打印信息处理方法、装置及系统
本申请要求与2019年7月31日提交中国专利局、申请号为201910701493.4、申请名称为“打印信息处理方法、装置及系统”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及信息技术领域,尤其是涉及到一种打印信息处理方法、装置及系统。
背景技术
"智慧餐厅"是基于物联网和云计算技术为餐饮店量身打造的智能管理系统,具备智能化、无人化、减员增效等特点。主要利用现有机械设备完成餐厅、茶饮等行业的可定制化工作。比如利用机械臂制作奶茶、利用炒菜机炒菜等等,而制作过程中又都离不开打印小票,通过打印小票展示取餐信息和菜品信息。
目前,现有的方案都是采用标签打印机打印小票,打印完成后由机械臂、炒菜机等大型机械设备从打印机上拿出标签形式的小票,并粘贴在用餐杯具或器皿上。然而,发明人发现由于机械设备比较大,并且标签打印机姿态固定,无法做到配合机械设备做一定的旋转部署,因此很难每次都能拿出小票,导致打印信息丢失,用户无法获取对应的取餐信息和餐品信息。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本申请提供了一种打印信息处理方法、装置及系统,主要目的在于解决目前现有技术中会可能导致打印信息丢失,用户无法获取对应的取餐信息和餐品信息的技术问题。
依据本申请的一个方面,提供了一种打印信息处理方法,可应用于客户端侧,该方法包括:发送携带订单标识的订单确认请求,以便根据所述订单标识,将订单对应的打印信息经转换后发送给对应的喷码机,所述喷码机用于在接收到打印请求时,根据转换后的打印信息对与所述订单对应的餐品设备进行喷码打印;接收与所述订单对应餐品的制作完成信息。
可选的,所述打印请求是在确定与所述订单对应餐品制作完成时发送的。
可选的,所述订单确认请求中还携带下单终端的终端位置信息,以便根据所述终端位置信息检测是否存在异地取餐的异常行为,并在确定不存在所述异常行为时发送所述打印信息给所述喷码机。

借由上述技术方案,本申请提供的一种打印信息处理方法、装置及系统,与目前由大型机械设备从标签打印机上拿出打印的小票进行粘贴的方式相比,本申请可触发喷码机根据转换后能够识别的与订单对应的打印信息,对该订单对应的餐品设备进行喷码打印。代替大型机械设备从标签打印机上拿出小票进行粘贴的方式,可保证每次都能成功在餐品设备上打印取餐信息和餐品信息,打印信息更加高效和准确,方便用户在取餐时准确获取对应的取餐信息和餐品信息。

针对目前现有技术中由大型机械设备从标签打印机上拿出打印的小票进行粘贴的方式,很难每次都能拿出小票,导致打印信息丢失,用户无法获取对应的取餐信息和餐品信息的技术问题。本实施例提供了一种打印信息处理方法,如图1所示,可应用于客户端侧,该方法包括:

例如,用户利用手机客户端通过扫码智能冰淇淋机,在线选择该智能冰淇淋机能够生产的冰淇淋餐品然后下单。服务端接收到携带有该订单号的订单确认请求,然后根据该订单标识,将订单对应的打印信息经转换后,以订单下发的方式发送给该智能冰淇淋机,以便转发给对应的喷码机。智能冰淇淋机可在开始制作该冰淇淋餐品时或在完成制作该冰淇淋餐品后,向喷码机发送打印请求,触发喷码机根据打印信息在承载该冰淇淋餐品的纸杯上进行喷码打印。这样用户在取餐时可通过纸杯上喷码打印的内容,准确获取对应的取餐信息和餐品信息。
102、接收服务端发送的与订单对应餐品的制作完成信息。

在本实施例中喷码打印的时机可根据实际需求预先设定。例如在确定需要制作某订单对应的餐品,并且喷码机已经接收到该订单对应的打印信息时,可先触发喷码机对该餐品设备进行喷码打印,然后再 制作相应餐品。除此之外,为了防止在某些场景下先喷码打印后制作餐品的方式会造成餐品设备污染的情况发生,可在确认订单餐品制作完成后才触发喷码机进行喷码打印,因此优选的,喷码机接收的打印请求可以是在确定与订单对应餐品制作完成时发送的。通过这种餐品制作完成后打印的方式,可有效避免喷码打印对餐品制作造成一定的污染,提升餐品的食用安全性。
在需要用户现场点餐并取餐的场景中,用户的下单终端位置通常应该与生产该订单餐品的智能终端位置相匹配。然而,如果二者位置不匹配,那么有可能存在被黑客攻击的情况,因此为了保证运行安全性,可选的,客户端发送的订单确认请求中还可携带下单终端的终端位置信息,以便在服务端根据该终端位置信息检测是否存在异地取餐的异常行为,并在确定不存在异常行为时发送该经过转换后的打印信息给对应的喷码机。
上述实施例内容为在客户端侧描述的打印信息处理过程,进一步的,为了完整说明本实施例的实施方式,本实施例还提供了另一种打印信息处理方法,可应用于服务端侧,如图2所示,该方法包括:

进一步的,智能设备还与机械设备通过TCP服务事先完成连接。该机械设备用于制作相应餐品。在本实施例中,为了使得机械设备准确制作相应餐品,可选的,服务端可将订单的订单信息发送给智能设备,以使得智能设备根据订单信息获取订单的餐品制作信息,并向机械设备发送携带有该餐品制作信息的制作指令,其中,喷码机接收到的打印请求是智能设备在确定餐品制作完成时发送的。具体是智能设备根据机械设备返回的制作状态结果,确定该餐品是否制作完成,如果制作状态结果为该餐品制作完成,可通过TCP协议向喷码机发送打印请求。
并且为了使得喷码机喷码打印时可在适合的餐品设备位置处进行打印,进一步可选的,喷码机接收到的打印请求是智能设备在确定餐品制作完成、且通过机械设备调整餐品设备摆放位置对应打印位置后发送的。通过这种方式可保证喷码机可对餐品设备适当打印的位置处进行准确打印。
在需要用户现场点餐并取餐的场景中,用户的下单终端位置通常应该与生产该订单餐品的智能终端位置相匹配。然而,如果二者位置不匹配,那么有可能存在被黑客攻击的情况,因此为了保证运行安全性,可选的,订单确认请求中还可携带下单终端的终端位置信息;相应的,在本实施例中,服务端根据订单标识,将字节码信息发送给对应的喷码机,具体可包括:根据终端位置信息检测是否存在异地取餐的异常行为;若确定疑似存在异常行为,则进行异常上报;若确定不存在异常行为,则根据订单标识,将字节码信息发送给对应的喷码机。
例如,在根据下单终端的终端位置判定存在异地取餐的异常行为,可将相关的信息进行异常上报,然后分析是否为朋友代付下单等操作,进而排除一些非异常行为,如果经过分析确定确实存在攻击者攻击的危险行为,可进行相应告警,并远程阻止该餐品相应的制作行为,避免给商家端造成过多的经济损失;如果判定不存在异地取餐的异常行为,则执行安排打印任务的操作。
具体的,为了精确判定是否存在异地取餐的异常行为,可选的,上述根据终端位置信息检测是否存在异地取餐的异常行为,具体可包括:获取智能设备的安放位置信息;若安放位置信息与终端位置信息匹配,则确定不存在异地取餐的异常行为;若安放位置信息与所述终端位置信息不匹配,则确定疑似存在异地取餐的异常行为。通过这种方式可精确判定是否存在异地取餐的异常行为。
306、服务端接收智能设备发送的与订单对应餐品的制作完成信息并进行转发给客户端。
客户端在接收到服务端发送的与订单对应餐品的制作完成信息之后,可输出该制作完成信息,以便提醒用户及时取餐。
由于喷码机也属于损耗品,因此为了及时发现喷码机出现异常并且及时进行相应维护,进一步可选的,本实施例方法还可包括:定期或不定期获取喷码机的状态信息;若根据状态信息确定喷码机出现工作异常时,将相应的异常信息发送给维护模块。其中,维护模块可用于根据该异常信息对喷码机进行远程维护或上门维护等,或者通过维护模块可通知到相关的维护工作人员及时进行维护。
为了进一步说明本实施例方法的实施过程,给出如下应用场景,但不限于此:
例如,在无人奶茶机的应用场景中,传统方式是采用标签打印机打印出小票后,由机械臂从打印机 上拿出打印小票然后粘贴在奶茶纸杯上,然而机械臂比较大,无法保证100%拿出来,导致打印信息丢失,顾客无法获取对应的取餐信息和菜品信息。并且标签打印机由于打印设备姿态固定,也很难做到配合机械设备做一定的旋转部署,再者,标签打印由于标签纸数量有限,更新周期短,需要经常有人进行维护。
为了解决上述这些问题,基于本实施例提供的方法,在无人奶茶机中可采用喷码打印方式。具体的,如图4所示,顾客在手机客户端下单后,客户端向无人奶茶机(即智能设备)对应的服务端发送订单确认请求,服务端根据请求中携带的订单标识,获取订单对应的打印信息,然后将打印信息转换成喷码机识别的字节码信息。并根据订单标识,将字节码信息通过订单下发的方式发送给无人奶茶机,然后转发给相应的喷码机,其中无人奶茶机与喷码机通过开启局域网服务的方式预先建立本地连接。无人奶茶机中的机械臂在奶茶制作完成后,调整奶茶纸杯位置对应打印位置,然后向喷码机发送打印请求,喷码机在该打印位置根据字节码信息进行喷码打印,进而打印在纸杯表面上,如图5所示。这样用户在取奶茶时,通过纸杯表面上喷涂的打印内容,可获取对应的取餐信息和奶茶信息等。
通过应用上述方案。利用喷码机实现打印,不需要在依赖于机械设备去拿标签纸粘贴的过程,同时喷码机设备灵活便于安装以及使用寿命长。
进一步的,作为图1所示方法的具体实现,本申请实施例提供了一种可应用于客户端侧的打印信息处理装置,如图6所示,该装置包括:发送模块41、接收模块42。发送模块41,可用于发送携带订单标识的订单确认请求,以便根据所述订单标识,将订单对应的打印信息经转换后发送给对应的喷码机,所述喷码机用于在接收到打印请求时,根据转换后的打印信息对与所述订单对应的餐品设备进行喷码打印;接收模块42,可用于接收与所述订单对应餐品的制作完成信息。
在具体的应用场景中,可选的,所述打印请求是在确定与所述订单对应餐品制作完成时发送的。在具体的应用场景中,所述订单确认请求中还携带下单终端的终端位置信息,以便根据所述终端位置信息检测是否存在异地取餐的异常行为,并在确定不存在所述异常行为时发送所述打印信息给所述喷码机。
在具体的应用场景中,本装置还包括:输出模块43;输出模块43,可用于输出所述制作完成信息。
需要说明的是,本实施例提供的一种可应用于用户客户端侧的打印信息处理装置所涉及各功能单元的其它相应描述,可以参考图1中的对应描述,在此不再赘述。
进一步的,作为图2和图3所示方法的具体实现,本申请实施例提供了一种可应用于服务端侧的打 印信息处理装置,如图7所示,该装置包括:接收模块51、转换模块52、发送模块53。接收模块51,可用于接收订单确认请求,根据请求中携带的订单标识,获取订单对应的打印信息;转换模块52,可用于将所述打印信息转换成喷码机识别的字节码信息;发送模块53,可用于根据所述订单标识,将所述字节码信息发送给对应的喷码机,所述喷码机用于在接收到打印请求时,根据所述字节码信息对与所述订单对应的餐品设备进行喷码打印。
在具体的应用场景中,所述转换模块52,具体可用于读取所述打印信息中的取餐信息和餐品信息;将所述取餐信息和所述餐品信息,按照预设打印模板转换成所述喷码机识别的所述字节码信息。
在具体的应用场景中,所述发送模块53,具体可用于查询与所述订单标识对应的智能设备,所述智能设备用于生产所述订单对应的餐品,所述智能设备与所述喷码机之间本地连接;将所述字节码信息发送给所述智能设备,以便所述智能设备通过TCP协议将所述字节码信息转发给所述喷码机。
在具体的应用场景中,所述智能设备与机械设备通过TCP服务完成连接,所述发送模块53,还可用于将所述订单的订单信息发送给所述智能设备,以使得所述智能设备根据所述订单信息获取所述订单的餐品制作信息,并向所述机械设备发送携带有所述餐品制作信息的制作指令,其中,所述打印请求是所述智能设备在确定餐品制作完成时发送的。
在具体的应用场景中,所述打印请求具体是所述智能设备在确定餐品制作完成、且通过所述机械设备调整所述餐品设备摆放位置对应打印位置后发送的。
在具体的应用场景中,所述接收模块51,还可用于接收所述智能设备发送的与所述订单对应餐品的制作完成信息;所述发送模块53,还可用于将所述接收模块接收的制作完成信息进行转发。
在具体的应用场景中,所述订单确认请求中还携带下单终端的终端位置信息;相应的,所述发送模块53,具体还可用于根据所述终端位置信息检测是否存在异地取餐的异常行为;若确定疑似存在所述异常行为,则进行异常上报;若确定不存在所述异常行为,则根据所述订单标识,将所述字节码信息发送给对应的喷码机。
在具体的应用场景中,所述发送模块53,具体还可用于获取所述智能设备的安放位置信息;若所述安放位置信息与所述终端位置信息匹配,则确定不存在异地取餐的异常行为;若所述安放位置信息与所述终端位置信息不匹配,则确定疑似存在异地取餐的异常行为。
在具体的应用场景中,本装置还包括:监测模块54;所述监测模块54,可用于定期或不定期获取 所述喷码机的状态信息;所述发送模块53,还可用于若根据所述状态信息确定所述喷码机出现工作异常时,将相应的异常信息发送给维护模块。
需要说明的是,本实施例提供的一种可应用于服务端侧的打印信息处理装置所涉及各功能单元的其它相应描述,可以参考图2和图3中的对应描述,在此不再赘述。
基于上述如图1所示方法,相应的,本申请实施例还提供了一种存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,该程序被处理器执行时实现上述如图1所示的可应用于用户客户端侧的打印信息处理方法。基于上述如图2和图3所示方法,本申请实施例还提供了另一种存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,该程序被处理器执行时实现上述如图2和图3所示的可应用于服务端侧的打印信息处理方法。
基于这样的理解,本申请的技术方案可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该软件产品可以存储在一个非易失性存储介质(可以是CD-ROM,U盘,移动硬盘等)中,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)执行本申请各个实施场景的方法。
基于上述如图1所示的方法,以及图6所示的虚拟装置实施例,为了实现上述目的,本申请实施例还提供了一种客户端设备,具体可以为平板电脑、智能手机、智能手表、智能手环、或其他网络设备等,该客户端设备包括存储介质和处理器;存储介质,用于存储计算机程序;处理器,用于执行计算机程序以实现上述如图1所示的可应用于用户客户端侧的打印信息处理方法。
基于上述如图2和图3所示的方法,以及图7所示的虚拟装置实施例,为了实现上述目的,本申请实施例还提供了一种服务器设备,具体可以为网关设备、服务器、或其他网络设备等。该设备包括存储介质和处理器;存储介质,用于存储计算机程序;处理器,用于执行计算机程序以实现上述如图2和图3所示的可应用于服务端侧的打印信息处理方法。
可选的,上述两种实体设备都还可以包括用户接口、网络接口、摄像头、射频(Radio Frequency,RF)电路,传感器、音频电路、WI-FI模块等等。用户接口可以包括显示屏(Display)、输入单元比如键盘(Keyboard)等,可选用户接口还可以包括USB接口、读卡器接口等。网络接口可选的可以包括标准的有线接口、无线接口(如WI-FI接口)等。
本领域技术人员可以理解,本实施例提供的一种客户端设备和服务器设备的实体设备结构并不构成对这两种实体设备的限定,可以包括更多或更少的部件,或者组合某些部件,或者不同的部件布置。
存储介质中还可以包括操作系统、网络通信模块。操作系统是管理上述两个实体设备硬件和软件资 源的程序,支持信息处理程序以及其它软件和/或程序的运行。网络通信模块用于实现存储介质内部各组件之间的通信,以及与信息处理实体设备中其它硬件和软件之间通信。
基于上述内容,进一步的,本申请实施例还提供了一种打印信息处理系统,如图8所示,该系统包括:服务器设备61、客户端设备62、智能设备63、机械设备64、喷码机65;其中,客户端设备62可用于执行如图1所示的方法,服务器设备61可用于执行如图2和图3所示的方法。智能设备63分别与机械设备64、喷码机65之间本地连接,智能设备用于用户获取订单对应的餐品,机械设备64用于根据智能设备63发送的制作指令制作订单对应的餐品,喷码机65用于在接收到打印请求时,根据转换后的打印信息对与订单对应的餐品设备进行喷码打印。
首先客户端设备62向服务器设备61发送携带订单标识的订单确认请求。服务器设备61根据请求中携带的订单标识,获取订单对应的打印信息;将所述打印信息转换成喷码机65识别的字节码信息;然后根据所述订单标识,将所述字节码信息通过订单下发方式发送给智能设备63,然后智能设备63将字节码信息转发给喷码机65。当智能设备63判定该订单对应餐品制作完成时,向喷码机65发送打印请求,使得喷码机65根据所述字节码信息对与所述订单对应制作完成的餐品设备进行喷码打印。智能设备63在确定订单对应餐品制作完成以后,向服务器设备61发送订单对应餐品的制作完成信息。最后服务器设备61将该制作完成信息转发给客户端设备62进行输出展示。
通过以上的实施方式的描述,本领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到本申请可以借助软件加必要的通用硬件平台的方式来实现,也可以通过硬件实现。通过应用本申请的技术方案,引入喷码机实现打印任务能够顺利完成,同时通过服务端以及智能设备的结合实现一整套完整的可用于餐饮行业的喷码打印方式。利用喷码机实现打印,不需要在依赖于机械设备去拿标签纸粘贴的过程,同时喷码机设备灵活便于安装以及使用寿命长。
本领域技术人员可以理解附图只是一个优选实施场景的示意图,附图中的模块或流程并不一定是实施本申请所必须的。本领域技术人员可以理解实施场景中的装置中的模块可以按照实施场景描述进行分布于实施场景的装置中,也可以进行相应变化位于不同于本实施场景的一个或多个装置中。上述实施场景的模块可以合并为一个模块,也可以进一步拆分成多个子模块。

Claims (31)

  1. 一种打印信息处理方法,包括:
    发送携带订单标识的订单确认请求,以便根据所述订单标识,将订单对应的打印信息经转换后发送给对应的喷码机,所述喷码机用于在接收到打印请求时,根据转换后的打印信息对与所述订单对应的餐品设备进行喷码打印;
    接收与所述订单对应餐品的制作完成信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,所述打印请求是在确定与所述订单对应餐品制作完成时发送的。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,所述订单确认请求中还携带下单终端的终端位置信息,以便根据所述终端位置信息检测是否存在异地取餐的异常行为,并在确定不存在所述异常行为时发送所述打印信息给所述喷码机。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,在接收与所述订单对应餐品的制作完成信息之后,所述方法还包括:输出所述制作完成信息。
  5. 一种打印信息处理方法,包括:
    接收订单确认请求,根据请求中携带的订单标识,获取订单对应的打印信息;
    将所述打印信息转换成喷码机识别的字节码信息;
    根据所述订单标识,将所述字节码信息发送给对应的喷码机,所述喷码机用于在接收到打印请求时,根据所述字节码信息对与所述订单对应的餐品设备进行喷码打印。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,将所述打印信息转换成喷码机识别的字节码信息,具体包括:读取所述打印信息中的取餐信息和餐品信息;将所述取餐信息和所述餐品信息,按照预设打印模板转换成所述喷码机识别的所述字节码信息。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,根据所述订单标识,将所述字节码信息发送给对应的喷码机,具体包括:查询与所述订单标识对应的智能设备,所述智能设备用于用户获取所述订单对应的餐品,所述智能设备与所述喷码机之间本地连接;将所述字节码信息发送给所述智能设备,以便所述智能设备通过TCP协议将所述字节码信息转发给所述喷码机。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,所述智能设备与机械设备通过TCP服务完成连接,所述方法还包 括:将所述订单的订单信息发送给所述智能设备,以使得所述智能设备根据所述订单信息获取所述订单的餐品制作信息,并向所述机械设备发送携带有所述餐品制作信息的制作指令,其中,所述打印请求是所述智能设备在确定餐品制作完成时发送的。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,所述打印请求具体是所述智能设备在确定餐品制作完成、且通过所述机械设备调整所述餐品设备摆放位置对应打印位置后发送的。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,所述方法还包括:接收所述智能设备发送的与所述订单对应餐品的制作完成信息并进行转发。
  11. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,所述订单确认请求中还携带下单终端的终端位置信息;所述根据所述订单标识,将所述字节码信息发送给对应的喷码机,具体包括:根据所述终端位置信息检测是否存在异地取餐的异常行为;若确定疑似存在所述异常行为,则进行异常上报;若确定不存在所述异常行为,则根据所述订单标识,将所述字节码信息发送给对应的喷码机。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的方法,所述根据所述终端位置信息检测是否存在异地取餐的异常行为,具体包括:获取所述智能设备的安放位置信息;若所述安放位置信息与所述终端位置信息匹配,则确定不存在异地取餐的异常行为;若所述安放位置信息与所述终端位置信息不匹配,则确定疑似存在异地取餐的异常行为。
  13. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,所述方法还包括:定期或不定期获取所述喷码机的状态信息;若根据所述状态信息确定所述喷码机出现工作异常时,将相应的异常信息发送给维护模块。
  14. 一种打印信息处理装置,包括:
    发送模块,用于发送携带订单标识的订单确认请求,以便根据所述订单标识,将订单对应的打印信息经转换后发送给对应的喷码机,所述喷码机用于在接收到打印请求时,根据转换后的打印信息对与所述订单对应的餐品设备进行喷码打印;
    接收模块,用于接收与所述订单对应餐品的制作完成信息。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的装置,所述打印请求是在确定与所述订单对应餐品制作完成时发送的。
  16. 根据权利要求14所述的装置,所述订单确认请求中还携带下单终端的终端位置信息,以便根据所述终端位置信息检测是否存在异地取餐的异常行为,并在确定不存在所述异常行为时发送所述打印 信息给所述喷码机。
  17. 根据权利要求14所述的装置,所述装置还包括:输出模块,用于输出所述制作完成信息。
  18. 一种打印信息处理装置,包括:
    接收模块,用于接收订单确认请求,根据请求中携带的订单标识,获取订单对应的打印信息;
    转换模块,用于将所述打印信息转换成喷码机识别的字节码信息;
    发送模块,用于根据所述订单标识,将所述字节码信息发送给对应的喷码机,所述喷码机用于在接收到打印请求时,根据所述字节码信息对与所述订单对应的餐品设备进行喷码打印。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的装置,所述转换模块,具体用于读取所述打印信息中的取餐信息和餐品信息;将所述取餐信息和所述餐品信息,按照预设打印模板转换成所述喷码机识别的所述字节码信息。
  20. 根据权利要求18所述的装置,所述发送模块,具体用于查询与所述订单标识对应的智能设备,所述智能设备用于生产所述订单对应的餐品,所述智能设备与所述喷码机之间本地连接;将所述字节码信息发送给所述智能设备,以便所述智能设备通过TCP协议将所述字节码信息转发给所述喷码机。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的装置,所述智能设备与机械设备通过TCP服务完成连接,所述发送模块,还用于将所述订单的订单信息发送给所述智能设备,以使得所述智能设备根据所述订单信息获取所述订单的餐品制作信息,并向所述机械设备发送携带有所述餐品制作信息的制作指令,其中,所述打印请求是所述智能设备在确定餐品制作完成时发送的。
  22. 根据权利要求21所述的装置,所述打印请求具体是所述智能设备在确定餐品制作完成、且通过所述机械设备调整所述餐品设备摆放位置对应打印位置后发送的。
  23. 根据权利要求22所述的装置,所述接收模块,还用于接收所述智能设备发送的与所述订单对应餐品的制作完成信息;
    所述发送模块,还用于将所述接收模块接收的制作完成信息进行转发。
  24. 根据权利要求20所述的装置,所述订单确认请求中还携带下单终端的终端位置信息;所述发送模块,具体还用于根据所述终端位置信息检测是否存在异地取餐的异常行为;若确定疑似存在所述异常行为,则进行异常上报;若确定不存在所述异常行为,则根据所述订单标识,将所述字节码信息发送给对应的喷码机。
  25. 根据权利要求24所述的装置,所述发送模块,具体还用于获取所述智能设备的安放位置信息;若所述安放位置信息与所述终端位置信息匹配,则确定不存在异地取餐的异常行为;若所述安放位置信息与所述终端位置信息不匹配,则确定疑似存在异地取餐的异常行为。
  26. 根据权利要求18所述的装置,所述装置还包括:监测模块;

  27. 一种非易失性可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机可读指令,所述计算机可读指令被处理器执行时实现打印信息处理方法,包括:发送携带订单标识的订单确认请求,以便根据所述订单标识,将订单对应的打印信息经转换后发送给对应的喷码机,所述喷码机用于在接收到打印请求时,根据转换后的打印信息对与所述订单对应的餐品设备进行喷码打印;接收与所述订单对应餐品的制作完成信息。
  28. 一种客户端设备,包括非易失性可读存储介质、处理器及存储在非易失性可读存储介质上并可在处理器上运行的计算机可读指令,所述处理器执行所述计算机可读指令时实现打印信息处理方法,包括:发送携带订单标识的订单确认请求,以便根据所述订单标识,将订单对应的打印信息经转换后发送给对应的喷码机,所述喷码机用于在接收到打印请求时,根据转换后的打印信息对与所述订单对应的餐品设备进行喷码打印;接收与所述订单对应餐品的制作完成信息。
  29. 一种非易失性可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机可读指令,所述计算机可读指令被处理器执行时实现打印信息处理方法,包括:接收订单确认请求,根据请求中携带的订单标识,获取订单对应的打印信息;将所述打印信息转换成喷码机识别的字节码信息;根据所述订单标识,将所述字节码信息发送给对应的喷码机,所述喷码机用于在接收到打印请求时,根据所述字节码信息对与所述订单对应的餐品设备进行喷码打印。
  30. 一种服务器设备,包括非易失性可读存储介质、处理器及存储在非易失性可读存储介质上并可在处理器上运行的计算机可读指令,所述处理器执行所述计算机可读指令时实现打印信息处理方法,包括:接收订单确认请求,根据请求中携带的订单标识,获取订单对应的打印信息;将所述打印信息转换成喷码机识别的字节码信息;根据所述订单标识,将所述字节码信息发送给对应的喷码机,所述喷码机用于在接收到打印请求时,根据所述字节码信息对与所述订单对应的餐品设备进行喷码打印。
  31. 一种打印信息处理系统,包括:智能设备、机械设备、喷码机、如权利要求28所述的客户端设备和如权利要求30所述的服务器设备;所述智能设备分别与所述机械设备、喷码机之间本地连接,所述智能设备用于用户获取订单对应的餐品,所述机械设备用于根据所述智能设备发送的制作指令制作所述餐品,所述喷码机用于在接收到打印请求时,根据转换后的打印信息对与所述订单对应制作完成的餐品设备进行喷码打印。
