背景技术
随着汽车的普及和车联网(英文:Internet of Vehicles)技术的不断发展,汽车和汽车上的设施都越来越智能化,以适应用户多样化的需求。随着人们对环保意识的提高,许多汽车都配置有车载垃圾桶,方便乘客放置垃圾,保护了道路和车内的环境。现有技术中,车载垃圾桶没有联入车联网,不能反馈车载垃圾桶当前的状态信息,用户需要主动查看车载垃圾桶内的状态,并在发现垃圾装满后手动清空车载垃圾桶,而在车辆停止后,用户很容易忘记清理车载垃圾桶,导致下次使用车辆时,无法放置垃圾,降低了用户体验。同时,随着物流行业的不断扩张,快递业务给人们的生活带来了许多便利,当用户使用车辆将某物品携带到某处,并想邮寄该物品时,用户需要将该物品送往寄件地点或者将该物品带回家或者办公室,等待快递员上门取件,对用户所处位置和空闲时间要求较高,降低了用户体验。
发明内容
为了解决相关技术中存在的问题,本公开的目的是提供一种车辆的管理方法、车辆、存储介质、电子设备和程序。

示例的,一个或多个辅助终端在接收到服务器发送的控制请求后,辅助终端的用户可以根据控制请求中包括的信息确定是否能够取出待寄物品或对车辆中的车载垃圾桶进行清理。最先确认控制请求的辅助终端向服务器发送确认信息,该辅助终端即为第一辅助终端,服务器接收到第一辅助终端发送的确认信息后(即第一辅助终端确认了控制请求),向车辆发送第一验证信息,并向第一辅助终端发送与第一验证信息唯一匹配的第二验证信息,可以理解为,服务器在接收到第一辅助终端发送的确认信息后,生成第一验证信息和第二验证信息,第二验证信息与第一验证信息唯一匹配(即第一验证信息仅与第二验证信息匹配)。其中,第一验证信息和第二验证信息中可以包括能够指示车辆的信息,为了保护车主的隐私,第一验证信息可以包括随机生成的临时VIN码(英文:Vehicle Identification Number,中文;车辆识别号码)。需要说明的是第一验证信息和第二验证信息可以是相同的验证信息,例如按照预设的加密算法对临时VIN码进行加密,也可以是不同的验证信息,例如按照预设的两种不同的加密算法,分别加密临时VIN码,分别生成第一验证信息和第二验证信息。
步骤104,车辆在接收到辅助终端发送的验证信息后,验证第一验证信息与验证信息是否匹配。
举例来说,车辆接收到辅助终端发送的验证信息后,验证第一验证信息与验证信息是否匹配,其中辅助终端为至少一个辅助终端中的任一辅助终端,验证信息为服务器向辅助终端发送的验证信息。需要说明的是,从服务器向车辆和第一辅助终端发送第一验证信息和第二验证信息,到第一 辅助终端向车辆发送第二验证信息,两个步骤不是同时发生的,中间可能出现其他辅助终端,因此第一辅助终端可能与辅助终端是同一个辅助终端,也可能不是同一个辅助终端。当第一辅助终端与辅助终端是同一个辅助终端时,验证信息与第二验证信息相同,当第一辅助终端与辅助终端不是同一个辅助终端时,验证信息与第二验证信息不相同,此时验证信息可能是辅助终端确认其他车辆发送给服务器的控制请求后,服务器发送给辅助终端的验证信息,可以理解为辅助终端的用户找错了车辆。
步骤105,车辆在第一验证信息与验证信息匹配时,控制预设位置的车门打开,以便辅助终端的用户执行预设操作。
示例的,当车辆验证第一验证信息与验证信息匹配时,那么辅助终端即为第一辅助终端,控制预设位置的车门打开,使得第一辅助终端的用户能够执行预设操作(例如可以包括:取出待寄物品或取出车载垃圾桶进行清理),第一辅助终端的用户在取出待寄物品或清理完车载垃圾桶之后,可以将车载垃圾桶放回原位,并关上预设位置的车门。其中,预设位置的车门例如可以是车辆的左右侧的车门,也可以车辆后备箱的车门,预设位置可以是车主预先设置的,也可以是默认的位置,车主可以预先将待寄物品或者车载垃圾桶放置在预设位置的车门附近,在保护车辆内部物品的前提下,方便第一辅助终端的用户能够取出待寄物品进行邮寄或者取出车载垃圾桶进行清理。预设操作是取出待寄物品,或者取出车载垃圾桶进行清理,第一辅助终端的用户可以根据第一辅助终端接收到的控制请求中包括的控制对象来确定,例如:当控制对象指示的是车载垃圾桶时,第一辅助终端的用户可以取出车载垃圾桶进行清理,当控制对象指示的是待寄物品时,第一辅助终端的用户可以取出待寄物品。
综上所述,本公开中车辆在检测到车辆满足预设条件后,向服务器发送包含了车辆的车辆信息的控制请求,服务器将接收到控制请求发送给至少一个辅助终端,当至少一个辅助终端中的第一辅助终端向服务器确认了控制请求之后,服务器向车辆发送第一验证信息,并向第一辅助终端发送与第一验证信息唯一匹配的第二验证信息,车辆在接收到辅助终端发送的验证信息后,验证第一验证信息和验证信息是否匹配,其中验证信息为服务器向辅助终端发送的验证信息,车辆在确认第一验证信息和验证信息匹配后,控制预设位置的车门打开,以便辅助终端的用户能够执行预设操作。能够有效管理车辆的内部空间,提高用户的使用体验。
可选的,步骤101可以包括以下两种实现方式:

举例来说,预设条件可以是车辆上的车载垃圾桶满载,例如车辆上可以设置有车载垃圾桶,车载垃圾桶内可以设置有多种传感器,以检测车载垃圾桶内的状态,例如,在车载垃圾桶的顶部设置有距离传感器,用以检测车载垃圾桶内的垃圾距离车载垃圾桶的顶部的距离,即检测车载垃圾桶是否满载。车载垃圾桶的内部还可以设置温度传感器,用以检测车载垃圾桶内的温度。
当预设条件是车辆上的车载垃圾桶满载时,步骤101A中车辆发出的控制请求中包含的控制对象指示的是车载垃圾桶,在预设位置的车门打开后,辅助终端的用户根据控制对象的指示,对车载垃圾桶进行清理。
预设条件还可以是车辆上存在待寄物品,例如当用户有待寄物品需要邮寄时,可以将待寄物品放置在车辆的预设位置处,然后通过打开寄件开关以发出寄件指令,车辆在获取到寄件指令后,能够确定车辆上存在待寄物品。其中,寄件开关可以是设置在车辆上的物理形态的开关,也可以是车辆的控制界面(例如:中控显示屏)上的虚拟按钮,还可以通过与车辆绑定的移动设备(例如手机、智能手表)向车辆发出寄件指令。
当预设条件是车辆上存在待寄物品时,步骤101B中车辆发出的控制请求中包含的控制对象指示的是待寄物品,在预设位置的车门打开后,辅助终端的用户根据控制对象的指示,取出待寄物品。
图2是根据一示例性实施例示出的另一种车辆的管理方法的流程图,如图2所示,第一验证信息包括车辆标识号,车辆标识号能够标识车辆。验证信息包括车辆标识号和开启密钥,开启密钥为按照预设的第一加密算法生成的与车辆标识号匹配的密钥。
举例来说,车辆标识号能够标识车辆,例如第一验证信息可以为随机生成的临时VIN码,第二验证信息(对应为服务器向第一辅助终端发送的验证信息)中可以包括临时VIN码,和按照预设的第一加密算法生成的与临时VIN码匹配的开启密钥。第一加密算法为服务器与车辆预先约定好的加密算法,辅助终端在接收到服务器发送的验证信息(第一辅助终端接收的第二验证信息,或者任一辅助终端接收的验证信息)后,对于其中包含的开启密钥,只能转发给车辆,不能对开启密钥进行识别、修改或其他处理,只做透明传输(英文:Pass-through)。其中,第一验证信息、第二验证信息(或其他验证信息)的内容可以直接为临时VIN码,也可以是按照预设的加密算法对临时VIN码进行加密得到的信息。
步骤104可以通过以下方式来实现:
步骤1041,在接收到验证信息后,车辆验证第一验证信息中包括的车辆标识号与验证信息中包括的车辆标识号是否相同。
举例来说,在接收到验证信息后,车辆首先验证第一验证信息中包括的车辆标识号与验证信息中包括的车辆标识号是否相同,当第一验证信息和验证信息中的车辆标识号是明码的形式,那么可以直接比较第一验证信息和验证信息。如果第一验证信息和验证信息中的车辆标识号是经过加密的,那么可以先按照预设的解密算法对第一验证信息和验证信息解密,再判断第一验证信息中包括的车辆标识号与验证信息中包括的车辆标识号是否相同。
步骤1042,当第一验证信息中包括的车辆标识号与验证信息中包括的车辆标识号相同时,车辆确定验证信息中的开启密钥是否有效。
步骤1043,当验证信息中的开启密钥有效时,车辆确定第一验证信息与验证信息匹配。

b)当验证信息中的开启密钥与验证信息中的车辆标识号匹配时,车辆确定验证信息中的开启密钥是否为首次使用。
c)当验证信息中的开启密钥为首次使用时,车辆确定验证信息中的开启密钥有效。
d)当验证信息中的开启密钥不为首次使用时,车辆确定验证信息中的开启密钥无效。
举例来说,车辆按照预设的第一解密算法对验证信息中的开启密钥进行解密,以确认开启密钥与验证信息中的车辆标识号是否匹配。其中第一解密算法为服务器与车辆预先约定好的,与第一加密算法对应的解密算法。当开启密钥与验证信息中的车辆标识号匹配,再进一步判断开启密钥是否为首次使用,如果是首次使用,那么确定开启密钥有效,如果不是首次使用,那么确定开启密钥无效。车辆可以在每次接收到验证信息中的开启密钥时,将开启密钥进行记录,在确认一个开启密钥是否为首次使用时,确认是否存在与该开启密钥匹配的记录,如果存在,可以确定该开启密钥不是首次使用。

步骤106,车辆向服务器发送开启提示和车辆当前的监控信息,开启提示用于指示预设位置的车门已开启。

示例的,为了保证车辆的安全,车辆在预设位置的车门打开后,可以向服务器发送开启提示和车辆当前的监控信息。服务器可以将开启提示,和/或监控信息转发至用户终端,用户终端为与车辆绑定的终端。开启提示用于提示用户终端,车辆当前预设位置的车门已开启,监控信息可以是车辆上设置的AVM(英文:Around View Monitor,中文:全景式监控影像系统)所采集到的信息,以便车主查看车辆当前的使用状况。进一步的,如果AVM的摄像头角度不能满足车主的需求,车主还可以通过用户终端向服务器发送控制指令,服务器再将控制指令转发至车辆,以控制控制摄像头调整角度。
步骤108,车辆在预设位置的车门关闭后,向服务器发送关闭提示,关闭提示用于指示预设位置的车门已关闭。
步骤109,服务器向用户终端发送关闭提示。
示例的,当辅助终端的用户将待寄物品取出或者将车载垃圾桶清理完毕后,将预设位置的车门关闭,车辆检测到预设位置的车门关闭后,向服务器发送关闭提示,服务器将关闭提示转发给用户终端,以告知用户终端预设位置的车门已关闭。

步骤110,在预设时间段内,当车辆接收到验证信息的次数大于预设次数,且第一验证信息与验证信息不匹配时,车辆发出报警信息,并向服务器发送报警提示。
步骤111,服务器向用户终端发送报警提示,用户终端为与车辆绑定的终端。
举例来说,为了保证车辆的安全,防止恶意入侵,如果在预设时间段内,多次验证第一验证信息与验证信息不匹配时,车辆可以发出报警信息,例如:开始鸣笛、控制危险报警闪光灯打开等,还可以向服务器发送报警提示,服务器将报警提示转发至用户终端,以告知用户车辆当前存在危险。例如,当车辆第一次验证第一验证信息与验证信息不匹配时,开始计时,在10分钟之内,又有两次收到验证信息,且验证信息与第一验证信息一直不匹配,即在10分钟内验证信息3次验证失败,此时可能存在有用户恶意入侵的风险,车辆可以发出报警信息以起到警示的作用,还可以通 过服务器告知用户终端当前存在的风险,进一步保证车辆的安全。进一步的,在步骤106中车辆发出开启提示后,车辆也可以开始计时,如果在预设时间段内(例如:5分钟)一直没有检测到预设位置的车门关闭,表示辅助终端的用户可能忘记关闭预设位置的车门,或者发生了其他状况,此时,车辆也可以发出报警信息,并向服务器发送报警提示。
图5a是根据一示例性实施例示出的另一种车辆的管理方法的流程图,在步骤101用以执行步骤101A在检测到车辆的车载垃圾桶满载后,向服务器发送控制请求时(对应的预设操作包括清理车载垃圾桶),车载垃圾桶内设置有距离传感器,距离传感器用于检测车载垃圾桶是否满载,如图5a所示,该方法还包括:
步骤112,车辆在检测到车载垃圾桶满载后,向服务器发送第一提示信息,第一提示信息用于提示车载垃圾桶已经满载。

举例来说,如图5b所示,车载垃圾桶内靠近顶部的位置设置有距离传感器10,用于检测车载垃圾桶内的垃圾距离车载垃圾桶的顶部的距离,当距离小于预设阈值时,可以确定车载垃圾桶已经满载。距离传感器10可以与控制芯片连接,控制芯片能够将距离传感器10采集到的数据发送给车辆,车辆在检测到车载垃圾桶满载后,发出用于提示车载垃圾桶已经满载的第一提示信息。可以根据当前车辆内部是否有人(车主或者乘客)来确定提示车载垃圾桶满载的方式。例如:当车辆内部有人时,可以在车辆的显示屏幕上显示第一提示信息,当车辆内部无人时,可以向服务器发送第一提示信息,再由服务器将第一提示信息转发给用户终端。车主或者乘客在看到第一提示信息后,可以将车载垃圾桶摆放至指定位置处(例如可以是预设位置的车门附近),以便辅助终端的用户能够取出车载垃圾桶。
图6是根据一示例性实施例示出的另一种车辆的管理方法的流程图,在步骤101用以执行步骤101A在检测到车辆的车载垃圾桶满载后,向服务器发送控制请求时(对应的预设操作包括清理车载垃圾桶),车载垃圾桶内设置有温度传感器,温度传感器用于检测车载垃圾桶内的温度是否异常。如图6所示,该方法还包括:
步骤115,车辆在检测到车载垃圾桶内的温度异常后,向服务器发送第二提示信息,第二提示信息用于提示车载垃圾桶内的温度异常。
步骤116,服务器向用户终端发送第二提示信息,用户终端为与车辆绑定的终端。和/或,

示例的,如图5b所示,车载垃圾桶内侧设置有温度传感器20,用于检测车载垃圾桶内的温度,当温度大于预设温度阈值时,可以确定车载垃圾桶内温度异常,温度传感器20可以与控制芯片连接,控制芯片能够将温度传感器20采集到的数据发送给车辆。为了防止火灾,降低安全隐患,车辆在检测到车载垃圾桶内的温度异常后,发出第二提示信息。可以根据当前车辆内部是否有人(车主或者乘客)来确定提示车载垃圾桶温度异常的方式。例如:当车辆内部有人时,可以在车辆的显示屏幕上显示第二提示信息,当车辆内部无人时,可以向服务器发送第二示信息,再由服务器将第二提示信息转发给用户终端。车主或者乘客在看到第二提示信息后,可以及时清理车载垃圾桶,以防止火灾。
需要说明的是,在本实施例中,车辆上可以设置有T-BOX(英文:Telematics BOX,中文:车载通信模块),车载主机通过USB(英语:Universal Serial Bus,中文:通用串行总线)接口与T-BOX连接,服务器可以是TSP(英文:Telematics Service Provider,中文:汽车远程服务提供商),T-BOX与TSP之间按照OTA(英文:Over the Air Technology,中文:空中下载技术)协议传输数据(例如:控制请求、第一验证信息、开启提示、关闭提示等),以实现车辆与服务器之间进行通信。
综上所述,本公开中车辆在检测到车辆满足预设条件后,向服务器发送包含了车辆的车辆信息的控制请求,服务器将接收到控制请求发送给至少一个辅助终端,当至少一个辅助终端中的第一辅助终端向服务器确认了控制请求之后,服务器向车辆发送第一验证信息,并向第一辅助终端发送与第一验证信息唯一匹配的第二验证信息,车辆在接收到辅助终端发送的验证信息后,验证第一验证信息和验证信息是否匹配,其中验证信息为服务器向辅助终端发送的验证信息,车辆在确认第一验证信息和验证信息匹配后,控制预设位置的车门打开,以便辅助终端的用户能够执行预设操作。能够有效管理车辆的内部空间,提高用户的使用体验。
本公开根据一示例性实施例还可以提供一种车辆的管理方法,应用于服务器,执行图1至图6所示的任一种车辆的管理方法中的服务器所执行的步骤。
示例的,该方法可以通过以下步骤来实现:
1)在接收到车辆发送的控制请求之后,向至少一个辅助终端发送控制请求,控制请求是车辆在检测到车辆满足预设条件后发送的。
2)在第一辅助终端确认控制请求后,向车辆发送第一验证信息,并向第一辅助终端发送与第一验证信息唯一匹配的第二验证信息,第一辅助终端为至少一个辅助终端中的任一辅助终端,以使车辆验证第一验证信息和第二验证信息匹配后,打开预设位置的车门。
举例来说,车辆在检测到车辆满足预设条件后,可以向服务器发送控制请求,以告知服务器,车辆中存在待寄物品,或者车辆的车载垃圾桶已经满载,需要进行清理。服务器在接收到控制请求之后,可以查找服务器中存储的,通过服务器所提供的平台或应用程序注册的全部辅助终端,并向这些辅助终端发送控制请求。还可以根据控制请求中包括的车辆信息,对全部辅助终端进行筛选。例如可以根据车辆信息中的车辆当前位置,向距离车辆当前位置预设距离(例如:1km)内的辅助终端发送控制请求,还可以根据车辆信息中的可控制时间,向在可控制时间内空闲的辅助终端发送控制请求。一个或多个辅助终端在接收到服务器发送的控制请求后,辅助终端的用户可以根据控制请求中包括的信息确定是否能够对车辆中的待寄物品进行取件或者对车载垃圾桶进行清理。最先确认控制请求的辅助终端向服务器发送确认信息,该辅助终端即为第一辅助终端,服务器接收到第一辅助终端发送的确认信息后(即第一辅助终端确认了控制请求),向车辆发送第一验证信息,并向第一辅助终端发送与第一验证信息唯一匹配的第二验证信息,可以理解为,服务器在接收到第一辅助终端发送的确认信息后,生成第一验证信息和第二验证信息,第二验证信息与第一验证信息唯一匹配(即第一验证信息仅与第二验证信息匹配)。其中,第一验证信息和第二验证信息中可以包括能够指示车辆的信息,为了保护车主的隐私,第一验证信息可以包括随机生成的临时VIN码。需要说明的是第一验证信息和第二验证信息可以是相同的验证信息,例如按照预设的加密算法对临时VIN码进行加密,也可以是不同的验证信息,例如按照预设的两种不同的加密算法,分别加密临时VIN码,分别生成第一验证信息和第二验证信息。之后,车辆在接收到第一辅助终端发送的第二验证信息,并验证第一验证信息和第二验证信息匹配后,控制预设位置的车门打开。

4)向用户终端发送开启提示,和/或监控信息,用户终端为与车辆绑定的终端。

7)接收由车辆发送的报警提示,报警提示是车辆在预设时间段内,接收到验证信息的次数大于预设次数,且第一验证信息与验证信息不匹配时向服务器发送的信息,验证信息为服务器向辅助终端发送的验证信息。
8)向用户终端发送报警提示。

10)向用户终端发送第一提示信息或第二提示信息。

本公开根据一示例性实施例还可以提供一种车辆的管理方法,应用于车辆,执行图1至图6所示的任一种车辆的管理方法中的车辆所执行的步骤。
示例的,该方法可以包括以下步骤:
1)在检测到车辆满足预设条件后,向服务器发送控制请求,控制请求包括车辆的车辆信息,以使服务器在接收到控制请求之后向至少一个辅助终端发送控制请求,服务器在第一辅助终端确认控制请求后,向车辆发送第一验证信息,并向第一辅助终端发送与第一验证信息唯一匹配的第二验证信息,第一辅助终端为至少一个辅助终端中的任一辅助终端。
举例来说,预设条件可以是车辆上的车载垃圾桶满载,或者车辆上存在待寄物品。当用户有待寄物品需要邮寄时,可以将待寄物品放置在车辆的预设位置处,然后通过打开寄件开关以发出寄件指令,使得车辆检测到车辆上存在待寄物品。其中,寄件开关可以是设置在车辆上的物理形态的开关,也可以是车辆的控制界面(例如:中控显示屏)上的虚拟按钮,还可以通过与车辆绑定的移动设备(例如手机、智能手表)发出寄件指令。或者,车辆上可以设置有车载垃圾桶,车载垃圾桶内可以设置有多种传感器,以检测车载垃圾桶内的状态,例如,在车载垃圾桶的顶部设置有距离传感器,用以检测车载垃圾桶内的垃圾距离车载垃圾桶的顶部的距离,即检测车载垃圾桶是否满载。车载垃圾桶的内部还可以设置温度传感器,用以检测车载垃圾桶内的温度。
当车辆检测到车辆满足预设条件后,可以向服务器发送控制请求,以告知服务器,车辆中存在待寄物品,或者车辆的车载垃圾桶已经满载,需要进行取件或者清理。其中,控制请求中可以包括车辆信息,例如:车牌号码、车辆颜色、车辆型号、车辆当前位置、可控制时间等,以便之后有辅助终端确认了控制请求之后,能够准确找到车辆,取出待寄物品,或者 对车载垃圾桶进行清理。控制请求中还可以包括控制对象,用于指明需要处理的是待寄物品或者车载垃圾桶。控制对象可以分为两类(例如可以用“0”和“1”来表示)当检测到车载垃圾桶满载时,控制请求中的控制对象指示的是车载垃圾桶(对应控制对象为“0”),当检测到车辆上存在待寄物品时,控制请求中的控制对象指示的是待寄物品(对应控制对象为“1”)。服务器在接收到控制请求之后,可以查找服务器中存储的,通过服务器所提供的平台或应用程序注册的全部辅助终端,并向这些辅助终端发送控制请求。还可以根据控制请求中包括的车辆信息,对全部辅助终端进行筛选。例如可以根据车辆信息中的车辆当前位置,向距离车辆当前位置预设距离(例如:1km)内的辅助终端发送控制请求,还可以根据车辆信息中的可控制时间,向在可控制时间内空闲的辅助终端发送控制请求。一个或多个辅助终端在接收到服务器发送的控制请求后,辅助终端的用户可以根据控制请求中包括的信息确定是否能够取出待寄物品或对车辆中的车载垃圾桶进行清理。最先确认控制请求的辅助终端向服务器发送确认信息,该辅助终端即为第一辅助终端,服务器接收到第一辅助终端发送的确认信息后(即第一辅助终端确认了控制请求),向车辆发送第一验证信息,并向第一辅助终端发送与第一验证信息唯一匹配的第二验证信息,可以理解为,服务器在接收到第一辅助终端发送的确认信息后,生成第一验证信息和第二验证信息,第二验证信息与第一验证信息唯一匹配(即第一验证信息仅与第二验证信息匹配)。其中,第一验证信息和第二验证信息中可以包括能够指示车辆的信息,为了保护车主的隐私,第一验证信息可以包括随机生成的临时VIN码。需要说明的是第一验证信息和第二验证信息可以是相同的验证信息,例如按照预设的加密算法对临时VIN码进行加密,也可以是不同的验证信息,例如按照预设的两种不同的加密算法,分别加密临时VIN码,分别生成第一验证信息和第二验证信息。
2)在接收到辅助终端发送的验证信息后,验证第一验证信息与验证信息是否匹配。
举例来说,车辆接收到辅助终端发送的验证信息后,验证第一验证信息与验证信息是否匹配,其中辅助终端为至少一个辅助终端中的任一辅助终端,验证信息为服务器向辅助终端发送的验证信息。需要说明的是,从服务器向车辆和第一辅助终端发送第一验证信息和第二验证信息,到第一辅助终端向车辆发送第二验证信息,两个步骤不是同时发生的,中间可能出现其他辅助终端,因此第一辅助终端可能与辅助终端是同一个辅助终端,也可能不是同一个辅助终端。当第一辅助终端与辅助终端是同一个辅助终端时,验证信息与第二验证信息相同,当第一辅助终端与辅助终端不是同一个辅助终端时,验证信息与第二验证信息不相同,此时验证信息可能是辅助终端确认其他车辆发送给服务器的控制请求后,服务器发送给辅 助终端的验证信息,可以理解为辅助终端的用户找错了车辆。
3)在第一验证信息与验证信息匹配时,控制预设位置的车门打开,以便辅助终端的用户执行预设操作。
示例的,当车辆验证第一验证信息与验证信息匹配时,那么辅助终端即为第一辅助终端,控制预设位置的车门打开,使得第一辅助终端的用户能够执行预设操作(例如可以包括:取出待寄物品或取出车载垃圾桶进行清理),第一辅助终端的用户在取出待寄物品或清理完车载垃圾桶之后,可以将车载垃圾桶放回原位,并关上预设位置的车门。其中,预设位置的车门例如可以是车辆的左右侧的车门,也可以车辆后备箱的车门,预设位置可以是车主预先设置的,也可以是默认的位置,车主可以预先将待寄物品或者车载垃圾桶放置在预设位置的车门附近,在保护车辆内部物品的前提下,方便第一辅助终端的用户能够取出待寄物品进行邮寄或者取出车载垃圾桶进行清理。预设操作是取出待寄物品,或者取出车载垃圾桶进行清理,第一辅助终端的用户可以根据第一辅助终端接收到的控制请求中包括的控制对象来确定,例如:当控制对象指示的是车载垃圾桶时,第一辅助终端的用户可以取出车载垃圾桶进行清理,当控制对象指示的是待寄物品时,第一辅助终端的用户可以取出待寄物品。
可选的,步骤1)在检测到车辆满足预设条件后,向服务器发送控制请求,可以包括以下两种实现方式:
A)在检测到车辆的车载垃圾桶满载后,向服务器发送控制请求。此时,对应的预设操作包括清理车载垃圾桶。和/或,
B)在检测到车辆上存在待寄物品后,向服务器发送控制请求。此时,对应的预设操作包括取出待寄物品。
进一步的,在步骤B)之前,所述方法还可以包括:
C)车辆在获取寄件指令后,确定车辆上存在待寄物品。

1)用户终端向车辆发送寄件指令,用户终端为与车辆绑定的终端。
2)车辆在确认车辆上存在待寄物品后,向服务器发送控制请求,控制请求包括车辆的车辆信息。
3)服务器向至少一个辅助终端发送控制请求。
4)第一辅助终端在接收到控制请求后,向服务器确认控制请求,第一辅助终端为至少一个辅助终端中的任一辅助终端。
5)服务器在第一辅助终端确认控制请求后,向车辆发送第一验证信息,并向第一辅助终端发送与第一验证信息唯一匹配的第二验证信息。
6)车辆在接收到辅助终端发送的验证信息后,验证第一验证信息与验证信息是否匹配。
7)车辆在第一验证信息与验证信息匹配时,控制预设位置的车门打开,以便辅助终端的用户执行预设操作。
举例来说,当用户有待寄物品需要邮寄时,可以先将待寄物品放置在车辆的预设位置处,然后通过与车辆绑定的用户终端(例如智能手机、智能手表、平板电脑等移动终端)向车辆发出寄件指令。车辆在接收到寄件指令后,确认检测到车辆上存在待寄物品,然后向服务器发送控制请求,以告知服务器,车辆中存在待寄物品,需要进行取件。

  1. 一种车辆的管理方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    车辆在检测到所述车辆满足预设条件后,向服务器发送控制请求,所述控制请求包括所述车辆的车辆信息;
    所述服务器向至少一个辅助终端发送所述控制请求;
    所述服务器在第一辅助终端确认所述控制请求后,向所述车辆发送第一验证信息,并向所述第一辅助终端发送与所述第一验证信息唯一匹配的第二验证信息,所述第一辅助终端为所述至少一个辅助终端中的任一辅助终端;
    所述车辆在接收到辅助终端发送的验证信息后,验证所述第一验证信息与所述验证信息是否匹配;
    所述车辆在所述第一验证信息与所述验证信息匹配时,控制预设位置的车门打开,以便所述辅助终端的用户执行预设操作。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述车辆在检测到所述车辆满足预设条件后,向服务器发送控制请求,包括:
    在检测到所述车辆的车载垃圾桶满载后,向所述服务器发送所述控制请求,所述预设操作包括清理所述车载垃圾桶;和/或,
    在检测到所述车辆上存在待寄物品后,向所述服务器发送所述控制请求,所述预设操作包括取出所述待寄物品。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一验证信息包括车辆标识号,所述车辆标识号能够标识所述车辆;所述验证信息包括所述车辆标识号和开启密钥,所述开启密钥为按照预设的第一加密算法生成的与所述车辆标识号匹配的密钥;
    所述车辆在接收到辅助终端发送的验证信息后,验证所述第一验证信息与所述验证信息是否匹配,包括:
    在接收到所述验证信息后,所述车辆验证所述第一验证信息中包括的车辆标识号与所述验证信息中包括的车辆标识号是否相同;
    当所述第一验证信息中包括的车辆标识号与所述验证信息中包括的车辆标识号相同时,所述车辆确定所述验证信息中的开启密钥是否有效;
    当所述验证信息中的开启密钥有效时,所述车辆确定所述第一验证信息与所述验证信息匹配;
    当所述验证信息中的开启密钥无效时,所述车辆确定所述第一验证信息与所述验证信息不匹配。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述车辆确定所述验证信息中的开启密钥是否有效,包括:
    所述车辆确定所述验证信息中的开启密钥与所述验证信息中的车辆标识号是否匹配;
    当所述验证信息中的开启密钥与所述验证信息中的车辆标识号匹配时,所述车辆确定所述验证信息中的开启密钥是否为首次使用;
    当所述验证信息中的开启密钥为首次使用时,所述车辆确定所述验证信息中的开启密钥有效;
    当所述验证信息中的开启密钥不为首次使用时,所述车辆确定所述验证信息中的开启密钥无效。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述车辆在所述第一验证信息与所述验证信息匹配时,控制预设位置的车门打开,以便所述辅助终端的用户执行预设操作之后,所述方法还包括:
    所述车辆向所述服务器发送开启提示和所述车辆当前的监控信息,所述开启提示用于指示所述预设位置的车门已开启;
    所述服务器向用户终端发送所述开启提示,和/或所述监控信息,所述用户终端为与所述车辆绑定的终端;
    所述车辆在所述预设位置的车门关闭后,向所述服务器发送关闭提示,所述关闭提示用于指示所述预设位置的车门已关闭;
    所述服务器向所述用户终端发送所述关闭提示。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    在预设时间段内,当所述车辆接收到所述验证信息的次数大于预设次数,且所述第一验证信息与所述验证信息不匹配时,所述车辆发出报警信息,并向所述服务器发送报警提示;
    所述服务器向用户终端发送所述报警提示,所述用户终端为与所述车辆绑定的终端。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述车载垃圾桶内设置有距离传感器和温度传感器;所述距离传感器用于检测所述车载垃圾桶是否满载,所述温度传感器用于检测所述车载垃圾桶内的温度是否异常;
    所述方法还包括:
    所述车辆在检测到所述车载垃圾桶满载后,向所述服务器发送第一提示信息,所述第一提示信息用于提示所述车载垃圾桶已经满载;
    所述服务器向用户终端发送所述第一提示信息,所述用户终端为与所述车辆绑定的终端;和/或,
    所述车辆在检测到所述车载垃圾桶满载后,在所述车辆的显示屏幕上显示所述第一提示信息;
    所述车辆在检测到所述车载垃圾桶内的温度异常后,向所述服务器发送第二提示信息,所述第二提示信息用于提示所述车载垃圾桶内的温度异常;
    所述服务器向用户终端发送所述第二提示信息,所述用户终端为与所述车辆绑定的终端;和/或,
    所述车辆在检测到所述车载垃圾桶内的温度异常后,在所述车辆的显示屏幕上显示所述第二提示信息。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述在检测到所述车辆上存在待寄物品后,向所述服务器发送所述控制请求之前,所述方法还包括:
    所述车辆在获取寄件指令后,确定所述车辆上存在所述待寄物品。
  9. 一种车辆的管理方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    用户终端向车辆发送寄件指令,所述用户终端为与所述车辆绑定的终端;
    所述车辆在确认所述车辆上存在待寄物品后,向服务器发送控制请求,所述控制请求包括所述车辆的车辆信息;
    所述服务器向至少一个辅助终端发送所述控制请求;
    第一辅助终端在接收到所述控制请求后,向所述服务器确认所述控制请求,所述第一辅助终端为所述至少一个辅助终端中的任一辅助终端;
    所述服务器在第一辅助终端确认所述控制请求后,向所述车辆发送第一验证信息,并向所述第一辅助终端发送与所述第一验证信息唯一匹配的第二验证信息;
    所述车辆在接收到辅助终端发送的验证信息后,验证所述第一验证信 息与所述验证信息是否匹配;
    所述车辆在所述第一验证信息与所述验证信息匹配时,控制预设位置的车门打开,以便所述辅助终端的用户执行预设操作。
  10. 一种车辆的管理方法,其特征在于,应用于车辆,所述方法包括:
    在检测到车辆满足预设条件后,向服务器发送控制请求,所述控制请求包括所述车辆的车辆信息,以使所述服务器在接收到所述控制请求之后向至少一个辅助终端发送所述控制请求,所述服务器在第一辅助终端确认所述控制请求后,向所述车辆发送第一验证信息,并向所述第一辅助终端发送与所述第一验证信息唯一匹配的第二验证信息,所述第一辅助终端为所述至少一个辅助终端中的任一辅助终端;
    在接收到辅助终端发送的验证信息后,验证所述第一验证信息与所述验证信息是否匹配;
    在所述第一验证信息与所述验证信息匹配时,控制预设位置的车门打开,以便所述辅助终端的用户执行预设操作。
  11. 一种车辆,其特征在于,所述车辆上设置有:发送模块、验证模块和控制模块;
    所述发送模块,用于在检测到车辆满足预设条件后,向服务器发送控制请求,所述控制请求包括所述车辆的车辆信息,以使所述服务器在接收到所述控制请求之后向至少一个辅助终端发送所述控制请求,所述服务器在第一辅助终端确认所述控制请求后,向所述车辆发送第一验证信息,并向所述第一辅助终端发送与所述第一验证信息唯一匹配的第二验证信息,所述第一辅助终端为所述至少一个辅助终端中的任一辅助终端;
    所述验证模块,用于在接收到辅助终端发送的验证信息后,验证所述第一验证信息与所述验证信息是否匹配;
    所述控制模块,用于在所述第一验证信息与所述验证信息匹配时,控制预设位置的车门打开,以便所述辅助终端的用户执行预设操作。
  12. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,其特征在于,该程序被处理器执行时实现权利要求10所述方法的步骤。
  13. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,包括:
    存储器,其上存储有计算机程序;
    处理器,用于执行所述存储器中的所述计算机程序,以实现权利要求10所述方法的步骤。
  14. 一种计算机程序,其特征在于,包括程序指令,所述程序指令用于执行权利要求10所述的方法。
