述 第三弹簧两端分别与固定块26与滑套8连接。
首先对夹线机构进行说明,滑套8、滑动杆14、第二滑动杆17三者的运动类似圆珠笔,初始状态下,线槽7两侧的滑套8对应的滚轮32抵靠在一起,第二导向坡16抵靠在奇导向坡上,导向凸块18抵靠在第二滑槽19远离滑动杆14的一端,此时,第二滑动杆17抵靠在限位凸条25底端,当第二滑动杆17受到相应的力朝向滑套8运动时,导向凸块18沿着第二滑槽19滑动,弹簧被压缩,第三导向坡23朝向第二导向坡16运动,然后第三导向坡23与第二导向坡16相遇,然后第三导向坡23推动第二导向坡16沿着齿边11运动,在第三导向坡23的作用下,第二导向坡16与其对应的齿边11存在压力,在齿边11的阻挡下,第二导向坡16不会在第三导向坡23上滑动,凸起15沿着齿边11滑动,当凸起15与齿边11脱离之后,第二导向坡16沿着第三导向坡23滑动,滑动到第二齿边22与第三导向坡23交界处,滑动杆14旋转一定角度,然后推动第二滑动杆17朝向滑套8运动的力消失,在第二弹簧的作用下,凸起15朝向第二滑动杆17方向运动,带动第二滑动杆17朝向远离滑套8方向运动,当第二导向坡16抵靠在偶导向坡上的时候,第二导向坡16与第三导向坡23分离,第二导向坡16沿着偶导向坡滑动到滑槽13,然后沿着滑槽13运动到槽底,当第二导向坡16运动到槽底的时候,第二导向坡16重新与第三导向坡23抵靠在一起,相比初始状态,滑动杆14朝向滑套8移动一段距离,即,滑动杆14裸露在滑套8外的长度“变短”了。另外,在弹簧的作用下,导向凸块18沿着第二滑槽19滑动到初始位置,滚轮32重新抵靠在一起。
当第二滑动杆17再次收到朝向滑套的力,第二滑动杆17朝向滑套8运动,当第二导向坡16与第三导向坡23相遇,然后第二导向坡16被第三导向坡23推动,第二导向坡16沿着齿边11运动,当第二导向坡16脱离齿边11时,第二导向坡16沿着第三导向坡23滑动,运动到第三导向坡23与第二齿边22交界处,此时,滑动杆14旋转一定角度,然后第二滑动杆17朝向远离滑动杆14方向运动,在第二弹簧的作用下,凸起15朝向第二滑动杆17方向运动,当第二导向坡16抵靠在奇导向坡的时候,第二导向坡16与第三导向坡23分离,最终第二导向坡16运动到奇导向坡与齿边11的交界处,在弹簧的作用下,导向凸块18重新回到初始位置,滚轮32重新抵靠在一起。滑动杆14裸露在滑套8外的长度重新“变长”了。
以此往复,每次第二滑动杆17“伸缩”一下,滑动杆14裸露在滑套8外的长度,在“长”“短”之间来回切换。
本实施例中,利用上述空气间隙避雷器的安装装置进行避雷器安装方法如下:
一种空气间隙避雷器的安装方法,其步骤如下:步骤a,在地面上,滑动调节套33调节调节套33到手持杆1底端的距离,拧紧调节螺栓,将避雷器3底端放置在托盘4上,固定绳5穿过限位环然后将避雷器3系住;步骤b,地面人员通过滑轮组将避雷器3和空气间隙避雷器的安装装置提升到横担29上,由横担29上的电工接收并预备安装的位置;步骤c,在横担29上,确认调节套33到手持杆1 底端的距离无误,由一名电工拉住手持杆1,另一名电工拉住绝缘绳30,还有一名电工扶住避雷器3,慢慢下放避雷器3,滚轮32与分裂导线2相遇,分裂导线2位于滚轮32之间,分裂导线2挤压滚轮将滚轮分开,滚轮挤压对应的第二滑动杆17,当滚轮32向下运动时,滚轮32先被分裂导线2分开,然后又合拢,此时,第二滑动杆17完成一次“伸缩”,滑动杆14裸露在滑套8外的长度变短,此时,滑动杆14端面与限位凸条25对应侧齐平,在第三弹簧的作用下,滑套8朝向手持杆1方向运动,滑动杆14贴着限位凸条25滑动,滚轮32向上运动,最终将分裂导线2挤压在线槽7的槽底,从而将分裂导线2夹住,当手持杆1晃动的时候,由于此时,第三导向坡23与第二导向坡16抵靠在一起,此时当滚轮想要朝向滑套8运动的时候,第三导向坡23推不动第二导向坡16,因为限位凸条25将第二滑动杆17抵住了,防止夹线机构松开分裂导线2;步骤d,电工通过螺栓将避雷器3低压端安装在横担29上,确认无误后,解开固定绳5,然后转动手持杆1,此时,夹线机构不动,托盘4转动180度,避开避雷器3,防止向上拉的时候带动避雷器,然后向上用力拉手持杆1,分裂导线2推动滚轮32朝向线槽7的槽口运动,第二滑动杆17在限位凸条25上滑动,当第二滑动杆17运动到限位凸条25的端部的时候,分裂导线2将滚轮32分开再合拢,夹线机构与分裂导线2分开,第二滑动杆17完成一次“伸缩”,滑动杆14裸露在滑套8外的长度重新变长,滑动杆14重新抵靠在限位凸条25的底端。从而完成回收空气间隙避雷器的安装装置。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种空气间隙避雷器的安装装置,其特征在于,包括手持杆、设置在手持杆底端用于夹持分裂导线的夹线机构、设置在手持杆上的用于托举避雷器的托盘、设置在托盘上的绝缘绳、设置在手持杆上的用于临时固定避雷器的固定绳、设置在手持杆上的用于测量避雷器底端到手持杆底端的距离的刻度线。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种空气间隙避雷器的安装装置,其特征在于,所述手持杆上套设有调节套,所述调节套上螺纹连接有调节螺栓,所述调节螺栓的端部抵靠在手持杆上,所述托盘固接在调节套上。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种空气间隙避雷器的安装装置,其特征在于,所述手持杆上固接有限位环,所述固定绳穿过限位环。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种空气间隙避雷器的安装装置,其特征在于,所述手持杆顶端设有把手,所述把手靠近手持杆的一端设有第二限位凸起。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种空气间隙避雷器的安装装置,其特征在于,所述夹线机构包括底板,所述底板下侧边缘设有线槽,所述底板上在线槽两侧滑动连接有滑套,所述滑套内侧壁为圆柱形,所述滑套内侧壁上设有与滑套内侧壁同轴的环形的锯齿,所述锯齿包括紧密排布的牙齿,所述牙齿包括齿边与导向坡,一部分导向坡为奇导向坡,另一部分锯齿为偶导向坡,所述奇导向坡、偶导向坡间隔布置,所述偶导向坡靠近线槽的一端设有朝向线槽方向延伸的滑槽,所述滑套远离线槽一侧插设有滑动杆,所述滑动杆为圆柱形,所述滑动杆外缘面绕着滑动杆的轴环形阵列排布有与滑槽适配的凸起,所述凸起的数量与偶导向坡的数量一致,所述凸起靠近线槽的一端设有与导向坡适配的第二导向坡,所述第二导向坡抵靠在导向坡或滑槽的槽底,所述滑套靠近线槽的一端插设有呈圆柱形的第二滑动杆,所述第二滑动杆与滑套滑动连接,所述第二滑动杆外缘面设有导向凸块,所述滑套内侧壁设有与滑套内侧壁的轴平行的第二滑槽,所述导向凸块位于第二滑槽内并与第二滑槽滑动连接,所述第二滑动杆远离滑动杆的一端转动连接有滚轮,所述第二滑动杆靠近滑动杆的一端设有插槽,所述插槽内设有弹簧,所述弹簧一端连接在滑动杆上,所述弹簧另一端连接在插槽的槽底,所述第二滑动杆靠近滑动杆的一端设有呈环形的第三锯齿,所述第三锯齿包括第二牙齿,所述第二牙齿包括第二齿边与用于将第二导向坡从其所在的导向坡导向相邻导向坡的第三导向坡,所述滑槽内侧壁远离线槽的一端设有环形凸起,所述滑套内设有第二弹簧,所述第二弹簧一端抵靠在环形凸起上,所述第二弹簧另一端抵靠在凸起上,当第二导向坡位于滑槽的槽底时,第二导向坡抵靠在第三导向坡上,所述底板上设有用于防止滑套沿着底板滑动及防止第二滑动杆沿着滑套滑动的限位凸条,所述底板上设有用于驱使滑套朝向手持杆方向滑动的第三弹簧。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种空气间隙避雷器的安装装置,其特征在于,所述底板上固接有固定块,所述固定块位于滑套靠近手持杆一侧,所述第三弹簧位于固定块与滑套之间,所述第三弹簧两端分别与固定块与滑套连接。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的一种空气间隙避雷器的安装装置,其特征在于,所述限位凸条与滑套的滑动方向一致,当第二导向坡抵靠在导向坡上时,滑动杆抵靠在限位凸条的底端,当第二导向坡抵靠在滑槽的槽底时,滑动杆抵靠抵靠在限位凸条侧面。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的一种空气间隙避雷器的安装装置,其特征在于,所述手持杆底端转动连接有同轴的转轴,所述底板上侧边缘固接在转轴上。
  9. 根据权利要求5所述的一种空气间隙避雷器的安装装置,其特征在于,所述滑动杆靠近第二滑动杆的一端插入插槽内并与插槽滑动连接。
  10. 一种如权利要求1-9任一项所述的空气间隙避雷器的安装装置的安装方法,其特征在于,其步骤如下:步骤a,在地面上,滑动调节套调节调节套到手持杆底端的距离,拧紧调节螺栓,将避雷器底端放置在托盘上,固定绳穿过限位环然后将避雷器系住;步骤b,地面人员通过滑轮组将避雷器和空气间隙避雷器的安装装置提升到横担上,由横担上的电工接收并预备安装的位置;步骤c,在横担上,确认调节套到手持杆底端的距离无误,由一名电工拉住手持杆,另一名电工拉住绝缘绳,还有一名电工扶住避雷器,慢慢下放避雷器,手持杆底端的夹线机构夹住分裂导线;步骤d,电工通过螺栓将避雷器低压端安装在横担上,确认无误后,解开固定绳,回收空气间隙避雷器的安装装置。
