背景技术
在我们平时洗衣服或洗其它贴身衣物时都会使用洗衣机,既方便又快捷。相关技术中的洗衣机,通常是在自来水中加入洗衣液,然后衣服进行清洗。
然而相关技术中的洗衣机在使用过程中存在以下问题:
第一,洗衣机通常需要多次清洗才能将衣服清洗干净,清洗效果差、耗水量大并且清洗时间长;洗衣机多通过机械力驱动,衣物在洗衣机内缠绕现象严重,对衣物的磨损较重。
第二,洗衣机在将衣物洗涤完成后,还需要进行风干晾晒,用户需要花费较长时间等待晾干,特别在气候潮湿的地区,通常需要好多天才能干燥,严重影响用户的体验。
第三,由于洗衣机体积较大并且成本较高,宾馆、酒店的房间内基本上是没有洗衣机可以使用的,在出差或者外出旅行时需要自己手洗,不仅清洗起来比较麻烦且在洗的过程中无法彻底洗净,同时洗完后还需要进行风干熨烫等,耗费旅客时间,并且操作起来极为不便。
相关技术中有通过静态洗衣机以解决上述问题,但是相关技术中的静态洗衣机上设置为投放衣物的开口设置于静态洗衣机的上方,并且衣架需要沿竖直方向通过开口从静态洗衣机内部取放,这就导致该静态洗衣机需要占据较大的竖直方向的空间,只能落地安装,不利于悬空设置,因为当悬空设置时,需要占用更大的竖直方向的空间并且对用户的身高有较高的要求。
发明内容
本申请提供了一种静态洗衣机,能够解决相关技术中的静态洗衣机不利于悬空设置的问题。

在一实施例中,洗涤箱1上还设有与洗涤腔11连通的溢水口14,溢水口14靠近注水孔13,且位于注水孔13下方,通过设置溢水口14,当洗涤腔11内注水过多时,水可以从溢水口14中排出,防止注水过多。在一实施例中,溢水口14处设有滤网。
请参照图3,本实施例中,集水槽4与排水管51连通,注水孔13与注水管52相连。并且排水管51上还设有控制阀53,控制阀53设置为控制排水管51的开启或关闭。

请参照图2,为了便于通过烘干组件6对洗涤后衣物进行干燥,洗涤箱1的顶部还设有排风通道15,排风通道15连通洗涤腔11和外部大气。从而,当向洗涤腔11内充入热风时,热风对洗涤腔11内的空间进行加热,加热产生的水蒸气可通过顶部的排风通道15排出,便于加快气体的流动,加快干衣效率。
该静态洗衣机还包括紫外线灯7,紫外线灯7发出的灯光能够照射入洗涤腔11,且紫外线灯7设置为对衣物进行杀菌。本实施例中,紫外线灯7安装洗涤腔11的顶壁上,并且紫外线灯7的发光部位穿过顶壁并位于洗涤腔11内,从而紫外线灯7发出的光能够照射到洗涤腔11内,紫外线灯7通过紫外线可以对待洗涤衣物进行灭菌,保证健康着装。需要注意的是,本实施例中对紫外线灯7的安装数量和安装位置不做限定。
请参照图2和图3,洗涤腔11的侧壁上设有悬挂孔16,衣架8包括挂钩81以及与挂钩81连接的衣架本体,挂钩81能够悬挂于悬挂孔16,衣架本体设置为支撑衣物,挂钩81上还设有销孔,洗涤箱1上设置有销钉17,销钉17设置为与销孔销接,通过设置销钉17可防止衣架8在洗涤腔11内晃动。在一实施例中,衣架本体包括大致呈三角形结构的衬衣撑架82和设置于衬衣撑架82下方的两个内衣撑架83,挂钩81与衬衣撑架82的顶端连接,两个内衣撑架83间隔设置且均与衬衣撑架82连接。在一实施例中,两个内衣撑架83底部的一端通过连接件84连接,可起到一定的加固效果。
在一实施例中,当衬衣悬挂于衣架8上后,对于衬衣的衣领和袖口的位置,在洗涤腔11的侧壁上相对的位置,均设有一个超声波集成组件3,从而地可以对衬衣容易脏的位置加强超声波洗涤的效果。对于衬衣的其他位置则可在洗涤腔11的侧壁上,均匀布置多个超声波集成组件3。衬衣通过衬衣撑架82撑挂后,可以自然垂落于洗涤腔11内,在通过超声波洗涤的过程中,不会导致其表面起皱,并且在注水和排水的过程中,水流对衬衣还具有抚平作用,使衬衣表面的褶皱展开,从而无需对衬衣进行熨烫处理。对于商务人士而言,在其外出住宿时,如果通过该静态洗衣机清洗衬衣,不仅快捷方便,也无需随身携带换洗衬衣,可有效解决了用户出行不便的烦恼。
请参照图5和图6,在一实施例中,该静态洗衣机还包括安装于投放口12的侧壁上的密封圈9,密封圈9呈环状,当门体2将投放口12关闭时,门体2通过密 封圈9与洗涤箱1密封配合。为了便于开合门体2,门体2上还安装有拉手21。
请参照图2,在一实施例中,静态洗衣机还包括锁具10,当门体2将投放口12关闭时,锁具10设置为将门体2和洗涤箱1的位置锁定。本实施例中,锁具10为至少一个,当锁具10为多个时,多个锁具10沿投放口12的外周间隔设置,通过多个锁具10可以确保门体2与洗涤箱1之间的密封效果。
请参照图1至图3,静态洗衣机还包括外壳20,外壳20与洗涤箱1连接,并且外壳20和门体2分别位于洗涤箱1的两侧,配合侧开门结构,可有效减小该静态洗衣机的厚度。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种静态洗衣机,包括:
    洗涤箱(1),所述洗涤箱(1)内设有洗涤腔(11),所述洗涤箱(1)的一侧设有与所述洗涤腔(11)连通的投放口(12),所述洗涤箱(1)上还设有集水槽(4),所述集水槽(4)位于所述洗涤腔(11)的下方,所述洗涤箱(1)的底部和顶部分别设有排水孔和注水孔(13),所述排水孔与所述注水孔(13)均与所述洗涤腔(11)连通,且所述集水槽(4)与所述排水孔连通;
    门体(2),与所述洗涤箱(1)枢接,且所述门体(2)设置为将所述投放口(12)关闭或打开,且所述门体(2)还设置为当所述投放口(12)关闭时,密封所述投放口(12);及
    超声波集成组件(3),安装在所述洗涤箱(1)的侧壁上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的静态洗衣机,还包括紫外线灯(7),所述紫外线灯(7)朝向所述洗涤腔(11)设置。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的静态洗衣机,还包括烘干组件(6),所述烘干组件(6)围绕所述洗涤箱(1)设置。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的静态洗衣机,其中,所述烘干组件(6)包括风机(61)以及设置于所述风机(61)的出风口处的加热件(62),所述洗涤箱(1)内设有风道(63),所述风机(61)和所述风道(63)连通。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的静态洗衣机,其中,所述洗涤箱(1)的顶部还设有排风通道(15),所述排风通道(15)分别与所述洗涤腔(11)和外部大气连通。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的静态洗衣机,其中,所述集水槽(4)与水平方向呈非零夹角,所述集水槽(4)包括相对且间隔设置的第一端和第二端,且所述第一端高于所述第二端,所述排水孔与所述第二端连接。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的静态洗衣机,还包括衣架(8),所述洗涤腔(11)的侧壁上设有悬挂孔(16),所述衣架(8)包括挂钩(81)以及与所述挂钩(81)连接的衣架本体,所述挂钩(81)设置为钩挂于所述悬挂孔(16)上,所述衣架本体设置为支撑衣物;
    所述挂钩(81)上还设有销孔,所述洗涤箱(1)上设置有销钉(17),所述销钉(17)与所述销孔销接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的静态洗衣机,其中,所述衣架(8)本体包括呈三角形结构的衬衣撑架(82)和设置于所述衬衣撑架(82)下方的两个内衣撑架 (83),所述挂钩(81)与所述衬衣撑架(82)的顶端连接,两个内衣撑架(83)间隔设置且均与所述衬衣撑架(82)连接。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的静态洗衣机,还包括安装于所述投放口(12)的侧壁上的密封圈(9),所述密封圈(9)呈环状,所述门体(2)还设置为当所述投放口(12)关闭时,通过所述密封圈(9)与所述洗涤箱(1)密封配合。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的静态洗衣机,所述静态洗衣机还包括锁具(10),所述锁具(10)设置为当所述投放口(12)关闭时,将所述门体(2)和所述洗涤箱(1)的位置锁定。
