作为本发明的一个实施方案,所述防滑拒水层为发泡乳胶层、热塑弹性体材料层、腈纶树脂层、EVA发泡层、聚氨酯发泡层、XPE发泡层或IXPE发泡层。
作为本发明的一个实施方案,所述防滑地毯胶垫层可与地毯毯面结合使用。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
1、本发明的防滑地毯胶垫层的结合面采用三维夹层网眼布中间剖开形成的单面结构层,该单面结构层上的涤纶单丝与经编网眼布是一体化的,不易脱落,提高了使用寿命;
2、本发明的防滑地毯胶垫层的结合面上的20D~120D的涤纶单丝可形成粗、硬, 具有一定挺度的凸起,可以方便的插合到多种地毯毯面的间隙中,也可方便、随意地进行拆卸,且可反复拆卸多次不损坏;
3、本发明的防滑地毯胶垫层可与多种地毯毯面结合使用,结合强度适中;既不会因结合力过高导致拆卸时损坏毯面,也不会因结合力过低导致毯面容易移位、起翘;
4、本发明的防滑地毯胶垫层可卷可折叠,运输方便。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明进行详细说明。以下实施例将有助于本领域的技术人员进一步理解本发明,但不以任何形式限制本发明。应当指出的是,对本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干调整和改进。这些都属于本发明的保护范围。
实施例1
本实施例涉及一种防滑地毯胶垫层,如图1所示,包括:
底层的防滑拒水层5(发泡乳胶层);
上层的结合层4,所述结合层4为布设若干涤纶单丝凸起的经编网眼布。
该结合层是由上下两层的经编网眼布和中间竖向排列的连接该上下两层经编网眼布的若干涤纶单丝组成的三维夹层网眼布中间剖开形成的单面结构层;该三维夹层网眼布具体是采用80D的涤纶单丝纱线一体化编织而成。
所述涤纶单丝凸起与经编网眼布的夹角为40°~60°之间;涤纶单丝凸起的高度为5mm。结合层的经编网眼布上的单个网眼大小为:面积20平方毫米。
本实施例的防滑地毯胶垫层可与底面是绒布层或具有3D网眼布底层的地毯结合使用。当与底面为3D网眼布(厚度为5mm,网眼大小为:面积20平方毫米)的毯面结合使用时,如图2所示,毯面由面层1、底层的3D网眼布3,以及设置在两层之间的粘合胶层2组成;结合使用时,防滑地毯胶垫层结合层上的单丝凸起插入3D网眼布的网眼中。并且,由于该3D网眼布与防滑垫的结合面是同一种材质;同时由于三维网布结构 层具有一定的厚度,当结合面上的凸起插入网眼时,该凸起同时也插入三维网布结构层中间的连接涤纶单丝的间隙中;这两点都使得毯面与防滑垫复合使用时,结合强度高,不容易在使用坏境中发生移动,四周也不会起翘,具有良好的舒适性。
实施例2
本实施例涉及一种防滑地毯胶垫层,如图1所示,包括:
底层的防滑拒水层5(热塑弹性体材料层);
上层的结合层4,所述结合层4为布设若干涤纶单丝凸起的经编网眼布。
该结合层是由上下两层的经编网眼布和中间竖向排列的连接该上下两层经编网眼布的若干涤纶单丝组成的三维网布结构层中间剖开形成的单面结构层;该三维网布结构层具体是采用20D的涤纶单丝纱线一体化编织而成。
所述涤纶单丝凸起与经编网眼布的夹角在50°~70°之间;涤纶单丝凸起的高度为1.5mm。结合层的经编网眼布上的单个网眼的面积为0.2平方毫米。
本实施例的防滑地毯胶垫层可与底面是绒布层或具有3D网眼布底层的地毯结合使用。
实施例3
本实施例涉及一种防滑地毯胶垫层,如图1所示,包括:
底层的防滑拒水层5(腈纶树脂层);
上层的结合层4,所述结合层4为布设若干涤纶单丝凸起的经编网眼布。
该结合层是由上下两层的经编网眼布和中间竖向排列的连接该上下两层经编网眼布的若干涤纶单丝组成的三维网布结构层中间剖开形成的单面结构层;该三维网布结构层具体是采用120D的涤纶单丝纱线一体化编织而成。
所述涤纶单丝凸起与经编网眼布的夹角在40°~60°之间;涤纶单丝凸起的高度为10mm。结合层的经编网眼布上的单个网眼的面积为100平方毫米。
本实施例的防滑地毯胶垫层可与底面是绒布层或具有3D网眼布底层的地毯结合使用。
实施例4
本实施例涉及一种防滑地毯胶垫层,包括:
底层的防滑拒水层(发泡乳胶层);
上层的结合层,所述结合层为布设若干涤纶单丝凸起的单面植绒面料;是采用80D的涤纶单丝纱线一体化编织、植绒而成。
所述涤纶单丝凸起与单面植绒面料的夹角为50°~60°之间;涤纶单丝凸起的高度为8mm。结合层的经编网眼布上的单个网眼的面积为36平方毫米。
性能验证
现有技术存在一种具有垫部的地毯;由罩和下方防滑不吸水的垫通过罩上的圈和垫上的钩互锁机械连接相互附着而构建。
该互锁机械连接在第一实施方案中由VELCRO形成,这种VELCRO具有魔术贴效果,然而拆卸多次圈和钩被破坏,如10次就出现绒面被破坏现象,导致粘结强度不够。
该互锁机械连接在第二实施方案中由所述垫上的粒状物材料层形成,罩采用起绒布,其上面的圈细微,肉眼很难看出,而垫上的粒状物材料层是由垫上3D-18D的短纤维经热处理形成砂砾层;因此,这种互锁连接强度欠佳;并且,使用过程中罩的四周会起翘,影响使用者体验感。此外,由于垫上的粒状物材料层是由垫上纤维经热处理形成砂砾层,其无法卷曲、折叠。
该互锁机械连接在第三实施方案中由具有与所述罩的底表面互锁的突起的树脂材料形成。然而,这种罩和垫的互锁机械连接的结合力很差。
将实施例1的防滑地毯胶垫层与底面为3D网眼布(厚度为5mm,网眼大小为:面积20平方毫米)的毯面结合使用,记为实验组1;
以上述第二实施方案为对照组1;
将上述第二方案中具有粒状物材料层的垫层底面为3D网眼布(厚度为5mm,网眼大小为:面积20平方毫米)的毯面结合使用,记为对比组2;
将对照组1、对照组2与实施例1的可拆卸式地毯进行如下实验:
1、结合强度实验
实验仪器:电脑式桌上型拉力试验机
1)取5cmx20cm大小的对照组1的地毯面及垫层,相互重合在一起,用6千克的滚筒滚压两次,用拉力试验机做三次平均剥离力测试,测试结果为:0.576牛顿,0.453牛顿,0.321牛顿;可见其剥离力逐逐步减弱。
取5cmx20cm大小的对照组2的地毯面及垫层,相互重合在一起,由于地毯面及垫层之间几乎无粘合力,无法用前述方法测试剥离力。
取5cmx20cm大小的实施例1的可拆卸式地毯的毯面和防滑结合层,相互重合在一起,用6千克的滚筒滚压两次,用拉力试验机做三次平均剥离力测试,测试后的结果为:1.387牛顿,1.325牛顿,1.467牛顿;可见其剥离力基本保持不变,且均显著优于对照 组1;
2)取5cmx20cm大小的对照组1的地毯面及垫层,相互重合在一起,用6千克的滚筒滚压两次,用拉力试验机做三次平均横向分离力测试,测试结果为:26.551牛顿;11.575牛顿,6.230牛顿;可见,横向分离力大幅减弱;
取5cmx20cm大小的实施例1的可拆卸式地毯的毯面和防滑结合层,相互重合在一起,用6千克的滚筒滚压两次,用拉力试验机做三次平均横向分离力测试,测试结果为:52.128牛顿;52.128牛顿,53.252牛顿;可见,横向分离力基本保持不变且均显著优于对照组1。
2、拆卸寿命试验:
取5cmx20cm大小的对照组1的地毯面及垫层,相互重合在一起,用6千克的滚筒滚压两次,用拉力试验机做20次纵向和横向分离测试,发现其毯面的底层的圈绒破坏严重,砂砾层部分受损,断裂的砂砾颗粒与毯面底层的绒布粘在一起,严重影响外观,而且最终粘结力无法用拉力试验机测试剥离力;
取5cmx20cm大小的实施例1的可拆卸式地毯的毯面和防滑结合层相互重合在一起,用6千克的滚筒滚压两次,用拉力试验机做20次纵向和横向分离测试,其结果剥离力为1.335牛顿。
以上对本发明的具体实施例进行了描述。需要理解的是,本发明并不局限于上述特定实施方式,本领域技术人员可以在权利要求的范围内做出各种变形或修改,这并不影响本发明的实质内容。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种防滑地毯胶垫层,其特征在于,
    所述防滑地毯胶垫层包括底层的防滑拒水层和上层的结合层,所述结合层为布设若干涤纶、丙纶或尼龙单丝凸起的经编网眼布;或为布设若干涤纶、丙纶或尼龙单丝凸起的单面簇绒面料或单面植绒面料。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的防滑地毯胶垫层,其特征在于,涤纶、丙纶或尼龙单丝凸起与经编网眼布、单面簇绒面料或单面植绒面料的夹角均为40°~90°。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的防滑地毯胶垫层,其特征在于,所述结合层上涤纶、或尼龙单丝凸起的高度为1.5mm~10mm。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的防滑地毯胶垫层,其特征在于,所述结合层为三维夹层网眼布中间剖开形成的单面结构层。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的防滑地毯胶垫层,其特征在于,所述三维夹层网眼布是由上下两层的经编网眼布和中间竖向排列的连接该上下两层经编网眼布的若干涤纶、丙纶或尼龙单丝组成。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的防滑地毯胶垫层,其特征在于,所述三维夹层网眼布采用20D~120D的涤纶单丝纱线一体化编织而成。
  7. 如权利要求4、5或6所述的防滑地毯胶垫层,其特征在于,所述三维夹层网眼布的厚度为2mm~20mm。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的防滑地毯胶垫层,其特征在于,上下两层的经编网眼布上的单个网眼的面积为0.2平方毫米~100平方毫米。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的防滑地毯胶垫层,其特征在于,所述防滑拒水层为发泡乳胶层、热塑弹性体材料层、腈纶树脂层、EVA发泡层、聚氨酯发泡层、XPE发泡层或IXPE发泡层。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的防滑地毯胶垫层,其特征在于,所述防滑地毯胶垫层可与地毯毯面结合使用。
