本发明的实施方式
为了使乘客在系安全带时更加便利,同时在面对不同体型的乘客时能够自主改变长度,提升舒适度和安全性,特提出一种可自动绑定的安全带。下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1-5,本实施例提供了一种可自动绑定的安全带,包括座椅1,座椅1底座的内部开设有密封腔2,密封腔2的侧壁固定有气泵3,气泵3的出气端固定有安全带4,安全带4远离气泵3的一端固定有卡块5,座椅1底座的一侧开设有活动孔6,座椅1底座远离活动孔6的一侧开设有固定孔7,座椅1底座的内部固定有绳槽8,绳槽8的外壁缠绕有伸缩带9,伸缩带9远离绳槽8的一端固定有与卡块5相匹配的卡槽10,卡槽10穿过固定孔7位于座椅1的外侧。
其中,安全带是由多级伸缩杆构成,多级伸缩杆从安全带最左侧起上一级伸缩杆依次通过其内壁的挡块以及下一级伸缩杆外壁的密封块逐级连接。
密封块42为橡胶材质,且挡块43的材质与伸缩杆41材质相同。
固定有卡块5的伸缩杆41一侧内壁固定有连接绳411,连接绳411远离卡块5的一端固定有线槽412,线槽412的一侧固定有电机413,电机413的动力输出轴与线槽412固定连接,且电机413远离线槽412的一侧固定在与卡块5距离最远的一级伸缩杆41的内壁。
气泵3通过导线连接有逻辑控制器31,逻辑控制器31通过导线与电机413连接,逻辑控制器31通过导线连接有压力传感器11,压力传感器11固定在座椅1底座的内部。
卡槽10包括金属板101和点触开关102,金属板101内部中空,金属板101的中部处开设有插孔103,插孔103的内部设置有两个伸缩块104,伸缩块104远离插孔103的一端焊接有复位弹簧105,复位弹簧105远离伸缩块104的一端焊接在金属板101的内壁。
伸缩块104位于插孔103内部一端作侧切处理,且卡块5为T字型,复位弹簧105套接点触开关102的外壁,点触开关102设置有一个,且点触开关102的一端与伸缩块104接触,点触开关102远离伸缩块104的一端与金属板101的内壁固定,且点触开关102通过导线与逻辑控制器31连接。
伸缩块104靠近插孔103的一端设置有压缩块106,压缩块106为L型,且设置有两个,压缩块106的中部活动插接有U字型的固定架107,固定架107的两端固定在金属板101的内壁,压缩块106远离伸缩块104的一端中部开设有滑槽1061,滑槽1061内部滑动连接有滑杆108,滑杆108远离压缩块106的一端固定有固定杆109,固定杆109延伸至金属板101的外侧,且长度在1cm-2cm。
绳槽8的一侧固定有棘轮81,棘轮81的侧面通过弹簧82活动连接有离合器杆83,离合器杆83靠近弹簧82的三分之一处通过转动轴84固定在棘轮81的侧面。
座椅1底座内部靠近绳槽8处安装有凸轮85和棘爪86,棘爪86的侧面开设有滑动槽87,滑动槽87通过滑动销88与凸轮85活动连接,凸轮85一端的侧面焊接有摆动弹簧89,摆动弹簧89远离凸轮85的一段焊接有摆锤891。
凸轮85的中部处通过活动杆851固定在座椅1底座的内部,棘爪86的一端通过转轴861固定在座椅1底座的内部。
本实施例中,当人坐上座椅1以后,压力传感器11感应到压力并向逻辑控制器31反馈,逻辑控制器31会打开气泵3的电路,使气泵3向安全带4内部进行充气,当安全带4内部气压升高时,在大气压的作用下,各级伸缩杆41穿过活动孔6向座椅1底座的外部延伸,在伸缩杆41延伸过程中连接绳411被拉伸,且伸缩杆41为圆弧型,圆弧的角度在45°和60°之间,伸缩杆41延伸出活动孔6以后能够贴着乘客的腹部或腿部,并向着座椅1底座侧面设有固定孔7的一侧方向延伸;
当安全带4设有卡块5的一端与固定孔7接触以后,卡块5会插进位于金属板101中部处插孔103,卡块5的外壁会先挤压伸缩块104,使伸缩块104向着金属板101的内部运动,此时的复位弹簧105上力,在伸缩块104受卡块5挤压运动时,伸缩块104远离卡块5的一端会向着靠近点触开关102的方向运动,当卡块5的外壁与伸缩块104靠近插孔103的一端接触时,伸缩块104向着金属板101内部运动至最大距离,此时点触开关102受到挤压形成通路并反馈给逻辑控制器31,逻辑控制器31将断开气泵3的电路;
在安全带4与插孔103插接固定以后,当乘客起身时,身体会对安全带4施加一个向外扩张的力,此时的伸缩带9会跟随卡槽10一起向着固定孔7的外部拉伸,在伸缩带9拉伸过程中,处于座椅1外部的安全带4和伸缩带9的总长度增加,可以使得乘客能够在座椅1上进行一定范围的活动;
当汽车或者飞机进行紧急制动或瞬间失速时,乘客在惯性的作用下会瞬间前倾,此时的伸缩带9被瞬间拉伸,伸缩带9带动棘轮81快速旋转,棘轮81侧面的离合器杆83在离心力的作用下以转动轴84为轴进行偏转,因棘轮81速度过快,离合器杆83远离弹簧82的一端会伸出棘轮81的外侧,并拨动摆锤891,摆锤891会通过摆动弹簧89进行偏转,在摆锤891偏转过程中会带动凸轮85以活动杆851为轴进行偏转,在凸轮85偏转时通过滑动销88和滑动槽87使棘爪86以转轴861为轴进行偏转,并使其外侧与棘轮81啮合,阻止了伸缩带9伸长,保护乘客不会受到撞击。
当安全带4需要解除时,只需用手指按压金属板101外侧的固定杆109,使固定杆109向着金属板101内部运动,固定杆109运动时带动滑杆108在滑槽1061内部滑动,在滑杆108在滑槽1061内部向下滑动时,会将两个压缩块106的底端有着位于同一竖直方向运动的趋势,并根据杠杆原理,压缩块106的顶端将会对两个伸缩块104同时施加一个相互远离的力,此时伸缩块104再次出发点触开关102,点触开关102向逻辑控制器31反馈,此时逻辑控制器31控制气泵3抽取安全带4内部的空气,以及控制电机413转动使线槽412进行旋转并收集连接绳411,在气压以及连接绳411的拉扯下,安全带4得以收缩,并收缩至活动孔6的内部,当乘客离开座椅1以后,压力传感器11没有检测到压力,并反馈给逻辑控制器31,逻辑控制器31断开所有电器元件电路,使整个装置处于电路断开状态。
通过以上装置的配合使用,能够使乘客在系安全带时更加便利,同时在面对不同体型的乘客时能够自主改变长度,提升舒适度和安全性。
其中,压力传感器11型号为XHP040,气泵3型号为3013G/0.7E-15/30130006,逻辑控制器31型号为S7-400,电机413型号为550型微型电机,点触开关102型号为XQH-9。
本发明的描述中,需要说明的是,术语“竖直”、“上”、“下”、“水平”等指示的方位或者位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或者位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或者暗示所指的装置或者元件必须具有特定的方位,以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。
本发明的描述中,还需要说明的是,除非另有明确的规定和限制,术语“设置”、“安装”、“相连”、“连接”应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接,可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接,可以是直接连接,也可以是通过中间媒介相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种可自动绑定的安全带,包括座椅(1),其特征在于:所述座椅(1)底座的内部开设有密封腔(2),所述密封腔(2)的侧壁固定有气泵(3),所述气泵(3)的出气端固定有安全带(4),所述安全带(4)远离气泵(3)的一端固定有卡块(5),所述座椅(1)底座的一侧开设有活动孔(6),所述座椅(1)底座远离活动孔(6)的一侧开设有固定孔(7),所述座椅(1)底座的内部固定有绳槽(8),所述绳槽(8)的外壁缠绕有伸缩带(9),所述伸缩带(9)远离绳槽(8)的一端固定有与卡块(5)相匹配的卡槽(10),所述卡槽(10)穿过固定孔(7)位于座椅(1)的外侧。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种可自动绑定的安全带,其特征在于:所述安全带(4)是由多级伸缩杆(41)构成,多级所述伸缩杆(41)从安全带(4)最左侧起上一级伸缩杆(43)依次通过其内壁的挡块(43)以及下一级伸缩杆(41)外壁的密封块(42)逐级连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种可自动绑定的安全带,其特征在于:所述密封块(42)为橡胶材质,且挡块(43)的材质与伸缩杆(41)材质相同,固定有卡块(5)的伸缩杆(41)一侧内壁固定有连接绳(411),所述连接绳(411)远离卡块(5)的一端固定有线槽(412),所述线槽(412)的一侧固定有电机(413),所述电机(413)的动力输出轴与线槽(412)固定连接,且电机(413)远离线槽(412)的一侧固定在与卡块(5)距离最远的一级伸缩杆(41)的内壁。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种可自动绑定的安全带,其特征在于:所述气泵(3)通过导线连接有逻辑控制器(31),所述逻辑控制器(31)通过导线与电机(413)连接,所述逻辑控制器(31)通过导线连接有压力传感器(11),所述压力传感器(11)固定在座椅(1)底座的内部。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种可自动绑定的安全带,其特征在于:所述卡槽(10)包括金属板(101)和点触开关(102),所述金属板(101)内部中空,所述金属板(101)的中部处开设有插孔(103),所述插孔(103)的内部设置有两个伸缩块(104),所述伸缩块(104)远离插孔(103)的一端焊接有复位弹簧(105),所述复位弹簧(105)远离伸缩块(104)的一端焊接在金属板(101)的内壁。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种可自动绑定的安全带,其特征在于:所述伸缩块(104)位于插孔(103)内部一端作侧切处理,且卡块(5)为T字型,所述复位弹簧(105)套接点触开关(102)的外壁,所述点触开关(102)设置有一个,且点触开关(102)的一端与伸缩块(104)接触,所述点触开关(102)远离伸缩块(104)的一端与金属板(101)的内壁固定,且点触开关(102)通过导线与逻辑控制器(31)连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种可自动绑定的安全带,其特征在于:所述伸缩块(104)靠近插孔(103)的一端设置有压缩块(106),所述压缩块(106)为L型,且设置有两个,所述压缩块(106)的中部活动插接有U字型的固定架(107),所述固定架(107)的两端固定在金属板(101)的内壁,所述压缩块(106)远离伸缩块(104)的一端中部开设有滑槽(1061),所述滑槽(1061)内部滑动连接有滑杆(108),所述滑杆(108)远离压缩块(106)的一端固定有固定杆(109),所述固定杆(109)延伸至金属板(101)的外侧,且长度在1cm-2cm。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的一种可自动绑定的安全带,其特征在于:所述绳槽(8)的一侧固定有棘轮(81),棘轮(81)的侧面通过弹簧(82)活动连接有离合器杆(83),离合器杆(83)靠近弹簧(82)的三分之一处通过转动轴(84)固定在棘轮(81)的侧面。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种可自动绑定的安全带,其特征在于:所述座椅(1)底座内部靠近绳槽(8)处安装有凸轮(85)和棘爪(86),所述棘爪(86)的侧面开设有滑动槽(87),所述滑动槽(87)通过滑动销(88)与凸轮(85)活动连接,所述凸轮(85)一端的侧面焊接有摆动弹簧(89),所述摆动弹簧(89)远离凸轮(85)的一段焊接有摆锤(891),所述凸轮(85)的中部处通过活动杆(851)固定在座椅(1)底座的内部,所述棘爪(86)的一端通过转轴(861)固定在座椅(1)底座的内部。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种可自动绑定的安全带,其具体使用步骤为:
    (A1)、当人坐上座椅(1)以后,压力传感器(11)受到压力并向逻辑控制器(31)反馈,逻辑控制器(31)会打开气泵(3)的电路,使气泵(3)向安全带(4)内部进行充气,当安全带(4)内部气压升高时,在大气压的作用下,各级伸缩杆(41)穿过活动孔(6)向座椅(1)底座的外部延伸,在伸缩杆(41)延伸过程中连接绳(411)被拉伸,且伸缩杆(41)为圆弧型,圆弧的角度在45°和60°之间,伸缩杆(41)延伸出活动孔(6)以后能够贴着乘客的腹部或腿部,并向着座椅(1)底座侧面设有固定孔(7)的一侧方向延伸;
    (A2)、当安全带(4)设有卡块(5)的一端与固定孔(7)接触以后,卡块(5)会插进位于金属板(101)中部处插孔(103),卡块(5)的外壁会先挤压伸缩块(104),使伸缩块(104)向着金属板(101)的内部运动,此时的复位弹簧(105)上力,在伸缩块(104)受卡块(5)挤压运动时,伸缩块(104)远离卡块(5)的一端会向着靠近点触开关(102)的方向运动,当卡块(5)的外壁与伸缩块(104)靠近插孔(103)的一端接触时,伸缩块(104)向着金属板(101)内部运动至最大距离,此时点触开关(102)受到挤压形成通路并反馈给逻辑控制器(31),逻辑控制器(31)将断开气泵(3)的电路;
    (A3)、在安全带(4)与插孔(103)插接固定以后,当乘客起身时,身体会对安全带(4)施加一个向外扩张的力,此时的伸缩带(9)会跟随卡槽(10)一起向着固定孔(7)的外部拉伸,在伸缩带(9)拉伸过程中,处于座椅(1)外部的安全带(4)和伸缩带(9)的总长度增加,可以使得乘客能够在座椅(1)上进行一定范围的活动;
    (A4)、当汽车或者飞机进行紧急制动或瞬间失速时,乘客在惯性的作用下会瞬间前倾,此时的伸缩带(9)被瞬间拉伸,伸缩带(9)带动棘轮(81)快速旋转,棘轮(81)侧面的离合器杆(83)在离心力的作用下以转动轴(84)为轴进行偏转,因棘轮(81)速度过快,离合器杆(83)远离弹簧(82)的一端会伸出棘轮(81)的外侧,并拨动摆锤(891),摆锤(891)会通过摆动弹簧(89)进行偏转,在摆锤(891)偏转过程中会带动凸轮(85)以活动杆(851)为轴进行偏转,在凸轮(85)偏转时通过滑动销(88)和滑动槽(87)使棘爪(86)以转轴(861)为轴进行偏转,并使其外侧与棘轮(81)啮合,阻止了伸缩带(9)伸长,保护乘客不会受到撞击;
    (A5)、当安全带(4)需要解除时,只需用手指按压金属板(101)外侧的固定杆(109),使固定杆(109)向着金属板(101)内部运动,固定杆(109)运动时带动滑杆(108)在滑槽(1061)内部滑动,在滑杆(108)在滑槽(1061)内部向下滑动时,会将两个压缩块(106)的底端有着位于同一竖直方向运动的趋势,并根据杠杆原理,压缩块(106)的顶端将会对两个伸缩块(104)同时施加一个相互远离的力,此时伸缩块(104)再次出发点触开关(102),点触开关(102)向逻辑控制器(31)反馈,此时逻辑控制器(31)控制气泵(3)抽取安全带(4)内部的空气,以及控制电机(413)转动使线槽(412)进行旋转并收集连接绳(411),在气压以及连接绳(411)的拉扯下,安全带(4)得以收缩,并收缩至活动孔(6)的内部,当乘客离开座椅(1)以后,压力传感器(11)没有检测到压力,并反馈给逻辑控制器(31),逻辑控制器(31)断开所有电器元件电路,使整个装置处于电路断开状态。
