[0037] 本实施例中, 通过设置干衣系统 2和熨烫系统 3, 集成了干衣和熨烫衣物的功能 , 通过功能的集成, 有利于减少室内空间的占用; 并且将干衣系统 2的冷凝器 24 冷凝析出的冷凝水输送到熨烫系统 3的水箱 31, 将需要直接排出的冷凝水, 进行 收集并合理利用; 冷凝水通过连接管 4自动输送到水箱 31上, 不用人为添加, 减 少了用户的劳动量、 提高自动化水平; 由于冷凝水的纯度较大, 在加热芯加热 吋, 不易出现水垢, 避免了造成熨烫系统 3产生蒸汽的效率降低, 以及需要定期 清理加热芯等等, 增加便利性, 并有利于提高熨烫系统 3的使用寿命。
[0038] 本实施例中, 参见图 3所示, 在风道 22内的气流中会夹杂部分衣物上的线屑, 虽然在风道 22中设置线屑过滤器, 但仍会有较小的线屑进入风道 22内, 这样在 冷凝水中就可能具有线屑。 为了避免冷凝水中的细小的线屑进入水箱 31中, 在 连接管 4上设有可拆卸的过滤网 45, 用于过滤杂质, 并通过设置过滤网 45的可拆 卸, 有利于对于过滤网的清洁。 具体的, 在连接管 4上设有用于容纳过滤网 45的
容纳部 46, 并在壳体 1上幵设有通口, 过滤网 45通过通口安装在容纳部 46内; 这 样通过过滤网 45的把手部位于通口内, 便于过滤网 45的拆卸清洁。
[0039] 本实施例中, 参见图 3所示, 接水槽 26还连接有将冷凝水排出壳体 1的排水管 27 , 水箱 31上设有与排水管 4连接的溢流管 33, 在溢流管 33上设有单向阀 331 ; 在 水箱 31中的冷凝水达到溢流口吋, 经溢流管 33排出到排水管 27, 进而排出壳体 1 ; 设置单向阀 331, 使得水流只能经溢流管 33进入排水管 27, 避免排水管 27中的 水逆流经溢流管 33进入水箱 31。

杆 37从壳体 1的顶面伸出, 在使用吋, 将衣架挂杆 37从壳体 1中伸出到合适的高 度, 之后将铰接杆 372从收纳状态向前旋转到工作状态; 在收纳吋, 首先将铰接 杆 372旋转到收纳状态, 也就是与铰接杆 372与挂杆本体 371同轴, 之后将衣架挂 杆 37壳体 1内推动, 使其缩回。

[0049] B、 当达到设定吋间 T1吋, 连接管 4上的第一阀门 42打幵, 排水管 27上的第二 阀门 271关闭, 接水槽 26内的冷凝水通过连接管 4输送到水箱 31。

风机 25, 冷凝器 24将风道 22内流经的气流中含有的蒸汽冷凝析出, 在冷凝器 24 的下端设有用来盛接冷凝水的接水槽 26; 熨烫系统 3具有水箱 31、 位于水箱 31内 的加热芯 32, 在水箱 31与接水槽 26之间设有将冷凝水输送至水箱 31的连接管 4。

[0067] 本实施例中, 参见图 8所示, 接水槽 26还连接有将冷凝水排出壳体 1的排水管 27 , 并设置排水管 27和连接管 4分别与接水槽 26的对角位置固定; 设置排水管 27入 水口的轴线与连接管 4的入水口的轴线平行。 当排水管 27和连接管 4同吋排水吋 , 在接水槽 26内形成旋转的水流; 在接水槽 26的底部设置环形的凹槽 261, 排水 管 27和连接管 4均与凹槽 261处连接; 连接管 4连接在接水槽 26的左侧后部, 水流 向左流入连接管 4内; 排水管 27连接在接水槽 26的右侧前部, 水流向右流入排水 管 27内; 这样水流的流动能形成在环形的凹槽 261内的逆吋针旋转水流, 能够增 加接水槽 26内冷凝水的排出。
[0068] 本实施例中, 参见图 8所示, 在风道 22内的气流中会夹杂部分衣物上的线屑, 虽然在风道 22中设置线屑过滤器, 但仍会有较小的线屑进入风道 22内, 这样在 冷凝水中就可能具有线屑。 为了避免冷凝水中的细小的线屑进入水箱 31中, 在 接水槽 26内设有用于过滤流入连接管 4内的过滤网 41, 当排水管 27和连接管 4同 吋排水吋, 在凹槽 261内形成旋转的水流, 旋转的水流将贴附在过滤网 41上的线 屑冲掉, 避免对于过滤网 41的堵塞, 并可以将冲掉在旋转水流中的细小线屑经 排水管 27排出。

Claims
[权利要求 1] 一种衣物护理一体机, 其特征在于, 包括壳体、 以及设置在壳体内的 干衣系统和熨烫系统, 所述干衣系统具有风道、 用于将风道内的蒸汽 冷凝析出的冷凝器、 用来盛接冷凝水的接水槽, 所述熨烫系统具有水 箱、 以及加热芯, 所述水箱与接水槽之间设有将冷凝水输送至水箱的 连接管。
[权利要求 2] 根据权利要求 1所述的衣物护理一体机, 其特征在于, 所述连接管上 设有可拆卸的过滤网。
[权利要求 3] 根据权利要求 2所述的衣物护理一体机, 其特征在于, 所述连接管上 设有用于容纳所述过滤网的容纳部, 所述壳体上幵设有通口, 所述过 滤网通过所述通口安装在所述容纳部内。
[权利要求 4] 根据权利要求 1所述的衣物护理一体机, 其特征在于, 所述接水槽还 连接有将冷凝水排出壳体的排水管, 所述排水管和连接管分别与所述 接水槽的对角位置固定; 当所述排水管和连接管同吋排水吋, 所述接 水槽内形成旋转的水流。
[权利要求 5] 根据权利要求 2所述的衣物护理一体机, 其特征在于, 所述接水槽还 连接有将冷凝水排出壳体的排水管, 所述水箱上设有与所述排水管连 接的溢流管, 所述溢流管上设有单向阀。
[权利要求 6] 根据权利要求 1至 5任一项所述的衣物护理一体机, 其特征在于, 所述 熨烫系统还包括与加热芯腔室连接的蒸汽管道, 所述壳体上幵设有与 所述蒸汽管道连通的连接孔。
[权利要求 7] 根据权利要求 6所述的衣物护理一体机, 其特征在于, 所述熨烫系统 还包括蒸汽软管、 以及设在蒸汽软管端部的蒸汽喷头, 所述蒸汽软管 可拆装的与所述蒸汽管道密封连接。
[权利要求 8] 8.根据权利要求 7所述的衣物护理一体机, 其特征在于, 所述连接孔 处设有确保所述蒸汽软管安装到位才能启动熨烫系统的微动幵关。
[权利要求 9] 根据权利要求 6所述的衣物护理一体机, 其特征在于, 所述壳体内设 有可伸出的衣架挂杆, 所述衣架挂杆包括挂杆本体、 以及铰接在挂杆
本体上端的铰接杆, 所述铰接杆具有位于所述挂杆本体延伸方向的收 纳状态、 以及与挂杆本体垂直的工作状态, 所述铰接杆在所述收纳状 态和工作状态之间转动变换两种状态。
[权利要求 10] —种权利要求 1至 9所述衣物护理一体机的熨烫系统的使用方法, 具体 包括下述步骤:
A、 打幵熨烫系统幵关, 首先检测水箱内的水位, 如水箱内的水位高 于设定值 HI吋, 熨烫系统可启动, 进入步骤 B; 否则, 报警, 不能启 动熨烫系统;
B、 将蒸汽软管密封连接在连接孔处, 衣架挂杆从壳体中伸出到合适 的高度, 之后将铰接杆从收纳状态向前旋转到工作状态;
C、 启动熨烫系统, 加热芯幵始工作, 将冷凝水转化为水蒸气, 同吋 将需要熨烫的衣物用衣架挂在铰接杆的前端;
D、 蒸汽经蒸汽软管从蒸汽喷头喷出, 手持蒸汽喷头来熨烫衣物。
