Definitions
- the present invention relates to the field of display technology, and in particular to an OLED display panel.
- OLED Organic Light Emitting Display
- OLED panel has self-luminous, low driving voltage, high luminous efficiency, short response time, high definition and contrast, close to 180° viewing angle, and wide operating temperature range. It can achieve many advantages such as flexible display and large-area full-color display, and is recognized by the industry as the display device with the most development potential.
- the OLED is a current-driven device.
- the organic light-emitting diode When a current flows through the organic light-emitting diode, the organic light-emitting diode emits light, and the light-emitting brightness is determined by the current flowing through the organic light-emitting diode itself. As shown in FIG.
- the existing OLED display panel includes: a plurality of sub-pixels 10' arranged in an array, a plurality of scanning signal lines 200' extending in the horizontal direction arranged corresponding to each row of sub-pixels 10', and a plurality of light emitting A signal line 30' and a plurality of reset lines 40', and a plurality of data signal lines 50' and a plurality of driving voltage lines 60' extending in the vertical direction arranged corresponding to each column of sub-pixels 10'; in each sub-pixel 10'

- the driving voltage line 60' has a voltage drop in the vertical direction, that is, each driving voltage line 60' provides a driving voltage for a column of sub-pixels 10', and the pixel driving current will flow through the driving voltage line 60'.
- the voltage line 60' itself has resistance, so the driving voltage corresponding to a column of sub-pixels 10' will gradually decrease along the vertical direction, which will cause a certain deviation in the voltage of the data signal actually written into the pixel driving circuit, which will result in a display screen. With brightness deviation or color deviation.

Description
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种OLED显示面板,包括:呈阵列排布的多个子像素、沿水平方向延伸的多条扫描信号线、多条发光信号线和多条第一驱动电压线、以及沿竖直方向延伸的多条数据信号线、至少一条第二驱动电压线和至少一条第三驱动电压线;

图1为现有的OLED显示面板的示意图;
图2为本发明的OLED显示面板的示意图;
请参阅图2及图3,本发明提供一种OLED显示面板,包括:呈阵列排布的多个子像素10、沿水平方向延伸的多条扫描信号线20、多条发光信号线30和多条第一驱动电压线41、以及沿竖直方向延伸的多条数据信号线50、至少一条第二驱动电压线42和至少一条第三驱动电压线43;
每条扫描信号线20对应连接一行子像素10,每条发光信号线30对应连接一行子像素10,每条第一驱动电压线41对应连接一行子像素10,每条数据信号线50对应连接一列子像素10;
每行子像素10对应的第一驱动电压线41通过一第一薄膜晶体管T1连接第二驱动电压线42,其中,所述第一薄膜晶体管T1的栅极电性连接每行子像素10对应的扫描信号线20,源极电性连接第二驱动电压线42,漏极电性连接第一驱动电压线41;
具体的,请参阅图3,第n行子像素10对应的第n行扫描信号线20和第n行发光信号线30相结合,先后对应于一数据写入阶段以及一显示发光阶段,设n为正整数;
在数据写入阶段,第n行扫描信号线20提供低电位的扫描信号Scan(n),第n行发光信号线30提供高电位的发光信号Em(n);
具体的,在本发明的OLED显示面板的一优选实施例中,所述OLED显示面板包括显示区100以及包围所述显示区100的非显示区200;
具体的,在本发明的OLED显示面板的另一优选实施例中,所述OLED显示面板包括显示区100以及包围所述显示区100的非显示区200;
具体的,在本发明的OLED显示面板的另一优选实施例中,所述OLED显示面板包括显示区100以及包围所述显示区100的非显示区200;
