- 포장용 상자 내부에 별도로 구비되는 칸막이 구조에 관한 것으로서,수평 방향으로 배치되며, 적재되는 다수의 물건이 안착되는 바닥면을 제공하는 베이스(110);상기 베이스(110)의 일정 영역이 미리 설정된 간격마다 절개되고, 적재되는 물건의 두께에 대응하는 높이로 상향 절곡되는 다수의 칸막이부(120);상기 칸막이부(120) 각각의 상단부에서 수평 방향으로 절곡되는 다수의 수평절곡부(130); 및,상기 수평절곡부(130)를 하나로 연결하는 연결부(140);를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 포장용 칸막이 구조.
- 제1항에서,상기 칸막이부(120) 사이의 간격은 적재되는 물건의 폭에 대응하도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 포장용 칸막이 구조.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에서,상기 베이스(110), 상기 칸막이부(120), 상기 수평절곡부(130), 및 상기 연결부(140)는 모두 한 장의 종이를 재단하여 절곡하는 방식으로 제작되되, 상기 베이스(110)와 상기 연결부(140)는 직접 연결되지 않도록 절단선으로 분리되고,절곡이 이루어지는 상기 칸막이부(120)의 상단과 하단 각각에는 미리 설정된 간격으로 부분 절개된 절곡선(22)이 형성되고,상기 연결부(140)를 상기 칸막이부(120)가 절곡되는 방향으로 밀거나 잡아당기면 상기 칸막이부(120) 및 상기 수평절곡부(130) 전체가 동시에 절곡되면서 칸막이 수납공간을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 포장용 칸막이 구조.
