Abstract

Description
本申请涉及一种显示技术,特别涉及一种可折叠显示装置。
可折叠手机是当前未来柔性电子类产品的一个重要研发热点。对于可折叠手机,目前常采用的结构是将齿轮啮合的两个转轴布局在屏幕的边缘,此种结构具有结构简单、结实耐用等特点,同时不会对屏幕带来额外的拉扯力量,是当前可折叠手机的一种重要架构模式。现有的可折叠手机的主要问题在于两边采用独立的中框,中框之间留有间隙,当用户在摊平状态下使用时,在显示面板的弯折区会感受到明显的下陷,影响触控类APP的体验效果。
本申请的目的在于提供一种可折叠显示装置,以解决现有的显示面板在使用时,弯折区的平整性不佳的问题。
达成上述目的,本申请一方面提供一种可折叠显示装置,所述显示装置包括用以使所述显示装置处于折叠状态和展开状态的底框、中框和前框,所述底框用以承载所述中框,所述前框用以覆盖所述中框,所述显示装置包括:
显示面板,设置于所述中框和所述前框之间,所述显示面板包括具有多个像素且用来显示影像的显示区域,所述显示区域被分成第一非弯折区、第二非弯折区及弯折区,所述弯折区位于所述第一非弯折区和所述第二非弯折区之间;

本申请提供一种可折叠显示装置,其中两个中框对显示面板的弯折区提供有力的支撑,避免弯折区下陷,保证可折叠显示装置在展开状态下弯折区不会下沉,使用户在使用触控类APP时,获得更好的使用效果。
图1显示根据本申请的可折叠显示装置的分解图。如图1所示,本申请的可折叠显示装置包括显示面板10、一对中框(即,第一中框21和第二中框22)、一对底框(即第一底框31和第二底框32)、一对前框(即,第一前框41和第二前框42)以及连接框50。底框承载中框,前框覆盖中框,显示面板设置于中框和前框之间。底框、中框和前框用以使可折叠显示装置处于折叠状态和展开状态。
显示面板10为使用柔性基板(如以塑胶材料制成)的柔性显示面板。显示面板10例如为柔性有机发光二极体(organic light emitting diode, OLED)显示面板、柔性液晶显示(liquid crystal display, LCD)面板以及柔性电泳显示(electro-phoretic display, EPD)面板。
显示面板10包括具有多个像素且用来显示影像的显示区域,所述显示区域可被分成第一非弯折区101、第二非弯折区102及弯折区103。第一非弯折区101位于显示面板10的一侧边与弯折区103之间,第二非弯折区102位于显示面板10的另一侧边与弯折区103之间。弯折区103位于第一非弯折区101和第二非弯折区102之间。当显示面板10展开时,第一非弯折区101、第二非弯折区102及弯折区103皆为平面或位在一共平面上;当显示面板10折叠时,弯折区103形成弧面或弯曲形状,而第一非弯折区101和第二非弯折区102保持平面形状。
第一中框21可滑动地连接第一底框31,第二中框22可滑动地连接第二底框32。第一中框21用来支撑显示面板10的第一非弯折区101,第二中框22用来支撑显示面板10的第二非弯折区102。第一中框21包括第一平面支撑件210,第二中框22包括第二平面支撑件220。显示面板10包括前侧和后侧,前侧为显示影像的一侧,后侧为相对于前侧的一侧。第一平面支撑件210黏合至第一非弯折区101(具体地,黏合至显示面板10后侧对应第一非弯折区101的区域),并重叠至弯折区103的一侧。第二平面支撑件220黏合至第二非弯折区102(具体地,黏合至显示面板10后侧对应第二非弯折区102的区域),并重叠至弯折区103的另一侧。
第一平面支撑件210和第二平面支撑件220未黏合至弯折区103,使得显示面板10折叠时,显示面板10能够在弯折区103进行弯折。当显示面板10展开时,第一平面支撑件210未黏合的区域能够用来支撑弯折区103的一侧,第二平面支撑件220未黏合的区域能够用来支撑弯折区103的另一侧。
图2显示根据本申请的第一中框和第二中框的细部构造图。请一并参阅图1和图2,第一平面支撑件210的第一端与第一底框31结合,第一平面支撑件210的第一端远离弯折区103,第一平面支撑件210的第二端较第一平面支撑件210的第一端靠近第二平面支撑件220;第二平面支撑件220的第一端与第二底框32结合,第二平面支撑件220的第一端远离弯折区103,第二平面支撑件220的第二端较第二平面支撑件220的第一端靠近第一平面支撑件210。第一平面支撑件210的第一面位在与第一非弯折区101相同的一侧,第二面位在与第一底框31相同的一侧;第二平面支撑件220的第一面位在与第二非弯折区102相同的一侧,第二面位在与第二底框32相同的一侧。
例如,第一中框21(第二中框22)于第一端具有突出件,第一底框31(第二底框32)具有对应突出件的槽孔,通过突出件与槽孔的耦合,使得第一中框21(第二中框22)与第一底框31(第二底框32)结合。
当显示面板10展开时,第一中框21的第一平面支撑件210的第一面与第二中框22的第二平面支撑件220的第一面密接,并在密接处支撑显示面板10的弯折区103。第一平面支撑件210的第一面与第二平面支撑件220的第一面为共平面,且第一平面支撑件210的第二面与第二平面支撑件220的第二面为共平面。第一平面支撑件210的第一面自第一平面支撑件210的第二面在第一平面支撑件210的第二端之一侧的侧边的相应位置(如图2所示的虚线L1),向第二平面支撑件220的第一面延伸;第二平面支撑件220的第一面自第二平面支撑件220的第二面在第二平面支撑件220的第二端之一侧的侧边的相应位置(如图2所示的虚线L2),向第一平面支撑件210的第一面延伸。这样,第一平面支撑件210的第一面与第二平面支撑件220的第一面之间的第一间隙G1小于第一平面支撑件220的第二面与第二平面支撑件220的第二面之间的第二间隙G2。第一平面支撑件210和第二平面支撑件220在第二端形成倒角,例如斜面倒角或圆弧倒角。具体地,第一平面支撑件210具有第一倒角,其自第一平面支撑件210的第二面的侧边,沿着朝向第二平面支撑件220的方向,向第一平面支撑件210的第一面的侧边延伸。第二平面支撑件220具有第二倒角,其自第二平面支撑件220的第二面的侧边,沿着朝向第一平面支撑件210的方向,向第二平面支撑件220的第一面的侧边延伸。在第一平面支撑件210和第二平面支撑件220旋转时,第一倒角和第二倒角的设置可以避免第一平面支撑件210和第二平面支撑件220与底框(或连接框)发生干涉。
由于第一平面支撑件210的第一面向第二平面支撑件220的方向延伸,第二平面支撑件220的第一面向第一平面支撑件210的方向延伸,使得第一平面支撑件210与第二平面支撑件220之间的缝隙有效地缩小,此缝隙较佳小于0.3毫米,因此能够保证显示面板10展开时弯折区103的平整性,使用户在使用时不会感受到弯折区103明显的下陷。
第一底框31用来支撑第一中框21的第一平面支撑件210,第二底框32用来支撑第二中框21的第二平面支撑件210。当显示面板10状态改变时,如从展开变为折叠或从折叠变为展开,第一中框21绕第一转动轴转动,同时与第一中框21结合的第一底框3也跟着转动;且第二中框22绕第二转动轴转动,同时与第二中框21结合的第二底框32也跟着转动。
连接框50设置于第一中框21的第一平面支撑件210与第二中框22的第二平面支撑件220之间(或第一底框31与第二底框32之间),且设于对应显示面板10之弯折区103的位置。第一底框31和第二底框32皆枢转连接于连接框50。当第一底框31于第一端跟着第一中框21转动时,第一底框31于第二端相对于连接框50枢转;当第二底框32于第一端跟着第二中框22转动时,第二底框32于第二端相对于连接框50枢转。
第一前框41于第一端结合于第一底框31的第一端,第一前框41的第二端结合于第一底框31的第二端;第二前框42于第一端结合于第二底框32的第一端,第二前框42的第二端结合于第二底框32的第二端。第一前框41和第二前框42的第一端为远离显示面板10的弯折区103的一端;第一前框41和第二前框42的第二端为靠近显示面板10的弯折区103的一端。
当第一底框31和第二底框32相对于连接框50枢转到彼此相向的状态时,显示面板10在弯折区103处折叠。当第一底框31和第二底框32相对于连接框50枢转到平面状态时,显示面板10展开或呈摊平状态。
本申请中,第一中框21的第一平面支撑件210面向显示面板10一侧的表面向第二平面支撑件220的方向延伸,第二中框22的第二平面支撑件220面向显示面板10一侧的表面向第一平面支撑件220的方向延伸,因此第一平面支撑件210面向显示面板10一侧的表面与第二平面支撑件220面向显示面板10一侧的表面间的距离缩小了。因此,在显示面板10展开时,显示面板10的弯折区103可以被第一平面支撑件210和第二平面支撑件220有效支撑,使得显示面板10展开时弯折区103能够具有良好的平整性。
于一实施例中,第一中框21包括与第一平面支撑件210邻接的第一侧边部215,第一侧边部215设于与第一平面支撑件210的第一端和第二端相异的一端;第二中框22包括与第二平面支撑件220邻接的第二侧边部225,第二侧边部225设于与第二平面支撑件220的第一端和第二端相异的一端。第一侧边部215与第二侧边部225位于同一侧。例如,第一侧边部215和第二侧边部225位于对应显示面板10长边的位置。
第一侧边部215和第二侧边部225可以对应显示面板10的非显示区(例如,本身不显示影像的外围绕线区)或包括显示面板10的显示装置的边框而设。在显示装置为窄边框或无边框的情况下,也可以不需设置第一侧边部215和第二侧边部225。
第一中框21的第一侧边部215面向显示面板10的表面,沿着朝向第二中框22的第二侧边部225的方向及朝向第一底框31的方向,形成第一曲面;第二中框22的第二侧边部225面向显示面板10的表面,沿着朝向第一中框21的第一侧边部215的方向及朝向第二底框32的方向,形成第二曲面。第一侧边部215上的第一曲面和第二侧边部225上的第二曲面用来避免显示面板10折叠时第一中框21和第二中框22发生干涉,保证折叠运动的顺畅性。
再者,本申请实施例中,可利用预张力组件或电驱动组件在中框旋转过程中驱使中框外移,从而避免折叠过程中框发生干涉,保证折叠运动的顺畅性。
图3显示根据本申请的预张力组件的示意图。于一实施例中,可折叠显示装置还包括预张力组件60。预张力组件60用来对中框提供预张力,使中框在旋转过程中略为向外移动,避免中框在折叠过程中发生干涉。预张力组件60的数量可对应中框的数量。例如,第一中框21和第二中框22分别设置有对应的预张力组件60。以下以第一中框21设置有预张力组件60来作说明。如图3所示,预张力组件60包括中框连接件62、底框固定件64及弹性件66。中框连接件62包括基座621、固定在基座621上的凸栓622以及固定在基座621上、具有与基座621表面垂直的抵靠面的抵靠件623。中框连接件62通过凸栓622与第一中框21固定连接,例如第一中框21上具有与凸栓622适配的凹槽(未图示),从而通过凸栓622与凹槽的嵌套,使得中框连接件62与第一中框21固定在一起。抵靠件623的抵靠面用以抵靠弹性件(例如弹簧)66的一端。底框固定件64包括底座641、固定在底座641上或与底座641一体成型的连接件642以及用以安置弹性件66的安装件643。连接件642上具有槽孔644,第一底框31上具有与槽孔644适配的凸柱(未图示)或螺栓(未图示),从而通过槽孔644与凸柱或螺栓的嵌套,使得底框固定件64与第一底框31固定在一起。安装件643固定在底座641上,形成有容置槽645,弹性件66放置在容置槽645内,弹性件66的另一端抵靠容置槽645的一个壁上。弹性件66预置非平衡状态下的弹性力。例如,弹性件66为弹簧,弹簧进行预压缩。弹性件66两端分别向底框固定件64的安装件643的容置槽645的壁以及中框连接件62的抵靠件623的抵靠面提供弹性力,因此可以向中框连接件62和底框固定件64提供相互远离的预张力。因此,第一中框21在旋转过程中,弹性件66可以推动第一中框21,使得第一中框21略为向外移动,避免第一中框21在折叠过程中与第二中框22发生干涉。
图4显示根据本申请的电驱动组件的示意图。于一实施例中,可折叠显示装置还包括电驱动组件70。电驱动组件70用来使中框在旋转过程中略为向外移动,避免中框在折叠过程中发生干涉。电驱动组件70的数量可对应中框的数量。例如,第一中框21和第二中框22分别设置有对应的电驱动组件70。以下以第一中框21设置有电驱动组件70来作说明。如第4图所示,电驱动组件70包括中框连接件72、马达74及设置在马达74的转轴处的齿轮76。中框连接件72包括基座721、固定在基座721上的凸栓722以及固定在基座721上的中间件723(例如中间件723通过黏合方式而固定在基座721上,或者中间件723与基座721一体成型)。中框连接件72通过凸栓722与第一中框21固定连接,例如第一中框21上具有与凸栓722适配的凹槽(未图示),从而通过凸栓722与凹槽的嵌套,使得中框连接件72与第一中框21固定在一起。马达74可设置在可折叠显示装置的框架(例如后盖)上。中框连接件72的中间件723上设有齿条724。马达74上的齿轮76与中框连接件72的中间件723上齿条724啮合,通过齿轮76和齿条720的配合,马达74的动力传递到第一中框21。马达74在第一中框21旋转时运转,马达74向第一中框21产生的推力,使得第一中框21在旋转过程中略为向外移动,避免第一中框21在折叠过程中与第二中框22发生干涉。
图5显示根据本申请的中框作动情形的模拟图。如图5所示,中框绕转轴发生转动,中框在转动过程中向外移动,避免了转动过程中的相互干涉,可以顺利的完成折叠动作。
综上所述,虽然本申请已以优选实施例揭露如上,但上述优选实施例并非用以限制本申请,本领域的普通技术人员,在不脱离本申请的范围内,均可作各种更动与润饰,因此本申请的保护范围以权利要求界定的范围为准。
Claims (19)
- 一种可折叠显示装置,所述显示装置包括用以使所述显示装置处于折叠状态和展开状态的底框、中框和前框,所述底框用以承载所述中框,所述前框用以覆盖所述中框,所述显示装置包括:显示面板,设置于所述中框和所述前框之间,所述显示面板包括具有多个像素且用来显示影像的显示区域,所述显示区域被分成第一非弯折区、第二非弯折区及弯折区,所述弯折区位于所述第一非弯折区和所述第二非弯折区之间;其中所述中框包括:第一中框,可滑动地连接所述底框,所述第一中框包括第一平面支撑件,其黏合至所述第一非弯折区,并重叠至所述弯折区的一侧;以及第二中框,可滑动地连接所述底框,所述第二中框包括第二平面支撑件,其黏合至所述第二非弯折区,并重叠至所述弯折区的另一侧,所述第一平面支撑件的第一面位在与所述显示面板相同的一侧,第二面位在与所述底框相同的一侧,所述第二平面支撑件的第一面位在与所述显示面板相同的一侧,第二面位在与所述底框相同的一侧,其中所述第一平面支撑件的第一端远离所述弯折区,所述第一平面支撑件的第二端较所述第一平面支撑件的第一端靠近所述第二平面支撑件,所述第二平面支撑件的第一端远离所述弯折区,所述第二平面支撑件的第二端较所述第二平面支撑件的第一端靠近所述第一平面支撑件,其中所述第一平面支撑件的第一面自所述第一平面支撑件的第二面在所述第一平面支撑件的第二端之一侧的侧边的相应位置,向所述第二平面支撑件的第一面延伸;所述第二平面支撑件的第一面自所述第二平面支撑件的第二面在所述第二平面支撑件的第二端之一侧的侧边的相应位置,向所述第一平面支撑件的第一面延伸。
- 根据权利要求1所述的可折叠显示装置,其中当所述显示面板展开时,所述第一平面支撑件的第一面与所述第二平面支撑件的第一面为共平面,且所述第一平面支撑件的第二面与所述第二平面支撑件的第二面为共平面。
- 根据权利要求1所述的可折叠显示装置,其中所述第一平面支撑件的第一面与所述第二平面支撑件的第一面之间的第一间隙小于所述第一平面支撑件的第二面与所述第二平面支撑件的第二面之间的第二间隙。
- 根据权利要求3所述的可折叠显示装置,其中所述第一间隙小于等于0.3毫米。
- 根据权利要求1所述的可折叠显示装置,其中所述第一平面支撑件具有第一倒角,其自所述第一平面支撑件的第二面的侧边,沿着朝向所述第二平面支撑件的方向,向所述第一平面支撑件的第一面的侧边延伸;所述第二平面支撑件具有第二倒角,其自所述第二平面支撑件的第二面的侧边,沿着朝向所述第一平面支撑件的方向,向所述第二平面支撑件的第一面的侧边延伸。
- 根据权利要求1所述的可折叠显示装置,其中所述第一中框包括与所述第一平面支撑件邻接的第一侧边部,所述第一侧边部设于与所述第一平面支撑件的第一端和第二端相异的一端;所述第二中框包括与所述第二平面支撑件邻接的第二侧边部,所述第二侧边部设于与所述第二平面支撑件的第一端和第二端相异的一端,所述第一侧边部与所述第二侧边部位于同一侧,其中所述第一中框的第一侧边部面向所述显示面板的表面,沿着朝向所述第二侧边部的方向及朝向所述底框的方向,形成第一曲面;所述第二中框的第二侧边部面向所述显示面板的表面,沿着朝向所述第一侧边部的方向及朝向所述底框的方向,形成第二曲面。
- 根据权利要求1所述的可折叠显示装置,更包括预张力组件,其包括:中框连接件,连接到所述中框,所述中框连接件包括具有抵靠面的抵靠件;底框固定件,固定于所述底框,所述底框固定件包括形成有容置槽的安装件;以及弹性件,设置于所述底框固定件的安装件的容置槽内,所述弹性件预置非平衡状态下的弹性力,所述弹性件的两端分别向所述底框固定件的安装件的容置槽的壁以及所述中框连接件的抵靠件的抵靠面提供弹性力,其中所述中框在旋转过程中,所述弹性件推动所述中框向外移动,避免所述中框在折叠过程中发生干涉。
- 根据权利要求1所述的可折叠显示装置,更包括电驱动组件,其包括:中框连接件,连接到所述中框,所述中框连接件包括基座及固定在所述基座上的中间件,所述中间件上设有齿条;马达;以及齿轮,设于所述马达的转轴处,所述马达上的齿轮与所述中框连接件的中间件上的齿条啮合,其中所述马达在所述中框旋转时运转,以向所述中框产生推力,使得所述中框向外移动,避免所述中框在折叠过程中发生干涉。
- 根据权利要求1所述的可折叠显示装置,更包括:连接框,设于对应所述显示面板的弯折区的位置,所述连接框枢转连接所述底框。
- 一种可折叠显示装置,所述显示装置包括用以使所述显示装置处于折叠状态和展开状态的底框、中框和前框,所述底框用以承载所述中框,所述前框用以覆盖所述中框,所述显示装置包括:显示面板,设置于所述中框和所述前框之间,所述显示面板包括具有多个像素且用来显示影像的显示区域,所述显示区域被分成第一非弯折区、第二非弯折区及弯折区,所述弯折区位于所述第一非弯折区和所述第二非弯折区之间;其中所述中框包括:第一中框,可滑动地连接所述底框,所述第一中框包括第一平面支撑件,其黏合至所述第一非弯折区,并重叠至所述弯折区的一侧;以及第二中框,可滑动地连接所述底框,所述第二中框包括第二平面支撑件,其黏合至所述第二非弯折区,并重叠至所述弯折区的另一侧,所述第一平面支撑件的第一面位在与所述显示面板相同的一侧,第二面位在与所述底框相同的一侧,所述第二平面支撑件的第一面位在与所述显示面板相同的一侧,第二面位在与所述底框相同的一侧,其中所述第一中框的第一平面支撑件的第一面与所述第二中框的第二平面支撑件的第一面密接,并在密接处支撑所述显示面板的弯折区。
- 根据权利要求10所述的可折叠显示装置,其中所述第一平面支撑件的第一端远离所述弯折区,所述第一平面支撑件的第二端较所述第一平面支撑件的第一端靠近所述第二平面支撑件,所述第二平面支撑件的第一端远离所述弯折区,所述第二平面支撑件的第二端较所述第二平面支撑件的第一端靠近所述第一平面支撑件,其中所述第一平面支撑件的第一面自所述第一平面支撑件的第二面在所述第一平面支撑件的第二端之一侧的侧边的相应位置,向所述第二平面支撑件的第一面延伸;所述第二平面支撑件的第一面自所述第二平面支撑件的第二面在所述第二平面支撑件的第二端之一侧的侧边的相应位置,向所述第一平面支撑件的第一面延伸。
- 根据权利要求10所述的可折叠显示装置,其中当所述显示面板展开时,所述第一平面支撑件的第一面与所述第二平面支撑件的第一面为共平面,且所述第一平面支撑件的第二面与所述第二平面支撑件的第二面为共平面。
- 根据权利要求10所述的可折叠显示装置,其中所述第一平面支撑件的第一面与所述第二平面支撑件的第一面之间的第一间隙小于所述第一平面支撑件的第二面与所述第二平面支撑件的第二面之间的第二间隙。
- 根据权利要求13所述的可折叠显示装置,其中所述第一间隙小于等于0.3毫米。
- 根据权利要求10所述的可折叠显示装置,其中所述第一平面支撑件具有第一倒角,其自所述第一平面支撑件的第二面的侧边,沿着朝向所述第二平面支撑件的方向,向所述第一平面支撑件的第一面的侧边延伸;所述第二平面支撑件具有第二倒角,其自所述第二平面支撑件的第二面的侧边,沿着朝向所述第一平面支撑件的方向,向所述第二平面支撑件的第一面的侧边延伸。
- 根据权利要求11所述的可折叠显示装置,其中所述第一中框包括与所述第一平面支撑件邻接的第一侧边部,所述第一侧边部设于与所述第一平面支撑件的第一端和第二端相异的一端;所述第二中框包括与所述第二平面支撑件邻接的第二侧边部,所述第二侧边部设于与所述第二平面支撑件的第一端和第二端相异的一端,所述第一侧边部与所述第二侧边部位于同一侧,其中所述第一中框的第一侧边部面向所述显示面板的表面,沿着朝向所述第二侧边部的方向及朝向所述底框的方向,形成第一曲面;所述第二中框的第二侧边部面向所述显示面板的表面,沿着朝向所述第一侧边部的方向及朝向所述底框的方向,形成第二曲面。
- 根据权利要求10所述的可折叠显示装置,更包括预张力组件,其包括:中框连接件,连接到所述中框,所述中框连接件包括具有抵靠面的抵靠件;底框固定件,固定于所述底框,所述底框固定件包括形成有容置槽的安装件;以及弹性件,设置于所述底框固定件的安装件的容置槽内,所述弹性件预置非平衡状态下的弹性力,所述弹性件的两端分别向所述底框固定件的安装件的容置槽的壁以及所述中框连接件的抵靠件的抵靠面提供弹性力,其中所述中框在旋转过程中,所述弹性件推动所述中框向外移动,避免所述中框在折叠过程中发生干涉。
- 根据权利要求10所述的可折叠显示装置,更包括电驱动组件,其包括:中框连接件,连接到所述中框,所述中框连接件包括基座及固定在所述基座上的中间件,所述中间件上设有齿条;马达;以及齿轮,设于所述马达的转轴处,所述马达上的齿轮与所述中框连接件的中间件上的齿条啮合,其中所述马达在所述中框旋转时运转,以向所述中框产生推力,使得所述中框向外移动,避免所述中框在折叠过程中发生干涉。
- 根据权利要求10所述的可折叠显示装置,更包括:连接框,设于对应所述显示面板的弯折区的位置,所述连接框枢转连接所述底框。
