Abstract

本发明提供了一种摄像光学镜头,由物侧至像侧依序包括:有正屈折力的第一透镜、有负屈折力的第二透镜、有正屈折力的第三透镜及第四透镜、有负屈折力的第五透镜;摄像光学镜头的焦距为f,第一透镜、第二透镜、第三透镜及第五透镜的焦距分别为f1、f2、f3及f5,第二透镜物侧面和像侧面的曲率半径分别为R3和R4,第四透镜物侧面和像侧面的曲率半径分别为R7和R8,第五透镜物侧面和像侧面的曲率半径分别为R9和R10,满足:-0.50≤f1/f2≤-0.35;50.00≤f3/f≤75.00;-2.40≤(f2+f5)/f≤-2.00;0.70≤(R3+R4)/(R3-R4)≤0.95;1.30≤(R7+R8)/(R7-R8)≤1.60;0.40≤(R9+R10)/(R9-R10)≤0.75。在具有良好光学性能的同时,满足大光圈、广角化、超薄化的设计要求。

Description

摄像光学镜头 【技术领域】
本发明涉及光学镜头领域,特别涉及一种适用于智能手机、数码相机等手提终端设备,以及监视器、PC镜头等摄像装置的摄像光学镜头。
【背景技术】
随着科学技术的不断发展,电子设备的功能不断完善,除了传统的数码相机和独立的摄像头、监控器等,诸如平板电脑、手机等便携电子设备也配备了摄像光学镜头,并且要求手机等电子设备中的镜头在具备良好成像品质的同时满足轻薄化要求,因此,具备良好成像品质的小型化摄像镜头俨然成为目前市场上的主流。
为获得较佳的成像品质,传统搭载于手机相机的镜头多采用三片式、四片式透镜结构。然而,随着技术的发展以及用户多样化需求的增多,在感光器件的像素面积不断缩小,且系统对成像品质的要求不断提高的情况下,五片式透镜结构逐渐出现在镜头设计当中,常见的五片式透镜虽然能够具有较好的光学性能,但是其光焦度分配、透镜间距和透镜形状设置仍然具有一定的不合理性,导致摄像镜头在具有良好光学性能的同时,无法满足大光圈、广角化和超薄化的设计要求。
因此,有必要提供一种摄像光学镜头以解决上述问题。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的在于提供一种摄像光学镜头,以解决目前摄像光学镜头在具有良好光学性能的同时,无法满足大光圈、广角化、超薄化的设计要求的技术问题。
本发明的技术方案如下:
提供了一种摄像光学镜头,所述摄像光学镜头,由物侧至像侧依序包括:第一透镜、第二透镜、第三透镜、第四透镜以及第五透镜,;所述第一 透镜具有正屈折力,所述第二透镜具有负屈折力,所述第三透镜具有正屈折力,所述第四透镜具有正屈折力,所述第五透镜具有负屈折力;
所述摄像光学镜头的焦距为f,所述第一透镜的焦距为f1,所述第二透镜的焦距为f2,所述第三透镜的焦距为f3,所述第五透镜的焦距为f5,所述第二透镜物侧面的曲率半径为R3,所述第二透镜的像侧面的曲率半径为R4,所述第四透镜物侧面的曲率半径为R7,所述第四透镜的像侧面的曲率半径为R8,所述第五透镜物侧面的曲率半径为R9,所述第五透镜的像侧面的曲率半径为R10,满足下列关系式:
-0.50≤f1/f2≤-0.35;
50.00≤f3/f≤75.00;
-2.40≤(f2+f5)/f≤-2.00;

作为一种改进,所述第四透镜的焦距为f4,满足下列关系式:

作为一种改进,所述第四透镜的轴上厚度为d7,所述摄像光学镜头的光学总长为TTL,所述第四透镜的焦距为f4,满足下列关系式:
0.07≤d7/TTL≤0.27;
0.20≤f4/f≤0.89。
作为一种改进,所述第五透镜的轴上厚度为d9,所述摄像光学镜头的光学总长为TTL,满足下列关系式:
0.02≤d9/TTL≤0.14;
-0.96≤f5/f≤-0.23。
作为一种改进,所述摄像光学镜头的光学总长为TTL,所述摄像光学镜头的像高为IH,满足下列关系式:
TTL/IH≤1.35。

作为一种改进,所述第一透镜与所述第二透镜的组合焦距为f12,满足下列关系式:

本发明的有益效果在于:本发明提供的摄像光学镜头,在具有良好光学性能的同时,满足大光圈、广角化、超薄化的设计要求,尤其适用于由高像素用的CCD、CMOS等摄像元件构成的手机摄像镜头组件和WEB摄像镜头。

下面结合附图和实施方式对本发明作进一步说明。
为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合附图对本发明的各实施方式进行详细的阐述。然而,本领域的普通技术人员可以理解,在本发明各实施方式中,为了使读者更好地理解本发明而提出了许多技术细节。但是,即使没有这些技术细节和基于以下各实施方式的种种变化和修改,也可以实现本发明所要求保护的技术方案。
以下为实施方式一:
请一并参阅图1至图4,本发明提供了一种摄像光学镜头10。图1所示为本发明实施方式一的摄像光学镜头10,该摄像光学镜头10包括五个透镜。具体地,摄像光学镜头10,由物侧至像侧依序包括:光圈S1、第一透镜L1、第二透镜L2、第三透镜L3、第四透镜L4以及第五透镜L5。本实施方式中,在第五透镜L5和像面Si之间设置有光学过滤片GF等光学元件,其中光学过滤片GF可以是玻璃盖板,也可以是光学过滤片(filter),当然在其他可实施方式中,光学过滤片GF还可以设置在其他位置。
本实施方式中,第一透镜L1具有正屈折力;第二透镜L2具有负屈折力;第三透镜L3具有正屈折力;第四透镜L4具有正屈折力;第五透镜L5具有负屈折力。
在本实施方式中,定义第一透镜L1的焦距为f1,第二透镜L2的焦距为f2,满足关系式:-0.50≤f1/f2≤-0.35;规定了第一透镜L1的焦距与第二透镜L2的焦距的比值。在该条件式规定的范围内,有助于光学系统的球差矫正。
定义第三透镜L3的焦距为f3,摄像光学镜头10的焦距为f,满足关系式:50.00≤f3/f≤75.00,规定了第三透镜L3的焦距与摄像光学镜头10的总焦距的比值,在该条件式规定的范围内,有助于提升光学系统的性能。
定义摄像光学镜头10的焦距为f,第二透镜L2的焦距为f2,第五透镜L5的焦距为f5,满足关系式:-2.40≤(f2+f5)/f≤-2.00,规定了第二透镜L2的焦距与第五透镜L5的焦距总和与摄像光学镜头10的焦距之间的比值范围,在该条件式规定的范围内,可有效分配第二透镜L2与第五透镜L5的光焦度,对光学系统的像差进行校正,进而提升成像品质。
定义第二透镜L2物侧面的曲率半径为R3,第二透镜L2的像侧面的曲率半径为R4,满足关系式:0.70≤(R3+R4)/(R3-R4)≤0.95,规定了第二透镜L2的物侧面的曲率半径与其像侧面的曲率半径的和,与该第二透镜L2的物侧面的曲率半径与其像侧面的曲率半径的差之间的比值范围,如此设置,规定了该第二透镜L2的形状,在该条件式规定的范围内,可以缓和光线经过镜片的偏折程度,有效减小像差。
定义第四透镜L4物侧面的曲率半径为R7,第四透镜L4的像侧面的曲率半径为R8,满足关系式:1.30≤(R7+R8)/(R7-R8)≤1.60,规定了第四透镜L4的物侧面的曲率半径与其像侧面的曲率半径的和,与该第四透镜L4的物侧面的曲率半径与其像侧面的曲率半径的差之间的比值,如此设置,规定了该第四透镜L4的形状,在该条件式规定的范围内,有助于提高光学系统的性能。
定义第五透镜L5物侧面的曲率半径为R9,第五透镜L5的像侧面的曲率半径为R10,满足关系式:0.40≤(R9+R10)/(R9-R10)≤0.75,规定了第五透镜L5的物侧面的曲率半径与其像侧面的曲率半径的和,与该第五透镜L5的物侧面的曲率半径与其像侧面的曲率半径的差之间的比值,如此设 置,规定了该第五透镜L5的形状,在该条件式规定的范围内,可以有效校正该第一透镜L1、第二透镜L2、第三透镜L3及第四透镜L4所产生的像差。
定义摄像光学镜头10的焦距为f,第一透镜L1的焦距为f1,第三透镜L3的焦距为f3第四透镜L4的焦距为f4,满足下列关系式:50.00≤(f1+f3+f4)/f≤75.00,规定了第一透镜L1的焦距、第三透镜L3的焦距及第四透镜L4的焦距总和与摄像光学镜头10的焦距之间的比值范围,在条件式规定的范围内,有助于提升光学系统性能。
定义第一透镜L1的轴上厚度为d1,摄像光学镜头的光学总长为TTL,满足下列关系式:0.05≤d1/TTL≤0.18,规定了第一透镜L1的轴上厚度与摄像光学镜头10的光学总长TTL的比值。在该条件式规定的范围内,有利于实现超薄化。
定义摄像光学镜头10的焦距为f,第一透镜L1的焦距为f1,满足下列关系式:0.38≤f1/f≤1.17,规定了第一透镜L1的焦距与整体焦距的比值。在规定的范围内时,第一透镜L1具有适当的正屈折力,有利于减小系统像差,同时有利于镜头向超薄化、广角化发展。
定义第一透镜L1物侧面的曲率半径为R1,第一透镜L1的像侧面的曲率半径为R2,满足下列关系式:-3.22≤(R1+R2)/(R1-R2)≤-0.97;在条件式规定的范围内,合理控制第一透镜L1的形状,使得第一透镜L1能够有效地校正系统球差。
定义第二透镜L2的轴上厚度为d3,摄像光学镜头的光学总长为TTL,满足下列关系式:0.02≤d3/TTL≤0.08,规定了第二透镜L2的轴上厚度与摄像光学镜头10的光学总长TTL的比值。在满足该条件式规定的范围内,有利于实现超薄化。
定义摄像光学镜头10的焦距为f,第二透镜L2的焦距为f2,满足下列关系式:-3.58≤f2/f≤-1.10,规定了第二透镜L2的焦距与摄像光学镜头10的总焦距的比值,通过将第二透镜L2的负光焦度控制在合理范围,有利于矫正光学系统的像差。
定义第三透镜L3的轴上厚度为d5,摄像光学镜头的光学总长为TTL,满足下列关系式:0.02≤d5/TTL≤0.14,规定了第三透镜L3的轴上厚度与摄像光学镜头10的光学总长TTL的比值,有利于实现超薄化。
定义第三透镜L3物侧面的曲率半径为R5,第三透镜L3的像侧面的曲率半径为R6,满足下列关系式:-105.33≤(R5+R6)/(R5-R6)≤-17.80,在条件式规定的范围内,可有效控制第三透镜L3的形状,有利于第三透镜L3成型,并避免因第三透镜L3的表面曲率过大而导致成型不良与应力产生。
定义第四透镜L4的轴上厚度为d7,摄像光学镜头的光学总长为TTL,满足下列关系式:0.07≤d7/TTL≤0.27,规定了第四透镜L4的轴上厚度与摄像光学镜头10的光学总长TTL的比值,有利于实现超薄化。
定义第四透镜L4的焦距为f4,摄像光学镜头10的焦距为f,满足下列关系式:0.20≤f4/f≤0.89,规定了第四透镜L4的焦距与摄像光学镜头10的总焦距的比值,通过光焦度的合理分配,使得系统具有较佳的成像品质和较低的敏感性。
定义第五透镜L5的轴上厚度为d9,摄像光学镜头的光学总长为TTL,满足下列关系式:0.02≤d9/TTL≤0.14;规定了第五透镜L5的轴上厚度与摄像光学镜头10的光学总长TTL的比值,有利于实现超薄化。
定义第五透镜L5的焦距为f5,摄像光学镜头10的焦距为f,满足下列关系式:-0.96≤f5/f≤-0.23,规定了第五透镜L5的焦距与摄像光学镜头10的总焦距的比值,对第五透镜L5的限定可有效的使得摄像镜头的光线角度平缓,降低公差敏感度。
定义摄像光学镜头10的光学总长为TTL,摄像光学镜头10的像高为IH,满足下列关系式:TTL/IH≤1.35,有利于实现超薄化。
定义所述摄像光学镜头10的光圈F数为FNO,也即有效焦距与入射瞳孔径的比值,满足下列关系式:FNO≤2.30,有利于实现大光圈,使得成像性能好。
定义摄像光学镜头的焦距为f,第一透镜L1与第二透镜L2的组合焦 距为f12,满足关系式:0.57≤f12/f≤1.85,借此,可消除摄像光学镜头的像差与歪曲,且可压制摄像光学镜头后焦距,维持影像镜片系统组小型化。
即当满足上述关系时,使得摄像光学镜头10实现了在具有良好光学性能的同时,还能满足大光圈、广角化、超薄化的设计要求;根据该摄像光学镜头10的特性,该摄像光学镜头10尤其适用于由高像素用的CCD、CMOS等摄像元件构成的手机摄像镜头组件和WEB摄像镜头。
此外,本发明提供的摄像光学镜头10中,各透镜的表面可以设置为非球面,非球面可以容易制作成球面以外的形状,获得较多的控制变数,用以消减像差,进而缩减透镜使用的数目,因此可以有效降低本发明摄像光学镜头10的总长度。本发明实施例中,各个透镜的物侧面和像侧面均为非球面。
下面将用实例进行说明本发明的摄像光学镜头10。各实例中所记载的符号如下所示。焦距、轴上距离、曲率半径、轴上厚度、反曲点位置、驻点位置的单位为mm。
TTL:光学总长(第一透镜L1的物侧面到成像面的轴上距离),单位为mm。
优选的,透镜的物侧面和/或像侧面上还可以设置有反曲点和/或驻点,以满足高品质的成像需求,具体的可实施方案,参下。
图1是实施方式一中摄像光学镜头10的结构示意图。以下示出了本发明实施方式一中摄像光学镜头10的设计数据。
表1、表2示出本发明第一实施方式的摄像光学镜头10的设计数据。需要说明的是,本实施方式中,距离、半径和中心厚度的单位为毫米(mm)。

后出现的表13示出各实施方式一、二、三中各种数值与条件式中已规定的参数所对应的值。
如表13所示,第一实施方式满足各条件式。
在本实施方式中,摄像光学镜头10的入瞳直径为1.636,全视场像高为3.264,对角线方向的视场角为80.01°,使得所述摄像光学镜头10广角化、超薄化、大光圈,其轴上、轴外色像差充分补正,且具有优秀的光学特征。
以下为实施方式二:
图5是实施方式二中摄像光学镜头20的结构示意图,实施方式二与实施方式一基本相同,以下列表中符号含义与实施方式一也相同,故对于相同的部分此处不再赘述,以下仅列出不同点。

如表13所示,第二实施方式满足各条件式。
在本实施方式中,摄像光学镜头20的入瞳直径为1.655mm,全视场像高为3.264mm,对角线方向的视场角为79.10°,使得所述摄像光学镜头20广角化、超薄化、大光圈,其轴上、轴外色像差充分补正,且具有优秀的光学特征。
以下为实施方式三:
图9是实施方式三中摄像光学镜头30的结构示意图,实施方式三与实施方式一基本相同,以下列表中符号含义与实施方式一也相同,故对于相同的部分此处不再赘述,以下仅列出不同点。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种摄像光学镜头,其特征在于,所述摄像光学镜头,由物侧至像侧依序包括:第一透镜、第二透镜、第三透镜、第四透镜以及第五透镜,;所述第一透镜具有正屈折力,所述第二透镜具有负屈折力,所述第三透镜具有正屈折力,所述第四透镜具有正屈折力,所述第五透镜具有负屈折力;
    所述摄像光学镜头的焦距为f,所述第一透镜的焦距为f1,所述第二透镜的焦距为f2,所述第三透镜的焦距为f3,所述第五透镜的焦距为f5,所述第二透镜物侧面的曲率半径为R3,所述第二透镜的像侧面的曲率半径为R4,所述第四透镜物侧面的曲率半径为R7,所述第四透镜的像侧面的曲率半径为R8,所述第五透镜物侧面的曲率半径为R9,所述第五透镜的像侧面的曲率半径为R10,满足下列关系式:
    -0.50≤f1/f2≤-0.35;
    50.00≤f3/f≤75.00;
    -2.40≤(f2+f5)/f≤-2.00;
    0.70≤(R3+R4)/(R3-R4)≤0.95;
    1.30≤(R7+R8)/(R7-R8)≤1.60;
    0.40≤(R9+R10)/(R9-R10)≤0.75。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的摄像光学镜头,其特征在于:所述第四透镜的焦距为f4,满足下列关系式:
    50.00≤(f1+f3+f4)/f≤75.00。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的摄像光学镜头,其特征在于:所述第一透镜的轴上厚度为d1,所述摄像光学镜头的光学总长为TTL,所述第一透镜物侧面的曲率半径为R1,所述第一透镜的像侧面的曲率半径为R2,满足下列关系式:
    0.05≤d1/TTL≤0.18;
    -3.22≤(R1+R2)/(R1-R2)≤-0.97;
    0.38≤f1/f≤1.17。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的摄像光学镜头,其特征在于:所述第二透镜的轴上厚度为d3,所述摄像光学镜头的光学总长为TTL,满足下列关系式:
    0.02≤d3/TTL≤0.08;
    -3.58≤f2/f≤-1.10。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的摄像光学镜头,其特征在于:所述第三透镜物侧面的曲率半径为R5,所述第三透镜的像侧面的曲率半径为R6,所述第三透镜的轴上厚度为d5,所述摄像光学镜头的光学总长为TTL,满足下列关系式:
    0.02≤d5/TTL≤0.14;
    -105.33≤(R5+R6)/(R5-R6)≤-17.80。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的摄像光学镜头,其特征在于:所述第四透镜的轴上厚度为d7,所述摄像光学镜头的光学总长为TTL,所述第四透镜的焦距为f4,满足下列关系式:
    0.07≤d7/TTL≤0.27;
    0.20≤f4/f≤0.89。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的摄像光学镜头,其特征在于:所述第五透镜的轴上厚度为d9,所述摄像光学镜头的光学总长为TTL,满足下列关系式:
    0.02≤d9/TTL≤0.14;
    -0.96≤f5/f≤-0.23。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的摄像光学镜头,其特征在于:所述摄像光学镜头的光学总长为TTL,所述摄像光学镜头的像高为IH,满足下列关系式:
    TTL/IH≤1.35。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的摄像光学镜头,其特征在于:所述摄像光学镜头的光圈F数为FNO,满足下列关系式:
    FNO≤2.30。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的摄像光学镜头,其特征在于,所述第一透镜与所述第二透镜的组合焦距为f12,满足下列关系式:
    0.57≤f12/f≤1.85。
