2、通过设置第二限位块的表面与安装口的内壁滑动套接,第一连接杆的一端表面开设有限位槽,达到了对伸缩杆伸缩过程中进行限位的效果,从而解决了在吸盘对玻璃幕墙表面进行吸附时伸缩杆无法进行伸缩造成无法吸附减少保护措施的问题。
3、通过设置连接管的一端表面固定连通有吸盘,连接管的内壁滑动套接有吸杆,达到了对脚踏板进一步固定以及保护清洗人员安全的效果,从而解决了在大风以及恶劣天气仅仅依靠吊绳影响清洗人员清洗效率威胁清洗人员安全的问题。

如图5所示,防滑垫的制作方法,包括原材料准备,步骤一、原材料准备,聚氯乙烯粉、邻苯二甲酸二异辛酯、丁腈橡胶、N-苯基-α-苯胺;
聚氯乙烯粉的重量份为88%,邻苯二甲酸二异辛酯的重量份为3%,丁腈橡胶的重量份为5%,N-苯基-α-苯胺的重量份为4%;

工作原理:使用时,清洗人员将安装块1安装在玻璃幕墙之间的缝隙中,挤压块4由于压力弹簧3对两侧进行挤压,进而使防滑垫15与玻璃幕墙缝隙的表面充分接触,清洗人员将脚放入脚踏口21,用绑带22将脚绑紧,使用吊绳进行起吊,限位槽17可限制脚踏板12旋转的角度,当需要进一步防护时,清洗人员可拉动操作杆26,使吸盘23吸在玻璃幕墙表面,在吸盘23对玻璃幕墙进行吸附的同时,伸缩杆8向安装口6内部进行运动,在大风以及恶劣天气的情况下,脚踏板12由于安装块1的固定对清洗人员的身体进行稳固,避免清洗人员由于大风吹动吊绳而来回晃动。
