本发明涉及洗衣、干衣设备技术领域,具体地,涉及一种衣物洗干一体机。
洗衣机,作为一种家用电器,逐渐成为人们生活中不可或缺的一部分。随着生活水平的提高,能快速的洗衣已经不能满足人们的日常所需,有些时候人们还要求衣物洗完后能在最短时间内可以穿,因此干衣机作为一种干衣设备也越来越多的走进人们家中。
但是,若在家中放置一台洗衣机和一台干衣机,不仅占据较大的空间不说,而且,人们需要将洗衣机洗完的衣物转移至干衣机中,由于干衣机的容量一般小于洗衣机的容量,所以一次洗涤的衣物不能在干衣机中一次处理,需要分两次甚至多次。另外,现在还有一种具有烘干功能的滚筒洗衣机,但是这种洗衣机由于需要进行烘干,所以容量一般有限,而且,整个洗衣干衣过程时间较长。
现有申请号为201220157731.3,申请日为2012年4月16日,名称为一种组合式洗干衣机的中国实用新型专利,该实用新型公开了一种组合式洗干衣机,包括一主框架,所述主框架的下框架内安装有洗衣机,所述主框架的上框架内安装有干衣机,所述洗衣机上部通过第二隔离层连接电器控制板,所述电气控制板上部通过第一隔离层连接所述干衣机,所述洗衣机上开设有洗衣装置工作门,所述干衣机上开设有干衣机工作门。本实用新型的组合式洗干衣机,将公知的洗衣机和干衣机组合在一起制造,能节约制造材料,减少制造成本,由于组合制造,使用时占用地面空间小,由于干衣机在上位形成工作高度,故使用方便。
上述实用新型专利将干衣机和洗衣机进行了组合,解决了同时洗衣、干衣的问题,但是由于洗衣机和干衣机工作过程的不同,并未将两者进行整合,造成两者资源上的浪费。例如,干衣机,具体地如冷凝式干衣机,包括冷凝器,而冷凝器前的风道内设置冷凝器过滤装置,用于过滤冷凝风中的线屑以保证冷凝器热交换的效率。为了保证冷凝器过滤装置过滤的有效性同时保证冷凝风的正常流通,需要定期对冷凝器过滤装置的线屑进行清洗。
有鉴于此,本发明基于衣物洗干一体机的基础上,根据洗衣机和干衣机各自的工作特点解决了冷凝器过滤装置的冲洗水和冷凝器的冷凝水的排放问题,特提出本发明。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明的发明目的是提供一种衣物洗干一体机,具体地,采用了如下的技术方案:
一种衣物洗干一体机,包括:
壳体;
设置在壳体内,可分别独立运行的洗衣装置和干衣装置;
所述的干衣装置包括换热元件及换热元件过滤装置;
所述洗衣装置包括洗涤筒组件,洗涤筒组件通过连通管路连通至换热元件处及换热元件过滤装置处,以将冲洗换热元件过滤装置的冲洗水和换热元件的冷凝水导入到洗衣装置的洗涤筒组件内。
进一步地,所述的干衣装置包括底座,底座上设置对应换热元件的冷凝水集水槽和对应换热元件过滤装置的冲洗水集水槽:
所述的冷凝水集水槽、冲洗水集水槽分别通过连通管路与洗衣装置的洗涤筒组件相连通;
或者,所述的冷凝水集水槽、冲洗水集水槽相连通后再通过同一连通管路与洗衣装置的洗涤筒组件相连通。
进一步地,还包括安装在壳体内的过滤装置,所述的过滤装置至少设置在洗涤筒组件与换热元件过滤装置之间的连通管路上。
进一步地,所述的冲洗水集水槽通过第一连通管路连通至过滤装置的过滤进水端,过滤装置的过滤出水端通过第二连通管路连通至洗涤筒组件,所述冷凝水集水槽通过第三连通管路直接连通洗涤筒组件。
进一步地,所述的冲洗水集水槽、冷凝水集水槽分别通过连通管路连通至同一共用连通管路,所述的过滤装置设置在共用连通管路上。
进一步地,所述的过滤装置包括过滤部件以及过滤腔室,所述的过滤腔室设置在壳体内,所述的过滤部件可拆卸的安装在过滤腔室内,至少洗涤筒组件与换热元件过滤装置之间的连通管路与过滤腔室相连通。
进一步地,所述的过滤部件包括过滤网和过滤网端盖,所述过滤网与过滤网端盖固定连接,所述的过滤腔室设置在壳体内靠近其前板一侧,所述壳体的前板上对应过滤腔室开设安装口,所述的过滤网由安装口装入/拆出过滤腔室内,所述的过滤网端盖与安装开口匹 配盖合。
进一步地,所述的干衣装置设置在洗衣装置的上部,所述的过滤装置设置在干衣装置和洗衣装置之间。
进一步地,所述的干衣装置采用冷凝式模块,所述换热元件为冷凝器,所述换热元件过滤装置为冷凝器过滤装置,或者,所述的干衣装置采用热泵式干衣模块,所述换热元件为蒸发器,所述换热元件过滤装置为蒸发器过滤装置;
所述洗衣装置的洗涤筒组件包括用于盛水的外筒,外筒通过连通管路连通至换热元件处及换热元件过滤装置处。
进一步地,所述的干衣装置还包括与换热元件过滤装置相连通的冲洗水路,所述洗衣装置包括进水管路,进水管路包括进水阀和进水管,进水管的一端连接进水阀,另一端连接外筒;所述的冲洗水路的进水端连接进水阀。
本发明的衣物洗干一体机将用于干衣的干衣装置和用于洗衣的洗衣装置安装在同一壳体内,实现了用户的洗衣、干衣需求,节省了分别单独制造的成本,节省了放置空间,另外,用户还可单独选择进行洗衣或者干衣,可选择性更多,提高了效率。
本发明的一种洗衣干衣一体机的洗涤筒组件通过连通管路连通至换热元件处及换热元件过滤装置处,因此可将换热元件的冷凝水、换热元件过滤装置的冲洗水经由洗涤筒组件的排水管路排出,实现了干衣装置和洗衣装置更高的集成化程度。
另外,由于换热元件的冷凝水一般洁净度较高,实现了将干衣装置干衣过程中的冷凝水排至洗衣装置的洗涤筒组件中,为洗衣装置的洗衣过程所利用,实现了水重用,节约了洗衣用水。
当采用洁净的水冲洗换热元件过滤装置时,由于冲刷水除了线屑外洁净度较高可以考虑洗衣装置的二次利用,这时也可增加线屑过滤装置将线屑过滤后由洗衣装置二次利用,也可经由洗衣装置的排水系统排出。
本发明的一种衣物洗干一体机,包括:
壳体;
设置在壳体内,可分别独立运行的洗衣装置和干衣装置;
所述的干衣装置包括换热元件、换热元件过滤装置及用于将冲洗换热元件过滤装置的冲洗水排出的冲洗排出水路;
所述的洗衣装置包括排水水路,所述的排水水路上设置排水过滤装置,所述冲洗排出水路的出水端连通至排水过滤装置的进水端或者排水过滤装置上游的排水水路。
进一步地,所述的洗衣装置包括洗涤筒组件,所述的排水水路包括排水泵,所述的排水过滤装置为排水泵过滤器:
所述的洗涤筒组件和冲洗排出水路的出水端均连通排水泵过滤器。
进一步地,所述的排水泵包括泵壳,泵壳上设置进水口和出水口,所述的排水水路包括连通洗涤筒组件的出水口与排水泵的进水口的第一排水管和连接在排水泵的出水口上的第二排水管,所述冲洗排出水路的出水端连通排水泵的进水口,所述的排水泵过滤器设置在泵壳内进水口与出水口之间。
进一步地,所述排水泵的进水口包括与冲洗排出水路相连通的第一进水口和与第一排水管相连通的第二进水口,所述的排水泵过滤器设置在泵壳内第一进水口、第二进水口与出水口之间。
进一步地,所述的冲洗排出水路的出水端连通第一排水管,或者所述的第一排水管的出水端连通冲洗排数水路,所述的泵壳上具有一个与第一排水管/冲洗排出水路相连通的进水口,所述的排水泵过滤器设置在泵壳内进水口与出水口之间。
进一步地,所述的排水泵过滤器可拆卸的安装在排水泵的泵壳内,所述壳体的前板上对应排水泵处开设开口,开口上安装有可开启/关闭的过滤器门。
进一步地,所述的干衣装置包括底座,底座上设置对应换热元件过滤装置的冲洗水集水槽,冲洗水集水槽开设排出口,所述冲洗排出水路的进水端连接该排出口。
进一步地,所述的底座上设置对应换热元件的冷凝水集水槽:
所述的冷凝水集水槽、冲洗水集水槽分别通过连通管路与排水过滤装置的进水端或者排水过滤装置上游的排水水路相连通;
或者,所述的冷凝水集水槽、冲洗水集水槽相连通后再通过同一连通管路与排水过滤装置的进水端或者排水过滤装置上游的排水水路相连通。

本发明的衣物洗干一体机将用于干衣的干衣装置和用于洗衣的洗衣装置安装在同一壳体内,实现了用户的洗衣、干衣需求,节省了分别单独制造的成本,节省了放置空间,另外,用户还可单独选择进行洗衣或者干衣,可选择性更多,提高了效率。
本发明通过进水到换热元件过滤装置处进行线屑冲刷,实现了换热元件过滤装置的冲洗,确保烘干风流经换热元件之前能进行很好的过滤和足够的流通风量。
本发明的一种洗衣干衣一体机的冲洗排出水路的出水端连通至排水过滤装置的进水端或者排水过滤装置上游的排水水路,因此可将换热元件过滤装置的冲洗水经由洗衣装置的排水水路上的排水过滤装置进行过滤后排出,防止冲洗水中的线屑对排水水路造成堵塞,实现了干衣装置和洗衣装置更高的集成化程度。

下面结合附图对本发明的一种衣物洗干一体机进行详细描述:
实施例一
如图1及图2所示,一种衣物洗干一体机,包括:
壳体1;
设置在壳体1内,可分别独立运行的洗衣装置和干衣装置;
所述的干衣装置包括换热元件7及换热元件过滤装置17;
所述洗衣装置包括洗涤筒组件,洗涤筒组件通过连通管路连通至换热元件7处及换热元件过滤装置17处,以将冲洗换热元件过滤装置17的冲洗水和换热元件7的冷凝水导入到洗衣装置的洗涤筒组件内。
本实施例的衣物洗干一体机将用于干衣的干衣装置和用于洗衣的洗衣装置安装在同一壳体1内,实现了用户的洗衣、干衣需求,节省了分别单独制造的成本,节省了放置空间,另外,用户还可单独选择进行洗衣或者干衣,可选择性更多,提高了效率。

具体地,所述的干衣装置包括底座,底座上设置对应换热元件7用于收集冷凝水的冷凝水集水槽和对应换热元件过滤装置17用于收集冲洗水的冲洗水集水槽:
所述的冷凝水集水槽、冲洗水集水槽分别通过连通管路与洗衣装置的洗涤筒组件相连通;
或者,所述的冷凝水集水槽、冲洗水集水槽相连通后再通过同一连通管路与洗衣装置的洗涤筒组件相连通。
为了实现将冲洗换热元件过滤装置17的冲洗水进行二次利用,本实施例的洗衣干衣一体机还包括安装在壳体内的过滤装置15,所述的过滤装置15至少设置在洗涤筒组件与换热元件过滤装置17之间的连通管路上。
如图1所示,所述的冲洗水集水槽通过第一连通管路16连通至过滤装置15的过滤进水端,过滤装置15的过滤出水端通过第二连通管路连通至洗涤筒组件,所述冷凝水集水槽通过第三连通管路8直接连通洗涤筒组件。
如图2所示,所述的冲洗水集水槽、冷凝水集水槽分别通过连通管路连通至同一共用连通管路,所述的过滤装置设置在共用连通管路上。具体地,所述的第三连通管路8连通第一连通管路16,第一连通管路连通过滤装置。
作为本实施例的一种实施方式,所述的过滤装置15包括过滤部件以及过滤腔室,所述的过滤腔室设置在壳体1内,所述的过滤部件可拆卸的安装在过滤腔室内,至少洗涤筒组件与换热元件过滤装置17之间的连通管路与过滤腔室相连通。
进一步地,所述的过滤部件包括过滤网和过滤网端盖,所述过滤网与过滤网端盖固定 连接,所述的过滤腔室设置在壳体内靠近其前板一侧,所述壳体的前板上对应过滤腔室开设安装口,所述的过滤网由安装口装入/拆出过滤腔室内,所述的过滤网端盖与安装开口匹配盖合,这样,便于过滤部件的拆卸清理。
本实施例所述的干衣装置设置在洗衣装置的上部,所述的过滤装置设置在干衣装置和洗衣装置之间。
作为本实施例的一种实施方式,所述的干衣装置采用冷凝式模块,所述换热元件7为冷凝器,所述换热元件过滤装置17为冷凝器过滤装置,或者,所述的干衣装置采用热泵式干衣模块,所述换热元件7为蒸发器,所述换热元件过滤装置17为蒸发器过滤装置;
所述洗衣装置的洗涤筒组件包括用于盛水的外筒14,外筒14通过连通管路连通至换热元件7处及换热元件过滤装置17处。
本实施例所述的干衣装置还包括与换热元件过滤装置17相连通的冲洗水路4,冲洗水路的进水端3外接水源,冲洗水路的出水端设置在换热元件过滤装置17的正上方,进水由换热元件过滤装置17自上而下进行冲洗,冲洗效果更好。
优选地,所述洗衣装置包括进水管路,进水管路包括进水阀和进水管,进水管的一端连接进水阀,另一端连接外筒;所述的冲洗水路的进水端连接进水阀。本实施例通过将洗衣装置的进水分支引入到换热元件过滤装置17处进行线屑冲刷,实现了换热元件过滤装置17的冲洗。这样,本实施例的衣物洗干一体机只需要与水龙头通过一个进水水管连接,同时实现洗衣装置的进水及干衣装置的冷凝器过滤装置17的进水冲洗,简化了整体结构,更加便于用户使用。
本实施例的干衣装置包括设置的壳体1内的干衣滚筒2和与干衣滚筒相连通的循环烘干风道18,设置在烘干风道内用于驱动烘干风循环的风扇5。
本实施例的洗衣装置为滚筒式洗衣机,包括位于外筒14内的内筒13,所述的外筒14上设置排水口,排水口连接排水软管12,排水软管12的另一端连接排水泵10的进水口,排水泵10的出水口连接排水管6,所述的排水泵内设置排水泵过滤器11。
为了实现干衣装置的换热元件7的冷凝水和换热元件过滤装置17的冲洗水的排水控制,所述的第一连通管路16、第三连通管路8上分别设置控制其通断的控制阀。
本实施例同时提供一种衣物洗干一体机的控制方法,衣物洗干一体机包括用于控制干衣装置及洗衣装置运行的控制装置,干衣装置需要对冷凝器过滤装置进行冲刷时,自来水由冲洗水路进入到换热元件过滤装置进行冲刷,控制装置控制换热元件过滤装置与外筒相连通的连通水路导通,将冲刷后的自来水导入到洗衣装置的外筒内,经由洗衣装置的排水 管路导出或者被洗衣装置进行二次利用。
本实施例将换热元件的冷凝水直接导入洗衣装置的外筒内,当洗衣装置处于洗衣过程中则直接二次利用,若洗衣装置保持待机或者关机一定时间,则控制洗衣装置的排水阀或者排水泵开启,将通入洗衣装置的外筒内的冷凝水排出。
实施例二
如图3所示,一种衣物洗干一体机,包括:
壳体1;
设置在壳体1内,可分别独立运行的洗衣装置和干衣装置;
所述的干衣装置包括换热元件7、换热元件过滤装置17及用于将冲洗换热元件过滤装置17的冲洗水排出的冲洗排出水路19;
所述的洗衣装置包括排水水路,所述的排水水路上设置排水过滤装置,所述冲洗排出水路的出水端连通至排水过滤装置的进水端或者排水过滤装置上游的排水水路。
本实施例的衣物洗干一体机将用于干衣的干衣装置和用于洗衣的洗衣装置安装在同一壳体1内,实现了用户的洗衣、干衣需求,节省了分别单独制造的成本,节省了放置空间,另外,用户还可单独选择进行洗衣或者干衣,可选择性更多,提高了效率。

所述的洗涤筒组件和冲洗排出水路19的出水端均连通排水泵过滤器11,这样冲洗排出水路19中的冲洗水先由排水泵过滤器11过滤后再经由排水管排出,防止冲洗水中的线屑对于排水泵或者排水管造成堵塞,确保洗衣装置排水水路的正常工作。
进一步地,所述的排水泵10包括泵壳,泵壳上设置进水口和出水口,所述的排水水路包括连通洗涤筒组件的出水口与排水泵的进水口的第一排水管12和连接在排水泵的出水口上的第二排水管6,所述冲洗排出水路19的出水端连通排水泵10的进水口,所述的排水泵过滤器11设置在泵壳内进水口与出水口之间。
作为本实施例的一种实施方式,所述排水泵10的进水口包括与冲洗排出水路19相连通的第一进水口和与第一排水管12相连通的第二进水口,所述的排水泵过滤器11设置在泵壳内第一进水口、第二进水口与出水口之间。
作为本实施例的另一种实施方式,所述的冲洗排出水路19的出水端连通第一排水管12,或者所述的第一排水管12的出水端连通冲洗排数水路8,所述的泵壳上具有一个与第一排水管12/冲洗排出水路19相连通的进水口,所述的排水泵过滤器11设置在泵壳内进水口与出水口之间。
具体地,所述的排水泵过滤器11可拆卸的安装在排水泵10的泵壳内,所述壳体1的前板上对应排水泵10处开设开口,开口上安装有可开启/关闭的过滤器门。
作为本实施例的一种实施方式,所述的干衣装置包括底座,底座上设置对应换热元件过滤装置的冲洗水集水槽,冲洗水集水槽开设排出口,所述冲洗排出水路19的进水端连接该排出口。
作为本实施例的一种实施方式,所述的底座上设置对应换热元件的冷凝水集水槽:
所述的冷凝水集水槽、冲洗水集水槽分别通过连通管路与排水过滤装置的进水端或者排水过滤装置上游的排水水路相连通;

优选地,所述洗衣装置包括进水管路,进水管路包括进水阀和进水管,进水管的一端连接进水阀,另一端连接外筒;所述的冲洗水路的进水端连接进水阀。本实施例通过将洗衣装置的进水分支引入到换热元件过滤装置17处进行线屑冲刷,实现了换热元件过滤装置17的冲洗。这样,本实施例的衣物洗干一体机只需要与水龙头通过一个进水水管连接,同时实现洗衣装置的进水及干衣装置的冷凝器过滤装置15的进水冲洗,简化了整体结构,更加便于用户使用。
本实施例的干衣装置包括设置的壳体1内的干衣滚筒2和与干衣滚筒相连通的循环烘 干风道16,设置在烘干风道内用于驱动烘干风循环的风扇5。
为了实现换热元件过滤装置17的冲洗水的排水控制,所述的冲洗排出水路上分别设置控制其通断的控制阀。
本实施例同时提供一种衣物洗干一体机的控制方法,衣物洗干一体机包括用于控制干衣装置及洗衣装置运行的控制装置,干衣装置需要对冷凝器过滤装置进行冲刷时,自来水由冲洗水路进入到换热元件过滤装置进行冲刷,控制装置控制换热元件过滤装置与排水过滤装置的进水端或者排水过滤装置上游的排水水路导通,将冲刷后的自来水经排水过滤装置过滤后排出。

- 一种衣物洗干一体机,其特征在于,包括:壳体;设置在壳体内,可分别独立运行的洗衣装置和干衣装置;所述的干衣装置包括换热元件及换热元件过滤装置;所述洗衣装置包括洗涤筒组件,洗涤筒组件通过连通管路连通至换热元件处及换热元件过滤装置处,以将冲洗换热元件过滤装置的冲洗水和换热元件的冷凝水导入到洗衣装置的洗涤筒组件内。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种衣物洗干一体机,其特征在于,所述的干衣装置包括底座,底座上设置对应换热元件的冷凝水集水槽和对应换热元件过滤装置的冲洗水集水槽:所述的冷凝水集水槽、冲洗水集水槽分别通过连通管路与洗衣装置的洗涤筒组件相连通;或者,所述的冷凝水集水槽、冲洗水集水槽相连通后再通过同一连通管路与洗衣装置的洗涤筒组件相连通。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种衣物洗干一体机,其特征在于,还包括安装在壳体内的过滤装置,所述的过滤装置至少设置在洗涤筒组件与换热元件过滤装置之间的连通管路上。
- 根据权利要求3所述的一种衣物洗干一体机,其特征在于,所述的冲洗水集水槽通过第一连通管路连通至过滤装置的过滤进水端,过滤装置的过滤出水端通过第二连通管路连通至洗涤筒组件,所述冷凝水集水槽通过第三连通管路直接连通洗涤筒组件。
- 根据权利要求3所述的一种衣物洗干一体机,其特征在于,所述的冲洗水集水槽、冷凝水集水槽分别通过连通管路连通至同一共用连通管路,所述的过滤装置设置在共用连通管路上。
- 根据权利要求3所述的一种衣物洗干一体机,其特征在于,所述的过滤装置包括过滤部件以及过滤腔室,所述的过滤腔室设置在壳体内,所述的过滤部件可拆卸的安装在过滤腔室内,至少洗涤筒组件与换热元件过滤装置之间的连通管路与过滤腔室相连通。
- 根据权利要求6所述的一种衣物洗干一体机,其特征在于,所述的过滤部件包括过滤网和过滤网端盖,所述过滤网与过滤网端盖固定连接,所述的过滤腔室设置在壳体内靠近其前板一侧,所述壳体的前板上对应过滤腔室开设安装口,所述的过滤网由安装口装入/拆出过滤腔室内,所述的过滤网端盖与安装开口匹配盖合。
- 根据权利要求3所述的一种衣物洗干一体机,其特征在于,所述的干衣装置设置在 洗衣装置的上部,所述的过滤装置设置在干衣装置和洗衣装置之间。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种衣物洗干一体机,其特征在于,所述的干衣装置采用冷凝式模块,所述换热元件为冷凝器,所述换热元件过滤装置为冷凝器过滤装置,或者,所述的干衣装置采用热泵式干衣模块,所述换热元件为蒸发器,所述换热元件过滤装置为蒸发器过滤装置;所述洗衣装置的洗涤筒组件包括用于盛水的外筒,外筒通过连通管路连通至换热元件处及换热元件过滤装置处。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种衣物洗干一体机,其特征在于,所述的干衣装置还包括与换热元件过滤装置相连通的冲洗水路,所述洗衣装置包括进水管路,进水管路包括进水阀和进水管,进水管的一端连接进水阀,另一端连接外筒;所述的冲洗水路的进水端连接进水阀。
- 一种衣物洗干一体机,其特征在于,包括:壳体;设置在壳体内,可分别独立运行的洗衣装置和干衣装置;所述的干衣装置包括换热元件、换热元件过滤装置及用于将冲洗换热元件过滤装置的冲洗水排出的冲洗排出水路;所述的洗衣装置包括排水水路,所述的排水水路上设置排水过滤装置,所述冲洗排出水路的出水端连通至排水过滤装置的进水端或者排水过滤装置上游的排水水路。
- 根据权利要求11所述的一种衣物洗干一体机,其特征在于,所述的洗衣装置包括洗涤筒组件,所述的排水水路包括排水泵,所述的排水过滤装置为排水泵过滤器:所述的洗涤筒组件和冲洗排出水路的出水端均连通排水泵过滤器。
- 根据权利要求12所述的一种衣物洗干一体机,其特征在于,所述的排水泵包括泵壳,泵壳上设置进水口和出水口,所述的排水水路包括连通洗涤筒组件的出水口与排水泵的进水口的第一排水管和连接在排水泵的出水口上的第二排水管,所述冲洗排出水路的出水端连通排水泵的进水口,所述的排水泵过滤器设置在泵壳内进水口与出水口之间。
- 根据权利要求13所述的一种衣物洗干一体机,其特征在于,所述排水泵的进水口包括与冲洗排出水路相连通的第一进水口和与第一排水管相连通的第二进水口,所述的排水泵过滤器设置在泵壳内第一进水口、第二进水口与出水口之间。
- 根据权利要求13所述的一种衣物洗干一体机,其特征在于,所述的冲洗排出水路的出水端连通第一排水管,或者所述的第一排水管的出水端连通冲洗排数水路,所述的泵 壳上具有一个与第一排水管/冲洗排出水路相连通的进水口,所述的排水泵过滤器设置在泵壳内进水口与出水口之间。
- 根据权利要求13所述的一种衣物洗干一体机,其特征在于,所述的排水泵过滤器可拆卸的安装在排水泵的泵壳内,所述壳体的前板上对应排水泵处开设开口,开口上安装有可开启/关闭的过滤器门。
- 根据权利要求11-16任意一项所述的一种衣物洗干一体机,其特征在于,所述的干衣装置包括底座,底座上设置对应换热元件过滤装置的冲洗水集水槽,冲洗水集水槽开设排出口,所述冲洗排出水路的进水端连接该排出口。
- 根据权利要求17所述的一种衣物洗干一体机,其特征在于,所述的底座上设置对应换热元件的冷凝水集水槽:所述的冷凝水集水槽、冲洗水集水槽分别通过连通管路与排水过滤装置的进水端或者排水过滤装置上游的排水水路相连通;或者,所述的冷凝水集水槽、冲洗水集水槽相连通后再通过同一连通管路与排水过滤装置的进水端或者排水过滤装置上游的排水水路相连通。
- 根据权利要求11-18任意一项所述的一种衣物洗干一体机,其特征在于,所述的干衣装置采用冷凝式模块,所述换热元件为冷凝器,所述换热元件过滤装置为冷凝器过滤装置,或者,所述的干衣装置采用热泵式干衣模块,所述换热元件为蒸发器,所述换热元件过滤装置为蒸发器过滤装置;所述洗衣装置的洗涤筒组件包括用于盛水的外筒,外筒通过排水水路连通至排水过滤装置的进水端。
- 根据权利要求11-19任意一项所述的一种衣物洗干一体机,其特征在于,所述的干衣装置还包括与换热元件过滤装置相连通的冲洗水路,冲洗水路的进水端外接水源,出水端连通至换热元件过滤装置的上方;优选地,所述洗衣装置包括进水管路,进水管路包括进水阀和进水管,进水管的一端连接进水阀,另一端连接外筒;所述的冲洗水路的进水端连接进水阀。
