본 발명은 포장용 상자 내부에 별도로 구비되는 칸막이 구조에 관한 것으로서, 수평 방향으로 배치되며, 적재되는 다수의 물건이 안착되는 바닥면을 제공하는 베이스(110); 상기 베이스(110)의 일정 영역이 미리 설정된 간격마다 절개되고, 적재되는 물건의 두께에 대응하는 높이로 상향 절곡되는 다수의 칸막이부(120); 상기 칸막이부(120) 각각의 상단부에서 수평 방향으로 절곡되는 다수의 수평절곡부(130); 및, 상기 수평절곡부(130)를 하나로 연결하는 연결부(140);를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Description

포장용 칸막이 구조
본 발명은 다수 제품이나 물건이 안정적으로 수납될 수 있도록 포장용 박스 내측에 사용되는 칸막이 구조에 관한 것으로서, 평면 형태의 종이에 패턴을 미리 재단하여 신속하고 효율적으로 제작할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 한다.
일반적으로 포장용 박스는 다양한 종류의 제품 포장에 사용되는 것으로서, 골판지를 포함하는 종이재 박스가 많이 사용되고 있으며, 제품을 박스에 담아 포장하고 있다.
이러한 포장용 박스의 사용시, 제품들이 서로 부딪히거나 외부 충격이 전달되어 손상되지 않도록 포장에 있어 상당한 주의를 기울여야 한다.
즉, 포장용 박스에 제품을 넣어 포장 후 보관하는 과정이나 적재하는 과정, 하역하는 과정, 운반하는 과정, 그 밖의 취급 과정에서 제품 상호 간의 충격이나 외부에서 전달되는 충격에 의해 제품이 손상될 수 있게 되므로 이를 방지하기 위한 노력들이 강구되어야 한다.
이를 위하여 통상적으로 포장용 박스의 내부에 완충물을 설치하게 되는데, 제조비용 및 환경 등을 고려하여 골판지를 포함하는 종이재 완충물이 많이 사용되고 있다.
특히, 동일한 형태의 제품을 다수 개 넣어 포장하는 경우에는 별도의 칸막이 구조를 구비하여 포장용 박스 내에 구획되는 공간을 형성하여 줌으로써 다수의 제품이 각각 분리 수납될 수 있고, 이를 통하여 제품 포장이나 운송 과정, 그 밖의 취급 과정에서 제품이 손상되는 것을 방지하고 있다.
하지만, 종래 사용되고 있는 포장용 칸막이는 도1에 예시적으로 도시한 것처럼 여러 조각의 모형판지를 구비하되 이들 각각의 일측 단부에 절개홈을 간격 형성한 것으로서, 여러 조각의 모형판지를 수작업으로 끼워서 조립해야 하는 바 작업이 번거롭고, 이로 인해 포장시간이 필요 이상으로 과도하게 소요되는 문제점이 있다.
아울러 도2에 도시된 것처럼 한 장의 종이를 적절히 커팅한 후 절곡선을 따라 접는 방식의 칸막이 구조도 있으나 자동 재단을 통하여 커팅이 이루어진 종이를 미리 정해진 절곡선을 따라 여러 번 접는 과정이 수반될 수 밖에 없어 작업이 번거롭다는 문제점이 있다.

상기한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 창작된 본 발명은 한 장의 종이만으로 별도의 조립 과정 없이 간편하게 칸막이를 형성할 수 있는 포장용 칸막이 구조를 제공함을 목적으로 한다.
본 발명은 포장용 상자 내부에 별도로 구비되는 칸막이 구조에 관한 것으로서, 수평 방향으로 배치되며, 적재되는 다수의 물건이 안착되는 바닥면을 제공하는 베이스(110); 상기 베이스(110)의 일정 영역이 미리 설정된 간격마다 절개되고, 적재되는 물건의 두께에 대응하는 높이로 상향 절곡되는 다수의 칸막이부(120); 상기 칸막이부(120) 각각의 상단부에서 수평 방향으로 절곡되는 다수의 수평절곡부(130); 및, 상기 수평절곡부(130)를 하나로 연결하는 연결부(140);를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명의 구성에 따르면 수평절곡부(130)를 하나로 연결하는 연결부(140)를 당기거나 밀어주는 1회의 동작만으로 칸막이부(120)와 수평절곡부(130)의 절곡이 이루어지면서 다수의 칸막이 수납공간이 동시에 형성되고, 이를 통하여 작업시간과 비용을 대폭 절감할 수 있다.
도1 및 도2는 종래의 칸막이 구조를 예시적으로 도시한다.
도3은 본 발명의 전개도를 예시적으로 도시하는데, 굵은 실선은 자동화 기계에 의하여 자동 절단이 이루어지는 절단선(11)이며, 점선은 절곡이 이루어지는 절곡선(22)이다.
도4는 연결부(140)를 잡아당기거나 밀어주는 과정에서 절곡선(22)을 따라 절곡이 이루어지는 중간 과정을 도시한다.
도5는 칸막이 구조가 완성된 상태를 도시하는데, 칸막이부(120)는 수직으로 절곡되고, 수평절곡부(130)는 칸막이부(120)의 상단에서 수평으로 절곡된 상태가 되면서 다수의 칸막이 수납공간이 형성된 상태를 도시한다.

이하에서는 본 발명의 구체적 실시예를 첨부도면을 참조하여 설명한다.
본 발명은 포장용 상자 내부에 별도로 구비되는 칸막이 구조에 관한 것으로서, 도3에 도시된 것처럼 굵은 실선으로 표시된 절단선(11)을 따라 절단이 이루어지고, 점선으로 표시된 절곡선(22)을 따라 절곡이 이루어져 칸막이 구조를 형성하게 된다.
베이스(110)는 수평 방향으로 배치되며, 적재되는 다수의 물건이 안착되는 바닥면을 제공한다.
칸막이부(120)는 베이스(110)의 일정 영역이 미리 설정된 간격마다 절개되고, 적재되는 물건의 두께에 대응하는 높이로 상향 절곡되어 다수의 칸막이 격벽을 형성한다.
칸막이부(120) 사이의 간격은 적재되는 물건의 폭에 대응하도록 형성된다.
수평절곡부(130)는 칸막이부(120) 각각의 상단부에서 수평 방향으로 절곡되면서 칸막이 수납공간에 수납될 제품의 상부 일부 영역을 덮는다.
연결부(140)는 수평절곡부(130) 각각의 일측 단부에서 연장되어 다수의 수평절곡부(130)를 하나로 연결한다.
도3에 도시된 것처럼 베이스(110), 칸막이부(120), 수평절곡부(130), 및 연결부(140)는 모두 한 장의 종이를 절단선(11)을 따라 재단한 후, 절곡선(22)을 따라 절곡하는 방식으로 제작되는데, 베이스(110)와 연결부(140)는 첨부도면에 도시된 것처럼 직접 연결되지 않도록 절단선으로 분리된 구조가 된다.
절곡이 이루어지는 칸막이부(120)의 상단(칸막이부(120)와 수평절곡부(130)의 경계)과 하단(칸막이부(120)와 베이스(110)의 경계) 각각에 형성되는 절곡선(22)은 절단선(11)과는 달리 일정 간격으로 부분 절개되어 서로 분리되지 않으면서 절곡이 쉽게 이루어지도록 한다.
도4에 도시된 것처럼 연결부(140)를 칸막이부(120)가 절곡되는 방향으로 밀거나 잡아당기면 칸막이부(120) 및 수평절곡부(130) 전체가 동시에 절곡되면서 도5에 도시된 것처럼 칸막이 구조가 완성되는데, 칸막이부(120)는 수직으로 절곡되고, 수평절곡부(130)는 칸막이부(120)의 상단에서 수평으로 절곡된 상태가 되면서 다수의 칸막이 수납공간이 형성된다.
상기한 바와 같이 본 발명의 구체적 실시예를 첨부도면을 참조하여 설명하였으나 본 발명의 보호범위가 반드시 이러한 실시예에 한정되는 것은 아니며, 본 발명의 기술적 요지를 변경하지 않는 범위 내에서 다양한 설계변경, 공지기술의 부가나 삭제, 단순한 수치한정 등의 경우에도 본 발명의 보호범위에 속함을 분명히 한다.

Claims (3)

  1. 포장용 상자 내부에 별도로 구비되는 칸막이 구조에 관한 것으로서,
    수평 방향으로 배치되며, 적재되는 다수의 물건이 안착되는 바닥면을 제공하는 베이스(110);
    상기 베이스(110)의 일정 영역이 미리 설정된 간격마다 절개되고, 적재되는 물건의 두께에 대응하는 높이로 상향 절곡되는 다수의 칸막이부(120);
    상기 칸막이부(120) 각각의 상단부에서 수평 방향으로 절곡되는 다수의 수평절곡부(130); 및,
    상기 수평절곡부(130)를 하나로 연결하는 연결부(140);
    를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 포장용 칸막이 구조.
  2. 제1항에서,
    상기 칸막이부(120) 사이의 간격은 적재되는 물건의 폭에 대응하도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 포장용 칸막이 구조.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에서,
    상기 베이스(110), 상기 칸막이부(120), 상기 수평절곡부(130), 및 상기 연결부(140)는 모두 한 장의 종이를 재단하여 절곡하는 방식으로 제작되되, 상기 베이스(110)와 상기 연결부(140)는 직접 연결되지 않도록 절단선으로 분리되고,
    절곡이 이루어지는 상기 칸막이부(120)의 상단과 하단 각각에는 미리 설정된 간격으로 부분 절개된 절곡선(22)이 형성되고,
    상기 연결부(140)를 상기 칸막이부(120)가 절곡되는 방향으로 밀거나 잡아당기면 상기 칸막이부(120) 및 상기 수평절곡부(130) 전체가 동시에 절곡되면서 칸막이 수납공간을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 포장용 칸막이 구조.
